“She’s crying,” Trouble hisses, gesturing down the street. “We can invite her with us.” “We don’t know her,” Blade insists, his anger matching Trouble’s own. “But she’s crying! On the curb!” “She could have a perfectly good reason to!” “Are you stupid?” Red has mostly tried to stay out of this whisper-fight, but it’s rapidly devolving into an actual argument that has Chase grinning. He chances a worried glance over his shoulder to see that the subject of the aforementioned argument has dwindled down from outright sobbing, to the occasional sniffle while staring dead-eyed into the middle distance.  “Trouble, don’t you think a group of five random men is intimidating?” he asks, hesitant, and winces when Trouble whirls on him, fury in his eyes. “No. I’m doing it—fuck you.” And with that, he marches down the street, towards the woman with rose gold hair.
