Vy made a small chirp that sounded more like a wsil and Mal looked at him before turning his attention back to Fannar and nodded.

Fannar smiled at their mom, they knew what that chirp was for, and they knew that it was hard for them to accept. But they felt they belonged here, with Arlo, and that was what their heart had told them for a very long time now. Following Mal over to what was left of the pen, they let go of their mom's hand, to help out, giving their mom a comforting smile. 

Mal: But well, by my produce stall there's a small clinic and pharmacy. They do mostly emergencies and family and general medicine. But they do need a new intern. If you can get me your college degree, my wife can work out to have you finish your internship here. I have a feeling, the different Universes thing might not be a problem.

Fannar: I have them in my bags, I made sure to bring what I needed with me this time. 

Mal: Making plans to stay? Uneventful road to a happy ending? Not on Mahv��s watch I’m afraid.

Vy: You know something we don't know?

💥 COLLISON - what emotions do they have trouble dealing with?

Arlo has a hard time dealing with guilt and anger. Both emotions can cause Arlo to shutdown. So when Fannar says "don't upset you vami", it's not so much he's afraid it will cause Arlo to lash out, but because he fears Arlo can close off. Currently Arlo has a better time dealing with both emotions, he just walks off into his workshop and asks to be left alone, but if you push him hard enough, he will snap.

🍧 SHAVED ICE - do they still have any objects from their childhood? what significance does it have to them? what would their reaction be if they lost it?

Arlo still has Draco. Most of his teen and adult age, Arlo's giant dragon plushie was kept in his father's home. But when Fannar lived with Arlo before he found a way to send him home, Arlo 'borrowed' Draco for Fannar and just kept it around. Currently it belongs to Libby and Izzy, but both kids know how important that plushie is for their Vami so they treat him with extra love.

With Apollo? His last straw was breaking his promise and trying to kill Fannar. And the second last straw (yes, there was a second), was trying to kill Izzy to (readacted).

Arlo: Yeah, jump of a bridge, now. Before you become immortal, because by then you won't be able to die. Believe me, if you die just now, you'll save so many people so much troubl-

Fannar: -smacks him over the head-

Arlo: Okay. I guess... don't ever trust Apollo. Ever. And don't try to be friends with him. Not worth it. Actually, if you can, grab a pillow and kill him in his slee-

💔 BROKEN HEART - what could their partner do that would absolutely break their heart?

Hard to say. But, I'd say abandon him. Though Arlo constantly feels like Fannar should leave him and that he is not worthy of Fannar's love, I do believe if Fannar ever actually abandoned him, Arlo would just... cease to be of how heartbroken he'd become.
