Most of you guys have heard to hear me ramble about this before, but rotating the Surgeon in my mind. Love that guy. Man who got top surgery from a Master and briefly dated it. Hell said "you can look like anything you want" and he wanted to look like a middle-aged man with the sex appeal of a thrice divorced tax accountant. He gets gender euphoria from looking like he hatched as a fully grown man inside a banker's box. Husky and kinda hairy and looks like he hasn't slept in 300 years
