Halfway through league of dragons and it's really funny to me that Ning came out of the shell with Temeraire's cleverness and iskierka's lack of any shyness when it comes to things she wants, and with a mix of the two very dangerous breaths as well, she's a disaster that's already happening and I can't wait to see what comes of her

#drops random ramblings #temeraire #league of dragons #temeraire ning #temeraire iskierka #iskierka #her breath is really interesting to me #I imagined that when she hatched she'd most likely end up being an imperial with fire breath #on account of how imperials are close to celestials and the fact that iskierka's genes seemed volatile especially as a fire breather #that or she'd end up as a new breed that's a mix of her prognators but not particularly special in her powers #imagine my surprise when she turned out to be a perfect fusion of celestial and kazilik #I thought the divine wind would end up hindering her fire if she got both fire breathing and divine wind #but I guess it's the opposite #god can you imagine a divine wind boosted acid spitter? the acid would be like arrows that melted your body #or a divine wind and water spouter mix #then again water spouters already fling water at things with destructive force #so probably not a big change
