what minecraft mods do you play with :0

generally, building mods! but none in this instance. i'm playing the 1.20.1 instance of minecolonies. it's complete enough on its own to be fun, but if you want a full modpack with tech mods/deco stuff, and have a strong computer, then i've heard good things about life in the village.

oh, word of advice if you want to play it: optifine doesn't work with the building system in this if you're using forge, it generates a bunch of visual noise that makes the game unplayable. if you want to use shaders in forge, use oculus and play around with it. i use sildur's enhanced default, any shader that really changes the lighting doesn't play nice with the build mode
