the way I’ve been thinking about this man and i don’t even watch jjk, ughhh i love dilfs
husband!Toji x F!reader
summary: a month after you had your baby, you’re lactating and toji can’t help but to taste…
warnings: you already know that if it’s toji it’s gonna be nothing but FUCKING. we got lactation, creampie, nipple play and more! minors dni and i mean it!
your breasts were looking bigger than before and you had to thank your child for that. ever since you had got pregnant with your baby, your breasts have doubled in size. and after you gave birth they had gotten more full due to you producing milk. they had became more sensitive too, even the slightest brush against them would cause your supply to leak. even although you were hesitant about the change in your body, you had slowly grew to like it. you loved your stretch marks that were painted on your skin and the glow that stayed even after your pregnancy.
but, you weren’t the only one loving the change to your body. your husband couldn’t keep his hands off of you. he loved your pudge, the stretch marks that were all over your ass and most of all he loved your boobs. he made sure you felt loved during this time too and never judged your for how your body changed either.
the three of you were currently at your close friends house. they were throwing a barbecue and you decided this would be the perfect time for everyone to meet your newest edition. you were wearing a yellow sundress that accentuated your curves. you looked how you felt, beautiful. toji couldn’t keep his eyes off of you the whole time you guys were there either. every time you moved his eyes followed and he could feel himself harden when you leaned down to pick up your baby, which gave him a view of your full and perky breasts.
“damn toji. don’t pounce on her, she just had a baby!” gojo joked, catching his friend stare you down. toji chuckled and looked away, trying to make himself relax so his boner would go down. “when was the last time you guys had sex?” gojo wondered, having no filter with his question. well, that’s just how gojo was, blunt and nosy. Toji sighed and picked up his half empty beer bottle, sipping what was left, “we hadn’t. i didn’t want to do anything with her ever since she had the baby. i wanted her to enjoy being a mother before doing things with her.”
toji had respected and loved you so much. he loved that you carried the love that you two shared into the world and wanted to give you space once the baby came into the world. yes, he wanted to have you around his cock every single second, but he knew that this beginning stage was very crucial for you and he did not want to mess it up. “damn could you marry me too?” the white haired male joked earning an elbow from toji, before he got up to go get them more beers.
after handing your small child to their godfather, nanami, you made your way over to the cooler as well; needing a cool drink to help beat the sun’s rays. as you dipped down in the cooler another hand met yours and you looked up, meeting gojo’s blue eyes. you smiled and grabbed your drink, before he pulled you into a hug. but, when you feel the coolness of his drink accidentally sweep over your nipples, you immediately pulled away and held yourself as you knew what would follow next.
toji immediately noticed what happened and before he could even reach you, you quickly walked away and into the big house behind you. he quickly turned to gojo, anger over his face as he wondered what the hell did he do to his wife. “nothing! i swear” but little did he know that he actually did.
toji quickly followed behind you, searching the house until he found you in the bathroom, standing away from the door with the top of your dress pulled down. his dick hardened in his pants as he watched the white fluid leak from your breasts. you moaned softly as milk continued to spill out from your nipples and onto your glowy skin. your nipples were overly sensitive and due the coldness from gojo’s drink, it had caused them to rapidly leak.
hearing you moan and the sight in front of him was enough for him to take you right there. he closed the door behind him, startling you, but you softened when you saw that it was your husband. “toji~” you spoke but was cut short from a moan leaving your lips. he said nothing, walking over to you before he reached up and fondled your breast. this time you moaned louder, which made you bite your lip in response. he wasted no time and brought both of your leaking nipples into his mouth, sucking and swallowing the sweet milk that flowed out.
you were a little worried though, not about having enough milk for the baby, but about if you were ever going to stop leaking. the more toji swirled his tongue around your perky buttons, the closer your orgasm came. “baby…~” you breathed out, your hand latching onto his raven colored hair, letting him know that you were close. he fondled your boobs more while he continued to drink your lactation, nibbling softly on your nipples as your climax approached you. your eyes rolled back as you squeezed your thighs together, cumming right in your spot.
milk poured out more heavily and he drank every last bit as you rode out your explosive orgasm. a ‘pop’ sound echoed once he removed himself from your nipples, droplets of milk evident on the corners of his mouth which he happily licked up. “taste so sweet~” he whispered, pulling you into a kiss, letting you taste what you created. his hands reached around your lower back, pushing you into him causing you to feel his boner.
“look at how you got me….shit!” he groaned when he felt you palm his cock through his pants. you rubbed and massaged his cock, feeling it slightly twitch underneath his pants. he whimpered and parted his lips from yours, “please….”. you said nothing and instead grabbed one of his hands and slid it underneath your dress, with no panties he was able to feel how soaked you were. you were beyond ready. you pushed him to the closed toilet a few feet away, kicking off your dress and sandals before you hopped on his lap.
toji finally freed his boner from his pants, letting it’s thickness spring to life and his mushroom tip to almost his the top of your pussy. wasting no time, you angled it and slowly pushed him inside. he held your hips tightly, groaning from the sensation. it’s like after you had a baby you became even more tighter than before. but, he didn’t mind stretching you out again. once he was all the way inside, you slowly rolled your hips making his cock stretch you just the way it used to, his tip teasing your spot.
hearing you moan his name once more was a sign for him to start moving. he gripped your ass and brought his hips up each time you moved, making a suction sound go off while your skin met each other. “filling me up so much—missed this cock~” you said above a whisper, holding onto his shoulder for support as she began fucking you at a faster pace.
each time his balls hit the base of your cunt it sent flutters inside of you, making you clench tighter around him. “fuck—so f-fucking tight” he groaned and grabbed both of your ass cheeks, spreading them apart, bringing you down harder on his cock. you yelped out in response and collapsed on his chest while he drilled you harder. the more he fucked you the more harder it became for him to control himself.
he was fucking you so hard and deep, yet it felt so good. so fucking good that your breasts started to leak against him in response. the mirror in front of him showed him everything, the way your pussy clung to his cock and the way your slick started to stick and create cream made him go insane. “daddy, you’re so…..—deep~” he was on your spot each time he thrusted into you, making your orgasm come quicker and harder than before. his cock twitched inside of you, signaling that he was close behind.
you lifted up off of his chest and placed one of your boobs into his mouth, which he quickly latched onto, allowing him suck the milk that spewed out from your nipples. his pace got faster and he was now fucking you harder than before, you were surprised that the two of you didn’t break the toilet. “make me cum all over your cock—yes” you persuaded, looking down into his eyes and watching him drink up all of your milk.
the pit of your stomach exploded and washed all over your body, which resulted in you babbling his name as you came all over him. toji continued to fuck your cunt silly with his own orgasm right behind yours. and with a few more pumps he pushed your hips down, emptying his warm load inside of you. your milk drowned his tongue, spilling out the sides of his mouth and running down his face; your orgasm still as intense just like when you first started.
finally coming down from the the high, you pulled away from him, your breathing both in in sync with one another; as you stared at your husband with nothing but love. you needed this so badly and your body thanked him for it. he helped you stand up and get redressed, fixing himself up in the process before you two left the sex filled bathroom.
while the two of you walked back to the backyard where nanami and gojo were entertaining your baby, toji pulled you close and whispered into your ear “im going to put baby number two into you tonight”

first time in this account lol Idk if you're taking requests but I saw that post some minutes ago and... Idk, wanted to request something lol, if you didn't do it yet! What about headcanons with a reader who doesn't show physical attention until some years of knowing them? Like, they know each other for about 5 years and just then the reader decides to do some small act of physical affection... I wanted the headcanons to be with Childe, Arlecchino, Wanderer and Furina! If you can <3
₊˚ෆ 𝐈𝐅 𝐈𝐓'𝐒 𝐘𝐎𝐔… | childe, wanderer, arlecchino, furina x gn!reader
( childe's part might be a little ooc. havent done that part of the archon quest yet cries. also mwah arlecchino we love her in this household !! )
[ You were always someone who wasn’t fond of physical attention. Fleeting touches and kisses to the cheeks were never your forte, yet what should happen if the lover you’ve had for years is suddenly on the receiving end of such affections? ]
"physical affection... ah- it's okay if you can't show that to me, there's plenty of other ways to tell that you love me!"
CHILDE was the one to say those words to you, and the held the most certain truth. You were his lover, and a hug or two couldn't sway the fact! While the harbinger is quite the puppy and often yearns for your warmth, he'll respect your boundaries and allow you whatever. A lover like Childe places your happiness as a priority over his, wanting more to see your eyes sparkle than his own.
"Love, you wouldn't believe what happened in the courthouse today." You glance up from your spot where you're curled up on the couch, snuggled into a fluffy blanket and holding a warm drink in your hands, one of Inazuma's light novels sitting on the armrest. You hear the door to the two of you's home shut and lock, and listen to... Childe's footsteps. How strange, is he stumbling?
Glancing up, you internally gape at the cuts on his body, your eyes instantly drawn at the red splattered across his features. "'Taglia, what hap-"
He lets out a dry chuckle, grinning sheepishly as he rids his shoes at the door. "No worries, the blood isn't mine. Most of it, at least. I managed to get out of there in time, so all's well, yeah?"
As if that'd provide you any comfort. You narrow your eyes, glaring at him unyieldingly, until Childe has no choice but to force out another tasteless chuckle. "Come on now, I'm home, so let's do something fun instead of just being mad at me, 'kay?"
"Tartaglia."
The man flinches, his deep ocean eyes rounding. When you call him that and not his nickname, he knew that he had landed himself in deep shit. "Okay, okay, I'm sorry." He says that, but the sentence rounds up in a change of his tone, sounding almost suspiciously like a question. "It won't happen aga-"
The world itself seems to stop.
Your head is buried into his chest, arms wrapped around his waist. Archons, can you hear how fast his heart is beating? You've made him into a complete and utter mess. He's blushing, his ears practically on fire, and any thoughts once in his brain have been seared away in single second. It takes him to the count of three to remember how to breathe once more, his chest erratically heaving up and down as his shaking arms wrap around you hesitantly, wondering if it'd be okay to do so.
"...Love?"
"Mhm?"
"I- I thought you-"
"If it's with you, I'm okay."
Oh, how those words tug at his heart. You look so perfect in his arms - yes, you looked simply perfect all the time, he'd admit in a split-second. The messy nest of hair atop your head when you woke up in the early mornings, the dark bags under your eyes when you didn't sleep until late at night, your smile, your laugh, even your scowl. It silenced any effort to not fall in love with you.
A smile tugs at his lips. A bright one, a warm one, if that was even possible. Perhaps his eyes are shining with tears, or perhaps it was merely a trick of light, but he holds you all the closer, not wanting to let you go.
"Love, I... Archons, I don't think I'd be able to love anyone but you." ₊˚ෆ
"..great. i don't want your filthy hands on me anyways, so there shouldn't be a problem, hm?"
WANDERER's words were just that, would it kill him to be a little nicer? It didn't matter... you knew your lover well, or at least well enough to tell that what he said wasn't the complete truth.
Sure, you had seen him shrug off and make expressions of disgust directed towards particularly touchy people that he'd become somewhat acquainted with. And you most certainly had witnessed his frustrated outbursts and rants when he returned home to your shared abode, whining and grumbling about any trivial error someone had made - that is, brushing fingers with him while passing him papers. Something that couldn't exactly be avoided, yet he had glared at the wall for a good amount all the same.
Ah, but then there were moments when he thought you weren't looking, and that was when his eyes would drink you in. Grazing over your eyes, to your lips, then to your hands, where'd they linger on your fingers for perhaps longer than they should.
And you'd catch the times where you were inclined to say something flirtatious - words that were never all that flirtatious in the first place, Wanderer just happened to be unusually susceptible. Chin resting on your hand, eyes staring into his, you'd say something about how pretty he was, and then he'd just about go into neurogenic shock, likely not speaking to you the rest of the day, the tips of his ears, if one squinted to a certain extent, pink.
"Love." You glance up at him, a slight pout fixed on your lips. He'd been immersed in minor tasks, and those pesky things were what stole his attention away from you. An ironic twist of fate, as you were usually the one to be drowning in work, and he'd be the one practically begging for affection.
He hums, yet doesn't even bother to look at you.
"Do you want to go for a walk?"
"No."
"Go get something to eat?"
"No."
"Visit the... House of Daena?"
"No."
"Shall we feed the finches?"
A slight pause. "...No."
"Then... let's hold hands?"
He froze at your words, and it seemed that the male lost the function of inhaling, for he sat there unmoving for what seemed like hours, his expression petrified in its form of his large eyes, raised eyebrows, and mouth slightly ajar.
"...Excuse me?" It seemed that he doubted his own ears, for he set his work aside and fixed his focus upon you, fingers trembling just the slightest.
"Hmph, have you suddenly forgotten how to think?" You frowned, yet your eyes curved into crescents all the same, and Wanderer felt his breath hitch at how ethereal you were. The sly fox you were, you took his moment of shock, settling by his side and intertwining your fingers with his. "Like this, is it not?" You were smiling now, and for the first time you glimpsed the red on his ears, but now on his face too, a rosy red descending upon his cheeks.
"What's..." Perhaps you were right. His vocabulary had suddenly dwindled, and now he had nothing but questions - that, and the growing warmth in his chest. "What do you think you're doing right now?"
Whatever attempt he had to sound "mean" had failed. You knew him too well for that. "Holding hands, what else? Your hands are cold you know-" And at that he flinched. "But it feels nice."
D...Did it really?
"You, no... love, let's stay like this. You're... warm." ₊˚ෆ
"when you sought me, i thought it'd be a serious matter. there's no trouble in it, truly, so there's no need to look so dejected."
ARLECCHINO hadn't even batted an eye. Was there a reason to? Yes, this certainly crossed off any thought of romantic couple things like kissing and hand holding, but it wasn't like she'd gasp dramatically and fall to the ground, blaming you for setting boundaries-
As if she'd ever. Your imagination was running wild today, perhaps it was the lack of sleep finally catching up to you? It was a stark contrast compared to Arlecchino, who went days without rest, shuffling through paper after paper on her desk and constantly relaying messages to her subordinates. She was a hard worker - a trait most easily overlooked, but it was a point of adoration for you. A point among many. Arlecchino was an easy person to love, despite the bristling thorns she'd show at first glance.
"Darling, a cup of tea, please?" Her gaze flicked up from her work to you, a thin smile decorating her lips. It was more a less a habit the two of you established - that is, pouring her tea. Her favorite cup was the one you had gifted her when you first started your relationship, shaded in a dark hue and embellished with roses, their blooms, petals, and thorny branches spreading across the expanse of porcelain. You placed said cup on her desk with a breath of satisfaction, tilting you head in questioning at the unusual amount of papers on her desk.
"Arle, did something happen?"
She merely chuckled to herself, her eyes shining with delight. "Ah, why don't you wager a guess?" You were her "subordinate" of sorts, although your true association was far more intimate. You knew of her plans with Fontaine, and helped carry them out. She revered your loyalty, but your warmth far more.
"...Has the hydro gnosis been secured?"
She snapped her fingers in one swift motion, her small smile widening into a true one that played across her ruby lips. "Correct, I'd expect nothing less of someone as capable as my lover."
"Then, Lyney, Lynette, and Freminet..."
"They've done well." It'd be hard to forsake the note of pride in her voice. Setting down the sheets in her gloved hands, she stood from her seat slowly, letting her eyes scan over your body. "You've asked your question, now shall I ask mine? Darling, I did quite well myself, did I not?"
Her expectant gaze read one thing, but instead of the usual quality time spending the two of you'd share, this time, you had rather differing plans. Smiling, you walked up to her, not letting the way her eyes sparkled just the slightest escape your sight. Promptly, sneakily, you flung yourself upon her, beaming as your hands found refuge winding about her torso, nearly instantly trapping her into your death hug. "You did, Arle~!"
"..." At her silence, you glanced up, only to be met with a sight that drew blush upon your own cheeks. Her usually composed, mystery-shroud features were now conflicted with crossing emotions... of what, however, was rather indecipherable. Arlecchino was a person of many masks, yet now it seemed that her "mask" displayed but one thing - love.
"Darling, I... you look perfect in my arms, so shall we stay like this a moment longer?" ₊˚ෆ
"is that so? a trivial matter, is it by law that i must hold you in my arms in order to prove my love for you?"
FURINA's multicolored irises and teardrop pupils twinkled, their shine dancing on the moonlit breeze. A hand daintily held a teacup, its fragrant contents swirling about the porcelain basin. Her laugh accompanied the cool evening wind, and she fluttered her eyes shut in a smile that brightened her expression. "Come now, why so shocked? Wouldn't this be expected from someone as benevolent as I?"
It was a scene that would remain forever painted in your mind, like a beautiful mural that one's eyes could not possibly forsake. The way her mouth tugged upwards and the manner in which her eyes curv-
"Hey, are you even listening to me right now?" A familiar voice tugged you out of your reminiscence of the confrontation months prior. Furina displayed a childish frown on her lips, her partly furrowed eyes sharpening her gaze into a rather particular one.
Oh, lost in thought once more. You let out a soft sigh, nodding sheepishly. "Yes, love, I am.."
"Mhm..." Your words left a no, you clearly aren't!" Furina sat up, her intensifying discontentment apparent on her features. "I said I got you access to front ticket seats to the hottest new court case! You know, the one involving the robbery... the one that's quite literally got the entire Steambird in a chokehold? Yet, you're not excited in the slightest!?" She sounded offended, and she likely was, for her cheeks were flushed the slightest in rash frustration and her narrowed eyes creased at their corners. "Appreciate my efforts, why don't you?"
"Appreciate" indeed.
Ah, but was a sudden, tight embrace overshooting it? For she tensed in your arms, her frame absolutely suspended in your hold, her slack jaw giving the slightest tremor. "Mon amour, just w-what are you-?"
"Come now, Furina, am I not permitted to hug my own lover now?" The jesting in your voice faded as the sarcastic grin on your face formed a smaller, more genuine one. "I'm... ah, I'm okay, if it's with you. I'll be okay."
She paused at your words, contemplation of them flashing in her gaze, and let out a gratified exhale. "Then..." she nearly melted in your embrace, leaning her head into your arms compliantly.
"Don't you dare think I've forgotten about your previous transgression, but... ah, it can be forgiven, can't it, mon amour?" ₊˚ෆ

His empress ✧
Plot: Because of Michael’s busy life, he barely have any time for you.
A/N: Loved Kaiser from day one , like he’s literally my bf. Also, I made him a little poetic so idk if it’s good😓.
The apartment doorslammed with enough force to rattle the windows. Michael stormed inside, cleats leaving muddy tracks across the hardwood in his wake.
His sharply angled features were locked in a ferocious scowl, blue eyes blazing with frustration. Another grueling training had pushed his limits to the brink once more.
You glanced up from the kitchen, unable to mask your wince at the unrepentant mess he left behind.
"Welcome home," you ventured in a measured tone, knowing his volatile moods all too well.
Michael barely acknowledged you. Instead he ripped off his muddied jersey in an angry flourish and hurled it aside, seeking to strip away the stench of another dissatisfying day.
Your eyes followed his toned form from behind the marble island as he stomped towards the bathroom. His shoulder muscles were knotted ropes of tension beneath that porcelaine skin.
You knew it was intentional, feeling your steady gaze tracking him like a hunting falcon.
That was just Michael's way - everything was a crucible, an excuse to exude that overwhelming dominance he so craved.
But today the display did little to spur your usual fluttering admiration. A different rawness simmered in your chest as you watched him disappear into the bathroom without a backwards glance.
The spray of running water filled the strained silence in Michael's wake. You stood there motionless, mulling over the painful sting festering deeper each day.
Though his ferocious commitment to training and perfecting his craft was legendary, lately it had consumed him to an almost alienating degree. Including from you.
How long had it been since you last shared an intimate moment together?
Or even heard that cocksure voice murmur sweet maddening praises that used to set you aflame from the inside out?
Those precious instances had dwindled to near non-existence as Michael became more obsessed, more distant, more...unseeing of the person he'd once crowned his devoted empress.
The bathroom door creaked open, steam billowing out with Michael's emergence in fresh sweats. Without forethought, the question slipped from your lips in a dull murmur.
"Do you even care about me anymore?"
His hand paused where he scrubbed the towel through those signature bedhead spikes. Sea-glass eyes flicked over to pin you with an owlish blink.
"What?"
You swallowed, turning to face him fully now that his defenses were stripped bare.
"Sometimes I wonder if you ever really loved me at all... or if I was just another passing conquest for the 'great emperor' to claim and discard."
The words hung in the air with damning finality.
Michael froze, hands falling away from his blonde and blue hair. For several beats his expression was unreadable, marbled handsomeness set in an impenetrable mask.
Then his sculpted brows slashed downwards in undisguised hurt.
You shrank back instinctively when he stalked towards you with quickened strides, expecting more flaring tempers to clash.
But instead of the storm you braced for, gentle calloused palms cradled your face with trembling reverence.
Michael searched your gaze with those kaleidoscope depths, as if reacquainting himself with the woman he'd unforgivably taken for granted.
"You..." he started roughly before clearing his throat. "Never think that, liebe. Not even for a moment."
A shuddery inhale filled Michael's broad chest as one hand drifted down to splay over your thundering heart. His touch was feather-light, worshipful in its tenderness.
"You are the single greatest treasure I've ever had the honor of possessing, my shining star among the world's dim masses. More divine than any earthly jewel or victory on the pitch."
You felt your breath hitch at the unbridled ardor shining through those captivating blue eyes. Michael's voice dropped to an intimate baritone murmur that caressed over you like velvet.
"I am an arrogant, obsessive fool in so many ways - but my absolute worship of you is one truth I'll never stray from. You make me an emperor worthy of respect, make me burn with desire to prove my worth to stand at your side.I-"
He cut himself, his thumb brushing over the plump swell of your bottom lip reverently.
"It is my gravest sin to ever make you question how utterly you reign over my soul, meine liebe. I’m sorry if I’ve been distant these last weeks, I just had a lot in mind with the upcoming games. Forgive me if I made you feel l didn’t care about you."
You were rendered utterly speechless at the searing depth behind Michael's heartfelt confession.
A powerful tremor rippled down your frame, threatening to melt you into an incoherent puddle.
Before you could trust yourself to speak, he sealed his words with a ravaging kiss that blazed away any remaining traces of doubt.
His hands tangled in your hair, keeping you molded flush to his solid frame as if you were the single tether anchoring him to this world.
When the need for air finally parted your joined mouths, Michael bored his eyes into yours with hypnotic intensity.
A familiar smolder flickered to life in their whirling depths - a predatory allure reserved only for his empress.
"Tonight," he rasped against your swollen lips, "allow me to worship you again and again, until the nights where you felt alone disappear from your mind, mein juwel..."

