I ENTERED THE VOID

Through a lucid dream 🎀 !!

HOLY MOLY...shit ??

Okay so, I would like to start off by saying a big THANKYOU to Aura :)

Aura? Do you have any idea how powerful your lucid dreaming sub is ?? 😭 You sub literally gave me the vividest ( idk if that's a word or not lmao ) lucid dream I ever had.

I slept with your sub playing in the background when I woke up, o relized I was in a dream, A LUCID DREAM?!? 😭 It was surreal. It was so freaking vivid like it was more real than the real world 💀 In the past I have tried countless methods like WILD, WBTB, MILD etc. and never had such vivid dream that your sub gave me.. I'm literally being honest here 😭<3

Okay so after that, Without wasting a literal second I fell down so that I would end up in the void, but unfortunately it didn't work idk why, maybe I did it wrong or something but then I asked a stranger in my dream to take me to the void. They literally pushed me so hard and I fell into a dark place, YEAHhhhHh IT WAS THE VOID.

It truly felt like heaven !

"bil, for the last time," I sighed heavily, "im not going to be able to make it. I'll make it up to you, I promise."

billie whined on the other end of the phone, "it's not the same, ma."

I continued packing my suitcase. "I know, babe, but you know I have a huge meeting that I can not miss."

she grumbled, "I know." I heard water running and movement. "Wish me luck." she muttered as she began to brush her teeth.

"i'll be manifesting for you," i joke, walking to the bathroom to prepare my toiletries. "You're going to win the grammy." i reassure her.

i could hear her take a deep breath and sigh. "Yeah, hopefully. i think i should go to bed, big day tomorrow." she cheesed.

"Alright," i say dramatically. "If you have to."

she made a kiss noise, "i love ya."

"i love you too. Text me when you're up." i kissed her back before she hung up.

i checked the time on my phone, silently thanking billie for hanging up at the perfect time. i zipped up my suitcase and threw on my slides before walking out of the house. i double-checked to make sure the door was walked before i drove off towards the airport.

the cool winter breeze caught me off guard as i stepped out of my warm car. i dreaded all of the airport security traffic. it took me forever to get through everything, but i had finally made it on the flight that would take me to surprise billie.

i found out 3 hours before she called me that the meeting was canceled, and i decided i was going to surprise her. i booked the fastest flight and sound one that was perfect. i was surprised it was still available.

i sat peacefully on the plane, drinking Sprite and eating the iconic honey roasted peanuts. of course, i spent the whole time worrying over billies' reactions. would she be mad that i lied to her? i pondered back and forth, defending each argument for yes and no over in my mind.

the loud, robotic sounding woman over the speakers awoke me from my sleep. i rushed to get off the plane as i only had 2 hours to make it in time to see billie. i went to the nearest airport restroom and changed into my stunning dress that i had been saving for a really special occasion. it was a long, ruby red silk slip dress. it had a slit in the right legs and was long enough to trail behind me. i had straightened my hair before i left, and it had managed to stay intact. i did quick but elegant makeup and called my Uber.

the wait for the Uber was spent getting cat called by older men while waiting for billie to text me back.

me: How's your morning going, babe? i miss you

billie ❤️: it's going good, just doing hair and make up

billie ❤️: you?

billie ❤️: i miss you sm mama

me: just been thinking about you

billie: i gotta go get dressed, text you after ❤️

me: sounds goood

the Uber arrived and took me to my hotel room, which i had to rush to get ready since i was running late.

i basically threw on the dress that complimented hers, so i had enough time for makeup. luckly, i didn't like to do heavy makeup.

whenever i was finally done, billie texted me.

billie ❤️: god everything reminds me of how much i wish you could be here.

billie ❤️: theres an extra seat at the table for some reason

me: hm thats weird, dont worry, though i have the live video pulled up right now

i lied as i climbed into the Uber. i told the man my destination, and he began driving. butterflies were building up, and i couldn't wait to see her reaction.

i made it right in time, making it in time for the music related awards. i chatted with Lizzie Grant, one of my favorite music artists, as i waited for billie to leave the table so i could sneak in.

whenever they finally announced the first award for "what was i made for?" she got up and walked onto the stage.

i slid into my seat quietly, waving to finneas and claudia, who were in on the surprise.

i admired billie on stage. i was so proud of her. I couldn't contain it. a stupid smile spread on my face as i saw her bright smile on stage.

"Thank you so much. i really couldn't have done it without y/n and finneas. i love you too, and im so sorry you couldn't be here, baby." she blew a kiss to the camera, which i knew there'd be edits of later on.

she walked back, thanking all the people who congratulated her as she walked by.

she was only a few feet away whenever she made eye contact with me. her face lit up, and her smile grew. she ran towards me, pulling me out of my chair and capturing me in a tight hug. she peppered my face in kisses before finally meeting my lips. she held her lips on mine, and i didn't want her to pull away.

"You actually made it!" she exclaimed, wrapping her arms around my waist.

"How could i miss it?! my meeting got rescheduled, but i was planning on surprising you anyway. so everything worked out in the end." i explained.

"When did you get here?" she asked, her smile never fading.

"literally 2 and a half hours ago." i laughed, my arms snaking around her neck. "im so proud of you, bil."

"Thank you, mama." she pecked my lips once more, "i love you."

"i love you more." i smiled, "youre amazing. you deserve this so much."

billie went on to win another grammy. needless to say, we celebrated a lot that night.

After the 2024 WTA Finals(which you won) you were excited for a real break. Grant you it's less than a month, and most of that will be spent doing sponsorship work and photo shoots, but you still couldn't wait.

After winning the Finals, you hopped on a plane to Miami still wearing your photo shoot dress from winner's photos. You were so excited to be sleeping on your own bed and to see your family. Life could slow down at least a little before you were back on Tour.

You were given two weeks to truly rest and exercise like a normal person before training would start back. You planned to visit Paige, but her season at UCONN was really just beginning. The timing couldn't have been worse but you knew she felt most comfortable on the court, just like you.

Since college basketball was firing up, her name was beginning to really skyrocket in the press. And her partnerships were increasing too. With you as the highest paid athlete in women's sports and P as the highest paid CWBB player, you were unstoppable!

Her shoe with Nike just dropped and you genuinely cried the day every player for UCONN wore them at their game! You wish you could wear them for a day for support but New Balance is your shoe home. It's so surreal that P has a shoe while in college but you believe she's always meant to break records and set trends. You're just happy the world mainly agrees with you on that.

