I'm proud of being a nonsharer. I only block my doubles, but at the same point, it should be understandable for some people to feel like absolute garbage over seeing said doubles in the first place. I've earned being a nonsharer.

Any time I got any toys from family back then, I was either expected to share them or give them to my siblings. It feels nice to have F/Os that I don't have to give to anyone.

When I first started being in irl relationships, I had partners who cheated on me. It feels nice to have fictional characters not break your heart via cheating because they're fictional.

Some people are nonsharers because of that sort of trauma. Being forced to share not only childhood things but also romantic partners (cheating) against your will.

Do some people get toxic with it? Yeah. But that's not all nonsharers. Some of us just want to set up the boundaries that we weren't allowed to set up growing up.