Mr. Lee Pick-me Jihoon
No because Lee Jihoon in love is utterly the most pick-me, cringey, sore loser kinda guy. Jihoon’s got this whole complex about being the perfect boyfriend, but he ends up looking like the most obvious, over-the-top lovesick mess, convinced he’s the coolest guy in the world for it. He tries to play it smooth, like he’s effortlessly romantic and all-knowing about relationships, but it’s so clear to anyone with half an eye that he’s absolutely whipped—and trying way too hard. He somehow misses the irony every single time, basking in this self-made illusion that he’s doing the most “under-the-radar” job at being completely devoted.
It’s hilarious how he’ll throw himself into these “sacrifices” for you, like he’s some kind of knight in shining armor, going out of his way for the smallest things. Once, you casually mentioned craving a certain drink from a café clear across town. The next thing you know, Jihoon’s blowing up your phone with updates as he embarks on this “heroic” journey to get it for you, acting like he’s in some epic quest. He makes a whole show out of sighing dramatically when he gets back, sweat on his brow, handing over the drink like he just saved the kingdom, while casting you these little glances to see if you’re as impressed as he thinks you should be. It’s cringey and way over the top, and yet somehow endearing—because only Jihoon would turn a coffee run into an Oscar-worthy production.
Then there’s his obsession with being “different.” He’s convinced that he’s unlike any other boyfriend out there, a “hopeless romantic” who just gets it. The first time he tried to explain this to you, he looked off into the distance, like he was pondering some great truth, and murmured, “People these days don’t appreciate true romance, y’know? Not like I do.” You had to bite back a laugh as he continued, talking about how he thinks relationships should be full of little gestures and poetic love notes. He even tried to write you a letter once, but halfway through, he got embarrassed and tore it up because, according to him, “You deserve a better writer than me.” It was cheesy and melodramatic, yet something about his seriousness made you fall a little more in love.
And the fishing for compliments? It’s practically a full-time job for him. He’ll lean in close, adjusting his shirt or messing with his hair, pretending he doesn’t notice you watching him. “Do I look okay?” he’ll ask, like he’s casually inquiring, even though he’s practically holding his breath for your answer. If you compliment him, he’ll brush it off with a fake modest shrug, saying, “Oh, thanks, I guess…” But you know he’s about five seconds from grinning like a complete idiot and checking himself out in the mirror just because you called him cute.
But nothing beats his little sigh-filled monologues about how deeply he loves you, how his feelings are almost too much to handle. It could be the simplest moment—like the two of you watching TV on the couch, or walking through the grocery store—and suddenly, he’ll stop and say, “You know, loving you… it’s like… it’s almost too much. I don’t think you understand how intense it is.” He’ll shake his head, all serious, as if he’s grappling with this grand, tragic love, and you have to stifle your laughter because he’s acting like a main character in a soap opera. But he’s deadly serious, as if his heart can barely hold the enormity of his feelings.
Whenever he’s feeling insecure, Jihoon has this self-deprecating move he pulls, fishing for reassurance in the most obvious way. He’ll sigh and mutter, “I mean, I know I’m not like… the coolest boyfriend ever or anything…” trailing off and casting side glances at you, waiting for you to tell him he’s wonderful. When you finally give in and reassure him, he tries to keep a straight face, but you can tell by the way his shoulders relax that he’s basking in it, practically glowing under your validation.
What’s really priceless, though, is how he’s convinced that being with you makes him the luckiest person alive, and he’ll say it to you at the most random moments. “Do you realize how lucky I am?” he’ll whisper, even if you’re just brushing your teeth next to him. “Seriously. I don’t think I deserve you.” He’ll shake his head like he’s some tragic, noble hero, sighing in contentment as he gazes at you. It’s such a ridiculous, earnest display, and yet you can’t help but adore him for it.
In the end, Jihoon’s trying way too hard to be this ideal boyfriend, failing miserably at being subtle, and somehow landing squarely in “adorable loser” territory. He’s clueless to how transparent his little “cool guy” persona is, blissfully unaware that you can see right through him. But in a way, it’s what you love about him—he’s just so unapologetically and awkwardly in love, and while he thinks he’s fooling everyone, you wouldn’t have him any other way.

otherworldly - tate langdon x fem!reader
A/N: some of this gives ‘kissing in the copy room, shower sex?! friends my bawlsssss’. I LOVE EVAN PETERS!!!
no warnings :)
it was so enticing to confess every single emotion tate had ever felt for you in that exact moment. every tear shed, every blushed cheek, every breath you’d taken away from him; everything.
the joint sat between your slim fingers as you spun around to the sweet sounds of kurt cobain. a toothy grin tugged at your lips as you danced in your backyard, only the moonlight illuminating your figure. your eyes were closed but you could feel his warm gaze on you.
“going to join me, stalker boy?” you ask with a giggle, holding your hand out to him. he blushed, shaking his head no.
stalker boy, the nickname you’d given him when you saw him creeping around your room after an appointment with your father. when you confronted him he was a flushed mess, stumbling over every single word. you were amused at his anxiety and became friends with him. it soon turned into routine to hang out with tate after his friday appointments.
the first time tate saw you he swore he started believing in angels. there was no way you were real, everything about you was otherworldly. you were ethereal.
“c’mon don’t be boring, tate.” you teased, putting the joint to your lips and inhaling.
“not a good dancer.” he mumbled, pulling the sleeves of his sweater to cover his hands. “keep dancing, you look better without me.”
you smirked and sat down next to him. your fingers grazed each other as you passed him the rolled up paper. a chill went down his spine and a blush crept onto his cheeks. “you blush a lot, you know that?”
“it’s just cold.” he feigned innocence, turning his head and avoiding direct eye contact. you chuckled under your breath. he met your unconvinced gaze, “what? it is!”
“okay, okay, i believe you.” you smiled. a beat of silence passed and you look at your watch. “it’s kinda late, i should probably go back inside.”
his face dropped with disappointment, but he nodded. “yeah, i should get going too.” he smiled but it didn’t quite reach his eyes.
“bye, tate.” you leaned over, pressing a kiss to his unusually warm cheek. his breath hitched. “i’ll call you tomorrow.” you said so casually, yet it made his heart skip a beat.
you stood up and got a whole four steps before he said. “y/n, stop.” you turned on your heels with furrowed brows.
“what’s wrong?”
“everything.” the crease on your forehead only thickened with his words. “well, not everything. you’re perfect, like usual. but-” he cut himself short as he huffed. he only rambled when he was nervous, which was most the time with you. “just, what are we doing, y/n? hanging out everyday, kissing my cheek, holding hands in record stores?”
your eyes were wide as his words set in. you swallowed harshly, looking at your feet. “i’m sorry, i didn’t know you didn’t like that stuff.” you didn’t look up to meet his gaze.
“no, that’s not what i’m saying.” he was getting frustrated, not at you, but at his ability to speak his mind. “i like you… i have ever since i met you. i’m just confused because we, we act like a couple, but we aren’t one.”
your silence weighs heavy on his shoulders. his breathing speeds up and his fingers begin to fidget.
“say something, please.” it’s not a command, it’s a plea. he’s desperate for you to speak. to say anything, even if it’s rejecting him.
“i love you.” your voice is barely above a whisper. you can’t put your feelings for him into any other words besides that. before he has time to respond, you walk towards him, crashing your lips against his.
it isn’t long before his hands find your waist, pulling you impossibly closer to him. the kiss is passionate with months of pent up emotions. every ounce of love, lust, and desperation pours into that one connection of your lips.
you pull away breathlessly and the air has a shift in it. no more tension or pressure weighing on the two of you. it’s just you and tate with nothing else in the way.

