Welcome to Disventure Camp Takes!

Rules:

•No bullying/insulting/harassing/etc. other users or Disventure Camp staff; if your takes are about a real person, pleasemake sure they’re respectful; if you have proof of a major name in the fandom (ex: a writer, VA, popular fan artist, etc.) doing something egregious (ex: abusing someone), that may be shared for safety and public awareness, but I don’t want this turning into a call-out blog

•No NSFW takes about underaged characters (Drew, Fiore, Lake, Maggy, Sofia, & Nina)

•No takes about adult/minor or incestuous ships please

•Please respect the canon identities of the characters. Should go without saying, but takes about, say, Gabby being shipped with a man or Dan secretly not being asexual will not be posted

•Should go without saying again but if you say anything racist, misogynistic, antisemitic, homophobic, transphobic, etc. you will be blocked immediately; let’s all be normal and not shitty here

•Please keep replies to other takes (on the post or in the inbox) kind and civil; I encourage you to relegate callouts and vague posts to your own blog if you really feel the need to make them

•This blog does not support leaks; if you watch an episode early, please wait until after it’s released to the public to talk about it

•Mod is in college and works part-time so posting may be irregular

•Rules may change in the future; post will be pinned on blog so you can check

Use of tags:

•Negative posts about a character/ship/season will be tagged “x hate” (ex: ship hate, season hate, character hate, etc.); please do not take it personally if I mistag your post as hate, it’s purely for filtering purposes so I’m a bit liberal with it

•Anons who identify themselves will be tagged as “[emoji] anon” and “x anon”. For example “♥️ anon” and “heart anon” are the same person, “🥥 anon” and “coconut anon”, etc. This way you can click the tags and see takes from certain anons on the blog

•Posts with my opinion or update posts will usually be tagged as “mod speaks” and/or “not a take”

•Content warnings will be structured as “cw x” (ex: cw blood, cw death, etc.) or “cw x mention”

•Posts about characters will be tagged “disventure camp x” (ex: disventure camp lake, disventure camp ellie, etc.) as well as with their canon surnames (ex: lake müller, ellie parker, etc.); to avoid seeing hate for these characters when searching their tags, try filtering “character hate”

•Takes about new episodes will be tagged as “disventure camp spoilers” for a week after the episode’s official release (that Saturday to the next Saturday)

•Any posts about season four before its official release will be tagged “season four predictions”

•If you would like my opinion on a take, send the 🗣️ emoji with it!
