just finally connected some dots, looked it up, and found out that tinnitus can be a migraine aura/symptom. wtf.
#my ears only ever ring for like. 30 seconds MAX at a time#IF that! the average is probably less than 5 seconds. i don't even consider myself as someone with Tinnitus(TM)#so i've never really registered their proximity to my migraines before... they pass over me like a smooth stone in a river....#but today i mentioned the ringing when it happened to my SO and there was a sort of Sympathetic Pause that made it stand out more to me#and of course. if you can't tell from the context. i'm now experiencing a migraine.#the double tylenol and double ibuprofen couldn't save me... maybe the tea will... <- clueless#hush me