.・。.・゜✭・.・✫・゜・。. .・。.・゜✭・.・
the classroom was organised with a focused, minimalist setup, with rows of sturdy tables that filled most of the space, each paired with two hard-backed chairs that left barely enough room for you to move around without bumping into someone else's desk. you stared up at the whiteboard which took up much of the wall, its surface freshly wiped but faintly marked with smudges from the writing by your favourite teacher in the world — kento nanami — who had made you sit at the front for the sole purpose of doing a one-to-one session on the easier questions that you still somehow struggled with.
a projector hung from the ceiling above, casting crisp, blue-tinted notes and problem sets onto the board. his desk was positioned directly beside the whiteboard, immaculately organised, with a stack of ungraded worksheets, a coffee cup, and a single pen resting beside his computer. you thought satoru could use some tips on how to keep his work space as clean as kento's; you knew he wouldn't listen.
around the room, colourful display boards brightened up the neutral walls, each one crowded with pre-calc formulas, visual aids, and student projects — some crumpled from years of use, others meticulously laminated. none of them were of use to you, not when you found yourself stuck on something as simple as functions and transformations.
"try again," kento — or mr nanami, as he constantly demanded you refer to him as — patiently guided you, sliding a fresh worksheet with extra space for you to do your working out on. the previous one you'd been given had been a complete mess of scribbles, doodles, and working out that made no sense whatsoever.
you spun the pencil through your fingers in a dramatic manner, eyes squinted as you addressed the complicated questions on the sheet.
and gave up the second you saw the graphs.
"i'm failing this class," you decided with a sigh.
kento — mr nanami — shook his head at you, his lips in a straight line as he tapped the sheet.
"you haven't even given it a go," he stated sternly, his cheeks hollowing as he stared down at you. "remember what we went through."
"i already forgot," you admitted, abashed.
kento nanami's gaze was a perfect balance of sternness and patience as he looked down at you, his expression unwavering; his eyes were sharp, fixed intently on you with a hint of exasperation glinting beneath his otherwise calm exterior. it did not look as though he was going to let you give up that easily, no matter how deep your sighs of defeat ran. he tapped the sheet again, and despite it sounding like a couple knocks on the table, it really was a beat that spoke in strong tunes, one that said you're going to try again, whether you like it or not,
so you picked up your pencil, frowning at the size of the eraser attached to its rear end (knowing all too well that it was not going to be enough to keep your paper from becoming a mess of lead by the end of the lesson) and got to work, reading the question, and then re-reading it, trying your hardest to understand it down to a t.
kento had left you to tackle the problems alone as he moved across the room, pausing by other students' desks to offer guidance.
...and then returned to find that your paper was now full of doodles and scribbles. he furrowed his brows and let out a sigh, rubbing his straight brows from where they began, to where they angled downwards, the lines on his forehead more prominent as he tensed.
"i tried," you said, looking sullen.
"i can see that," he replied, and it wasn't just the mess of lead he was talking about; he could see the parts of the paper where you had made an attempt at answering the question, only to give up and then fail miserably.
he leaned against his own desk, peering down at you through his circular glasses. they looked odd to you, specifically the way they stuck onto the skin around his eyes like that. it was almost as peculiar as that weird, spotted tie he always wore.
"how often do you study at home?" he asked you, and the tone of his voice, serious, made you suck in your stomach, an unsettling feeling resting in your tummy.
"every friday," you lied. it wasn't as though he'd know you didn't.
only, he somehow had.
"i know you and your family spend fridays at gojo's," he told you, his brows furrowed.
you paused.
thought of your answer.
and then reconsidered it just in case there were any loopholes he could find.
"yeah," you agreed, nodding, "but i study there too. before dinner."
"no she doesn't."
megumi had approached kento with his notebook and worksheet in hand, his handwriting neat, each letter and number placed with a precision that seemed almost methodical.
you scowled at him as he looked straight at your teacher, barely even regarding you with a simple glance, apparently unbothered by your reaction.
"can you grade my questions?" he asked, only looking down and meeting your gaze with a glare when you kicked him from where you sat.
"you're being rude," you snapped, watching him shake the foot you had kicked.
he looked down at his foot, then at you, then back at his foot, as kento took the notebook out of his hands. "you literally just kicked me," he stated with a deep lour.
"yeah, 'cause you interrupted me when i was talking to kento," you shot back, brows furrowed.
"you mean when you were lying to him," megumi corrected you, an accusatory brow raised.
your cheeks warmed as you averted your gaze, barely managing to suppress a scowl. you crossed your arms, focusing on the scribbled doodles and half-erased notes on your worksheet, ignoring megumi's pointed look as you tapped your pencil against the paper in a futile attempt to appear unaffected, but the stubborn heat on your face betrayed your feigned composure.
"check that last question," said kento, handing megumi his notebook back and pointing at something on his page with the end of his red pen. "otherwise, well done megumi."
megumi nodded, muttering a quiet thanks before sitting back in his seat that was somewhere behind you; you didn't bother checking where after his attitude.
"you," kento began, brows furrowed at you, "need a tutor."
you would have beamed at the idea, if not for already being in a particularly sour mood after megumi's comment. still, you vouched for yourself, even though it meant pushing aside your stubborn pride.
"megumi, he said you have to tutor me," you said, turning around to speak to him — he had been sitting on a table with yuji on his left and nobara on his right. you found yourself seething with envy that you were so unbelievably terrible at math, your friends got to squish themselves on a table for two without you.
"i didn't say that," kento added dismissively. "i said you needed a tutor, not that it'd be megumi."
at that, the both of you peered back up at him, dumbfounded.
"i've done it before," your friend informed your teacher, his brows raised expectantly. "she takes forever, but —"
you narrowed your eyes at him. "was that really necessary?"
kento shook his head regardless.
you frowned, looking back at megumi, and you could have sworn you'd seen his shoulders deflate slightly too, but your teacher remained firm, regarding you with tight lips and furrowed brows.
"you get distracted very easily," he told you, his hands resting in the pockets of his formal pants. he nodded in the direction of where your friends were sitting without you. "specifically with megumi."
"megumi and i work very well together, actually," you corrected, unaware of yuji shaking his head in disagreement behind you. he'd stopped when you turned to see where kento's eyes had slowly drifted, suspicious. "even though he's really rude when he teaches me —"
"— i'm not rude —"
"— and super judgemental when i get something wrong," you continued over him; he was most likely glaring at the back of your head, you didn't need to see him to know that, "i still learn a lot."
"while that might be true, something always happens to go wrong when the two of you work together," said kento, and even though he was gentle with his approach on this topic, it still felt like a harsh kick to the stomach. "you aren't sensible."
"i'm sensible," megumi openly disagreed.
you did not appreciate his obvious jab at you. "wha— so am i!"
and to your dismay, yuji had intervened. "no you're not!" he jumped in, expression fierce as he pointed at you accusingly. "you told mr haibara my art work was made out of a toilet accident!"
"well it looked like a toilet accident," you shot back, your face relaxed, eyes half-lidded.
"he asked for her opinion," said nobara — your sweet nobara — coming to your defence without a second thought. she leaned over megumi to speak to yuji directly. "what did you expect her to do, ignore him?"
"if she's capable of saying my art piece looks like a pile of shit smeared on some paper, she's capable of ignoring someone!"
it was kento's slight groan that had the four of you looking up at him, and when you did, you'd been met with the sight of him pinching the bridge of his nose, his glasses lifted by his fingers as he let out an exasperated sigh. kento did not enjoy it when the four of you would argue: he said it distracted the class despite your peers having discussions, jokes, and even arguments amongst themselves, unaware of the little spats you'd have with each other.
"enough," he voiced coolly, before regarding both you and megumi with a look of finality. "you have proven my exact point."
"i wasn't even—" megumi began, but you cut through him straight away. it wasn't like he was going to vouch for anyone but himself anyway, the selfish bastard.
"we're not like this at home," you argued passionately, brows raised in a desperate attempt to get kento to consider your situation, even if it meant dealing with a very judgemental megumi, who was never gentle when teaching you.
it seemed that your statement had only strengthened kento's decision to assign you a tutor who wasn't megumi, for his brows had drawn into a firm line, his gaze much harsher as he stared you with what seemed like a mix of finality and resolve.
"i saw the two of you at gojo's birthday last year," he'd said calmly. "the piñata was meant for him, not you."
ah.
kento was talking about the incident where you had 'hijacked' (as satoru had eloquently put it) his birthday piñata. you scoffed — he lived to tell the tale, with that goofy look on his face that was apparently meant to make you sympathise with him, but lived nonetheless.
it wasn't as though anybody was harmed in the process.
kento adjusted his glasses and regarded you with narrowed eyes. "it was also meant to be beaten open with a weapon, y/n. not megumi's head."
"arguably, his crazy hair is a danger to us all, and therefore a weapon of mass destruction," you stated, and found yourself internally pleased when you heard both yuji's and nobara's quiet snickering. "the piñata would agree."
you heard yuji and nobara's chuckles sputter into startled groans, abruptly cut off by a telltale thunk that had megumi written all over it. you couldn't help a sly chuckle as you glanced their way, where the pair nursed their sore heads with matching looks of betrayal, nobara muttering something that sounded a lot like a threat on megumi's life.
he, of course, remained unfazed, still glaring at you, looking about as done as kento had seemed, and sensing his icy gaze narrow further, you quickly schooled your face into a mask of innocent defiance.
"i'm not tutoring you," megumi replied bluntly, and you barely had the time to process that and groan before kento had intervened again.
"that settles it," he said, no longer leaning on his desk and now holding a finger up in a silent motion of 'no more' when your lips had parted to speak. "i will search for someone who i think will be best to tutor you —"
"but megumi —"
"— and is willing to do so too," he said, before picking up a folder, searching through it, and handing you a new worksheet with a different set of questions. "have a go at these before i come back, y/n."
he had left to go and approach other students, moving briskly towards those with raised hands, leaving you with only the fresh worksheet in your own hand, and a sigh caught somewhere between your frustration and reluctant determination.
you only hoped your tutor would be someone you could get along with.
.・。.・゜✭・.・✫・゜・。. .・。.・゜✭・.・
yuji and megumi walked side by side down the bustling hallway, their steps quick as they wove through clusters of students lingering between classes.
yuji had animatedly recounted an outrageous tale about how choso and todo had finally met, and how it had gone terribly wrong in only a matter of seconds. megumi was silent throughout the story, his mind wandering elsewhere, but he still managed to pay attention and had got the general gist of the story. in fact, megumi was certain that he could summarise it all in one simple sentence, something that yuji had failed to do: yuji's brothers did not like each other and were essentially fighting over him.
yuji squinted his eyes as sunlight streamed in from the tall windows, casting warm beams across their path as they neared the business classroom. megumi raised his arm to shield himself, blinking off the colourful spots in his vision.
"when did all that happen?" he asked, a crease between his brows from the frown he'd been holding up.
"after practice last week tuesday," said yuji, casually, "when i tried catching the early bus, remember?"
"i thought you got the early bus," megumi replied, the two of them taking a right where they'd find their classroom. they'd been stalling for a bit, walking round in circles in different areas of the school, but it was nearly time before the bell rang.
yuji nodded. "i did, but todo insisted on dropping me off. i said no, but — you know him, he doesn't take no for an answer."
megumi knew that quite well. when he first met todo and he'd demanded megumi to tell him his type, no matter how many times he'd refused to, todo remained persistent.
it was annoying.
"and then they met — and then everything was just —"
when the pink-haired boy had stopped speaking so abruptly, megumi glanced over at him.
yuji's gaze drifted into the distance, his eyes widening slightly as he seemed to lose track of his story mid-sentence. megumi furrowed his brows at him, watching his mouth hang open for a beat, the usual spark in his expression dimming as he focused intently on something across the hall. slightly confused, megumi turned to follow yuji's line of sight, the silence between them suddenly weighted, and megumi could only lour at what he'd seen.
"hey," yuji began, voice distant, "isn't that tsumiki?"
across the hallway, kamo stood beside tsumiki, his posture formal yet oddly relaxed, hands resting in his pockets with a quiet attentiveness. tsumiki, in turn, seemed engaged, her expression open and bright, using light hand gestures and motions that she usually did when explaining something.
megumi had seen the same thing in different areas of the school: during study hall, he'd seen tsumiki wave kamo goodbye, just before lunch had ended, he'd seen kamo walking her to her english class, and for the nth time that day, he was watching them interact, watching as tsumiki listened attentively, nodding along with something he was saying.
what the hell was going on? since when did kamo and tsumiki talking to each other become so frequent? was that ever a thing to begin with? megumi couldn't comprehend any of what he was seeing.
but he couldn't blame himself for his lack of understanding here, for everything that had happened in the past week regarding kamo had been odd, especially since that conversation his teammates had had in the locker rooms before practice.
and with a more relaxed, loose expression, megumi realised what that meant; how had this not been the first thought in his mind?
tsumiki was someone that both megumi and yuji knew pretty well. he'd completely ruled out the possibility that kamo would find interest in someone older despite majority of his teammates doing exactly that — they liked older girls.
he just did not believe that any one of them would be interested in his sister.
"yeah," megumi nodded, biting his inner cheek to avoid the natural scowl that he knew was trying to make an appearance. "it is."
"why's she talking to —"
"i don't know," said megumi, now wanting more than ever to enter class early, if only to get rid of the disgusting sight before him. he wished he could also say that he did not care, but he was curious, and he wanted to know what was actually happening between them. "let's go."
"oh, she saw us!" said yuji, raising a hand to wave. "she's saying hi!"
megumi didn't look to see whether this was true or not, but he didn't doubt it, only choosing to ignore his sister entirely and go to his class, half annoyed when he realised that kamo would follow behind him soon since they shared the same one.
"megumi, she's — she's saying hi —" yuji repeated, sounding taken aback by megumi and his cold response of ignoring her entirely.
megumi stepped into the classroom, his expression tight and shoulders tense as he made his way towards his usual seat at the back. the lively hum of conversation around him felt distant, each sound fading as he focused on shaking off the odd irritation from the hallway, and not even a moment later, yuji had trailed behind him, loudly questioning why megumi was ignoring tsumiki, his voice ringing through the quiet room. his obliviousness hung in the air, adding to megumi's quiet frustration as he sank into his seat, mentally urging his friend to just sit down and stop broadcasting his every thought.
to his dismay, yuji did not stop, not even when kamo had entered the room, walking over to his seat parallel to the two.
the rest of the class went by as usual, the only difference being the constant voice at the back of megumi's mind — nagging and pressing — reminding him of what he'd seen throughout the week.
.・。.・゜✭・.・✫・゜・。. .・。.・゜✭・.・
megumi stood just outside the theatre hall, his figure casting a long shadow on the tile floor as the late afternoon light filtered in through the high windows. the hallway was quiet now, only the faint sound of distant chatter echoing from a classroom down the hall, while the smell of fresh paint and worn wood from the theatre room seeped faintly into the corridor.
dressed in his football uniform, his hair still damp from practice, he idly scanned the posters pinned on the corkboard outside the door: upcoming plays, rehearsals, and auditions for the semester. there was even a picture of you from one of the plays back in sophomore year, a huge success, according to the school newsletter attached to it. he remembered that one, a re-telling of rosalind and how even through the mess your family had caused behind the scenes, you had remained professional enough to take your role as the lead and make something better of it — it was admirable, not that he'd ever tell you that.
he crossed his arms, leaning back against the wall, his eyes occasionally drifting to the door as he waited, his gaze relaxed. when he heard footsteps at the other end of the corridor, light and unhurried, he turned his head, brow twitching slightly as tsumiki closed the large distance between them, a gentle smile tugging at her lips, holding a file to her chest as he swiped the damp strands of his hair away from his forehead.
she stopped just short of him, glancing down at his feet. he followed her gaze, frowning when she didn't speak.
"what?" he said, defensive.
she pointed at his socks, stained with grass. "you're gonna walk in your house with those?"
megumi shot her a look, half grimacing, half glaring. "no," he snapped, snippy. "i'm gonna take them off at the front door."
she shrugged, holding her pink folder to her chest as she leaned against the same wall he had been leaning against.
"i knew i'd find you here," she said, the fluorescent lights above softening her already-gentle features, casting a warm glow that blended with the late afternoon sunlight filtering through the nearby windows.
megumi grunted in response. it was enough to show that he acknowledged her comment. she understood that well enough.
"what do you need?" he asked her, flinching when a random cymbal crash had sounded from inside the hall. he could bet his two dogs it was because of you. "i'm not doing your stats homework again."
"no, silly," she laughed, nudging his side and relishing in the slight hiss he'd let out — yuji had tackled him hard on the field during practice, driving his weight into megumi's side and slamming him mercilessly against the grass. the impact bit deeper than he'd expected, the sharp sting lingering even an hour later. "i was gonna ask you a question."
"ok."
...
"you're not gonna ask me what it is?"
"you're the one that needs to ask the question here."
"stop acting like aunt maude, megumi," scolded tsumiki, making an attempt to pinch his side. he slapped her hand away, cross and displeased with her playful nature. "anyway," she sighed, apparently having given up on trying to tease him any further than he'd let her, "don't get mad at me when i ask this."
he looked down at her, a feeling that still felt strange. only this past summer had he finally outgrown her, and after spending most of his life looking up to meet her gaze, he still wasn't quite used to the new perspective.
he didn't like the look she was sporting. it was something in between a sensible smile and a mischievous grin.
"don't say anything to make me mad," he shot back, brows furrowed.
tsumiki held her file closer to her chest, like a mother protectively cradling her baby.
"let me say a quick prayer before i ask," she said, meeting his sharp gaze with a small frown. "what? i don't wanna get attacked when i ask."
he scowled. "i'm not gonna atta—"
but she wasn't paying attention, her eyes closed as she cupped her hands and whispered her prayers into it. megumi could have sworn he heard her mutter something along the lines of 'protect me from the evil standing right next to me'. if he hadn't been taught that disrupting a prayer was a form of evil, he would have hit her twice on the head by now, but the last thing he needed to do was prove a point.
once she'd blown into her chest, she faced the wall opposite them with a smile, letting out a small breath.
"that was stupid," he muttered, unimpressed.
"didn't ask," she hummed, before clearing her throat. "are you interested in anyone?"
he was wrong — perhaps she did need that prayer after all.
megumi peered down at her, a brow raised, judging.
his usual sharp composure faltered for a moment as he processed her question. a frown twitched at the edge of his mouth, and his eyes narrowed slightly, as if trying to decipher the motive behind her sudden curiosity. this wasn't like her usual teasing — it had an edge of genuine interest that unsettled him in a way he couldn't quite place.
"what the hell?" he demanded, visibly disgusted and audibly confused.
"you're making this bigger than it needs to be," she huffed, bringing a hand up to tuck a loose strand of her hair behind her ear. "it's just as simple as any other question."
"except you've never asked me that before," he retorted, glowering as she shrugged, her eyes tracing the display board, the one with your image on it.
her expression shifted to a thoughtful calm, taking in each photo and flyer pinned neatly on the cork surface, her fingers tapping lightly against the folder she held, a small, almost imperceptible smile tugging at the corner of her mouth.
megumi didn't understand what was so amusing about her question.
it was confusing; it made no sense.
"so?" she prompted, nudging his side for the second time that day; he shrugged her off, annoyed. "is there any girl you like? any girl you think you like?"
"what's it to you?" he interrogated, placing his helmet over his head to block her out of his peripheral vision. maybe if she wasn't being so annoying, he wouldn't have to do that.
she didn't hesitate when she answered him.
"i'm asking because of an event," said tsumiki, and as she spoke, the sound of shuffling had penetrated megumi's thick helmet, entering his ears, prompting him to turn and glance down at her to see what she was doing. from the lines on his helmet, he could see her shuffling through pages in her folder, before eventually pulling out a purple flyer and offering it to him. sceptically and suspiciously, he took it. "'cause i'm organising it, i get vip tickets for friends and family. i wanted to give you one, and if you have anyone in mind, give her one too. but you're being so secretive."
"i'm not being secretive," said megumi, barely reading the flyer's contents. he was sure he wasn't going to go anyway, he never usually did anyway. he handed it back to her, waving it when she wouldn't take it. "i just don't have anyone."
she sniffed, pushing the flyer back towards him. "could've just said that."
"you were being suspicious," he sneered, eyes narrowed as tsumiki shook her head at him, disagreeing. he clicked his tongue, disapproving. "i don't even go to any of the school stuff anyway."
tsumiki raised a brow at him, visibly sceptical.
"what about homecoming?" she suggested, and megumi was thrown back in time to when he'd been struggling to avoid satoru and his 'bonding time' (which was essentially just picking out expensive suits together). "winter formal? spring fling? the spring formal last year?"
he remembered all of those quite well. still, he remained stagnant.
"i only went to those 'cause y/n dragged me to them."
tsumiki reached up and knocked on his helmet. he scowled and harshly moved her hand away, failing once, twice, three times before she finally stopped.
"did y/n hold a gun to your head?" she asked him, watching as he slowly took his helmet off and shook his hair out of his eyes. he was in need of a haircut soon, he thought to himself, reminded of his mom who politely nagged at him every day about it.
"mentally, she did," he commented quietly. he locked gazes with tsumiki and looked away not even a second later. "does."
a flicker of thought crossed megumi's mind. he recalled the multiple times he'd caught glimpses of tsumiki with kamo throughout the day — small moments, brief exchanges, but enough to catch his attention. she'd been smiling, animated even, in a way that felt unusual.
he acted on this prickle of curiosity, brows furrowed.
"are you taking anyone?" he questioned, looking down at the flyer to clarify. "to the... choir?"
tsumiki shook her head, a look of mild frustration pained over her face. "ever since satoru and your dad scared derek off last year, i... i stopped looking."
megumi raised a brow at her, very clearly critical of her hesitant response. "you stopped looking or they stopped approaching you?"
tsumiki's usual warmth seemed dimmed, her kind expression weighed down with a mix of weariness and irritation, brows knitted slightly with a faint line of frustration formed between them as her gaze shifted to the side, avoiding megumi's probing look.
"they stopped approaching me," she admitted with a sigh, but she was smiling, so megumi assumed it wasn't a massive bother.
not when she seemed to be hitting it off with kamo, apparently...
"so why do you keep talking to kamo?" he asked, straightforward and blunt. there was, in his view, no point beating around the bush or sugarcoating it. it would take too long for her to explain and equally longer for him to just get to the point. he did not have the time nor the patience for that.
there was a gentleness in her face, but it looked stretched thin, as if the weight of the question had caught up, stunning her momentarily. her lips parted briefly, like she wanted to explain, but ultimately came to the decision where in the end, she would not.
"wouldn't you like to know?" she settled on saying, her lip curled.
it irritated megumi.
"i don't," he lied, his voice distant and quiet.
"kamo's a nice guy," said tsumiki, as though trying to feed him this information little by little, like a child being monitored with how much candy they consume. "a really nice guy, actually."
megumi did not particularly agree with this, but he was not going to communicate that with tsumiki, not when she seemed so starstruck by him. megumi didn't even think she felt this strongly about derek carter from the basketball team; it rubbed him the wrong way, knowing that he might have to see one of his football teammates — other than yuji — turn up to dinner at satoru's every once in a while on fridays.
even so, he didn't necessarily believe kamo to be a bad guy.
he was decent: megumi respected his ability to never indulge in gossip as well as the company he always chose to keep — except for todo, that was something he silently critiqued.
but kamo and tsumiki...?
odd pairing, he thought to himself.
"he can hold a conversation better than i thought he could," tsumiki added thoughtfully, slightly nodding to herself as she spoke. "and... he's considerate."
megumi averted his gaze back to the display board, now uninterested.
"will i be seeing him around more?" he asked her without actually looking at her properly. he wasn't in support of this odd pairing, but if tsumiki genuinely liked noritoshi kamo, he wasn't going to actively try and prevent them from happening.
that did not, however, mean he couldn't silently judge them in his head.
and perhaps verbally with nobara, too, since she did feel quite strongly about his teammate ("he acts like he doesn't care about anything, with that 'i don't care' attitude, but look at his face! he's trying too hard, so he definitely does!").
"possibly," said tsumiki, smiling gracefully.
as the muffled sound of voices grew louder, both tsumiki and megumi instinctively turned their heads towards the theatre hall doors, where a steady flow of students began spilling into the corridor. the doors swung open, and megumi's gaze sharpened as he and tsumiki lightly searched the crowd, his eyes moving over familiar faces until they landed on you, standing and walking amidst your classmates.
you approached the two with a smile.
"ooh, tsumiki, you walking home with us?" you asked brightly, adjusting the strap of your bag as you shoved your papers inside. judging from the format of the text, megumi assumed it was a script for another play.
"mamaguro invited me over for dinner," she explained casually, "but she said absence isn't an option, so..."
"ugh, i'm jealous," you frowned, gesturing to your bag to clarify what you meant. "i want to come over too but i have a script to memorise by next week, and i need help with the pre-calc homework kento gave us today."
tsumiki's eyes darted between you and megumi, her lips pursed as though she had been missing something significant.
"megumi's... not able to help you with that?" she asked, her voice an octave higher with apparent confusion.
you raised your brows. "no, he can."
megumi aided you. "i just won't."
tsumiki's head tilted ever so slightly, and a faint crease appeared on her forehead, the kind she only got when she was trying to piece together a particularly baffling puzzle. her lips then parted as if to ask something, but she hesitated, scanning megumi's indifferent expression and your casual one with a slow shake of her head.
"i'm not gonna ask," she settled on saying, before you noticed the flyer in megumi's hand.
leaning in closer, you scanned the leaflet's front, eyebrows lifting in genuine surprise. the fact that megumi of all people was holding onto one left you momentarily speechless, lips parted as you took in the big, bold text, still a little stunned.
"what's that?" you asked, barely waiting for an answer before reading it aloud. "'choir day: join us and learn the trombone' ... you're actually going to that?"
"no," hestated, looking down and shaking the flyer at tsumiki as though he'd forgotten that he had been holding it. "i'd even pick your stupid plays over some choir show here."
you nudged him with your foot, not hard enough to hurt him, but enough to remind him of who he was speaking to.
"they're not stupid, they're fun," you corrected him with a scowl, pleased when he stepped away from you and threw you a light, warning glare.
tsumiki clicked her fingers at him, making him turn his head and his attention over to her, attentive, like a dog.
"and you're sure you're not taking anyone?" she'd said, brows raised as she opened her folder and tapped at a sheet of paper in it.
you perked up, nonplussed. "you're taking someone?"
"no," he snapped, turning to tsumiki again with a glare. the three of you had started walking out of the hallway now, making your way to the exit. "i told you, i'm not into any girls."
tsumiki, placed in between the two of you, nodded thoughtfully. "ah, so you swing the other way?"
without hesitation, megumi gave her a firm shove, sending her stumbling sidewards — right into you.
"don't be stupid," he'd said over your loud protests, planting his feet firmly onto the ground as tsumiki stood behind him, regaining her balance.
"no, tsumiki, he likes princess jasmine," you told her over his shoulder, watching her enthusiastically nod in agreement.
"i don't —"
"that's why little you's cheeks turned red when her outer robe fell off —" you teased as you walked right up to him, prepared to attack because of his careless shove against tsumiki.
but he was one step ahead of you.
just as you moved to strike, he planted the helmet on your head and delivered a solid smack to its top. the sound reverberated around you, ringing in your ears, while a dull ache radiated from the point of impact.
your brain had too much fog to focus on what he was now doing to tsumiki. all you could see, through several hard blinks and the stupid face mask lines, was megumi's back, which meant that he was now towering over tsumiki and launching a range of attacks.
you had an idea:
bending over, his helmet now in line with his behind, you charged forward like an angry bull, your head colliding with his back (a stiff one, you had to mention) repeatedly.
"what the—" you heard him grunt.
you couldn't see it, but he was looking down at you from over his shoulder, confused and inwardly concerned with your choice of attack.
it did hurt though, so he'd have to put a stop to it anyway, and that would've been easy to do if tsumiki wasn't now tugging on his hair and stomping on his foot.
from the far end of the hallway, a teacher spotted the scuffle and rushed forward, his expression quickly shifting from irritation to outright disbelief. apparently, he'd first assumed it was a classic tussle between a group of rowdy boys; the vigorous shoving, stomping, and grunts gave that impression from a distance, but as he got closer, he had blinked in surprise, recognising that the three of you involved were a pair of girls and only one boy.
"right, just... walk home safely, you three," he'd said, eyeing megumi's creased jersey and dishevelled hair with a grimace. when his eyes darted to you, the helmet still on your head, he nodded. "bye... y/n."
"no i'm megumi, can't you tell —"
"let's go," megumi grumbled, gripping onto your elbow and tugging you forward with a little more force than necessary.
you shoved him off and walked beside tsumiki again.
the rest of the journey home was filled with collective bullying, laughter, and a disgruntled megumi who vowed to keep you and tsumiki away from each other at all costs. you were rubbing off on her and he didn't like it.

bonus scene:
toji shoved satoru off of him once the door had been kicked shut behind him, his chest puffed out in an attempt to appear more intimidating, but he knew the childish man wouldn't flinch even if he bit at him.
"you touch me again and you're gonna end up in a hospital bed you white haired —"
"shut up," satoru groaned, his words drawn out in apparent exhaustion.
toji did not like this demand, parting his lips to say something — no doubt some sort of threat — but satoru had been quicker: for the first time since toji's known him, he was jumping straight to the point.
"look, i don't like you, and you don't like me —"
"incorrect," said toji, arms folded over his chest, though his fists were still clenched where they rested on each side of his waist.
satoru grimaced.
that look — staring back at him with one side of his upper lip lifted, his brows raised and contorted, his nose scrunched. toji wanted nothing more than to punch it right off, a clean swipe.
however, it seemed that he didn't have to, for his face had shifted into one he recognised even better...
the cocky one.
he hated that one even more.
"see, i'm flattered, fushiguro," he began, grinning as toji's nails cut right into each of his palms, leaving half moon crescent marks behind, "really, i am, but i have a wife —"
toji's nostrils flared dangerously.
"shut-the-fuck-up-before-i-shove-my-fist-in-your-fucking-mouth-you-cocky-fucking-bastard —"
satoru raised his hands in mock surrender.
"woah there buddy —"
"you got it fucking twisted," snapped toji, stepping up to the other male with a menacing glare. "i hate your guts. i wouldn't spit on you if you were on fire — and even now, i wanna squash you where you stand, like a bug. consider yourself lucky my wife likes you —"
"i am not the enemy here!" satoru interrupted him loudly.
without breaking eye contact with the enraged, bulky man before him, he pointed at the door behind him where laughter and chatter sounded from members of the gathering.
"we have a common enemy out there. and just this once... aside from the time the serial-hump-er was out for us men... i offer a truce to get rid of the brat."
derek carter was, by all outward appearances, exactly the kind of guy most people would be thrilled to see with someone like tsumiki. he was relentlessly polite, with a clean-cut look and a warm, ready smile that seemed designed to put parents at ease. always prepared, he carried her books without needing to be asked, laughed at all the right moments, and brought flowers to meet the family — not that toji or satoru could find anything wrong with him, on paper.
and maybe that was the problem.
he was too perfect.
perfectly timed smiles, perfect grades, perfect compliments... to toji and satoru, he seemed like he was performing rather than being genuine, and that subtle insincerity — whether real or perceived — set them both on edge. neither of them bought it, and both of them, despite their very obvious differences, couldn't shake the feeling that he wasn't quite what he appeared to be.
toji's defensive posture shifted, shoulders loosening as satoru's offer had started to sink in. his glare had softened, the tension in his clenched fists releasing as he glanced from satoru to the closed door behind him, where derek's too-perfect laughter rang out.
for a moment, toji just scowled at the ground, processing, and satoru had assumed he had lost the deal, that they would not be able to collectively get rid of the perfect brat of a date that tsumiki had brought out. but then, toji looked up again, and gave him a quick, almost reluctant nod.
satoru gave him a toothy grin, which was not returned.
"what did you have in mind?" toji began, his voice gruff with obvious reluctance.
"hate to say it, but i'm gonna have to be the brains behind this," said satoru, sounding all too pleased with himself.
if toji hadn't been so pissed with the sight of that carter kid, he might have actually spent time being suspicious with the white-haired freak. what if he was setting him up again? it certainly wouldn't have been the first time...
"believe me, i'd love to be in on the action too," he continued, still smiling that dopy smile, "but i'm a teacher at the high school. got a rep to keep up. and... i could lose my job, obviously..." he glanced at toji with a small, cheeky grin. "you wouldn't be able to relate —"
"— get to the fucking point —"
"— all right."
the plan had been made, enacted, and even altered slightly during it.
the chaos that followed was a carefully orchestrated disaster. satoru's brilliant plan had required toji to bring back a bothersome personality trait he had put at rest from meeting his wife onwards, turning an already uncomfortable event into a whirlwind.
plates clattered, chairs tipped, and the silverware clinked at the most inopportune moments, all while derek had tried to keep his composure, only to grow more visibly unnerved as the night went on. between satoru's subtle, deadpan remarks that derek barely caught, and toji's unexpected, pointed comments that cut through any remaining calm, derek found himself squirming, second-guessing every word. and when toji made a point of 'accidentally' standing too close, arms crossed, looming like a silent bouncer, that had been the final straw.
tsumiki's date excused himself with a pale face, disappearing through the door as fast as he could without actually running.
in turn, tsumiki had not spoken to either of them again for a whole, entire week.
at least the brat was gone without any legal reinforcements.

