Jack squinted his eyes, trying to figure out what exactly he was seeing. He was thankful something else, whatever it was, had come and distracted the vultures. But he was worried that this was a fight for him. What if whatever this was wanted to abduct or harm him too?

The thing growled and hissed snapping static at the three green vultures, and Jack realized he could hear speech under the animalistic and ghostly noises.

“How dare you, how DARE YOU!”
