it was brought to my attention today that nhl.com had done another purge/misplacement/breaking of old articles (including the iconic MA1KIN one for geno's 1k and another article that came out around sid's 1k) and THUS I spent the bulk of my free time today making sure articles I like/reference were archived.

luckily both the missing articles I mentioned above were on the wayback machine (MA1KIN and the sid piece), but I'm going to try and use this as a reminder that any time I read any article I love/may want to think about again, I need to stick it in the wayback machine just to give us a chance of accessing it in the future if the original site somehow loses it