On December 21st, UCONN & USC play each other, at arguably the biggest game of the year. You knew you wanted to be there because everyone's eyes would be on Paige and JuJu, which could get stressful. Maybe having you there as moral support would make it a bit better .  She's born for the world stage, but that doesn't mean you don't worry about her mental health.

You promised your team that you'd be back in Miami right after Christmas. They wanted you to play United Cup, especially since you didn't plan on defending the ASB Classic title , but you were prioritizing your relationship....for once.

This is Paige's (likely) last year in college and you want to be there for her. There's so many moments you both have to miss because of your athletic careers, and it's easy to feel disconnected when you're constantly in different time zones. Once she's in the WNBA, it'll hopefully be more flexible and you'll spend more time together. 

But for now, you weren't going to miss big moments for a WTA250 or United Cup. Your team wasn't the happiest about your plans, and tried convincing you to change your mind. But it was already set: you'd fly to Storrs, CT that day and watch Paige. Then you'd both fly out to Minnesota to see her family for Christmas. Her next game is the 27th so you'll fly back to Miami while she goes back to school. Even a few days together has you anxious to remind her exactly why being long distance is worth it.

You haven't told her, but you've picked out the perfect presents for her dad, stepmom, and Drew. You've also found something for your perfect gf. Drew has a game of his own the very day after her game, so you guys will be jet-lagged but supporting him. You've met Paige's family a few times now but you still feel jittery before arriving. You don't know why because they're the nicest people, yet you always want to show you're a great girlfriend with good energy.

You were still in Miami trying to pick out what you could wear to the game Saturday. It was Thursday night so you needed to start packing, especially since you wanted to pack light. Living life basically out of a suitcase made packing during the offseason a disgusting experience. The less you had to travel the better, yet it seemed you were never home for more than a few days. The life of a "celebrity" was taxing and companies knew offseason was a better time for your brand dealings. You wished you could do photo shoots  from home but you try to remember how many people would KILL to be in your position.

For the game, you're thinking of a look you saw Bella Hadid wear a few years back. A green NorthFace jacket with black barrel jeans and black loafers. You'll definitely be wearing your glasses to the game for an even more comfortable experience. Then, for traveling to Minnesota and for Drew's game you'll wear an oversized grey New Balance sweatshirt with sweatpants and a camo hat. Cute-comfy— your favorite!

You began folding the clothes not so neatly when your sister came in. She's back home from Tulane for the holidays and you're really going to miss her the few days you're gone. Having a younger sister is one of the best things in life and you miss when she's away for college. Although you guys text and call each other almost everyday it's different when she's in person.

"Whatcha doing??," Anna asked, using her best Isabella voice from Phineas and Ferb. "Packing for my trip and failing to fold my clothes neatly," you said. You're definitely going to need a steamer when you travel because your clothes are going to be wrinkled from this lazy folding.

"I wish I could come with you!" Anna said. And honestly, if it was just to watch the game, you'd for sure bring your sister along. But Christmas at the Bueckers' house is for their family only and you're just getting used to joining.

Most of the time, Paige visits your family because she loves the Miami weather and enjoys the area. It's difficult in Minnesota when it's cold more often than not and her family has normal jobs .

The Heller family feels like it orbits your tennis career, something you wish wasn't true but definitely is. Tennis is so demanding, even compared to other sports, and your family has sacrificed a lot for you to continue being a top player. Basketball is difficult and can be expensive, but college helps ease the journey a lot. While Paige is at UCONN her family still maintains a normal life. While for you, the matches and your traveling schedule can affect everything.

That's why this Christmas is so special. You have a few days to hang out casually before the holiday and really soak it what being a Bueckers is like. You'd never tell anyone right now, but you're hoping this is practice for the rest of your life. Although it's only been a year, you picture growing with Paige and starting a family of your own. You look at people like Stewie and can't help but hope to have a little family of your own someday. Being in good cahoots with her family right now is important and luckily, it's been great so far

Friday passes quickly, thank God, because you leave for CT Saturday morning. The plane ride is a bit bumpy but it's the cold that stings the most. As soon as you step off the plane you're hit with the bite of a Connecticut winter. It felt weird boarding the plane in multiple layers but you're so happy you didn't dress Miami-Style for this trip.

Since it's the day of the game, Paige has practice most of the day. That means her good friend Kayla volunteers to pick you up, and you're very excited. As a fellow Black girl, you and Kayla get along too good. Each conversation leads to cackling and you even have a few inside jokes together. As much as KK and Ice are your girls, Kayla's super cool people. AND she's not on the team, so she can help with times like this!

You wait for your luggage and a teenager comes up asking for a picture. She seems shell-shocked from meeting you, something you never get used to. You're almost positive the picture will be on "Frances Heller" and "Paige Bueckers" fan accounts in the next hour. People will surely speculate but this is a big game, and who can blame you for wanting to see it in person?

You spot Kayla, or rather hear her music, right when you step outside the airport gate. She gets out to help with your luggage but you've only brought two carry-ons: your Glossier duffle and a New Balance black backpack. Like you said: packing light was key for this trip.

You guys catch up on all things life before pulling into the apartment complex Kayla and the girls live in. You go to text Paige you've made it but you see she's already texted that she's in practice, but can't wait to see you.

"She was obsessing over your location on the Find app," Kayla says. "She literally was refreshing it every second before they had practice even though SHE KNEW you were on the plane and undetectable."

Just hearing Paige's name makes your heart beat faster. It's corny, you know it is, but imagine being so in love with someone and NEVER getting to see them. You can literally count on your hands how often you and Paige see each other throughout the year and that's with big compromises in both schedules.

You go up to Kayla's apartment and patiently (very impatiently) wait for bball practice to be over. Since it's game day, there's one short-ish practice during the day and then real practice before game time. You mimic Paige and begin refreshing all the apps you guys communicate through: text, Snapchat, Find, anything to see whether she's out.

Eventually, her DND status on text goes away and Kayla has to watch you become an absolute fool as you wait for your girlfriend. Paige gets back and knocks on Kayla's door which you open with every cell in your body.

"FRANNY!" "SWEET P!" You two collide into one another with the same energy. The hug says: "I miss you, I love you, how are you?, all at once. It's like every event and moment that's been missed since the last time you've seen another culminated into a tight hug that lasts forever.