you knew it’s wrong to simp over your friends, but you couldn’t help it.
since when did yang jungwon get so hot?
you hadn’t even worn your dobok yet and you were already sweating just looking at him box with that punching bag. his arm muscles flexed and rippled deliciously, and his face which was contorted into a focused expression, glimmered under the studio lights due to the layer of sheen sweat that coated his body. a drop rolled down the bridge of his nose and was about to land on his lips when he stopped and wiped it off. the sudden change in movement brought you out of your daydream and you mentally punched yourself for drooling over one of your best friends.
you need to stop simping over anyone who is even the slightest bit hot.
slinging your bag over your shoulder, you walked towards the locker room to get changed. shuffling through your belongings, you tried to find the plastic in which you had kept your dobok, when you were startled by the feeling of someone's hand on your back. you looked behind to see your best friend chaeyeon grinning at you.
“you’re a bit early today.”, she stated.
“yeah, my mom kicked me out of the house at six in the morning.” you sighed, “i was wandering around till class started.”
chaeyeon patted your shoulder sympathetically. ever since the summer holidays for your senior year had started, your mom had been making sure you didn’t laze around the house and be productive everyday. this was the last year for your taekwondo training and then you would finally receive your black belt. so, your mom felt it was important for you to go for training.
every. single. day.
honestly, you were a bit pissed in the beginning because you couldn’t join the rest of your school friends on their month long trip to kyoto. but, jungwon and chaeyeon were staying back as well for their training, so it wasn’t that bad.
you wore the white jacket on top of your t-shirt and slipped your belt through the white loops. your pants were almost up your calves when chaeyeon spoke again.
“do you wanna come over to my house in the evening? we should get started on our physics project.
you jumped in excitement at her offer, “is your brother gonna be there?”
chaeyeon slapped your arm, “why does that matter? we have to do our work, i’m not going to sit there and watch you fangirl over him.”
ah yes, chaeyeon's brother, lee heeseung.
the man you were absolutely smitten with.
the perfect, handsome, smart and talented golden boy of the school.
your crush of three years.
and lately, it felt like he was reciprocating your feelings as well because he had started flirting with you back. you didn’t care if you were being delusional, you would take any chance to interact with him, which is why you were always ecstatic to visit chaeyeon’s house.
“just tell me please”, you dragged out your sentence in a whiny voice, making chaeyeon hiss at the annoying sound.
“okay okay, he’s going to be there. he has nothing to do this week.”
you squealed and pumped your fist in the air. chaeyeon just rolled her eyes at your actions and pulled you out of the locker room to join the training.
you lay spread eagle on the blue foam mat. your arms felt like wet, heavy ham and the muscles in your thighs felt like they were stretched to the maximum. you really shouldn’t have skipped your warm up, but you had no idea how rigorous today’s training would be. your coach was hellbent on making sure you perfected your double roundhouse kick and only let you take a break when you got the hang of it. these were probably the most tiring four hours of your life.
suddenly, a handsome face came into your view as the person loomed over your body and blocked the light, making you jolt up. after getting a closer look you realised it was just your best friend, jungwon. you stomped on his feet out of annoyance.
“you startled me man.”
“i thought you fell asleep”, he huffed at your actions “let’s go home now, my stomach is gonna digest itself if i don’t feed it anything soon.”
you rolled your eyes at his exaggeration and went towards the locker room to get your belongings.
chaeyeon had already left before you both, so you took the shorter route towards your house. usually, you both would drop her off along the way and then walk back together since you lived right next to each other.
the walk back home was rather silent, filled with occasional slurps of the popsicles you both had bought. your walks home were usually always filled with a comfortable science accompanied by some type of snack. lately, you both had been trying to eat all the popsicle flavours of the new trending brand. so today, you both tried the cherry lime flavour and honestly, it was absolutely disgusting. you stared at the bright red and green ice on the stick and grimaced.
“this tastes really bad”, you stuck out your tongue in disgust “especially the cherry side, it’s just frozen cough medicine.”
jungwon shrugged his shoulders, “i kind of like it, the combination is nice.”
you wrinkled your nose at his remark, “you have bad taste.”
he turned to look at you with mock hurt on his face when you noticed a red stain from the popsicle on the corner of his lips. you walked up to him and tried to rub off the insistent stain from the corner of his lips, making jungwon freeze in his spot. you looked at him to be met with his eyes already staring at your face. his face looked flushed and his eyes were wide open. his eyes.
they were so mesmerising, looking like pools of freshly brewed coffee that always held a sparkle in them. you quickly moved away when jungwon suddenly spoke up.
“w-what are you doing?”
you cleared your throat and looked away, “you had a red stain on your face.”
these types of awkward encounters had been frequenting a lot between you both lately and you felt slightly bothered by it.
he rolled his eyes and tried to play it off, “your lips are green, eat the cherry part also. you look like mike wazowski.”
“shut up.”, you muttered while wiping your lips.
you handed your half eaten popsicle to him and resumed walking. feeling disgusted by the sight of him gorging down both of the disgusting frozen treats you decided to change the topic.
“i’m going to chaeyeon's house later to start our physics project.”
jungwon nodded absentmindedly at that.
“hee is gonna be there too”, you sighed dreamily, making him glare at you.
“why are you still obsessed with that bastard?”
you gasped in offence, “how dare you call him that? he’s an amazing guy.”
jungwon chucked the ice cream sticks in the nearby dustbin a bit too forcefully for your liking. every mention of heeseung’s name always riled him up. both of them were academic rivals, always competing for the top spot, which was why they were never nice to each other and always bickered. but you were not letting their issue meddle with your non-existent love life.
“he’s annoying and not a nice guy”, jungwon walked faster making you break out into a slight jog.
“just last week i saw him walking around with a new chick.” he threw his hands in the air, “how could he do that when he just dumped his girlfriend!”
yeah that was true. heeseung was a bit of a playboy. you weren’t surprised though, his good looks and personality had girls throwing themselves on him right and left and he just accepted it. you didn't mind, you were ready to forgive him for that.
“i don’t care, i know he would never hurt someone intentionally.”
jungwon shook his head at your obvious lovesickness. you were too blinded by your crush to notice the possibility of getting hurt. you waved him off when you reached your driveway.
“bye won, i have to pick an outfit for the evening.”
jungwon didn’t bother looking at you and just simply reminded you that it wasn’t a date. but who cares? definitely not you.
the shiny silver doorbell was waiting for you, inviting you to press it, but you just stood like a fool at chaeyeon’s doorstep. why were you getting nervous for absolutely no reason?(heeseung). it’s not like this was your first time visiting her house.
you dismissed your worry with a nervous chuckle and smoothened your hair down one last time. the summer heat was making it frizzier by the second and you had to look your best for heeseung, which meant you had to enter the house soon. taking a deep breath, you finally pressed the doorbell.
a few moments later, the door swung open, unveiling the most beautiful sight known to mankind—heeseung's beaming face. he gave your outfit a quick once-over, and his smile evolved into a teasing smirk. glancing down at your sage green tank top and acid-washed denim shorts, a hint of uncertainty crept in. were they not to his liking? despite your attempt at a casual look, a moment of self-doubt lingered in the air.
“what’s up?”
his voice broke you out of your dilemma. now you felt too scared to respond. taking another deep breath you tried to keep your voice steady.
“i’m here to study with chaeyeon.”
for some reason, his smirk grew even wider as he checked you out once again, casually leaning against the doorframe. wait, was he actually checking you out? you really sucked at this love stuff because you had absolutely no idea what was going on. were you reading into things too much?"
“studying during summer break?”
he raised his eyebrows as if reminding you to speak. you cleared your throat, “yeah we have to complete a physics project.”
he nodded. “chaeyeon is out running errands though. she won’t be back for another hour.”
you frowned at that information, “but she told me to come over.” heeseung shrugged his shoulders, motioning for you to come in.
“you can wait in her room.”
you had no choice but to agree because he had already started walking in. you sighed and mentally sent a prayer to all the gods to prevent you from embarrassing yourself further.
suddenly, he stopped in his steps and spinned around to face you. you immediately forced your feet to stop walking to prevent crashing into him. “do you want to watch a movie with me instead?”
your heart dropped to your toenails at his words. as much as you wanted to jump at the offer, there was no way you would survive an entire movie with him without embarrassing yourself.
tucking a strand of hair behind your ear, you tried to look as apologetic as possible, “actually i should get started on my work, maybe another time?”
heeseung shrugged, “yeah sure.”
you gave him a sheepish smile and started your ascent up the stairs to chaeyeon's room. the entire time, you could feel a pair of eyes burning into your back. the outfit was a good choice. smirking to yourself, you pushed the door to chaeyeon's room open.
it had been over an hour and so far you had listed out all the main points and subheadings to be included in your project. you had no idea when chaeyeon would come back; every time you called her she would say that she'll be home soon. there was a lot of rush at the supermarket she had forcibly gone to with her mom. you had thought about going back home but your mom wanted you to study as much as you could and it wasn’t evening yet, so here you are.
your face was almost going into the laptop screen because of the amount of concentration you had on finding the perfect template for your ppt. the opening of the door shortly distracted you, but you deemed that it was chaeyeon.
"bro, what took you so long?”, you spoke in a exasperated tone “was it actually that crowded? it's not even a weekend today." you didn't bother looking behind and continued doing your work.
you immediately stopped what you were doing as the feeling of two arms wrapping loosely around your collarbone made you stiffen up. a warm breath fanned your neck sending chills down your spine. "it’s me."
heeseung.
how and why were his arms wrapped around you? you weren't complaining because this was your dream come true but at the same time this was not good for your heart, which at this point was about to beat its way out of your chest.
you rolled your chair away from his hold and stood up, almost about to trip over nothing. you were sure you looked redder than a tomato right now, but you somehow managed the courage to look up at heeseung, who was already staring back at you. his head was tilted slightly and his pink lips were scrunched up in a pout.
brushing a non existent stand of hair away from your face, you decided to question him about his previous actions.
"why did you do that?"
he looked at you innocently in question, as if asking you what?
"the hug, why did you just hug me out of nowhere?"
a look of realisation crossed his face and he just chuckled softly at your question. "i was pretending to be chaeyeon." he smirked, "why? don't friends hug each other?"
if he was flirting with you or friend zoning you, you had absolutely no idea. you had to change the conversation quickly.
"why did you come up, is chaeyeon back now?"
"she's on the way now," he pointed towards the door, "i just made some rose lemonade. let's go drink that while you wait."
you nodded and followed him down to the kitchen. you leaned against the marble counter, trying to look as calm and collected as possible while heeseung fetched the pitcher full of the pink drink. suddenly, he turned around and started walking towards you, making you instantly freeze at your spot with an awkward smile etched onto your face. he got closer and stopped once his feet were almost touching yours. giving you a dashing smile he slowly leaned forward. was he going to kiss you?
your dream is finally coming true! you closed your eyes and puckered your lips slightly in anticipation for his to land on them. but that never happened. you opened your eyes to see a wide eyed heeseung staring back at you with two glasses in his hand. oh, he was only reaching for the glasses behind you.
embarrassment washed over you, making your cheeks flame up in shame as heeseung chuckled. you really wanted to melt away into a big puddle of nothing right now. clearing your throat you snatched a glass from his hand and poured yourself the lemonade. heeseung watched you with an amused smile as you chugged down the entire glass in one go to cool down your burning cheeks.
“was it that good?”
you nodded enthusiatically, “you have to send me the recipe!”
heeseung laughed at your reaction and poured you another glass. he probably had the most beautiful laugh and you could hear it on replay for hours. you smiled dreamily at him. by now, literally everyone knew about your humongous crush on him.
the thing was, you had horrible flirting skills and were always oblivious if someone showed interest in you. your exemplary skills in taekwondo and bubbly personality had attracted many but you ended up friendzoning them unintentionally. you only had eyes for heeseung, who was currently washing the dishes you both had drunk from. he was such boyfriend material. you stood up straight once he spoke up.
“my friend is hosting a party this friday.” he turned off the tap and wiped his hands on the kitchen towel. “i’m sure you know who jake is.” you hummed in reply.
“you should come, it’ll be fun.”
you were usually never interested in parties, in fact you never had the time to even think about it while juggling school and taekwondo together. but, you had a bit of free time now since school was off. and heeseung’s offer kind of seemed like he was asking you on a date? you can’t just straight up ask him that so maybe you should just go and find out. this could finally be your moment to directly confess your feelings. you were getting tired of holding them back.
“okay,” you smiled, “i’ll be there.”
heeseung’s face brightened up at your words. “that's great-”
“can i bring jungwon as well?”
his smile dropped, but he nodded somewhat enthusiastically, which didn’t really show on his face. oh right, they hate each other. the air turned awkward at the mention of his name and you were brainstorming things to change the subject when you were saved by the doorbell.
you immediately perked up the sound, “ah, i think chaeyeon is home.”
heeseung gave a forced smile back, “yeah, have fun with your project. i have some work to do. i’ll see you on friday.” with that, he walked back to his room.
your face fell at his sudden change of behaviour. you knew he had no work to do this week because chaeyeon had told you so. it was kind of weird but you assumed it was probably because you mentioned jungwon. he shouldn’t dislike him so much though, afterall he was one of his sister’s closest friends. shrugging it off you walked to the door to let chaeyeon and her mom in.
it was the day of the party and jungwon(who had agreed to attend after much of your insistence) and you stood right outside the door, waiting for someone to open it. chaeyeon had decided not to attend the party and had gone out with her other friends to the amusement park instead. you would have joined her as well because parties were not your thing and you’d rather spend your time riding roller coasters, but this was a matter of love. you had to make sacrifices for your dear heeseung .
the door opened to reveal a beaming jake, “oh hi guys!” he motioned for you both to come inside, “the drinks and snacks are over there and we’re playing games in the living room.” he patted you both on your backs. “have fun!” both of you smiled back at his warm welcome and walked inside the huge bungalow.
the kitchen counter was lined up with all sorts of colourful sodas and delicacies. the living room stretched far and wide, making you gaze at it in awe. colourful fairy lights were strung across the ceiling, setting the people’s face aglow with multiple colours. trending pop songs blared through the speakers and you could feel the bass thump to the beat of your heart. people were spread across the entire house and some of them were gathered outside in the lawn.
jungwon pointed at the people playing games, breaking you out of your trance.“i think they’re setting up a game of twister, let’s go join them!”
you shook your head, “i should go find heeseung first.”
jungwon’s jaw ticked at your words. he rolled his eyes as he spoke, “i don’t think you should do this, he’s not a good guy.”
you frowned at his words, “how do you know? you just hate him because he is better than you in academics.”
he grasped your shoulders and his eyes turned serious. “that’s not the problem. i’ve seen how he treats people. he may act all nice and sweet in front of you, but he’s actually really shallow.”
he sighed at the perplexed look on your face. “he’s a walking red flag and i’ve been trying to get you to understand that for a long time.”
you remained unfazed at his words because just like he had mentioned, he always said the same thing. no matter what happened you were going to try to shoot your shot.
flashing him a sympathetic smile, you patted his shoulder. “sorry buddy, nothing is going to stop me. unless you have feelings for me or something.”
you snickered at your ridiculous thoughts, missing the blush that overtook jungwon’s face. he looked away at your words and shrugged his shoulders.
“okay then, i gave you enough warnings.” rolling your eyes at this dismissive behaviour you grabbed his wrist and dragged him to the group of people setting up the game of twister.
“calm down drama queen, let’s play this first then i can go accomplish my mission.” he sighed and accompanied you as you said.
the game was going pretty well and you were confident in your chances of winning. you were in a fairly easy position compared to others, who had their limbs twisted in all sorts of hilarious ways. especially jungwon, who was basically in an upside down table pose. you tried not to notice the way his biceps were bulging out from under his black turtleneck, but it was hard to do so.
looking away from him, you accidentally made eye contact with heeseung who seemed to have just arrived at the party. you waved at him and motioned that you will talk to him later. he gave a bright smile and flashed a thumbs up at your actions. soon after he looked away, a girl with bright red hair walked up to him and kissed his cheek. your heart shattered at her actions. does he have a girlfriend?
he proved your assumptions incorrect when he pushed her off of him. getting a closer look, you realised it was his ex-girlfriend. she was probably just a psycho. you were planning to spy on them more, but annoyed shouts of your name brought you back to reality.
“what are you doing? you’re the only one left to finish your move, everyone is already done.”
apologising, you looked at the wheel that had decided your next move. looking back at the twister mat, you realised that all the good required spots were taken. the spots that were left for you were only reachable if you bent over jungwon, which meant you would be leaning over him until the next move. you had no idea why you were feeling so nervous about it though. he was your best friend after all, you were the closest to him. you’ve been together since childhood. it was stupid to feel nervous over something so trivial.
putting on a cool exterior, you leaned over him to take your position. both of your arms were placed next to his torso and your face was directly hovering over his. you were shocked to see his cheeks turn red because of the close proximity of you both. he was avoiding eye contact with you and you frowned. one nudge of your elbow brought his eyes back to yours.
deja vu hit you as you couldn’t help but get lost in his mesmerising eyes once again. that one twinkle that was always present in them no matter what, the colour of his orbs and the warmth they held every time they looked at you made you lean in closer. you were so close to each other that you could see your own reflection in his eyes. butterflies filled your stomach and you felt warm and fuzzy all over at the realisation of your close proximity with him. jungwon could now feel your warm breath on his lips, making him close his eyes in anticipation of his next move.
but instead of that, your face crashed onto the expanse of his neck with an embarrassingly loud smooch. some idiot had kicked your leg by accident, which made you lose your balance and bring down jungwon with you. you don’t know what demon possessed you to do this, but you took a big sniff and the smell of vanilla and cologne invaded your senses, making you sigh out in content. the feeling of jungwon’s body stiffening under you brought you out of your stupor and you immediately scrambled to get up. why did you act like a creep, you want to cry now.
you awkwardly rubbed the back of your neck when everyone started clearing away. the game had ended because the idiot who had tripped you had also ended up rolling down the entire mat merrily like a bowling bowl, knocking everyone down.
that wasn't the issue right now though. were you just going to kiss your best friend? there was no way you had any sort of feelings for him. just a month ago you had given him a friendship day bracelet and told him how your friendship had to last forever or you would bite his nose off. so now why were you so curious to know what his lips felt like? you spinned around to see jungwon clutching his chest like he was a heart patient.
trying to push away the recent embarrassing encounter into the deep, dark pits of your brain, you walked up to him and stood silently, gazing at his lips. they were a light rosy shade of pink and looked glossy due to the coat of transparent lip gloss you had applied on them before coming to the party. they looked so soft.
you were shaken out of your thoughts when jungwon flicked your forehead. you gasped and clutched your forehead in pain, “ow, what was that for?”
jungwon smirked as he pulled you closer by your shoulders. “you seem kind of obsessed with me lately. those looks haven’t gone unnoticed by me you know.”
he raised an eyebrow cockily, “are you sure it’s not me you have a crush on?”
you sputtered and coughed like a broken car engine at his words. how did he already guess what was going on in your mind?
shrugging his hands off of you, you gave a firm whack to his chest. “h-how can you even say that! i only have eyes for heeseung, you’re nothing compared to him.”
jungwon snickered and just pulled you into his side, guiding you towards the table full of food you both had been eyeing. he leaned towards your ear and whispered in a low voice.
“i’m pretty sure we were about to do something else back in the game though.”
your face burned with embarrassment. nothing can save you now, jungwon was in his cheeky mode. he was oozing with confidence and you were blushing as bright as a beet.
you huffed in annoyance and pushed him away to speed walk towards the table. not bothering to wait for him to catch up, you picked up two humongous cupcakes, ready to stuff your mouth. suddenly, a hand came up to your shoulder making, you almost drop your food in surprise. thinking it was jungwon, you put the ugliest scowl on your face and turned around to face him.
“what do you-”
you paused midway through your sentence when you realised who was in front of you. it was a smiling heeseung, who looked smoking hot today. he had adorned a tight fitted black shirt with a grey patterned jacket and his hair was styled to show off his gorgeous forehead. you immediately dropped your scowl and put on your most charming smile.
“oh hey heeseung !”
his smile widened at your greeting but all of a sudden, his eyes turned dark when he looked at something behind you. you looked over to see jungwon standing there with two cups in his hand, his expression as cold as ice. they both were practically shooting lasers from their eyes and you could almost feel the heat from it. gulping, you looked away and tried to think of what to say.
“i have to tell you something important.” you blurted out. heeseung finally broke his staring contest with jungwon and smiled at you.
“sure, go ahead.”
okay, this was the perfect time to confess your feelings.
although, for some reason you hesitated before speaking. you could not stop thinking about what happened between you and your best friend today. were you doing the right thing or should you ponder on it more? unfortunately, one raise of heeseung’s eyebrow had you spilling everything out.
“i have a crush on you.”
is this how it feels like to have a heart attack? because suddenly it felt like you couldn’t breathe anymore and your heart was pounding erratically. maybe it wasn’t a good idea to confess if you felt this scared after it.
before you could comprehend heeseung’s reaction to your confession, the feeling of something cold and sticky being poured over you made you scream in shock.
your mouth was hung open in shock as you turned around to see who the culprit was. it was the same girl with cherry red hair who had kissed heeseung on the cheek before.
“what the fuck was that for?”, you spat in anger.
she crossed her arms with a stupid smirk painted onto her face. “you were shamelessly flirting with my boyfriend, i obviously had to do something.” you were about to retort but heeseung beat you to it.
“lena we broke up a week ago, can you stop doing things like this! i’m so sick of you.”
lena just chuckled and shook her head frantically. pushing you out of the way, she walked up to heeseung and cupped his cheeks with her manicured hands.
“no baby, we’re just going through a bad time. we’re still very much in love with each other.”
letting out a tired sigh, he pushed her hands away from his face. “stop being so delusional,” he looked towards you with an apologetic gaze, “why would you pour your drink over her? she’s like a sister to me. that’s not acceptable..”
ouch.
this was worse than getting friendzoned, he sister zoned you.
that too right in front of his ex.
after you confessed your feelings for him.
you tuned out the rest of his words as anger bubbled up inside you. you knew you were not as delusional as the mosquito of a girl in front of you. heeseung had reciprocated your advances sometimes and had even initiated flirting with you. then why would he say all that?
a warm hand clasped around your forearm that was now sticky from the soda that was poured over you. jungwon pulled you towards him gently with a concerned look on his face.
“are you okay? do you want to leave?”, your face softened at his genuine concern.
a mischievous glint appeared in your eyes as you decided on what you were going to do. “give me five minutes jungwon, i'm going to make sure someone pays for ruining my dress.”
jungwon’s eyebrows raised as he understood what you were about to do.
you moved towards lena who was still yapping about how much she loved heeseung, and tapped her shoulder. she pushed her tongue against her cheek when she realised it was you.
“what?”
giving her a condescending smile you motioned towards your outfit that was drenched in the sticky soda. “you’re going to have to pay for the damage you did.”
lena scoffed in disbelief, “and what makes you think i’ll do that? get lost, don’t waste my time.”
she waved you off and turned back to heeseung . even though it was against your morals to fight with someone weaker than you, you were not going to be civil with her anymore.
grabbing a fistful of her obnoxious bright red hair, you yanked her towards you making her yelp in pain. turning her around, you repeated yourself.
“are you going to pay or not?”
she looked at you with a crazed look in her eyes. “of course not you psycho.” she punched you weakly on the jaw making everyone around you gasp in shock.
“you started this”, shrugging you let go of her hair and punched her smack on the nose, making her stumble backwards. a loud crack resonated throughout the room. lena shrieked in pain as her hands became red from trying to stop her nose from bleeding. one of her fake eyelashes(which was about half the length of your fingers) had fallen onto the floor due to the impact of your punch.
you pouted mockingly, “i guess you’ll have to get a nose job again.”
wiping away the blood from her face she charged at you with her fist ready to strike, but you easily grabbed her arm making her stagger to stop. you twisted her arm around till it was painfully bent behind her back. she whimpered in pain and tapped on your arm.
“ow please, that hurts.”
you scoffed, “this is nothing, i can do much worse if i want.”
she looked up at heeseung with pleading eyes, “h-heeseung please stop this psychotic bi-”
you tightened your grip on her arm making her groan out in pain. heeseung paid no heed to her words, in fact he was watching the entire scene play out with an amused look on his face.
you looked to your left and tilted your head at jungwon, silently asking him what to do next. he was watching you with a proud smile and nodded his head signalling you to do what you wanted. you gave him a thumbs up and returned back to your situation.
you gave her a firm kick to her shin, making her fall on her knees. she raised her free hand in defeat.
“alright i’ll pay you for the drycleaning i promise!”
you huffed loudly and left her arm causing her to completely collapse on the floor. you nodded towards heeseung with a blank face. “you’re going to leave him alone as well.”
she squeaked out a yes, handed you a fifty dollar bill and scurried away, probably leaving the party.
everyone else cheered loudly for you for standing up to her. you grinned and jogged over to jungwon and grabbed his hand, “how did i do?”
his eyes held affection as he looked you over, “awesome.”
that one word of praise cheered you up instantly, much better than any amount of ice cream would have.
you both were just about to leave the driveway of jake’s house when the shout of your name made you both halt. you turned to see none other than heeseung jog towards you with a set of keys in his hands. he held them out to you and looked at you with an unreadable expression.
“i think you dropped your keys behind.” your eyes widened and you grabbed them from him, thanking him in a small voice.
he stuffed his hands in his pockets and looked you up and down, the action making jungwon’s grip on your hand tighten. “you were really cool back there. i’m glad i got to see you in action.”
you hummed, not knowing what to say. can he not read the room? it felt so awkward to even look at him anymore.
he cleared his throat and his confident persona dropped for a minute as he scratched the back of his neck nervously.
“actually, what i said back there about you being like my sister.” your head shot up at his words. “i didn’t mean any of that.”
he looked at his feet. “i only said that to get lena off your back, but if i knew you would’ve taken care of it yourself, i never would have done that”, he trailed off in his sentence.
jungwon’s voice cut through the tense atmosphere, making you feel relieved as he questioned what you weren’t able to, “cut to the chase.”
heeseung ignored him and looked directly into your eyes. “well i don’t exactly have feelings for you right now, but i really want to make it up to you. you’re a really cool person,” he stepped closer towards you, “i want to take you out for dinner this sunday.”
you could almost feel the anger radiate off jungwon as he spat out his next words, “did you start finding her cool only because she beat your psycho ex-girlfriend up.” he scoffed, “you don’t owe her a favour, she did what was right.” your shoulders slumped at his words. is that how he actually felt?
heeseung rolled his eyes, “please don’t bring your jealousy into the middle of all this. she can make her own decisions.”
both the boys looked at you intently, waiting for you to make your decision. the urge to crawl in a hole and live there forever was extremely strong right now. you really couldn’t handle the pressure. wanting the best of both worlds, you said the first thing that came up to you.
“i’m okay with the dinner.”
heeseung ’s face brightened up in victory whilst jungwon dropped his hand from yours in defeat.
why was he so upset about it now? it’s not like you were going on a date with heeseung, he made it very clear he doesn’t like you. and why were you so adamant on making sure jungwon understood that?
being born as a dolphin would’ve been so much better at this point. at least you wouldn't have to deal with physics and this romance shit.
it was the day of the dinner and you were currently lacing up your doc martens on your front porch. you had decided to wear a black skirt with a white top and a dark brown coat since it was raining today so it was a bit chilly outside, even though it was the middle of summer. you had only just finished wearing your shoes when your phone started ringing, indicating a video call from chaeyeon.
you furrowed your brows and picked it up, “hello-”
“you absolute moron!” she screamed from the other side making you flinch.
“what happened? since when did you start insulting me, jungwon was enough-”
“this is about him! how could you be so heartless?”, she cut you off once again. you frowned, what did you do to him?
“stop making that face, you look like a pug,” she rolled her eyes, “why are you going out with heeseung today?”
oh so that’s what this is about.
you shook your head, “it’s not really a date, he just wanted to take me out to dinner.”
chaeyeon's lips formed into a thin line at that. “you mean my brother, who’s basically a casanova, is taking you out to a casual dinner?” she shook her head disapprovingly, “i didn’t think you could be so clueless."
you squinted at her in confusion, “just tell me what you want to. don’t beat around the bush. there’s no time for that, he’ll be here any moment.”
pinching her nose in frustration, she let out a deep breath. “jungwon told me the full story of what happened at the party since someone else forgot to.” you gave her a guilty smile at that. chaeyeon caught a horrible flu a few days ago, so you didn’t really get the time to update her on all this.
“he likes you a lot. he’s been hopelessly in love with you since the past five years.”
your jaw hung open at that. there’s no way your suspicions were right. jungwon actually liked you? you felt gooey and warm like a freshly baked brownie right now. you could feel the heat spread through your entire body at the idea of jungwon liking you, something which you noticed was opposite of what you felt when you were around heeseung.
“close your mouth, i can see your internal organs.” you really wanted to slap her right now because her sarcastic commentary really wasn't helping you with the whirlwind of emotions you were going through.
you let out a deep sigh, “i really don’t know chaeyeon. i feel so happy and excited at the thought of that? but also kind of scared. he’s my best friend, you know, i don’t want to mess things up.”
she shook her head at you with pity, “it’s too late for that, you already did.”
“what do you mean?”
“are you kidding me?”, she scoffed. “jungwon is competing in the interstate taekwondo championship today!”
you stood up from your seat in horror, “what! why didn’t you tell me before?”
she wiped her runny nose into her tissue and glared at you, “you’re his closest friend, i didn’t think you would forget something so important.” she sighed, “i can’t attend the fight because of my cold, but you should.”
the honk of a car horn made you look in front to see heeseung waving at you. you mirrored his actions and looked back into your phone. “there’s still time till the fight right?”
she nodded, “kinda, it starts in thirty minutes.”
muttering a ‘shit’, you thanked her for giving you a reality check. she only nodded and coughed into her tissue once again, “it’s up to you to pick between your amazing and sincere best friend or my brother who’s probably only interested in you for your fighting skills.”
nodding solemnly, you cut the call and stuffed your phone into your side bag. by then, heeseung had walked up to your doorstep with an umbrella in his hand.
“are you ready to go?”
your hands were sat on your lap as you watched the rain fall outside of the car window. you were sitting in a rather rigid manner on your seat as you listened to heeseung blabber about some olympiads he had won medals for. you felt bad because you weren’t paying any attention to what he was saying. you couldn't get jungwon off of your mind.
the warmth he made you feel everytime he smiled and when the dimples on his cheeks showed. the way your heart fluttered when you watched him execute taekwondo moves with perfection and the way his face lit up with joy each time he was successful. the butterflies that swarmed your stomach every time you hugged him or held his hand. all of this, you had been brushing them away for so long thinking that this was a normal thing for friends. there was no way you could be more than that. but now realisation seemed to dawn upon you; you had been in love with him all along, perhaps even longer than he has been.
looking next to you, you observed heeseung. he still made you feel nervous and excited, but you realised that this was a different kind of feeling. the kind you feel when you receive updates from your favourite celebrity. it was nothing more than a schoolgirl crush, the one where he was just good eye candy to admire. he didn’t make you feel the comfort and love you felt with jungwon. and you didn’t feel the same way about him either.
you have to see jungwon, right now.
shuffling through your bag for your phone, you frantically checked the time. you still had fifteen more minutes to go before his match started.
“heeseung can you please take me to x stadium instead? i’m so sorry, but i can’t have dinner with you today, i have to go.”
heeseung frowned, “what happened all of a sudden? is it that urgent?”
“yes it is, please turn the car around.”
he nodded, still confused. he was about to question you but stopped when he saw you hold up your phone to your ear, trying to call jungwon so you could tell him you were coming to his match. he received missed calls after missed calls from you, but he didn’t pick up any. his phone was probably with the coach.
soon, heeseung stopped the car at a red light right across the stadium. you asked him to unlock the car door and thanked him for the ride.
his eyes widened, “are you going to walk in the rain? it’ll just take me five more minutes to make a u-turn.”
you shook your head, “there’s no time for that, i’ll miss jungwon-”
“you’re going to see jungwon?”
“yes, i’m sorry for leaving you like this but i can’t miss out on his match. i forgot about it till today,” you sighed, “i also need to tell him something.”
you breathed out in frustration when heeseung just stared at you blankly, not complying to your request. reaching over him you turned off the door locks. you had just stepped one leg out when he stopped you by grabbing your wrist.
“i thought you liked me.”
you looked at him with surprise. what is he playing at? judging by the pissed off expression on his face you could conclude that he was jealous because you were ditching him for his rival.
you gave him a small smile, “i was wrong.”
slamming the car door shut, you dashed off into the rain and crossed the road towards the stadium entrance. you always found the main leads in movies crazy to be running in the heavy rain towards their lover, but you finally understood their situation today. a stupid smile was graced upon your features and you couldn’t wait to tell jungwon everything you felt about him.
upon entering the stadium, you immediately ran towards the direction of the changing rooms and were met with your coach standing in front of it. his eyes widened momentarily upon seeing you all soaked.
“y/n you’re here? what hap-”
“is jungwon inside?”, desperation laced your voice as you questioned him. he nodded, “yes, but he has to be out soon-”
you cut him off once again by thanking him and entered the room behind him. the slam of a door being shut, startled the man standing in front of you, making him drop the water bottle he was holding. he faced you with eyes as wide as saucers, clearly not expecting to see you here.
“you came? but what about your dinner?”
you paced towards him and smacked his shoulder, “screw that, why didn’t you remind me of your match even if i forgot?”
he winced as you whacked him once again, “you know this is equally important to me as much as it is to you!”
he caught your hand when you were going to hit him again. “i didn’t want to disturb your date, i know how badly you want to be with him.”
he tried to mask the hurt on his face by putting on a small smile, but you could see it in his eyes. “this is just one match, i would have told you the results anyways, you didn’t have to-”
you cut him off by grabbing the collar of his white uniform and smashing your lips onto his. jungwon froze for a few seconds but then slowly closed his eyes and cupped your face as he kissed you back. he tilted his head to deepen the kiss and moved his lips with more fervour. the kiss soon turned messy and heated as you both let out your years of pent up feeling you couldn’t say. his lips were cushiony soft and tasted like vanilla and peppermint. your brain felt like it turned to mush as you moved your lips against his addictive ones. damn, if you knew he was such a good kisser, you would’ve asked him out yourself long ago.
your knees were about to give out from the intensity of the kiss, so he wrapped one of his hands around your waist and pulled you flush against him. when you felt like you couldn’t breathe anymore you pushed him by his chest away slightly, but he only chased your lips for more, muffling the squeal that came out from you with his lips. he pressed a kiss to the corner of your mouth, then your nose, your cheeks and continued to pepper kisses all over your face, making you giggle in glee. he pulled away and held your face as if you were the most precious gem in the world. you felt your cheeks heat up as you looked at his lips which were swollen and glossy from kissing.
“i like you so so much y/n”, his cheeks bunched up and his eyes crinkle at the corners from smiling so happily.
you kissed the dimple that appeared on his cheek and grinned at him.
“i like you a lot, too pretty boy.”

