I'm glad that episode about ants pops into other peoples' heads, too. Literally there are like 2 episodes of OG MacGyver I can remember most of the plot of even a couple decades after seeing them. The one where Mac gets drugged and saved by the street kid, and the horrifying nightmare ants episode. 😂

I haven't watched the 2016 MacGyver, but I do know that David Dastmalchian plays Murdoc. I find this hilarious because in the 1985 MacGyver there was an episode about ants.