"I miss you so so so much Paige," you say, trying not to cry. You're not necessarily sad, just overwhelmed and relieved . You can feel in her hug that she must feel the same, and any insecurities from a long-distance relationship go away like a puff of smoke.

You go back to their apartment while Paige makes a quick snack. Once she's finished eating. She lets you know she misses you in another way. Thank goodness you can't detect blushing on your skin tone because you feel like you're about to burst into flames.

It's been SO LONG since you've been intimate with anything besides a silicone toy and you miss Paige's body. After her shower at the facilities, her hair is still wet and slightly curly. It's one of your favorite looks on her and doesn't help your desire to absolutely devour her.

She tries to casually insinuate your unexpected trip to the car but everyone knows what's going on. You'd rather have sweet moments in her bed, but it'd be unfair to her teammates/roommates. And you can't kick everyone out of the apartment either, totally not cool. So instead you head out to Paige's Grand Cherokee at an excited pace and allow her to drive you to the back of the parking lot.

It's still romantic with the snow falling and your tight space to work with. She turns on the warmers in the SUV and asks you to head to the backseats. Her playlist designed for these *moments* begins playing softly and you savor every minute in the backseat of her car....

Once you guys finished (no pun intended) you head (maybe a bit puny) back upstairs. You try taming your hair and fixing your swollen lips as best you can. But let's face it, the women in this apartment are going to absolutely clown you both.

"Oh y'all back? It's been almost an hour! Where'd you say y'all was going again??" Kk, per usual, is the first person to say something. Everyone else smirks to one another and Jana even films to put on her private SC later.

"We was busy." That's all Paige says as she blushes, smirks, and daps up Ice and KK. Your eyes roll to the back of your head as she exemplifies pure fukboy energy. You so badly want to hate it but it's kinda hot...which she definitely knows because she continues smirking in your direction. You sit next to her and try to redirect the conversation to ANYTHING else but it takes a minute.

They're superstitious about talking about the game so it's talk about your stuff instead. You tell them your plans with Paige for the next few days and how preseason warmups are coming along. Before you  know it, everyone's getting up because it's time for pregame. You give Paige a million kisses as she gets ready to leave and then wait around until it's time to get dressed and leave.

You're not sure Paige would love your mode of transportation to the game but what else could you decide? Uber's are booked the entire way and the school shuttles are only for actual students. If you didn't have to show a school ID you would've hopped on or hoped a driver was being super nice but few have even passed. So instead, you're walking to the XL arena.

It's really not that far, so you don't mind the walk. Except for the fact that it's FREEZING. You can feel the inevitable sickness building in your body as you continue walking but that's what you do for love. You'd laugh at how ridiculous you feel, if you could feel your face.

Finally you get to the game and it's beyond packed. You knew it was a big game and sold out but it's bonkers trying to get inside. Even with a special pass you have to wait to get inside, letting the frost continue to harass you.

Once you make it inside you see a few girls get out their phones to video your entrance. It's weird, because you feel slightly conceded about it. But you also feel violated. And you never feel quite important enough to be taped walking into a gym. Yet here you are, and there's the phones capturing every moment.

You're not sitting courtside since that's reserved for paying members. Instead, you're a few rows up. Nothing crazy, but not on the ground. You realize how awkward you feel without somebody tagging along and wish you maybe would've brought your sister. Or even your twin Jack. But what would they do while you loved up on Paige all day?

So instead you got on your phone and waited for the starting lineup presentation. You filmed the whole thing and couldn't even hear the announcer say Paige's name because of the screams. It made you feel so special being Paige's girl when plenty of college girls, and adult women, fought for her attention. From shirts and fathead signs to homemade posters, it was obvious she grabbed people's attention.

From the moment the game began, UCONN had a difficult time. You didn't know why, but something just wasn't clicking that clearly worked better for USC. You really like JuJu Watkins and had a hard time rooting exclusively for UCONN, but your girl comes first.

After fighting tooth and nail they finally started coming back. With 8 seconds left, the game was only being won by two points . You knew how badly Paige wanted to win, with the country watching....if not the world. But sometimes, it's not just about who wants it. Being a super-senior meant Paige had some great highs and some lower-lows. This, would in fact, become a low.

It was obvious how frustrated P was with herself. She was SO hard on herself, as most athletes are. But as the oldest on the team, she really felt like she was letting everyone down. You could see it in her demeanor and how she spoke to press. You only hoped she'd be able to see all the positives from the game and release herself from the pressure of it all. It's much easier than it looks though, you know from experience.

After speaking to Fox sports and Holly Rowe, Paige was making her way over to you. A literal LINE OF PEOPLE had formed while she was being interviewed who wanted to take pictures and get her autograph. You knew she wouldn't leave till everyone was satisfied, something you admired about her. Each person felt important in her eyes and she made sure to let them know. How lucky you were to be with someone so humble and kind to anyone.

She told the crowd to wait one sec as she walked over to your section. Now you really knew people would film  this and talk about it for a while. But honestly , who cares. You were shocked she even saw you in the section because of how intense the game had been.

The security guard removed the tape so Paige could slip by and give you a big hug. You whispered in her ear that she was so amazing and you hoped she'd known how bright she shines on the court. She nodded but didn't seem affected by your words which kind of stung. You knew at least be a few hours had to pass before she was truly cheery again, right now was just a performance of her fans.

She asked you to wait around until they were leaving the arena and to join them on the team bus. You felt like this was a big overstep and didn't want to piss Geno off, especially after the loss. You made her promise it was fine and already approved before you agreed to join them on the bus.

The rest of the night was a blur until suddenly, you were laying on Paige's purple sheets with her head on your chest. You continued to stroke her head and tried falling asleep because your flight tomorrow was super early.

At the airport, a few fans asked for pics with you and Paige. It was so funny how fans of Paige began "stanning" you like an extra piece to the Paige puzzle. At 5 in the AM you only could pray you didn't look awful in the fan photos since you knew that'd be on social media later. After taking pics you sat at the terminal and then boarded the plane. It really wasn't a bad experience, even with a connecting flight.

Paige's dad picked y'all up and you could tell she missed Minnesota. With the photoshoots and games and everything else she visited home less and less. When her dad got out of the car she turned into Baby P again, rushing to her dad's arms. It was so sweet and made you feel fuzzy that she collapsed in his hug. Maybe she was feeling better now!

