#wren talks#maedhros#radovid#the witcher#silmarillion#the target audience of this meme is 1 (me) but i couldn't rest until i made it#wren makes low-effort memes#their situations are very different#(e.g. radovid's brother was killed by advisors and it was unexpected bc he wasn't old and would probably have had an heir before he died)#(whereas mae's dad was killed by a balrog and it was unexpected because normally he wouldn't have died at all bc elves)#(and radovid is sad because he's pining while mae is sad because he was kidnapped tortured and then hung from a cliff for like 20 years)#but the similarities are still striking#and! maedhros was rescued by his dark-haired close friend/love interest who found him becaues he was singing!#so maybe there's still hope for radovid lol
