just had a phone call with scott and when i mentioned i spent all weekend basically going through his career multiple times and i'm currently in the amazon era he was just like "oh god. i'm so sorry." lmao

then he sent me the photos of the eight new corncob dolls he made and laughed at the joke i made about them so now i'm feeling much better thank you scott

#so excited to see him this weekend!!!#originally he wasn't gonna send the corncob doll photos but i think he could tell i was stressed over basically reliving his entire career #(listen it's fun to go through scott's career there's so much fun stuff to uncover but also fuck amazon i don't like seeing him censored)#also love how he reiterated ''you can ask me literally everything you know that'' like i've built up that level of trust awww #i'm so lucky he let this random 20-year-old pitch a documentary to him the second time he met them #and i'm so lucky he let this nerdy 21-year-old go on tour with him exactly a year later #and i'm so lucky he's now letting this same almost-22-year-old (ok my birthday is a few weeks away whatever) interview him about anything #the buddy cole documentary is literally a coming of age movie (and those ages are 22 and 65)
