Had another thought about Militsioner :D Militsioner does a lot of watching. But the dude is the most seen character in the game. Literally anything he does will be scrutinised. It reminds me how squeaky clean cop's records have to be. The most negligible criminal record would make it impossible to be hired. Even a family member with a bad record may be enough to turn someone down from the job. There is an extraordinary desire for perfection. Because you'll become a focal point for so many people's attention. If Militsioner does something wrong there is no sewer for him to hide in. He's the one guy who can't escape being seen.

#YES YOU'RE SO RIGHT #i have too many thoughts rn lol #but thats something I always love about giant characters #the hyper-awareness of it all #everything you do is impossible to miss and has huge repercussions for those around you #which is really well encapulated by this game!#if you try to hide under a wood structure he'll break it #if you upset him his tears start to flood the town #the player can always run or hide but the Militsioner is always out in the open #hes always vulnerable in a way that the main character could never quite understand #and that directly correlates to his fear of storms!#theres nowhere to go when youre too big to even fit in the town youre meant to guard #this poor man someone please give him shelter #he doesnt even get to go home after a long day of work he has to sleep out in the open #this poor man ahskshsk #and this is in Russia how does he survive the winter? he doesnt even have a jacket :[#give him a big blanket and some hot coffee he deserves it #the only cop i respect...
