Apparently my uncle’s plans have changed so he won’t be here for pi day...which means I can make any pie I want instead of the raw sugar free pecan pie.

#mumblings #there are too many options with this now #I mean I can't make any pie I have a premade pie crust that's regular so not like one that calls for a graham cracker crust or a cookie one #but still lots of options compared to teh grand total of one that we had the ingredients for that was sugar free and part of his diet #the tiramisu is also in the fridge waiting to solidify I'm very curious how it turned out #though this also means the person the tiramisu I spent most of the day making will be here just tonight and then gone till wednesday #and then gone again Thursday so like....sigh
