Good such a good grade at the dentist today nearly 0 plaque on my teeth.
#the hygienist was supposed to give pointers but didn't really know what to tell me to do better#anyways if anyone in my area wants dentist recs i am happy to provide#they try to make the visits as relaxing as possible#nat geo on every tv#minimizing the use of metal instruments in your mouth#and they did such a good job on my fillings when i first came to them after years of my old dentist fucking up my teeth#they also give advice that is actually helpful#recommended me an electric toothbrush that was a little pricey#but keeps my teeth so much cleaner and has probably saved money long term
