Ok more on Alux and Righty. How long had Alux been deprived of emotional reassurance and connection??????? Yea. He would have had Petro when in the castle, but his betrayal essentially nullified any emotional connection he had with Petro.

And how Alux and Righty speak to each other during Alux's mental breakdown... Righty vowing that "they'll have to get through me first" in regards to Alux being a part of the "Family" if anyone were to try to take him away.

Idk if it's just me, but the entirety of Righty and Alux's discussion feels very homoerotic. Idk, two men being emotionally vulnerable with each other is not something commonly depicted in media a lot unless it had a queer undertone to it, so seeing this interaction definitely surprised me. Righty is such a comforter to something so personal for Alux, and Alux's pleas of "you really mean that" to when he's told he's a part of the family. Like when Iris said it, it's like he didn't truly believe it, but when Righty says it, he has a gimmer in his eyes. And like, Righty saying he been through what Alux has been through...

Saying that to an emotionally stunted man who felt like he never belonged anywhere.

And the whole entire section of
