okay idk if this really worked because i did fall asleep around 10pm but woke up around 3am and couldn't fall back asleep
my sleep schedule is at peak fucked up so i think my entire goal for today is just to tire myself out, take a melatonin, and zonk out at an appropriate hour
#the 10pm bedtime and the waking up before 3pm is certainly an improvement#the 5 hours of sleep and waking up at 3am before the sun uh is not really ideal or what i had in mind#but it's actually kind of okay bc it seems like it's going to storm pretty bad today and i need groceries#and the store opens at 8am (two hours before the storms)#so i'm in such a good position to get food before getting drenched#the hardest part about today will just be not napping because that's what always fucks me up bc i accidentally nap for hours#zip quips
