it's been *checks watch* 3 bottles of shampoo so the agonizing cycle of trying to find a product that is well suited to my hair type AND I'm not allergic to AND doesn't dry out my scalp AND under $15 a bottle begins again

#honestly the amount of research I have to do just to find shampoo/conditioner worth buying more than once is so frustrating #AND ON TOP OF THAT this time I have to do it with no sense of smell #what if I pick something that's miraculously *perfect* for my hair but smells like absolute dog shit and no one wants to come near me #(ok that's appealing like 98% of the time but I am so fucking touch starved I don't want to drive away the good huggers)#the stuff I've been using is nice (and super cheap) except it makes my hair straighter than it should be #I have wavy hair. shampoo specifically for wavy hair should not straighten it #fuck it I'll just go back to herbal essences or whatever idk
