The Strangers- Mix of old and new, some tracks from the films and some that I think would fit!

John Carver- Mostly 20's/30's in this one-based this off of the cooking scene in Thanksgiving.

"There's cotton candy in their hands"- 80's tunes, killer klowns inspired

Creeper's Phonograph- As in Jeepers Creepers, love the ending scene of this movie. 30's/40's.

The Invisible Man- 20's/30's, based on Dr. Griffin in 1933.

The Gold Room- yes that scene from the shining formed my entire music taste...20's/30's/40's

SUMMARY: A family of four staying at a secluded mobile home park for the night are stalked and then hunted by three masked psychopaths.

This movie is the exact opposite of the first one but that's what's so great about it. The first one paid homage to 70s home invasion horror, and this one pays homage to 80s slashers. Plus the soundtrack bangs.

just watched The Strangers cuz ive heard so many people rave about it and man.....

it was shit! one of the most boring horror movies i have ever fucking watched. the woman (i dont even remember their names) had the most obnoxious voice and was a total stupid horror movie cliché. the whole movie was. i ended up falling asleep towards the end cuz i was so fucking bored. went back to watch the ending, shoulda stayed asleep 😒

i did however watch the "sequel" (honestly a whole different movie and thank fuck.) i REALLY liked it. at first i was totally turned off from it already (mainly Kinsley. such a teenage stereotype) but it got so much better as it progressed. the bathroom scene really got me and the one with kinsley in the tunnel? shat my pants. the pool scene was totally kickass too. finally get to see those fuckers get it. got kinda thrown off with the way Sackhead (whats his name???) had to die like 3 times. (the fire with Kinsley walking away was pretty cool......coulda left it there.) but still a great movie. especially the ending with Kinsley in the hospital as (presumably) a nurse knocks on the door and she gets all freaked out.

but yeah watch The Strangers: Prey at Night and dont let reddit movie bros try and tell you the first is in any way good.

THE STRANGERS: PREY AT NIGHT- 2018 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A troubled family takes a trip to stay at a secluded trailer park and are terrorised by masked killers.

Pretty enjoyable horror sequel/slasher. I enjoyed the story/family dynamics. Christina Hendricks is totally beautiful, she got goosed way too soon. The use of music was a bit gimmicky and i wasnt totally feeling it but it was ok.

Few real scary moments. The swimming pool sequence was good stuff.

Before the scipt was rewritten, Liv Tyler was set to reprise her role and be killed during the opening. That would have been a lot better i thought the start was underwhelming.

The Strangers 3 is set to be released next year.

Coming out once again to spread the message that professional movie critics are the most boring and bitter people on the face of the earth cause I just saw The Strangers: Chapter 1 after seeing horrible reviews and I thought it was great

Basically- general audiences, and especially horror audiences, don’t let people who have lost the ability to enjoy movies tell you what to see.
