not going to lie them making the protagonist of anatomy of a fall bisexual was inspired
#like oh my god something that's on my mind constantly and i have never seen portrayed in any form of media before#the way bi women's sexuality takes forefront as a judge of their character bc they must all be treacherous and untrustworthy#and how many times I've watched bi celeb women get ripped to shreds and scrutinized on the public stage bc of that#avpost#im glad we're talking abt it lets talk about it... academy since you're all going to be watching this movie maybe you could issue apologies#movie diary#like god she gets so analyzed and picked apart and it just adds a whole new layer when the trial opens with her sexuality#and litigating every action she made towards another woman for some seduction tactic.#as if that's the single most important fact about her and its supposed to color the way she's viewed through the rest of the trial.#well. anyway the point of the movie is definitely that its ambiguous and from the snippets shown we can't possibly know the whole story#of their marriage of her as a person or of her husband's death#but i can't lie there was a certain high profile court fiasco in the last couple years that heavily affected how i felt toward the story.#so part of me was like free my girl she didnt do it . unless she did in which case he probably deserved it
