I'm putting the subs on Chapter 4 and the little emotional nuances are hitting me so bad. Like. Ouugghhhh.

Iroha listening to Ramona talk about all the wonderful sides of her sister's personality- Sides that she doesn't get to see because Koyomi isn't home often. The way she so casually celebrates how Koyomi seems happier and more open with Gingaza members than with her, just barely hiding her disappointment. The way she feels like it's her fault Koyomi has it so tough carrying on the legacy because she never developed a Sense of her own. And the way everyone but Koyomi in the family seems dismissive of her work with Denki.

It feels like Iroha is so focused on giving back to Denki because she feels unable to give back to her family. Like her existence as a Sense-less Senju is this shameful debt to be repaid. So she does her best to avoid burdening anyone further (she specifically mentions not wanting her sister, Ramona, or anyone else to "spoil her" A LOT in this event). She wants to be of use to someone- Anyone. And that seems to make her conflicted about Denki's motto being "just have fun", because even though having fun is how she wants to honor the ideals of her troupe, she's starting to look down on the idea of doing something solely for fun. Just like her family does.