If you're still doing requests can you do one where clarisse has a really big crush on the reader who is the daughter of Aphrodite. Clarisse tries to talk to her and get to know her more but every interaction clarisse ends up hurting the reader somehow. Nothing super bad just like accidentally hits her or accidentally pushes her or something and she feels so bad everytime. Then capture the flag happens you and clarisse are on separate teams and clarisse was throwing her spear at someone but then it accidentally hits you, nothing life threatening just a bad cut on your arm of leg. She carries you to the infirmary and waits until she knows you're okay. When's she sees you she can't hold it in anymore and just starts saying how she's so sorry and that she just wanted to talk to you and that she really like you. And then it ends with fluff
The request is kind of long I'm sorry 😞
Hi! Thank you for your request, sorry it took so long! I hope you like it! Requests are open for every character I write for!
Main Taglist: @avada-kedavra-bitch-187, @kmc1989, @nyx2021, @thestarspangledcaptain (open)
Percy Jackson Taglist: @niktwazny303
Clarisse La Rue Taglist: @peanutbelley, @abbersreads
Clarisse knew that she was being stupid but she just couldn’t help it or stop it when she came near you. Every positive thing she wanted to say to you turned into something less positive, which always made you frown, and she hated it. It was like you made her brain short-circuit and she couldn’t get the right words to get out of her mouth.
It was also starting to become a problem at training, every single time she wanted to impress you she accidentally managed to nearly hit you or one of your friends. And yes, it was by mistake, she didn’t want to hurt you.
Her siblings had been making fun of her for it, she usually had the perfect aim but every time you came by, she was a mess, and she hated it. She was a daughter of Ares; she shouldn’t be so affected by you and yet here she was hating herself for telling you the color of your shirt didn’t look good on you.
Capture the Flag could’ve maybe been her way to talk with you and maybe tell you that she didn’t mean any of it but of course Chiron decided that the Aphrodite cabin should be with the Athena cabin. So now she could only look at you from afar, trying to memorize every single thing about you as if she hadn’t done that already a million times.
The conch was blown, and everyone started to get into places, she was trying to get her mind back into the game, but it was difficult to make it focus on something else then you. She didn’t have any time to think about you any longer before one of the Hermes kids started attacking one of her siblings and she knew that if there was one of them others would follow.
She had to admit, secretly, that Annabeth always managed to find a creative way to beat the red team, even at twelve the girl could figure out a better battle strategy then Ares himself. But as she fights one of the Hephaestus kids, she sees little Lucy, a new addition to the Demeter cabin, trying to get close to the flag. She doesn’t think about it and throws her spear towards the girl, making sure that it doesn’t hurt her but scares her. The problem was that Clarisse hadn’t been able to watch who was surrounding Lucy and before she knows it, she heard a grown that she knew all too well.
“Oh, shit,” she says before taking one of her daggers and finishing off the Hephaestus kid that ended on his ass as she pushed him aside to get to you.
Another Demeter daughter tried to get to her, but she quickly disarmed her, her eyes still focused on you and getting to you.
“I am so sorry, I didn’t see you there,” she says as she finally gets to you, her knees hitting the ground as she looks over the cut on your leg. It didn’t seem too serious, but she just wasn’t sure, maybe an Apollo kid should look at it.
“I’m sure you didn’t,” your words come out a little sarcastic and Clarisse can’t help but blush at them. She knew that she wasn’t the best person in your eyes, after everything she had said and done.
“I really didn’t but we should get this checked out, we never know,” you seem to try and say something but before you can she throws your arm over her shoulder and starts helping you walking towards the med bay.
“Follow the plan!”, she yells at one of her siblings but the only thing she gets in return is a smirk and a wink, making her blush.
“You know it is only a cut, right? I will be fine,” you say after a moment, but she shakes her head in response.
“Better safe than sorry,” she tells you and the both of you don’t speak until she gets you on one of the beds inside.
An Apollo kid arrives and starts looking over the cut, it does seem small, but Clarisse can’t help but hate herself for hurting you.
“There you go, normally you shouldn’t feel any pain, any longer,” the boy says, and Clarisse can’t help in relief, the boy looks confused at her worries but as she glares at him, he quickly leaves, leaving the both of you alone. She doesn’t know what to say, after all everything she has ever said to you wasn’t really kind and she had just hurt you with her spear.
“You know, I’m starting to think you have it out for me,” your teasing tone falls flat as you seem to see the distress in her eyes.
“I’m sorry, for everything,” she whispers, and you seem worried as you look at her.
“I’m a bit of an idiot when it comes to feelings, and I seem to put my feet in my mouth whenever I’m talking to you. Probably because you make me so nervous,” she says, unable not to hide it any longer. Deep down she thinks that it’s better that you reject her then that you think she hates you.
“Wait, are you saying-”, she doesn’t let you finish, before blurting out the words herself.
“I like you, like a lot and I know I haven’t handled this in the right way but could you just give me a chance to prove to you that I’m much more than what I’ve said to you and done to you?”, she feels scared, maybe for the first time in her life, because she has never laid out her emotions and let anyone be able to hurt her. You look in shock, before a short laugh leaves your lips.
“I can’t believe Silena was right,” you whisper, and Clarisse feels confused for a moment.
“Wait, Silena?”, she says, trying to figure out what your half-sibling had to do with any of this.
“She told me that what you were doing these past few weeks, weren’t because you hated me but because you liked me. I didn’t believe her at first, I mean you’re a gorgeous girl, why would you go for me?”, you seem shy at the revelation and Clarisse thinks to herself that she should thank Silena but first she had to focus on you.
“You’re kidding me, right? You are the kindest girl in this camp and the way you handle a dagger is seriously impressive and downright attractive. It also doesn’t help that you are the most beautiful girl here, not only on the outside but also on the inside,” the words spill out of her mouth before she can stop them, and she feels breathless for a moment as she looks into your glassy eyes.
“Gods Clarisse, you couldn’t have told me that a few weeks ago? We wouldn’t have wasted so much time,” Clarisse feels unsure for a moment, like she doesn’t believe you are actually saying what she thinks you are saying.
“Wait, so?”
“I like you too Clarisse, I have for a long time now,” you tell her, and she can’t help but let out a sigh of relief at the words.
“Thank the gods,” she whispers, and you laugh softly at her whisper, making her blush.
“Are you going to kiss me now? Or do I have to wait a few weeks before that?”, the smirk on your lips makes her blush but the teasing edge to it makes her smile turn into a smirk. She doesn’t give you any time to say anything more before cupping your cheek and bringing you into a soft kiss.
It starts soft and sweet but as you brush your hands into her curls and grip her hair, she starts to deepen the kiss, enjoying the soft sounds you make. You bring her closer to you, the both of you nearly falling down on the bed and she lets her hand wander to your hips, gripping them tightly.
“If you want to make out, please do it in one of your cabins!”, the boy from earlier screams and the both of you jump apart, cheeks red and out of breath but you can’t stop giggling as you leave the med back, leaving the poor boy behind.
“Where do you want to go?”, you ask, and Clarisse takes your hand and starts bringing you to the familiar path towards the cabins.
“What do you say of visiting the Ares cabin?”, she asks, and you quickly nod in agreement.
“Lead the way,” you tell her with a bright smile.
She had maybe acted like a bit of an idiot but in the end, she had gotten the girl, and she couldn’t be happier, having you in her arms and smiling at her with sparkling eyes. Later on, she would see that she wasn’t the worst one, Percy Jackson was even worse with his obliviousness.