Mr. Bueckers brought you into the hug and the three of you laughed as people watched. He was arguably the coolest guy in Minnesota besides Gov. Waltz. You guys left the airport and picked up Culver's on the way to Drew's game. Even with an early flight you guys were making it right on time.

Drew's game was so well and they won! Even better, Drew won MVP and got a comically large MVP chain to wear. You guys gassed him up hard and he blushed the entire time. It was cute seeing Paige loving on Drew like a child of her own. ...you really needed to stop thinking about Mommy P and focus lol.

Once Christmas rolled around, you'd gotten comfortable at the Bueckers house. The past few days had been so chill yet never boring. And you didn't feel like you were walking on eggshells around the family.

You wore an Oxford shirt with a sweater vest over it tucked into a plaid mini skirt with black tights. You looked adorable, like a Christmas present.

Y'all went to church and then headed home to unwrap presents. Drew wanted to open presents before Mass but it was way too early for that.

You got Paige's parents a gift they'd told her about a while back, a bar cart and a Baristia machine to make cocktails. Drew got a new game for his PS5 and promised to play with you whenever you were in town.

For Paige, you got her a custom stack of cards with paintings of you guys on it. She always loved sentimental gifts more than expensive ones and she really liked this! You also gave her a Tiffany necklace similar to yours with F+P engraved inside. She put it on and never took it off, even to sleep.

After a full day of festivities and meeting a few Bueckers you'd never met, it was time to go to bed. It was hard to fall asleep because tomorrow, you'd be on your way back to Miami and she'd be going back to UCONN. These few days were so good, you wish you could bottle them up for when you miss her most.

Right before you start falling asleep she tells you she has one more gift for you. She reaches in her bag and pulls out the most adorable stuffed bunny in a Christmas outfit. She gives you the bunny and tells you to press on her paw. When you do, Paige's voice starts to speak.

"Anytime you miss me, just press the paw, and I'll be right there!" She gives you the cutest little smile while she waits to see if you like her extra gift. "ALSO, I sprayed her clothes with some of my perfume, so hopefully she'll smell like me for a while too."

You try not to cry your eyes out at the audacity of your girlfriend to be so sweet. You never would've thought of such a unique and kind gift.

"Thank you so much Paige, I love it!" You see her relax a bit at her successful gift. "I can't believe you're real sometimes, you're too good to me!"

You don't meant to sound insecure or anything, but she shuts anything like that down. "I'm so happy we're together Franny, I'd go to the moon for you."

"Maybe even the North Pole?" You joke, since it's Christmas.

"I go to college in the middle of nowhere Connecticut Frances, that's basically the North Pole."

You two laugh and then settle into a comfortable sleeping pattern. You know tomorrow you'll have to say goodbye at least for 2-3 months. But right now, you can't think of a life without Paige Bueckers in it.

This fic man. This fic. It made me fall in love with post-apocalyptic fics. The writing style, the plot, Ice and Mav and Goose. Goose, man… Oh my god. If you read this fic you know why I’m still thinking about these boys’ fates.

And it is absolutely everything I love about canon! I always love missing scenes or canon divergent. Not to say that I don’t enjoy AUs, but I love vibes like this the most where the story works alongside canon and elevates it to a whole other level. Mav and Ice and Slider feels correct.

Five times Maverick wakes himself up with nightmares and one time he's woken by someone else.

Fics about Mav’s grief over Goose’s death will always wreck me. This one in particular shows itself as a physical manifestation. I love love love all the guys stepping up and taking care of Mav, never once judging his pain. I’m a sucker for portrayals of the ugly side of grief.

Of all the times for Maverick to be sick, did it have to be on a night that Ice is ill too? Or: the carrier experiences some ocean turbulence. Even the most seasoned aviators fall prey to it.

Goddddd. I love Mav’s character flaw in this. I love Ice’s maturity born from grief and sickness. I love Bradley’s anger and abandonment issues. I love that these three have hurt each other more than anyone ever could, but their love is still starkly present. My thoughts when I was reading this was that LadyLanera wrote their flaws so beautifully, making them human, and by doing so I understood their motivations and their actions. Amazing characterization.

Ice’s family, man… It’s refreshing to see them so supportive and loving. I’m guilty of making Ice’s backstory so tragic>:) But this one is heartwarming! I love the style and flow of the writing. It’s something that I want to achieve in my own writing as well, so kudos to basedchamp!

Instead of Ice biting the air in the locker room, he antagonises Mav by biting his neck, unknowingly setting off dormant Omega genes and sending him into heat. Everyone involved is forced to remain secure on base until they’ve investigated. AKA. Five Alphas, a Beta, and an Omega in heat, walk into an Air Base prison. Ramifications ensue. Alternative title, "Locked in Sex Jail With The Boys"

This scratched that specific part in my brain, man. ABO with the original cast of Top Gun? Sign me up, baby. Steamy and perfect. 

The Five People You Can't Escape in Heaven by V_Evergreen

Maverick dies, but it doesn't end there. Alternately: [“Hey, kiddo, are you with me?” Maverick opened his eyes and found that he could see. He blinked in the sudden light as his surroundings came into focus. Quite literally came into focus, as though everything around him was resolving into itself as he looked, deciding to form a lawn, flowerbeds, the tree trunk that he had been leant against. The sun was blinding overhead, high noon. In the distance, hazy and indistinct, he could make out a house. It looked vague, like a half formed memory but it was familiar. Just like the man crouched in front of him. “Dad?” He croaked.]

I was reading the original book (The Five People You Meet in Heaven) and came across this fic. Which in turn made me want to write my own rendition from the same idea.  That last chapter, man. It’s unreal how creative it is. A punch to the gut for sure.

Alternately: [Ethan heard the door click shut behind him and turned to ask after the papers when he was abruptly spun by a hand on his shoulder and pushed against the door. His first and immediate thought was that he was certainly being attacked. Kazansky had him pressed against the door, chest to chest, a hand around his wrist and then- oh. Oh no. He wasn’t being attacked at all, it was infinitely worse. He was being very thoroughly kissed. He pushed back against Kazansky’s chest and tried to think of something eloquent to say. “Um?”]

Another banger by V_Evergreen. Ice not knowing Mav has a twin and mistakenly kissing him is so funny. And the end is heartwarming as well. Love love love it.

