Had a dream last night about tiny maggots coming out of my blackheads when I squeezed them. Then I started spitting a couple maggots (like you might do with phlegm). Eventually it reached the point where I had squeezed a blackhead maggot and I realised that it never used to be a blackhead there - the maggot came straight through my skin.

I called them worms in the dream but they looked like tiny maggots.

I was a bit concerned & worried, but not overly terrified. Felt somewhat like normal life except I'm squeezing maggots out of my blackheads and that's a pain I guess.
