#who needs antidepressants when u can draw neige#twisted wonderland#neige leblanche#im trying to use more values than just outlines + white especially on characters w black hair 😭#bc when i look at popular & eye-catching sketch styles i think that is the biggest thing i don't usually have#the reason so many sketches don't have the eyes filled tho is bc i heard my dad once say that ancient greeks saved painting in the pupils on#-their statues eyes for last bc it represented giving the statue a soul#idk if thats just superstition or not but either way i now associate filling in the eyes with a more final step than sketching hahaha