After getting shot down over a war-torn Iraq, Maverick makes some unlikely friends. They have something– a big something– in common. But all Mav really wants is Ice. Oh my goddddd. I keep being at a loss for words when describing these fics. It won’t do anyone good if all I wrote was goddd, oh mannn, it’s so goodddd. But it’s the truth. This one hits home so much. The risk and homophobia present when you’re in a place that punishes queer people for existing and being in love, how a single mistake will cost you your future. And it’s so heartwarming to see that even then, you’re not alone. Mav being helped to reunite with Ice and breaking down that since their relationship was private, Ice had to grief Mav alone. Man, oh man.

Pete Mitchell was fine. Completely fine. He didn’t feel dizzy with denial, or an utter trainwreck of hopelessness. He hadn’t shed a single tear or cried himself to sleep for the past week. His guts were twisting and turning, squeezing and cramping. His eyes were swollen and red, and his scalp hurt from his vicious hair tugs as he tried to understand the past week. OR Three times Bradley misses the chance to say goodbye before it is too late.

Made me cry a goddamn river. I’ve said this before, but Hangster is one of those ships that I had trouble getting into. When I first got into the fandom back in June 2022, I strictly read Icemav, never dipping my toes into Hangster’s relationship because I never felt the spark. But as time goes by I’m starting to warm up and have read more and more. This fic is one of those where it captured my attention instantly. I knew it was going to be angsty, but still holding out hope for a happy ending (just like Jake in this story). The grief that blanketed the whole writing only made the resolution more beautiful.

Reagan and I weren't having a great week.

Reagan was starting to get teased about Lucas by girls who weren't her friends. Even some of the boys joined in and would make passing comments. She felt further and further alienated. It grew worse, still, when one of the girls made a comment on her magiclessness and she turned it into a fight.

After the fight, I knew I needed to get her out of the haven for a break. I needed it, too, after everything with Alastor. So I took her with me to another ring fight attack.

As promise to Lucifer, I asked Charlie to stay in the haven and teleport everyone back when we were ready. I managed to convince her by telling her we needed her to explain everything to the newcomers and get them settled. She jumped on it right away.

This ring fight was a legal one. Vox's technology was growing ever bigger and broadcasting the legal ring fights became a norm. There was one stretch of land that was unclaimed by any Overlords but was frequently checked on to ensure no Humans were plotting anything. There was no order, no law, nothing but a different version of Hell on the surface. It was effectively called the Badlands.

The ring owner had put on social media that the top five winners would be released. I knew better than to believe that. So I made sure to arrive before the ring ended to save those poor five souls from being killed anyways. I kept Reagan hidden safely in the forest well away from here.

After the last ring fight, I waited for them to announce the five fighters who could be released. Instead of killing them, they were put into an enclosed vehicle and driven away from the ring and town.

I shifted into my Dragon form and hastily followed in the shadows. I ran for what felt like thirty minutes before they arrived at a dark, double storied building. Unlike most other old buildings from before the Great Collapse, this one sat in the middle of a forest. It would be extremely rare for someone to just 'come across it'. It was hard to see its exact layout since the trees blocked the moonlight. The sun was rising but it wouldn't do anything until it came above the horizon.

I teleported Reagan to me and explained what had happened. "We'll go into town as soon as I see what this is," I said.

"Do you think it's Blackwater?" she asked. She was the only one aside from myself, Husker, Charlie and Alastor to know of Blackwater and his threats. We didn't want to panic the town but I felt she deserved to know.

"At this point anything could be. Wait here, please." I melted with my shadow, Alcine, and snaked into the shadows on the inside of the building. The first floor was plain. A large fireplace burned on one side and a circle of chairs sat in the center.

Each chair held one of the fighters, a metal headband strapped tightly on to prevent them from using magic. They looked exhausted and possibly drugged.

Before I could watch further, Reagan's yell caught my attention. I sprang back to her and manifested as my Dragon form. The man fell away from her and casted a bright blue shield over himself. I had never seen such magic and resorted to staying planted over Reagan, lips pulled back in an ugly snarl.

The man laughed. "Well well well, here you are. Gotta say, that was some show with your Striker fellow." He stood up and dropped the shield, revealing himself as the man who had teleported Reagan and I into Hell that one time.

The tendrils on my neck and back stood up sharper, my claws digging into the earth as I grew more nervous at the sight of him.

"The name's Finn, in case you forgot." He stood up and brushed dirt off his tailored clothes. "What is a such a lovely woman like yourself doing all the way out here?"

"What do you intend to do with those fighters?" I growled, half using magic to speak given my current form.

"What do I—What do I~ intend to do with them?" He began to laugh and even went as far as to lean against a tree. I shifted into my Demon form and helped Reagan to her feet, eyes never once leaving him. "I do love how much credit people give me. I'm not the master mind here. I'm the one who gets shit done, excuse my language. I'm the one people can depend on."

"Then allow me to rephrase," I hissed, "what does your boss intend to do with them?"

"Well that's a question for him, not me." He held one hand up to pick at his nails. His eyes shifted to something behind me but I felt nothing. There was nothing, no presence, no magic, nothing behind me. The wind was blowing against me so I couldn't smell anything either. My ears twitched and I stretched my hearing.

I heard breathing.

I spun too late. Something heavy and sharp connected with my head. I barely remember hitting the ground. I was spinning, seemingly infinitely, and couldn't ground myself. My magic was all over the place.

Cold water splashed my face, wrenching my soul back into my body and eyes snapping open. I coughed up the water that had gotten in my lungs and pulled against restraints on my wrists.

I lifted my head to find myself in a gray, blank room. Finn held an empty bucket in his hands and moved to put it down. As he moved, he revealed another man standing behind him.

This man wore a long, dirty brown coat and a black mask over the lower half is his face. His dark brown hair was short and messy, nearly hiding the pair of short red horns. He held his hands behind his back as he walked over to me, black boots knocking on the metal floor.

I straightened up, finally realizing what position I was in. Two chains pulled my arms from a higher position while two more chain my knees to the ground. I tried to sit up as straight as I could as the man stopped a hand's length away. His red glasses glared unemotionally down at me.

"It's nice to finally meet you, Ms. Python." His hands were sitting in his pockets. "The name's Blackwater."

My jaw clenched. This was him. This was the man creating all those devices. This was the man who kidnapped two Overlords who have yet to reveal if they're alive or not.

"What do you want?" I curled my claws into fists. My magic was still gone, the metal headband successfully keeping it out of my reach.

"A test subject."

"You didn't get enough from the two Overlords you kidnapped?" I retorted.

He shrugged. "They're still proving their worth to me."

