no offense to Sonic 3&K but, whoever decided we needed not one but two bosses in front of a bright-ass lava waterfall covering the whole screen owes me a new pair of eyes
#lava reef act 2 has one of the coolest bgs in the game and then they're like no fuck you you're going to the eye strain dimension#featuring one of the most boring boss concepts ever who has massive health just to rub it in#thankfully a.i.r does fix that but it's not enough i need it obliterated from existence#there probably is a mod for that tho#i am excited to look up mods for this now that i got off my ass to actually install it#i just. need to finish my 12934478 unfinished tasks first#sonic 3 & knuckles#sonic 3 a.i.r#also. knuckles is immune to reimu's broken ass gohei. much to think about
