Entry 3-20-[REDACTED]

Report from the extraction

The first sighting was reported on 3-18-[REDACTED] in [REDACTED]. The 8P site has been notified the same day and sent TEAM E to carry out the extraction and containment on 3-19-[REDACTED]. Upon arrival at [REDACTED], TEAM E was directed to the local police station. The police department cooperated with the agents. 

SCP-5649 had been contained in the holding cell of the station before the arrival. After questioning of the police officers present, TEAM E proceeded to contain the subject using the procedure S-T-2. SCP-5649 was subdued successfully, although the agents reported a loss of certain equipment (1xN-H-S, 2xN-C-G, 2xN-P-B, 1xN-S-S) as well as [REDACTED] of the agent E-2.

Containment of the SCP-5649 (codename: D3KU) has been successful. It has been safely transported to 8P site and contained according to proper procedures (for more information, see attached file D3KU-1). SCP is sedated and awaiting additional testing as of 9:33 PM, 3-20-[REDACTED]