Metal clanging caught my attention and I turned to see Finn pulling out the blood sucking device that was used on Spencer. I attempted to move but the chains kept me in my kneeled position. I let out a hiss when it hooked painfully onto my forearm. He turned on the machine and it began taking blood at an alarming rate.

"Let her go!" Reagan yelled. I hadn't noticed her tied to a chair in the corner of the room. "Take mine instead!"

My vision turned fuzzy when he moved away from me to stand in front of her. "Don't touch her," I slurred.

"You don't have to worry," his voice was light and uncomfortably friendly, "I don't kill children. But I will take some of that sweet blood." He ran his fingers along her exposed arm, causing her to pull away, eyes squeezed shut.

Finn took off the machine and packed it away. Blood dripped down my arm and stained my shirt. "She's magicless," I struggled to say. The world was tilted at a funny angle and my shoulders were hurting from the position they were being held in.

"Oh?" he sounded genuinely interested. "You're a true Human?"

"What does that mean?" she asked, voice quivering. He stopped his assault and took a step back to examine her fully.

"It means your family line has stayed pure since before the Great Collapse." When she showed no obvious sign of understanding, he let out a sigh and put his hands back in his coat pockets. "Magic was not a thing before the Great Collapse. Demons were leaked into our world and brought their wretched magic with them. They started having children with Humans and generations later, everyone had Demon's blood in them. You, my dear," he stood beside her and placed a hand on her shoulder, "are a rare, pure gem. You're not infected with their blood."

Reagan's eyes snapped over to mine. All I could think was - oh no.

He reached up to his face to remove his glasses and his horns. They were fake. "I, myself, am a pure Human." My eyes widened, mouth dropping open. He was a Human. He was a defenseless Human. No wonder he had made all those inventions. "And I'm so glad to have found another one to add to our family."

"Family?" she questioned with a tone of disgust.

"I've been all around the world and collected ten pure Humans. We're going to be the foundation of the new world. A world that isn't tainted by Demons." His eyes narrowed on me.

"We're not all bad," I tried, limply pulling against the chains. My energy was taking forever to return. "We've created a safe haven for everyone. A place where both sides can live peacefully together."

"That wont last long." He waved his hand dismissively. "Demons are ruthless killers and Humans can't fathom having anyone above them. It's better to return to the way things were before the Great Collapse."

"You don't even know what that looked like. You weren't there." I made a point on his age. As a Human, he was restrained to the age period of all other Humans that lasted under 100 years. Demons could live for centuries.

"But I know enough," he turned on his heel to face me. "My family line has made sure we stay pure. I grew up with stories about the old world, about their inventions, about their trifles. I've known since I was a kid that I was born in the wrong generation."

A thought came to mind. "You hate Demons and our magic, but you're giving out inventions that allow people to use that magic."

He hummed with a smile. "You're catching on." He moved away from Reagan to stand in front of me again. I had to sit back on my heels and crane my neck to keep our line of sight. Blackwater moved to the case next to Finn. He opened the back and pulled out a vile of my blood. He held it up to the single light for a moment. It connected in my mind before he spoke.

"They require the blood of Demons to have that power. When the Demons are gone, what's left? Just Humans with small magic."

"And what? You'll kill them off somehow? Make them turn on each other?" I retorted.

"In a way." He lowered the vile and settled his gaze on me. "But we haven't gotten there yet. The problem remains of the Overlords holding power over us. I know your kind can hide away in Hell. This plan has to be full proof."

He tossed the vile to Finn who wasn't ready. He fumbled with it before it shattered on the floor. He picked his hand up from the shattered glass and looked uncertainly to Blackwater.

I wanted to ask him why he was telling me everything. I wanted to ask what I had to do with anything, or if I was just a means for blood caught at the wrong place at the wrong time?

My questions would go unanswered though, as Finn's blood made its way to my nose. Immediately, my veins seized and my throat closed part of the way. I pulled against the chains and slammed my back into the wall. It had been two days since I last had Alastor's blood. The smell of any blood was enough to make me crave it again.

Blackwater was silent as he watched. My foot claws scraped against the floor as I tried to pull away from the smell or to free myself to take some of it. My hair was on edge and I struggled to keep my snarls quiet. They turned into horrible, pained whines through gritted teeth the longer I went. At one point I even started to drool from the lack of oxygen and aggressive seething.

"You've probably never seen her like this," he said to Reagan. I glanced through my messy hair to see her staring at me wide eyed. My shoulders dropped, if they could in their position, and I tried wiping my face on my sleeve. I tried to restrain myself, pressing my back into the wall and staring down at the floor. All my muscles were painfully tight.

Blackwater roughly pulled my chin up and smeared something across my upper lip, just below my nose. The smell of Finn's blood was suffocating. I let out a screech and pulled violently against all of the chains. I tried licking it off but I couldn't lengthen my tongue without magic. Tears streamed down the side of my face from the pain and shame.

Blackwater's laughter reached past it all. "A true Demon thirsty for blood. I expect nothing less from Alastor's soulmate." He turned to look at Reagan. "Did you know about this?" She shook her head in response, eyes never leaving my writhing form.

"Not...not all...just me...just Alastor." I spoke through the spasms and clenched teeth. I don't know how any of them hadn't broken yet from the sheer force. My breathing was getting faster, my whines louder.

"This is the person you're entrusting everything to," he went on, ignoring my response. "Demons can't help but lie. Lie and manipulate. It's why they come from Hell."

Not true. Not me. That's not who I am.

I looked up at her again, face full of pain. I couldn't speak anymore.

Please. It's me. I didn't lie. I love you. Please trust in me.

I doubled over as my body pulsed. I screeched again, long and loud. They covered their ears. Blood dripped down my arms again from pulling against the chains. My foot claws were practically filed down from trying to stand up.