You were sprawled like a starfish on James’s bed, while he was caressing your head softly.
“So I said “if you won’t bring me flowers, then why bother with the whole dating thing?” You sighed. “I mean, I’m not asking for the moon, right? I only wanted some damn flowers, could be a single daisy from the Black Lake.”
He hummed. “Yeah, you’re totally right. You shouldn’t ask for flowers, your partner should do these small gestures without being told to”
You sighed. “And it’s not just the flowers, you know? It’s the fact that every time I find someone, I start dating them and then they stop showing me love alltogether. I always end up feeling like I’m asking to be loved, and that’s so messed up.” James scratches felt heavenly, but your moment of peace was short-lived.
“Oh, stop sulking, you could be loved like that if you didn’t choose such douchebags” Regulus threw himself on the bed, landing next to you.
“Regulus”
“No, I’m being serious here. Y/N, you have an awful taste in men, we all know it. Stop crying about it and change your taste in men, for the love of God”
This hurt, especially because you spent your whole life searching for the right person, your soulmate, without finding it. Regulus telling that it was all your fault didn’t sit right with you.
You got up abruptly. “I do not! Thing is, the only ones who seem to be slightly interested in me are douchebags! The right ones never seem to like me” You sighed. “You don’t get it because you and James have the most perfect relationship of all times, you have already found your other half, while I’m here, begging to be loved. I’ve never been loved.”
You felt dangerously close to crying.
“Love, don’t cry, please” James was looking at you with a frown.
“And you don’t know how it feels to have a crush on someone so oblivious” James whipped his head in Regulus direction, while your heart started galloping in your chest.
“A crush? You’re in a relationship?”
“Reggie what the fuck, now it’s not the time-“
“No James, I’m done with this shit. Somehow it’s never the right time!” He got up, getting right in front of you. “Y/N, I don’t know if you’re really this dense or if you just don’t like us, because it’s obvious that we want you as more than a friend”
“What? But-“ You looked at James, who was shaking his head. “You have a crush on me?” He smiled shyly.
“Yes, darling, we thought it was pretty obvious?”
“It wasn’t?”
Regulus rolled his eyes. “I swear you’re dumb. We brought you flowers on your birthdays AND on Valentine’s Day every year, even when you were in a relationship, because we knew the shit heads you chose to be around wouldn’t be bringing them”
“Yes, but Lily brought me flowers to?”
He ignored you. “Who held your hair when you got hammered after you got your heartbroken?”
“But…”
“And tell me, who leaves you ALL of their blueberry pancakes when you’re late for breakfast and even brings them to class?”
“But you don’t like them?”
James started laughing. “Honey, we love them, but we love seeing you happy more.”
You felt like you were about to cry, but Regulus didn’t stop. “And tell me, who do you think was the one to beat up that Ravenclaw douchebag after he made a bet on you? And why do you think no one played you like that afterwards? And who do you think was the one to organize your surprise birthday parties every year?”
Now you were crying. “Wait, you were the ones behind all of this?”
James nodded softly, taking your hand and bringing it to his face. “We didn’t want to lose you, so we chose to remain quiet and show our love in different ways”
You couldn’t believe this. All of this time wasted, when you could have the love you’ve dreamt of your whole life.
“But you’re in a committed relationship since the fourth year? The thought that you might want to include someone else didn’t even cross my mind”
Regulus laughed. “Baby, you’re so cute. We hinted at us wanting to have you in our relationship multiple times? And you played along.”
“But… But I didn’t really believe that you wanted me, of all the girls in this school? And I thought you were joking?”
“Listen, now you know how we feel about you. The question is, do you feel the same? Would you like to start dating us, and see where this takes us?”
You shook your head. James looked down, while Regulus looked like he was about to lash out. “I don’t want to just date you, silly. I want a relationship.” You took James’ face in your hands and kissed him gently.
“Oh thank fuck, see Jamie, I told you we should have told her sooner. Now I want a kiss to, though.” He placed his hands on your waist, turning you over and kissing you softly.
“You’re ours now, you know that right?”

— illicit affairs
luke castellan x fem!reader
warnings: potential toxic!luke, secret relationship, doubting relationship
summary: you agreed to date privately since it tended to help avoid the typical issues in relationships and made things extra special between you two, but you didn’t agree to secretly.
a/n: #ilovetoxic!lukesorrynotsorry
make sure nobody sees you leave
in hermes cabin, it was monthly game night, a tradition that luke and a few of his half-siblings created once newbies felt out of place when first arriving to camp half-blood. tonight, cabin eleven was full of laughter and shouts over games like monopoly, charades, and various card games.
hood over your head, keep your eyes down
while the stoll twins were distracting everyone with a big argument over who gets to purchase new york city, luke saw it as the perfect opportunity to slip out of the room for a moment.
tell your friends you're out for a run
grabbing one of his dark jackets, he sneaked out the back door with the hood covering his figure. spotting the bright campfire in the center of campus, he walked towards the woods.
you’ll be flushed when you return
anyone would be scared shitless to enter the inky forest in the middle of the night, especially alone. but this wasn’t luke’s first rodeo. the scarce dirt path that was the only source of navigation through the deep canopy of trees was created by luke’s worn out sneakers for god’s sake.
take the road less traveled by
with the amount of times he had quietly crept out of a large group to escape into the mysterious woods, he knew the way like the back of his hand. thus, here he was, careful to not make a sound yet slightly rushing in order to not be late.
tell yourself you can always stop
once he saw a blinking gleam flashing in front of him, a smile slid across his face. his pace quicken, leaving his worries of being discovered in the unlit caves of trees behind him. your figure becoming clearer in his eyesight was enough for him to instantly wrap his arms around you, lifting your feet from the ground.
what started in beautiful rooms
his immediate grasp resulted you in dropping the flashlight in your right hand, now replacing the object with a hold around his neck. he spun you around before placing you back on the ground to see your face.
ends with meetings in parking lots
“i missed you.” you spoke first, a hand cupping his cheek and admiring his moonlit features.
he kissed your hand, the taste of blood seeping through his pink lips. he winced at the sour taste, ceasing him from continuing. he took your hand until he noticed the peeled spot of your right thumb.
and that's the thing about illicit affairs
“wha—i thought i told you to stop doing this.” his tone was soft, implying his care for your well-being.
“i am…this was from training earlier.” you lied.
believing it and without another word, his longing stare was followed by his lips coming down on yours. the collision held a sense of yearning for each other after a missed amount of time together. even though you had seen each other just this morning in the mess hall for breakfast.
and clandestine meetings and longing stares
but you were sat with cabin six and him at cabin eleven, just a few tables over but it seemed like the gap lengthened every time someone would block his view from you and yours from him.
it’s born from just one single glance
when opportunities arrived for you to sneak a look at him, your heart would skip a beat whenever it was returned. there were moments when the chances were aligned and you both would get to look at each other.
but it dies, and it dies, and it dies
a million little times
just long enough for a share of a small grin or little laugh until, someone would call your name or he would be whisked off into his head counselor duties. one would hold their doting gaze on the other as they walked out of the room, not before they turned and glanced back at them.
leave the perfume on the shelf
the longer this little secret went on, the harder it became. at least for you. you would stand outside your cabin after dismissing your sisters to go to the campfire on their own. leaving you behind, they would reluctantly run to the blazing campfire surrounding music and sweet conversation.
that you picked out just for him
biting your lip anxiously, you stood watching the woods in front of you. hesitate to enter them and hesitate to give up waiting to go enjoy the night with the rest of camp, you continued to fidget your fingers.
so you leave no trace behind
like you don't even exist
occasionally picking at them, they reached their breaking point, suddenly blood sliding down your hand. out of fear, you wiped it off on your pants until there was rustling amongst the dark trees.
take the words for what they are
on instinct, you turned on the flashlight and off repeatedly as a signal, luke had created when your little rendezvous began.
the moon hung low in the sky, casting a soft, silver glow over everything in sight. a figure emerged from the darkness, his sharp features highlighted by the gentle light that hushed the rest of the world.
you no longer cared for the hollers and shouts of happiness far at the campfire. your focus was only on the boy approaching you with such haste.
a dwindling, mercurial high
a drug that only worked
your heart fluttered at the warm, beaming smile that reached your eyes. one look at your previous thoughts of debating were gone. now only fixated on the sweet, affectionate boy who opened his arms at the sight of you.
going to bed with your head in the clouds was an understatement. a grin plastered on your face, you rolled up your covers before laying your head on the soft pillow. you had to stay quiet, the rest of your cabin already fast asleep with how late you came back.
the first few hundred times
the doubt surrounding your relationship with luke vanished every night you had spent with him. his reassuring words that he loved you and his lingering touches that sent chills throughout your entire body were things that all the girls in the cabin would fawn over but you kept your mouth shut.
and that's the thing about illicit affairs
luke made you swear that your meetups and kisses would only be behind the scenes. at first, it was mysterious in a romantic film way but whenever you would see couples together, hand holding and demonstrating pda around camp, your heart would ping in jealously.
and clandestine meetings and stolen stares
luke had taken you to the river to stargaze and catch up about each other’s days. straying away from the loudness of the camp, you laid your safety with luke as he led you through the forest, one of your biggest fears.
but with luke, you were calm and felt nothing besides the fluttery feeling he gives you whenever he as much spare you a glance. your hand in his was everything you needed to go wherever, no matter how dangerous or scary because he would protect you. right?
they show their truth one single time
the next afternoon was friday. which meant capture the flag, and with the ‘best swordsman in camp’ hermes’ cabin always won. but for you, it wasn’t because he could have you on the ground with his sword in a second but rather with his charming look or tender words that wrapped you in a warm embrace every time.
but they lie, and they lie, and they lie
a million little times
in the midst of battle, you had held your own pretty well with the help of your half-siblings. as the daughter of athena, you were known to be good with a sword or any weapon for that matter. therefore, your cabin agreed it would be best for you to keep guard of your flag.
and you wanna scream
one of the apollo kids lunged at you with full strength, but you dodged and used it against him, successfully defeating him. with the sound of branches crunching, you whipped around to the culprit with sword in hand. but once you made eye contact, your arm faltered almost surrendering immediately.
it was none other than luke castellan.
your outstretched arm restricted him from getting any closer but he knew your guard was down. easily, he used his mastered swordsman skills to deflect your sword and push you up against one of the trees.
don’t call me "kid"
with his sword against your throat, a grin spread across his face as the familiarity of your beloved boy returned, resting the fear sitting deep down your stomach.
you struggling against his strong grip as chris ran in from the forest and grabbed your flag. defenseless, you sighed in defeat when chris disappeared as fast as he came.
don’t call me "baby"
“thanks baby.” he whispered, his lips almost kissing your ear before pulling away and following chris. moments after he left, the horn was heard throughout the camp and you knew that you were the reason they won, and why you lost.
later that night, you waited for him again in the chilly summer air. the mountains sometimes made the weather alter and tonight was one of those nights.
look at this godforsaken mess that you made me
rocking on the balls of your feet, you gripped the flashlight tight and crossed your arms. looking down at your watch, the minute hand now hit the forty-three of the one.
what were you doing?
standing in the middle of the night, distancing yourself from your own siblings and friends just to get a couple of hours with luke before having to part and wait once again. he never specified a time of when he would come, just after twelve when he could make it.
you showed me colors
so the minute the clock in your cabin would hit that hour, you would grab your flashlight and a small cardigan. at first, he would be more no later than a few minutes late and by the looks of him being out of breath, you knew he meant to be earlier.
he would profusely apologize when he was even just ten minutes late, saying that no lady should wait for their prince charming especially this close to the forest at night. thus, twice a week he would help you train, seeing who would last in a duel longer. but these meetups would usually end in him on top of you, now trying to see who would hold their breath longer.
you know I can't see with anyone else
but now, you were waiting like a child for their parent to pick them up from camp, even when the child knows deep down that they aren’t coming. eventually, you woke up to sunlight and a younger camper shaking you awake.
you looked down at your watch to see it was already seven in the morning, meaning you had been waiting there the entire night and he had not come at all.
don’t call me "kid"
later in the mess hall during lunch, you sat poking at your lunch with no luke in sight. maybe he wasn’t feeling well or in the nurses’ office you thought. you hoped. but unfortunately, he came barging in with the rest of hermes cabin, trophy in hand and shouts galore.
luke was none other than in the front, getting handshakes and slaps on the shoulders. he was getting compliments left and right, more than anyone else from the cabin.
don’t call me "baby"
cheers were spread amongst the tables like wildfire and they soon begun chanting, “luke.” he was on top of the shoulders of two campers and given praise from everyone he passed. the guys hollered in excitement and the girls swooned at his existence.
look at this idiotic fool that you made me
the stoll twins stood on the hermes table and shouted, “this man…this man right here, he is the best swordsman in camp! he was the one who defeated everyone and won cabin eleven the capture the flag trophy!”
you taught me a secret language
you frowned at the twins’ words and caught luke’s eyes. he was soaking in his glory with a bright smile that you had once admired so much. his expression immediately softened was he spotted you but you got up and walked out of the hall, too upset to even look back.
luke’s eyes followed your figure and tapped the campers to let him down. he quickly ran out the way he came in, allowing the twins to go on and yap about luke’s greatness and how the win was achieved.
i can't speak with anyone else
you were walked towards your cabin until a hand grabbed your shoulder and spun you around. you glared at him once your eyes met and he was unhanded you in response.
“what’s going on? why are you so upset?” he asked and took one of your hands in his.
you pulled away and crossed your arms in defense, “hm maybe because i didn’t get any sleep last night from waiting for you all night!”
and you know damn well
with that you turned around and went to open the front door of your cabin but luke yet again grabbed your arm this time and made you face him. his grasp was harsh, stronger than he ever had done to you. shocked, you froze half in fear and surprise.
“no…no i’m sorry, my cabin wanted to celebrate the win and they got carried away and i couldn’t get out of it—you saw how loud and crazy they were back there.” he continued and stared down at you with his delicate and soft set eyes that welcomed you back to him.
for you, i would ruin myself
your restraint got weaker as you gradually closed the gap between you two until he pulled you in for a hug completely. with his chin on your head, he whispered “i’m sorry baby, i’ll make it up to you tonight, okay?”
you didn’t respond but kept your face hidden in his chest which was enough of an answer for him.
a million little times
accordingly, you were standing in front of the eerie forest only with a flashlight in hand, awaiting for your prince charming to whisk you away. however, you too knew at the bottom of your heart that he was never coming.
“hey, kid.”

