#my art#op#bepolaw#mpreg#he's a little reluctant to commit to it at first- a pirate ship isn't the safest place for a baby let alone one sailing in the New World#not sure how he feels about being a parent either. Part of him still worries about amber lead syndrome persisting despite removing it all.#bepo tries his best to quell his excitement and gives law space to think about it for awhile-- he'll support w/e course his captain decides#law monitors his own development extensively for weeks/ using his room to pop out his womb and watch them grow in real time#it's fascinating; seeing those little bean blobs gain limbs and rudimentary structures. he can even still feel it when he watches them wigg#e in the amniotic fluid. they're nothing but the picture of health and a sense of pride fills law's chest at that fact.#the decision to keep them is barely a conscious one-- the thought of NOT having them just completely slips his mind#until he's four months along and barely hiding it and bepo finally- gently- asks if he made his decision.#“Yes.