Reagan let out a gasp. Everything stilled and went deathly silent as I looked up. Blackwater had cut the ropes and gently pulled her to her feet. "Come dear, let's have a civilized conversation." With a hand on her shoulder, he lead her out of the room. Finn casted a glare at me, hand wrapped in a rag, and slammed the door shut.

idk if it's recency bias or what but I just rewatched misano 2015 and brno 2017 and like beyond his actual skill in the wet (which I think is pretty up there) honda and him usually nailed the strategy i think

misano 2014 was obv not great bc he came in too late but I think on the whole

oh yeah, it's not particularly close. and 'modern motogp' is in this case a completely unnecessary caveat! f2f was only introduced in 2005 as a more tv-friendly format and the first f2f race was phillip island 2006. until 2015, there's not like... any real patterns amongst the winners - and generally they're rare enough that you can't draw that many conclusions from who's winning them. marc's first f2f is technically phillip island 2013, which wasn't a weather-related bike switch but did of course feature the notable team fuck up that got him disqualified and could have cost him the title. then it's aragon 2014 where he fucks it and crashes because he didn't switch bikes when he should have, yes. but after that, the record's flawless: wins misano 2015, argentina 2016 (also a tyre-related bike swap), sachsenring 2016, brno 2017 - the full set until 2021. I do have another ask sitting in my drafts sent well before misano, which requires a longer response because it's about what makes a rider good or bad at f2f... so I'll go into more detail there. for now, yes there's a little bit of luck involved in some of these wins, a gamble or two that paid off because his race wasn't actually going all that great until he swapped bikes, but it's a record that kinda speaks for itself. it also probably speaks for itself that I spent much of the season pre-aragon attempting to singlehandedly manifest rain clouds. representative sample included here of my dispassionate analysis of the situation:

which made me initially quite irritable when the rain showed up at the race after aragon, but that's neither here nor there. anyway, I will go into this in a little more detail for that other ask, but I do think it's the f2f format specifically that suits marc. it's just those specific conditions where it's not wet wet but kinda slippery and gross where he really thrives - which of course you also see with stuff like his affinity for low grip conditions in general. plus, he developed a knack for picking the correct strategies in this genre of races. his record in proper wet races is significantly worse... if I had to make a list of the best wet weather riders this century, a few names would sneak ahead (dovi, casey and valentino being the obvious picks, and some of those riders were..... not so great at f2f). here's the comparison:

Hazbin Hotel Thoughts: Episodes 7 & 8 (FINALE)

Whoooooooooooooooo, boooooooooooooooy....

These last episodes were amazing!!!

I'll admit, I was a smidge spoiled by tumblr posts and Youtube thumbnails...not cool to those who don't put a spoiler warning or stamp and used the 'keep reading' line. Come on!

Anyways, where to begin...

A lot of sweet stuff in Episode 07, plus some somber stuff.

Vaggie gained back her wings! I guess its because she got them wrongfully taken by Adam and Lute rather than being 'fallen' in the eyes of Heaven.

Kinda cool to see how helpful Carmilla and Rosie were. And I adored Rosie and her chemistry with Alastor! I love how supportive they were for Charlie, almost acting like her mother and father. So cute!

The fight in the finale was epic!

One of my favorite moments during the battle (besides Alastor vs Adam and Lucifer appearing) is Charlie manifesting a demonic arm. This is a reference to her original design!

And Razzle and Dazzle can turn into dragons?! But, Dazzle died! Nooooooooo!

Sir Pentious becoming a Winner is one of things that got spoiled for me, but it didn't diminish my thoughts and feelings on the matter because I didn't know how. He sacrificed himself for the other's safety, a selfless sacrifice at that which does harcon back to a biblical quote.

Emily is still friggin' cute and HA! Take that, Sera!

Adam dying was another thing spoiled. It was also unexpected. Still liked seeing it happen and by Niffty by all people. I do wonder what happens when an angel dies by an angelic weapon...like, are they permanently gone too or...

That moment with Alastor...man ain't doing good and I'm curious who has a leash on him. Some people seems to think that Alastor has plans to take over Hell once he is freed from this but...I don't know, it doesn't seem to be his style. I mean, I also wouldn't like being stifled by someone else and would want to break free.

Again, I've been wrong before, so let's see how this plays out. And Alastor seems to have genuine care, but, unsurprisingly, he views this as a weakness and wishes to toss that aside for his own goals (one being to free himself). I do wonder how this will come to play.

Wait...Lilith has been in Heaven this whole time? And she made a deal? And it seems to had been connected to Adam...was it to keep Charlie safe?

LRB Marika IS an more complicated character than someone who wanted control and power, of course. In a way, she hates the nature of life itself. Rulers raising only to fall, civilisations forming only to rot into the point of being overthrown and replaced with new ones, biomes forming only to be destroyed by new natural disasters... births happening only for there to be deaths. Endless torment cycle of life and death, in history, nature, and everything else that exists or will exist.

Like, you can't blame her either. I think many people wondered whether it'd be better to stop it and reach perfection, stability and immortality. Heaven promised in many religions touches the similar concept after all - no more pain, destruction, turmoil and deaths. And it IS ironic how the entity that had that perfection, Greater Will itself, didn't want that and searched those cycles instead. And Marika experienced being treated as just another cycle first hand, when it decided it was time for her to go and be replaced by Gloam-Eyed Queen. But I feel like she might have seen the larger picture than just her authority and power being threatened, because that low blow was just a part of the larger "issue" - how life itself works. She is Eternal maybe not in vain, but to become the 'face' of the rebellious concept of stopping the cycle and ensuring stability, the same thing forever. She manifests that idea of stability, and then does it again when she counts on Tarnisheds to battle into eternity. Because eternal battle with no winner is ALSO stability, it is ALSO a way to halt the vicious wheel from taking new turns.

In other words, she sees a sadistic design in the cycles, maybe more sadistic than whatever oppression she could have forced on others to establish the stability. Fromsoft consistently mocks the pursuit for not letting the fire die that ultimate stability in their works, so it is clear what side THEY take. Because, yes, like Melina said, it is beautiful that new life will still sprout from death. The cycles are not only misery, but also joy, and hope, and enjoying what you can when you are STILL here. And earlier than that, Ancestral Followers understood this idea and they could not be more happy! But I always loved that characters who dread the cyclic nature are given respect and can be sympathetic, they are never treated as simply ignorant, vain villains in the writing

Gavin technically can and has pretended to read a book, he just has never actually committed to doing so

Lasko is scared of heights even though he knows that he could catch himself if he were to fall, so he thinks the fear is annoying