Would love to see a Fake Dating trope with Schlatt if you want 👀
This trope has been rotting my brain 😮💨
YES I LOVE ITTTT! Sorry for the mega mega delay
Jschlatt || The Perfect Scam
Summary: When you need a date to your cousin's wedding, your best friend Schlatt suggests the perfect plan: fake dating. But what starts as a convenient arrangement soon spirals into something more. (fem reader)
You had never been more desperate for a date in your life. Your cousin’s wedding was this weekend, and the idea of showing up alone while your ex flaunted their new relationship made you want to hurl. Unfortunately, every attempt to find a plus-one had failed miserably, leaving you with only one option: suffer through it or... well, you didn’t know what else.
Schlatt, your best friend, wasn’t much help either. He was leaning back in his chair, sipping a beer with a lazy grin as you ranted about your predicament. “You could always just tell everyone you’re happily single,” he suggested with a shrug.
You groaned, throwing your hands in the air. “They’ll never believe that. My family is obsessed with relationships! It’s bad enough they’re already convinced I’ll die alone.
Schlatt chuckled, the sound rich and amused. “What you need is a fake boyfriend,” he said, his tone dripping with mischief. “Someone who can make your ex jealous and shut up your nosy relatives all in one go.”
You looked at him skeptically. “And where exactly am I supposed to find someone willing to do that on such short notice?”
Schlatt raised an eyebrow, his grin widening. “You’re looking at him, sweetheart.”
The idea hit you like a ton of bricks. Schlatt... as your fake boyfriend? You couldn’t deny it made sense—he was charming, confident, and definitely knew how to play the part. But you also knew Schlatt, and the guy lived for chaos. Agreeing to this would be like handing him a golden ticket to mess with you for an entire weekend.
Yet, as you considered the alternative, Schlatt’s offer didn’t seem so bad. You sighed, the weight of the situation pressing on you. “Alright, Schlatt. You’re on. But no funny business, okay?”
He put a hand over his heart, feigning innocence. “Wouldn’t dream of it.”
The days leading up to the wedding were a whirlwind. Schlatt threw himself into the role with an enthusiasm that both amused and unsettled you. He insisted on practicing hand-holding, linking your arms whenever you were out in public, and even coming up with pet names that made your skin crawl—and secretly your heart flutter.
“Come on, babe, we’ve got to make this convincing,” Schlatt would tease, slinging an arm around your shoulder and pulling you close. You’d roll your eyes but couldn’t ignore the way your pulse quickened at his touch.
The wedding day arrived too soon, and you found yourself standing outside the venue, nerves buzzing through you like electricity. Schlatt was beside you, looking more handsome than ever in his suit, his signature smirk in place.
“Ready to pull off the scam of the century?” he asked, offering you his arm.
You took it, your heart racing. “Let’s do this.”
Inside the venue, Schlatt played the perfect boyfriend. He was attentive, affectionate, and never missed a beat in making sure everyone saw just how ‘in love’ you two were. His hand rested on your lower back as he guided you through the crowd, and his fingers would brush against yours in fleeting, yet charged, touches.
You approached your parents, and your mom’s eyes lit up when she saw you with Schlatt. “Oh my goodness, you brought someone!” she exclaimed, giving you both a warm smile. “And such a handsome young man too.”
“Mom,” you warned, already sensing her wheels turning.
Schlatt grinned, taking your mom’s hand and giving it a charming squeeze. “Mrs. [Your Last Name], the pleasure is all mine. I’ve been dying to meet the woman who raised such an incredible person.”
Your mom practically melted on the spot, while your dad gave Schlatt a once-over, trying to size him up. “So, how long have you two been together?” your dad asked, his tone casual but curious.
“Oh, it feels like forever,” Schlatt said smoothly, slipping his arm around your waist. “I knew [Your Name] was the one the moment I laid eyes on her.”
You shot Schlatt a look, trying to gauge if he was joking, but his expression was unreadable. Your dad raised an eyebrow, still skeptical. “And what do you do for a living, Schlatt?”
Schlatt flashed a confident smile. “I run a few businesses here and there, nothing too fancy. Just enough to keep things interesting.” He winked at you, and you had to resist the urge to roll your eyes. Your dad seemed satisfied enough, nodding slowly.
“Well, as long as you treat [Your Name] right,” your dad said, his tone firm.
“Like royalty,” Schlatt replied with a smirk. “You have my word.”
You were just starting to relax when you spotted your ex across the room, walking hand in hand with their new partner. They noticed you too, their eyes narrowing slightly as they took in Schlatt’s arm around you. Your heart sped up, the old insecurities bubbling to the surface.
Schlatt leaned down, his breath warm against your ear. “Showtime, babe.”
Before you could respond, Schlatt was guiding you toward your ex, his posture relaxed, but his grip on your waist firm. “Well, well, look who it is,” Schlatt drawled as you approached, a mischievous glint in his eyes. “Fancy running into you here.”
Your ex looked from you to Schlatt, their expression carefully neutral. “It’s been a while,” they said, their tone polite but with an edge.
“Yeah, it has,” you replied, trying to keep your voice steady. “This is Schlatt, my boyfriend.”
“Nice to meet you,” Schlatt said, extending his hand. “I’ve heard so much about you.”
Your ex hesitated before shaking his hand, his grip just a tad too firm. “Likewise.”
Schlatt didn’t miss a beat, pulling you closer and pressing a kiss to your temple. “You know, [Your Name] and I were just talking about how lucky we are to have found each other,” he said, his voice dripping with affection. “I don’t know what I’d do without her.”
Your ex’s smile tightened, but they managed to keep their cool. “I’m glad you’re happy,” they said, though it sounded forced.
“Never been happier,” you replied, leaning into Schlatt, the warmth of his body seeping into yours. You weren’t sure if it was the wine or something else, but being in his arms felt... right.
Schlatt’s fingers traced patterns on your back as he spoke, his voice low and intimate. “We should be get back to the party, babe. Don’t want to miss our song.
You nodded, letting Schlatt lead you away. Once you were out of earshot, you let out a breath you didn’t realize you were holding. “You really laid it on thick back there,” you muttered, but there was no real bite in your words.
Schlatt just shrugged, his smile playful. “What can I say? I’m a man of my word. Besides,” he added, his voice dropping to a softer tone, “it’s not hard pretending to be crazy about you.”
You felt your cheeks heat up, and you hoped the dim lighting hid the blush creeping up your neck. Schlatt was always flirty, always joking, but something about the way he said that made your heart flutter.
The reception was in full swing by this point, the dance floor packed with couples swaying to the music. Schlatt kept you close, his hands resting on your hips as you danced together. The night had a dreamy quality to it, like you were floating on a cloud with Schlatt as your anchor.
“You’re a better dancer than I thought,” you teased, grinning up at him.
He chuckled, spinning you around before pulling you back into his chest. “I have my moments,” he replied, his tone light. “But you make it easy, you know.”
“Make what easy?”
“Being with you,” he said, his voice sincere. “I know this is just pretend, but... it feels real sometimes.”
You looked up at him, surprised by the honesty in his words. “It does, doesn’t it?” you admitted quietly.
The song slowed, and Schlatt’s gaze locked onto yours, something unspoken passing between you. The playful banter, the stolen glances, the way your heart skipped a beat whenever he touched you—it all started to add up to something more.
“Schlatt,” you began, but the words caught in your throat. You didn’t know what to say or how to say it, and the intensity of his gaze made it even harder to think straight.
Before you could figure it out, the moment was interrupted by your mom, who appeared out of nowhere, her eyes sparkling with excitement. “You two are just the cutest!” she gushed, clasping her hands together. “I knew you’d find someone special, [Your Name]. And Schlatt, you’re such a gentleman. We’re so happy to have you in the family.”
You smiled awkwardly, trying to process her words. Family? This was fake, wasn’t it? But the way Schlatt’s hand tightened on your waist as your mom spoke made your heart do a funny little flip.
“Thank you, Mrs. [Your Last Name],” Schlatt replied smoothly. “I’m the lucky one, really. Your daughter is... she’s amazing.”
Your mom beamed, clearly charmed by him. “Well, I hope you both know you’re always welcome here.”
“Mom,” you started, but Schlatt cut you off with a gentle squeeze.
“We appreciate that,” Schlatt said, smiling down at you. “Right, babe?”
You could only nod, your thoughts a tangled mess. The line between what was real and what was fake had blurred beyond recognition, and you weren’t sure how much longer you could keep pretending.
As the night wore on, the reception began to wind down, and the guests slowly trickled out. You and Schlatt stepped outside for some fresh air, the cool breeze a welcome relief after the warmth of the crowded hall.
“You were amazing tonight,” you said, turning to face Schlatt. “I can’t believe you pulled that off so well.”
He shrugged, his expression softer than usual. “Anything for you.”
The sincerity in his voice caught you off guard, and you found yourself searching his eyes for any hint of a joke. But all you saw was... him. The Schlatt you’d always known, but also someone you hadn’t fully understood until now.
“Schlatt, I...” you began, but your voice trailed off, the words dying on your lips. You didn’t know how to say what you were feeling, how to admit that maybe—just maybe—this hadn’t been as fake as you’d thought.
Schlatt stepped closer, his hand reaching up to cup your face, his thumb brushing over your cheek in a tender caress. “You don’t have to say anything,” he murmured, his voice barely above a whisper. “I’ve been thinking a lot about us, and...”
“And?” you prompted, your heart racing in anticipation.
“And I think I’ve been falling for you for a while now,” he admitted, his eyes locking onto yours. “This weekend just made me realize it.”
Your breath caught in your throat, your heart pounding so hard you were sure he could hear it. “Schlatt, I... I think I’ve been falling for you too,” you confessed, your voice shaky but sincere.
The tension between you was electric, the air charged with unspoken emotions. Slowly, almost hesitantly, Schlatt leaned in, his lips brushing against yours in the softest of kisses. It was tentative at first, as if testing the waters, but then the floodgates opened, and the kiss deepened, full of all the emotions you’d been holding back.
When you finally pulled away, both of you were breathless, your foreheads resting against each other’s as you tried to make sense of what had just happened.
“That didn’t feel very fake,” you whispered , a small smile tugging at your lips.
Schlatt chuckled softly, his thumb tracing lazy circles on your cheek. “That’s because it wasn’t,” he replied, his voice full of warmth. “I don’t want this to be fake anymore. I want us to be real.”
You nodded, your heart swelling with a mixture of relief and joy. “Me too.”
And just like that, what started as a pretend relationship had blossomed into something real, something that neither of you had expected but both of you wanted more than anything.
As you stood there in Schlatt’s arms, the night sky above you, you couldn’t help but smile. Maybe this weekend hadn’t gone exactly as planned, but in the end, it had turned out better than you could have ever imagined.

A sweet Christmas- Jobe Bellingham
It’s Christmas Eve, and the crisp December air fills your house. Outside, snow falls slowly, covering every corner with a soft, white blanket. Inside, the atmosphere is warm and cozy, illuminated by Christmas lights sparkling in every corner of the room. A large Christmas tree is decorated with golden baubles, red ribbons, and a golden star shining at the top. Candles on the table glow gently, and Christmas music plays softly in the background, creating the perfect ambiance.
Jobe Bellingham, your boyfriend, is in the kitchen, busy preparing something special for you. Despite being used to the hectic pace of life between training and matches, today he has decided to spend every moment with you, away from the spotlight, to experience Christmas in a simple and authentic way.
When you enter the kitchen, you find him focused on making gingerbread cookies, but with that concentrated expression, it seems like he's preparing something much more complex.
“What are you doing, love?” you ask, smiling sweetly.
He looks up and smiles back at you with his usual shy yet affectionate grin. "I’m trying to make Christmas cookies. I watched a YouTube video, and it looked easy... but it’s not."
You approach him and take his hand, careful not to get flour all over yourself. "Can I help you?"
Jobe smiles, clearly delighted to have you there with him, even though he's trying to make something simple. "Yes, please. I need help so I don't make a mess."
Together, you start mixing the ingredients, laughing when a little flour ends up on you. Jobe can't stop laughing when a bit of butter gets stuck in your hair. "Look what you made me do," he says, but with such sweetness that you feel loved in every little gesture.
When the cookies are finally ready to bake, he gives you a gentle caress on your cheek. "Thanks for helping me," he murmurs, his gaze speaking volumes about how much he appreciates these small moments you share.
You take a break while the cookies bake, and together you curl up on the couch, wrapped in a warm blanket. Jobe holds you close, and you snuggle against him, feeling the warmth of his body against yours. His hand finds yours, and without saying a word, he takes it, a smile on his face that makes your heart flutter.
"I like spending Christmas like this," he says, his voice soft and sincere. "With you, away from everything."
"Me too," you reply, resting your head on his shoulder. "It’s perfect."
The cookies are ready, and when you taste them together, you realize they're delicious, even though they aren’t perfect like the ones you’d find at a bakery. But what makes that moment special is that you’re living it with him.
The evening continues with laughter, gift exchanges, and sweet caresses. Every now and then, Jobe looks at you with a smile he can’t hide, as if trying to memorize every single moment of that night. When the gifts are unwrapped, Jobe looks at you with eyes full of affection and gives you a small but meaningful box.
“Open it,” he says, giving you a playful smile.
Inside, there's a necklace with a star-shaped pendant that sparkles in the candlelight. Your heart tightens as you look at the gift, and then you lift your eyes to him. "Jobe, it's beautiful..."
He smiles, taking your hand. "I wanted to give you something that would remind you how special you are to me. Every star in the sky... is for you."
His words are full of emotion, and you realize that there’s nothing more beautiful than spending Christmas with him. His sweetness, his presence, everything feels perfect.
After dinner, he pulls you into his arms and kisses your forehead. "Merry Christmas, my love."
"Merry Christmas, Jobe," you reply, your heart beating faster. And in that moment, all you want is to keep living these small moments of happiness, with him, forever.

prompt list | event masterlist | general masterlist
Unapproachable, stoic, cold-hearted and undeniably handsome, that’s what Kim Taehyung was. A man of many qualities and few flaws, one that could make any woman —or man, for that matter— weak in the knees with a single glance. His elegant mannerisms often drew people’s attention towards him, making it impossible to avoid unwanted social interactions wherever he went. Taehyung didn’t like the undivided attention he has gained over the years, which in retrospect he should have known it was going to be a given after building a successful empire in the entertainment industry. Nonetheless, the man didn’t like being the center of attention most of the time.
Luckily for him, there were times when his solemn demeanor would make people think twice before trying to talk to him, and rightfully so, for every single attempt to start a conversation with him was quickly shut down with a stern gaze and a grimace that —according to the man himself— resembled a grin. His cold attitude, however, was exactly what drew you in.
The first time you met Kim Taehyung you couldn’t believe a man like him was even real. He presented himself before you at the gala that you and your family attended every year. The man was tall enough to tower over you; his dark hair was combed nicely to leave his forehead free, giving him an elegant look; his eyes, oh his eyes, those dark brown orbs who stared you down with such a fierce gaze knocked the air out of you. But what really sealed the deal was the ghost of a smile taking place on his lips. It would be a lie to say you weren’t looking at him all night, it was quite hard not to in all honesty. Hence, you realized the tall man was not fond of smiling at others, but oddly enough he was willing to show you a grin, albeit a bit feeble, but a grin nonetheless.
“This is not your type of party.” It wasn’t a question or a guess; the dark-haired man spoke with such firmness that it made you doubt just how well you knew yourself. “It’s quite obvious.”
Taehyung didn’t show any sort of emotion on the outside, but deep inside he was trying to conceal an amused smile; he knew girls like you would kill to be anywhere else than in such a boring event. Like drinking an obscene amount of cheap vodka at a cramped bar, while your friends were trying their best to move to the beat of any trendy song at the moment; the night would undoubtedly end with you hooking up with a random guy.
Oh how he missed being young and free.
However, that was exactly what you didn’t want nor needed to do. After facing such a nasty break up, the last thing you wanted to do was mess around with just any guy that comes walking straight to you. A change of scenery is what you desperately needed, and maybe, just maybe, a man like Kim Taehyung would be the perfect remedy for that.
“I’m going to show you how a real man fucks.”
The idea of fucking a man that was ten years older than you was completely preposterous, but perhaps that’s exactly why you decided to follow through and act on your impulsive thoughts. It was stupid to believe you would be able to get in between the sheets with a man like Kim Taehyung; unrealistic, too good to be true. Therefore, the consequences that you were most likely going to face in the near future didn’t feel too serious for you to decline his offer to fuck you senseless. And with a faint fuck it, you started the memory of a night that would be too difficult to forget.
Taehyung’s hands were all over your body, caressing your skin as if it was the most delicate porcelain he’s ever touched. His lips were leaving burning kisses up and down your neck, stealing gasps whenever he used his teeth to place a harsh mark on your tender flesh. The sensations were too much to bear and he had barely done anything.
“I need more.” A small plea for the pleasure you were eagerly seeking. “Don’t tease me, please.”
“I wanted to take my sweet time with you.” He mentioned, pulling away from the crook of your neck. “But how can I say no to that when you ask so nicely?”
Without further ado, Taehyung aligned his bare length with your soaked entrance, slightly teasing you by coating his tip with your juices.
“Just put it in!” You whined, trying to guide his cock into your pussy, only to receive a harsh slap on your thigh.
“You’re in no position to tell me what to do, princess.” Kim retrieved slightly, clasping your neck with one of his big hands. “That attitude might have worked with the dumb guys you’ve fucked before, but I’m not like them. If you want something you better start acting right, otherwise you’ll get nothing.” His hot breath was falling against your face due to how close he was. “Am I clear?” You nodded dumbly, but that wasn’t enough for him. “I didn’t hear you.”
“Yes, you’re very clear.”
“Now, that’s a good girl.”
Taehyung didn’t wait for you to realize what was happening, before he slowly pushed his cock right into your drenched cunt, enjoying the warm feeling.
“Shit, you’re so tight, doll.” The man noted, already entranced by the way your walls were sucking him in. “You might not be able to take it all.”
A cry escaped from your mouth in a clear protest at what he was saying. You knew your body and your limits, and as big as Taehyung was —more than what you imagined, actually—, you were sure that you were able to take all of him. There was no need for going slow or being cautious with you, in fact, it was pointless to do so with the way you were desperately trying to get him closer to you.
“I will.” You assured him. “Don’t hold back, I can take it, I swear.” With a teasing smile you continued. “Weren’t you going to show me how a real man fucks?”
Hearing his own words coming from your mouth was like an awakening moment; you could see the switch in his demeanor, how his eyes darkened and his grip grew tighter around your waist.
“You better not be lying, doll.”
In a split of a second, Taehyung pulled out of your warm walls to flip you over and make you lay on your stomach.
“Ass up.” He ordered with a serious tone.
Kim didn’t waste a second longer before he reinserted himself inside your pussy. That magical feeling of your velvety walls wrapped around his cock was one he would never forget. The way you were, in fact, taking all of him so effortlessly was driving him crazy.
“Oh my fucking god.” You moaned, due to not only the change in position but also speed.
“This what you wanted, love? Me fucking you dumb, until your legs are shaking and the only thing on your mind is my damn name.” Taehyung was an experienced man, and along with experience came the knowledge of saying the right things to rile you up.
Even more than he already has.
“Yes, fuck. I want nothing more!”
Taehyung increased the pace of his thrusts, making you feel him ridiculously deep by the way he was pounding into you.
“Shit, just like that, don’t stop.” You cried out, fisting the sheets to ground yourself.
To your surprise, the response you got to your previous sentence was nothing more than a slap to your ass cheek, making you groan and jolt in your place.
“What was that for?”
“I already told you, darling.” He panted. “You’re no one to give me orders.”
His veiny hands were holding your hips furiously, digging his fingers in your soft flesh, and you knew for sure that there were going to be some marks showing in the morning. However, you couldn’t care any less at the moment, your only concern was getting that sweet release that was slowly approaching. By the way his cock was reaching all the right places, you knew that it wouldn’t take that long to finally get it, but you needed a bit more, just a little push.
One of your own hands drifted down to messily rub your clit in a rapid motion. Moans and whines were falling from your lips, muffled by the soft pillow. You could feel it, that sweet feeling of unraveling; an electrifying sensation running through your body to let you know your orgasm was approaching. Fingers were moving with haste, urgently touching your clit.
A deep chuckle echoed through the room, and before you could even react a much bigger hand grabbed your wrist and rudely pushed it away from your folds.
“You dumb little brat,” Taehyung sneered. “Did you really think I wouldn’t notice?” His hand slapped your clit a few times, stealing whines from your mouth. “It is clear for me that I need to teach you some manners.”
The tall man lowered himself enough for you to feel his hot chest covering your bare back; dangerous lips brushing the shell of your ear while his muscular arm made its way up to wrap itself loosely around your neck. “Come on, ask for it. Nicely.”
You just wanted to scream; the way he was fucking you, along with his words, was driving you crazy. Not only was it the fact that his cock was repeatedly hitting that sweet spot of yours due to the way Taehyung was still ramming into you, but also his husky voice was making wonders to you. The man as a whole was so intoxicating; corrupting your mind with his indecent behavior and lewd touching. But far from wanting to get out of his spell, you leaned into his warm chest, saying his name like a sinful prayer.
“Taehyung… I wa-want you to touch me… please.”
“Touching you is all I’ve been doing since I saw you in that tight dress, sweetheart.” He stated. “Isn’t this enough?”
His free hand was hovering over your swollen clit, which was almost crying for his fingers to run wild over it. So close yet so far from what you needed.
“No…” You sighed; arms giving up and legs starting to shake, a matter of time before you would have to desperately beg for your release.
“Tsk, so greedy.”
Taehyung wanted to prolong your suffering by running his fingers close enough to your clit, but he reckoned this encounter had been going on for longer than the time he had to spare. And so, instead of being the asshole who would laugh at your desperation, he busied his hand nested in between your thighs, rubbing circles on your clit with his skilled fingers; it was clear as day that the extra touching was making you sensitive, and he loved to have such an effect on you.
“Is this what you wanted?” He teased you, sporting a bright and mocking smile on his face that you, unfortunately, couldn’t see. “Being touched like this really turns you on, huh? You get satisfied with so little, so used to being barely taken care of to be ambitious and ask for something else than the bare minimum.”
If you weren’t sure that Kim Taehyung wasn’t like any other guy you have met before, the way he talked to you really cemented the idea. No man, or boy for that matter, has ever spoken to you in the way Taehyung did. Haughty, arrogant, conceited, those were just a few of the words you could use to describe the brown-eyed man at that precise moment. Acting so sure of himself and the pleasure he could —already did— provide you with. His words were a clear example of how full of himself Taehyung really was. Surprisingly enough, that was exactly what lured you into begging him to give you more.
An ego boost, if you will, but it would assure you a mind blowing orgasm if you kept acting like that.
“Oh fuck, I’m so close.” You moaned. “You’re fucking me so good, sir.”
That word, which was far from being foreign for the tall man, fueled the fire within his body.
You really knew how to play his game.
“Say it again.” Taehyung ordered.
“Sir…” You moaned. “Please let me cum.”
A long overdue plea. Kim acknowledged that your breaking point was near, he could tell by the way you were clenching on his cock, almost making it impossible for him to move
“Fuck.” He panted, tightening the grip on your neck, which was previously loose. “You really wan it, don’t you?”
You nodded vehemently, whining and squirming beneath his body.
“Go on then, make my cock all creamy, princess.”
It was an automatic response to his lewd words. Your body exploded in a plethora of emotions and sensations that it has never experienced before. Toes curling, legs trembling, mouth agape, with moans worthy of being the audio of a porno running free through the room. Your vision became blurry for a moment, head too heavy to keep it up; your face ended up being squished against the soft pillow, while your body tried to recover from such an intense orgasm.
Through the years, you gained a fair amount of knowledge about what your body liked when it came to sex, but the things Taehyung did and said to you opened your eyes to a new side of yourself that was unfairly hidden, due to the poor performance of your previous sexual partners. But as amazing as it was, there was a pinch of fear invading your mind and heart for the same reason. No one has been able to give you what Taehyung did, and there was a very high chance that you would never be in the same situation as you were right now; how will you survive in a world where Kim Taehyung wasn’t the man making you see stars with a single touch?
“Are you okay, princess?” His husky voice invaded your ears like a sweet melody. “Hey, look at me, pretty, come back to me… there you are.”
A ghost of a smile, a genuine one, was adorning his face, making you feel uneasy.
How can a man like him be real? Where has he been all my life?
“I hope you’re not tired yet, because we’re not done here.” His small smile turned into a full smirk.
You were worried about the days to come, when your only comfort would be replaying this night over and over again in your head, but maybe, just maybe, you didn’t need to think about that for now.
“You’re mine for the rest of the night, doll.”

