love that rachel zegler is shitting on the original snow white movie as if it isn't the highest grossing animated film, ever. as if walt disney didn't use his own fucking house as collateral to finance it. as if a feature length colour animation wasn't revolutionary at the time and people didn't work overtime, invented animating mechanisms for the movie. as if it didn't win walt an oscar and make disney what it is today. as if snow white and the seven dwarfs (1937) wasn't a cultural milestone in hollywood history. as if snow white isn't worth anything today because she isn't Girlboss™. as if once upon a time, mirror mirror and red shoes didn't already make snow white an independent leader or whatever. as if it isn't the reason she's currently employed —