For those of you who do not know, back in the day Smosh had separate casts for main/pit and for games, and the seasonal games were one of the only series where they would consistently appear together, and were originally intended to be a bonding activity. This one was the first to really let those dynamics *shine*, and really have them interact in memorable ways. Also best challenges up until this point cause of the theme. 13 specials and 9 competition episodes across games and 2nd channel, this time accompanied by a few vlogs on Courtney's personal channel. Filmed on an awesome location (a ranch in Nevada), great teams, the production quality was top-notch, and let's not forget the infamous bar-brawl fight choreography of the trailer. So many iconic moments its astounding. Damien's first seasonal games, and also the first to neither feature Anthony nor have team captains (instead of picking teams dodgeball style like they had done previously, this time the teams were picked via a lottery). 15 specials (maricraft, board af, etc.), and 8 competition episodes across pit and games. Fun fact, this season was filmed a week before the "Anthony is leaving smosh" video was released. 6- Smosh Summer Games: We Blew It! (2018)

Trailer aired: August 17, 2018 - Final ep: August 24, 2018 Folks, what can I say, they blew it. They had 10 dollars and a dream for this one, and they tried their best, but it is admittedly still the weakest of the Summer Games. Between airing later than any other, taking place within only a week as opposed to a month, having the least amount of competitions (5) and the least amount of specials (1 Smosh and Order), this one really is a last-ditch effort sort of ordeal. But make no mistake, it's no one's fault but Defy Fuckhead Media Inc.; in case you missed the Smosh mouth ep, the story goes that Defy simply didn't want summer games to happen that year, and gave M*tt R**b an eighth of the usual budget. Despite all this, I'm sure if you go back and watch it, the videos are actually really enjoyable with some fun goofs and special moments. The first games to not feature Sohinki or Flitz, and this time there were team captains, chosen according to the personal awards given the prior year. The first and only summer games post-mythical, and a return to normalcy from We Blew It in terms of length, airing schedule, etc., probably because they'd managed to find a sponsor to help with the budget. This one had some greeaat specials, including Spelling Bee-kini Wax, Maricraft, Try Not To Laugh: Gauntlet (so many iconic bits from these tntls, and if I'm not mistaken one of Tommy's earliest appearances), and a lot of Smoshcast. Fun fact, Sohinki was actually invited to participate but was in Italy at the time, so Kimmy was cast as a guest participant instead to even out the teams. The first to have no team selection process or opening ceremony, instead the teams were pre-picked at random and revealed during the trailer. 18 specials and 8 competition episodes across Pit, Games, and Smoshcast. Teams/Cast: ToxiciTea: Jovenshire, Ian, Olivia, Mari, Shayne, W*s Mushroom Clout: N*ah, Lasercorn, Damien, Keith, Courtney, Kimmy Refs: M*tt R**b, Sarah Whittle Guest Refs/Guest Judges:  Joe Bereta Winners: ToxiciTea Special Awards: MVP - Joven, LVP - Shayne, Epic Win/Moment - Courtney, Epic Fail - Ian Fun little end note, Lasercorn, up until this point, had never lost a single season, and had been described for a while as having a 'Winning Streak'. That became a big running gag this season in particular, with Lasercorn describing his team as being 'Blessed by the power of the streak', while ToxiciTea claimed that was the year the streak would be broken. In the end, it was. On Twitter and other socials, the hashtags "#Breakthestreak" and "#Thestreakisreal" were used by the fandom to support either team. Overall super fun season with a lot of fandom involvement.

I SWEAR I FELT MY WISH FULFILLED IN 4D SO WELL.

why...

i've been in loa community for a year and three months now. after consuming a lot of information about manifestation for 3 months, i decided to start manifesting "small" desires but my most important desire was sp.

i began to manifest in december 2023. of course, like some people from loa community i wavered BUT i was also able to pull myself together and either affirm, visualize of write gratitude letter.

i used "methods" that only made me feel happy, because yes, i believe that manifestation is not supposed to be hard. it is supposed to make you feel good.

during this year i LITERALLY stopped myself everytime i looked at 3d for too long (ykwim) and did EVERYTHING IN MY POWER not to waver. but in december 2024? literally a year later...

no because no matter how often i woke up reading "you are god and everything is possible" reminders..RIGHT NOW I FEEL LIKE LOSER. and seeing all those "i manifested sp in a week/month/few months" doesn't help either. (not scripting but them actually manifesting quickly)

don't get me wrong, i am happy for those people but..whole year? i feel like a loser.

what limiting beliefs i still have?i can say that for months I've been walking the streets and ACTUALLY FELT MY DESIRE.

and 3d is just a mirror that supposed to conform huh?? so how...

3d is literally just a reflection of 4d and my 4d, my imagination was so so saturated this year, i made sure of it.when i felt too obsessed with my desire i ignored unwanted thoughts/affirmed/watched movies to distract myself.

i honestly don't understand what i did wrong. honestly. i need help with this one.

yes, this is the moment i am being victim and the moment i am not persisting but i hope you can understand my disappointment (of course disappointment in me, reality is me after all).

in january 2024 i tried many methods but after few weeks i started using my favorite ones (because again, i believe that manifestation is supposed to bring joy, not exhaustion and burnout)and me... now..i feel hopeless, like a total loser and victim.. that's a very unpleasant feeling.

people be manifesting sp in a week while year is not enough for me??? no that's just getting on my nerves. (my disappointment in me, not envy or whatever)

WHAT'S WORSE IS THAT I MANIFESTED "SMALL" DESIRES (of course there is not such thing as big or small manifestation but ykwim) BUT NOT ONE I WANT THE MOST.

that's insane how people in my reality get desires in copycat reflection instantly and i didn't conform after whole year... (yeah today i am desperate, i am comparing myself to other people, i guess i need one break day..)

First things first, hun get off of tumblr and social media. You are just harming yourself by looking at success stories of other people. YOU ARE IN TOTAL CONTROL!! You must remind yourself of this, because it's true. You aren't a loser, you're learning how to control your reality. So change that to "I'm always a winner" right now. Try not to distract yourself so much, pay attention to your thoughts because clearly, they're affecting something. You shouldn't ignore the external world and your "doubts" are apart of the external world but you need to remember as well:

Doubts, opposing thoughts, intrusive thoughts and fears do not manifest. The only thing that manifests is what you're consciously thinking. Drill that into your mind, read it over and over and over again. You have it already, it's done, there's nothing to wait for in the external world, because it's already THERE. The external world isn't seperate from you, it's apart of you. You have it, simple. People manifest things instantly because they believe they can, they believe they deserve it (which isn't always needed but still). The mirror isn't conforming because you are focused on the fact you do not have it.

You need to work on your self-concept babes. Your external world HAS NO CHOICE but to reflect what you're assuming to be true. So you need to keep reminding yourself, you are in total control, you decide literally everything and that the external world is literally your bitch.