Hi I love your stories, could you write a story with Daniel where he and the reader are dating. Daniel is always in a good mood and ready to make jokes, but during an interview with the reader the journalist makes an inappropriate remark towards the young woman and Daniel immediately changes his mood, becoming protective and cold. A little angst…thanks love
yeah that's my man (dr3)
✦ pairing - daniel riccirado x female!reader
✦ genre - sexist comments, protective danny, fluff
Daniel Ricciardo practically bounced into the interview room, a blinding smile plastered on his face. "Alright everyone! Thanks for having me," he boomed, his voice tinged with his signature Aussie lilt. Y/N, his girlfriend, trailed behind, a fond smile playing on her lips as she watched him charm the room.
"Pleasure to have you, Daniel," the lead interviewer, a man named Bennett, greeted, his smile a touch too eager. "And you must be the lovely Y/N everyone's been buzzing about." Y/N offered a polite smile.
The interview began with a familiar rhythm. Daniel weaved jokes between answers, sending ripples of laughter through the room. Y/N, used to his antics, playfully nudged him when he got a little too carried away. It was a comfortable dance they'd perfected.
Then, Bennett's tone shifted. "So, Y/N," he began, his gaze lingering a beat too long on her form. "Must be tough, you know, following Daniel around the world. All that fame, the groupies..."
The room went quiet. Daniel's smile faltered. A cold glint entered his previously playful eyes.
"Actually," Y/N cut in, her voice calm but firm, "it's not tough at all. I have my own things going on, you see."
Bennett scoffed. "Right, well, being pretty on Daniel Ricciardo's arm is certainly a career path these days."
a peak inside daniel's mind
Did he seriously just say that? My smile evaporated faster than champagne on a podium. Y/N being here has nothing to do with some trophy girlfriend nonsense. She's brilliant, runs her own damn business, and keeps me grounded when this whole F1 circus threatens to spin me out of control. And this jackass... with his smarmy tone and cheap shot, reduces her to just... arm candy?
Blood roared in my ears. This wasn't banter, this was blatant disrespect. I may joke around, but mess with Y/N, and the Honey Badger comes out to play. No way was I letting this interview turn into some degrading spectacle. It was time to shut this down, and shut it down hard.
you are being kicked out of danny boy's mind
The room temperature seemed to drop several degrees. Daniel's easy demeanor vanished completely. He sat up straighter, his posture radiating a sudden coldness.
"Hold on a second, mate," he said, his voice low and dangerous. It wasn't the usual playful Aussie lilt anymore, it was a growl that sent shivers down Y/N's spine, a sound that promised a storm.
"Y/N is here because she's my partner," Daniel continued, each word clipped and measured. "She's not some trophy I dragged along for the ride. She's an intelligent, talented woman with a successful career of her own. And frankly, your comments are disrespectful not just to her, but to every single woman who gets judged on her looks instead of her achievements."
Y/N squeezed his hand under the table, a silent message of gratitude and admiration warming her. She knew this side of Daniel – the fiercely protective one. It was a side he rarely showed publicly, but it was a side that made her love him even more.
Bennett, under Daniel's steely gaze, seemed to shrink in his seat. "I, uh, I didn't mean anything by it," he stammered, his earlier arrogance replaced by a pathetic attempt at backtracking.
"Doesn't matter what you meant," Daniel cut him off, his jaw clenched. "The implication is clear. We won't tolerate that kind of outdated, sexist drivel here. Y/N deserves respect, just like any other person, and frankly, so do all the incredible women in motorsport, both on and off the track."
The room remained silent, the tension thick enough to cut with a knife. The other interviewers exchanged nervous glances, Bennett flustered and sweating.
"Perhaps," Daniel added, his voice regaining a touch of its usual Aussie edge, but laced with a dangerous undercurrent, "you should focus on asking actual questions about racing instead of resorting to shallow, sexist commentary."
Y/N couldn't help but let out a small, satisfied smile. Daniel, ever the showman, even managed to inject a bit of his trademark humor back into the situation, albeit laced with a clear warning.
The interview sputtered on for a few more minutes, but the lighthearted mood was gone. Daniel answered questions with clipped efficiency, his playful banter replaced by a cold professionalism. Y/N sat beside him, a silent pillar of strength, her hand occasionally reaching out for his under the table.
As the cameras cut, Daniel exhaled a shaky breath. The playful F1 driver who had breezed into the interview room moments ago was gone, replaced by a man bristling with barely contained anger on his girlfriend's behalf.
let's enter y/n's mind
Wow, okay. Didn't see that coming. One minute we're bantering with the interviewers, the next that jerk Bennett had to go all caveman on me. Ugh, the audacity! But then... Daniel. (Cue heart melting into a puddle).
There he was, my sunshine, turning into a protective thunderstorm. The way his voice dropped an octave, the glint in his eyes that usually promised mischief now held a fierce possessiveness that made my insides do a happy dance.
"Doesn't matter what you meant," he growled. Swoon. Absolute swoon. Here he was, the man who could charm a room full of sharks, turning into a mama bear for me.
And that last line? About all the incredible women in motorsport? My heart practically burst. He always knew the right things to say, even when his blood was clearly boiling.
Of course, vintage Daniel peeked through with that cheeky comment about focusing on actual racing. Bless him, even when he's mad he can't help but inject a bit of humor.
The rest of the interview might have been a blur, but all I could focus on was the warmth of his hand finding mine under the table. A silent reassurance, a "we're in this together" kind of squeeze.
As the cameras cut, I watched him take a shaky breath. My playful, goofy Daniel was momentarily replaced by this fierce protector, and honestly? I kind of loved it. In a totally non-psychotic, completely smitten kind of way.
Pulling him into a hug, I whispered, "Thank you." It felt small compared to the epic defense he just delivered, but maybe he understood the depth of my gratitude in that simple phrase. Maybe he saw the adoration shining in my eyes.
Yeah, this interview might have been a trainwreck, but seeing Daniel stand up for me like that? That was pure magic. And it just solidified one thing – this man, with his goofy charm and fierce loyalty, was definitely the keeper.
and we're out of here

Twice - reaction to s/o saying they want to have their first time with them
Jihyo
Being a woman who does not waste time, she wouldn't hesitate to just pull you towards her and kiss you with more passion than you'd ever felt before. You would pull away, a look of shock on your face, and all she did was smile teasingly at the way your mouth was hanging open.
You had gone out with Jihyo on your day off. She had planned for you two to have a day you'd spend together, all alone. First she took you shopping, eager to show you all of the dresses in the fitting room and hearing your opinions.
Then she took you to the cinema, where she let you pick whatever movie you wanted. Slowly, you started to see her in a new light that you hadn't previously done.
Whenever you tried to pay for anything during the day, she'd hurry to press her card against the reader and then flash you a big grin, saying, '' My treat, hun. ''
It made your heart beat faster. Had she always been so nice?
When you arrived home, she started unpacking the food on the table and made it very nice with romantic candles and flowers. You watched her in silence, your gaze softening as you took her in.
She looked so beautiful today, even more than usual. She had a radiant glow on her cheeks, and suddenly you felt very guilty that you had rejected going out with her so many times.
At that moment, you couldn't see her toxic side anymore. You saw someone who was warm, giving, full of life and love. Your eyes traveled down after inspecting her face and you caught yourself blushing when you noticed that her skirt had ridden up a bit.
'' Are you okay? Why aren't you eating? ''
You snapped back to reality and tried your best to look normal. You straightened yourself and smiled shyly, coming up with a lie.
'' I was waiting for you. ''
At this, she hurried to sit down and started eating so you would do the same. But, you couldn't swallow a single bite of food, your mouth felt dry and your thoughts kept being invaded by the wrong things.
'' Are you sure you're okay? ''
She came over to sit on the edge of the table and lightly brushed the hair out of your face. It was the worst thing she could've done, you knew if you spoke you'd come off as a nervous, stuttering mess.
You nodded, swallowing harshly. Slowly you were able to muster up the courage to look at her. A certain boldness came over you.
'' I...want you. ''
Silence fell over the room. Her eyes widened and her smile faded. You thought you had offended her for a moment and were just about to profusely apologize when she pressed her lips against yours so hard that you forgot what you were going to say.
Nayeon
Although she had happily waited patiently for a long time, she froze once you finally said what she'd been wanting you to.
She nodded, '' Soon, baby. ''
You'd be just as confused as she was deep down. It was strange. Wasn't this what she wanted?
Time passed and it was your turn to give her space until she was ready.
After a week or so, during which your relationship was quite awkward, she finally figured out why. You were watching a movie with her when a steamy scene came up. Shyly, you two only half-watched it but afterward, you said under your breath while laughing, '' That was hot.''
She almost let out a gasp when she realized - she was nervous! Nayeon turned away from you and bit her lip. She wanted it to be perfect and was terrified of leaving you disappointed.
She almost felt like a loser when she went to all her friends for advice and browsed the internet to find answers and solutions.
'' y/n? ''
You rose from the chair you'd been sitting on and followed the soft voice calling for you. Rounding the corner, you were met with the sight of your girlfriend sitting by the vanity.
She was doing her makeup, and you both smiled when your eyes caught in the mirror. You went up to stand behind her, prompting her to take a deep breath and close her eyes before she looked at you.
'' I'm ready, '' she turned to look over her shoulder so you were face to face.
You frowned. '' What do you mean? ''
Her hand immediately moved to your waist, curling around it and then pulling you closer. She didn't say a word, she didn't need to, her eyes dark with lust wandering all over your figure told you everything.
Jeongyeon
'' I want you ''
You cringed at your sudden boldness and looked away, but when you felt ready to face her again, her reaction was something you hadn't expected.
'' To what? '' she blinked, utter confusion plastered on her face.
The words - to fuck you, echoed in your head but you weren't sure you could ever say that out loud.
You felt extremely embarrassed and snuck away to avoid having to explain it to her. A few minutes later, she popped into your shared bedroom.
You internally groaned when she came to you, sitting as close as possible on the double bed, and you could tell she was going to ask you what you meant.
But as always, she caught you off guard again when her lips curved into a smug smile.
'' Sorry, I knew your embarrassment would be adorable. ''
You hit her arm and gasped, '' You knew! ''
She shrugged and looked away, the smile not leaving her face as she was having the time of her life teasing you right now.
'' Oh! '' you squealed and fell back against the bed so you could roll over and hide your face in the pillows.
She laughed.
The bed moved as she shifted around to lay next to you. Stubbornly, you refused to look at her, so she did the thing she knew would get your attention.
A cold hand hovered over the small of your back; fingertips grazing it as if it was barely there, but it was still enough to make you curl your body, chills running down your spine.
It took everything in you not to turn over and throw yourself at her, all that showed signs of this was a shaky exhale that made her snicker.
'' Are you done yet? Having your little temper tantrum? '' her mocking somehow made jolts shoot inside your body again.
She sighed when you didn't respond and she leaned in closer, her warm whisper tickling your ear, '' I'm waiting for you. ''
Momo
You were making out like you regularly did, when you pulled back and Momo could tell that something in your eyes was different that night.
You took her hand and led it down your body which almost made her tremble with excitement.
'' Are you sure? '' she mumbled several times, still drunk from your kisses.
You nodded, and as she got closer and closer to reaching in between your legs, her smirk grew wider. Right before doing so, she stopped and pulled away. You could only watch in astonishment when she looked to see if you were following her to the bedroom.
You looked dumbstruck, making her giggle. You felt your whole body beg of desperation so naturally you followed her, almost with some eagerness to your step.
Instead of getting on the bed, like you expected, Momo sat down in the chair in the corner of the room. You adjusted quickly and came over to her, but she pushed you away by the shoulder.
'' What- ''
'' Get on the bed, and take off your clothes, '' she demanded, her tone shifting to sternness.
You obeyed, still feeling a bit confused, and even more so when you were done and she wasn't moving from her chair.
'' Babe? '' you sounded small, and almost cursed yourself right then and there for playing into her hand.
This must've been what she wanted all along when she was so overly possessive and passionate in the beginning, to control you and then humiliate you once she had you.
Your face soured and you got up, eyes shooting daggers at her. Just before you had turned your back on her, she spoke up, amusement lilting her voice.
'' I want you to do what you usually do when you think I'm asleep. ''
Her words were cryptic but they sent a wave of shock over you, because you knew exactly what she meant. You turned back to her and saw that she was watching you.
You crawled back on the bed again and did what she asked while she looked very pleased. She had meant all those nights you had touched yourself while you thought she was sleeping - now she wanted you to show her what she had missed out on.
Sana
You whispered it into her ear while you were out drinking with other people. Expecting her to blush and lose her composure, you did it while everyone was standing up and giving a toast.
The corners of her mouth tugged upwards in a small smile, and she only turned her head towards you while her eyes remained on the birthday girl; as if to say, I don't have time for this now.
If it weren't for the smile on her lips, you would've felt offended, but you knew she was toying with you a little.
'' Tonight, my love, '' Sana tenderly said, leaving you gushing at her for the rest of the evening.
She proudly claimed you by holding your hand in front of everyone and didn't care that the two of you got looks when you went away in a taxi together.
Back at the apartment, she made you wait in the lobby while she ran upstairs. It took so long that you began to doze off for a bit, and that's how she found you in the lobby too.
A look of adornment struck across her features. She brought a hand up and shook you gently until you woke up.
'' Hey. You fell asleep. ''
You yawned and took a few seconds to rub the sleepiness off and when it did, everything hit you again. With some hesitance, you looked at Sana to see if she also remembered or if she'd been drunk.
She took your hand and then led you up to her apartment where candles and flowers awaited you, paired with the delicious scent of freshly cooked dinner.
You gasped when you saw it was your favorite food and smiled in secret, looking at her full of love when she showed you around.
Once the tour was over and you had gotten your bouquet of flowers, you sat down together at the table. The tension rose the longer the dinner dragged on, you both knowing what was waiting afterward.
Mina
She flinched when your hand snaked around her waist while you were making out with her. When you pulled away to apologize and ask what was wrong, you were met with a cold, emotionless face.
Then she slipped away from your arms completely and stayed in her room for the rest of the day. That night in bed was awkward, you laid next to her and didn't get any reaction or response, therefore, you cried yourself to sleep.
The guilt was killing you the next day and you couldn't let it go on any further. Gently you tapped her shoulder as she was making food in the kitchen.
She had dark circles under her eyes; her usual flawless appearance looked a bit disheveled. Your stomach flipped. Did she not sleep because of you?
'' Are you okay? You ignored me yesterday...did I- did I do something wrong? ''
A few seconds of silence passed, making you feel like dying. The long pause made you dread her answer even more, feeling like the obvious reply would be ' yes '.
But she surprised you by shaking her head, a half-smile appearing on her lips for a moment. Then you saw something else on her face, something she tried to hide by looking away.
'' I was...nervous, '' she admitted with a sigh.
Nervous? You had never seen your girlfriend be nervous or lose control like that. She was always quite hard on herself and had impossible standards.
You gave her a knowing look and instantly felt yourself relax. That must've been why she reacted the way she did, she felt embarrassed that you saw her like that.
A small part wanted to take the opportunity to tease her, she looked so adorable with her eyes flickering on everything but you; her usual confident gaze wavering.
Instead, you took her hand into yours and made her look at you.
'' It's okay, '' you softly whispered.
She still looked doubtful, but when you brought your hand up to her cheek, she melted visibly, unable to control herself again which made both of you laugh.
'' Come on, '' she ran ahead again just like she had yesterday, only this time she had a mischievous glint in her eyes.
Dahyun
The thought had come into your mind before and even more so recently. It was like something had shifted in the air. You went from having no interest in your girlfriend to finding that she had a glow around her - suddenly she was the most beautiful person you had ever seen.
When her kisses started trailing down your neck one night, the words left your lips before you could stop them. '' Please. ''
Her movements froze for a second, a breathy scoff slipping past her lips before she continued. You tried to fight against the tingles you felt inside, and even more so when you turned your head and saw that she was watching you intently, loving every reaction.
You pulled away, already feeling your body stiffening in awkwardness. Dahyun, however, knew exactly why you had pulled away. With a playful smile, she turned you back to her, kissed you passionately, and then surprised you by lifting you up on the kitchen counter.
You almost moaned and then bit your lip to stifle it quickly. The smile hadn't left her face, and it was turning more smug by the minute.
She let a hand rest on your thigh. '' Say that again. ''
You swore internally. She was making you choose between your dignity, to beg for her again, or to keep quiet, full of frustration. Your eyes flitted nervously from her to the ground as you tried to make up your mind.
You were fighting with yourself silently, while she watched on with the level of amusement a child would have if they went to the movies. Her lips were quirked upwards, never going down even for just a second, and her eyes were scared to leave you, sure she'd miss something if they did.
'' Well, '' she said drawly, '' have you made up your mind? ''
You held back on answering, but you both knew what you'd say in the end.
Chaeyoung
You asked her outright one day in the dark while the two of you were laying in bed, ready to go to sleep.
Her silence after your question about why you hadn't had sex yet, left her speechless and she took some time to gather her thoughts and respond to you. You thought that she was ignoring you or that she had fallen asleep, so defeatedly you rolled over on your side.
But then her soft voice spoke. She sounded very unsure of what to say despite taking so long to answer; like she could never have enough time to find the right words, and you found it adorable.
She was usually so cool and confident, seeing her like this was different.
'' I- well, I wasn't sure if you wanted that...I wanted to wait, to make sure that you did, '' she said, her voice having a faint hint of shakiness to it.
'' I thought that you weren't attracted to me, '' you earnestly confessed.
That broke her heart. The sheets ruffled as she turned towards you so she could see you. She hesitated and then gently started stroking your hair.
'' I'm sorry. I had no idea you felt that way, '' then she added like a scolding mom, '' you should've told me. ''
'' I'm sorry, '' you mumbled in the dark.
'' I would hate to make you feel like that, ever. ''
You didn't know what to say, several times your mouth opened but nothing came out. It was like you just couldn't say what you wanted to, so instead you spoke in another way.
Chaeyoung almost flinched when she felt your cold hand on her arm. She was thankful for the dark hiding her sudden shyness when you climbed on top of her and leaned down to kiss her.
'' I love you, '' you said in between kisses.
She kissed you back with a hint of desperation.
'' I love you more, '' she laughed and in one swift movement she flipped you over so you were under her instead.
The air was knocked out of you, and now it was your turn to be shy. You knew what kind of night was ahead of you after all.
Tzuyu
You had come close several times, in more ways than one. But it seemed that whenever the two of you were deeply lost in each other, and your hands wandered all over, something would interrupt it - there was never a perfect time to do it.
Months had passed so it almost became a bit of a joke in your relationship. Any time you started making out, your eyes always watched the door. Either your mom barged in, or your friends, Tzuyu's friends, or people from her company and you jumped away from her while she tried to respond to whoever came in. You were always too flustered to respond, Tzuyu liked teasing you about your rosy cheeks afterward.
One night, she took you completely by surprise. Just as she was stumbling towards the door while her lips occasionally, hungrily attached to yours again; the door opened and instead of stopping like usual, she pulled her friend in and then locked the door.
Her friend Nayeon, just stared at you both, eyes widening the more her gaze traveled over the state of you and she put two and two together.
'' Oh, I'm so sorry! '' she squeaked, '' I was just gonna pick something up. ''
You squirmed when your girlfriend leaned in and whispered in your ear, '' Do you want her to join us? ''
You stared at her, shock written all over your face. Your mouth fell open and she took the opportunity to shove her tongue in, right in front of Nayeon.
When she pulled away, you could feel how much you were blushing just by the heat on your cheeks. Automatically, your eyes fell on Nayeon again.
Unexpectedly, something arose in you when you did so. You had expected to feel extremely humiliated and to turn down Tzuyu's offer, but before you could stop yourself you mumbled dazily in her direction, '' Yes, please. ''
