I don’t have much to say about Eliza, I just felt like this is exactly what she should look like as a cat. Scapegrace, on the other hand? I wanted him to look like someone put their Ashfur design in the microwave for a bit too long. Not into warriors anymore but the fandom designs are iconic. I’ve always imagined him with dark hair. Thrasher just looks super average. He’s so normal! Usually I don’t make skulls emote, but for him I made the exception of having his skull smiling- he deserves it I think. Cassandra has mist-like fur markings because of the steam chamber, she also gets a flower crown because I think she should have one. I own that tunic in real life, I feel like it would be her style.

amount of sleep: okay fun fact! i actually cannot perceive the amount of time i sleep. like if i go to bed at 11:00pm and wake up at 7:00am or if i go to bed at 9:00pm and wake up at 7:00am i think i've slept the same amount of time in my brain. i mean if i really push it to like 1:00am yeah i'll feel it in the morning but i can't do time math so it's all just the same numbers to me, so in my head i think i've always slept the healthy amount of hours. anyway probably 7-8

dream job: my current job is my dream job <3 i love working at an animal shelter. i'm currently going to school to be a vet tech, which I know I'll also enjoy doing since i've basically been a vet tech intern before, but I'll definitely miss getting to do everything i currently do as much as i do now, especially in regards to cleaning kennels, animal handling, and behavior assessments

Five Things I Like About Myself!

My writing skill, and specifically my ability to see things from a readers' perspective and predict the possible ways they will interpret my/others' writing.

My drawing skill, even though it is limited to just cartoon-ish, very stylized animals (mostly just cats tho). I enjoy drawing what I can draw.

My positivity. I've never been more grateful that I managed to somehow train myself into a more actively positive mindset. While I can get stressed, I feel like I can often manage it and remind myself that situational stress is temporary and happiness can always be found if you go looking for it.

My care and ability with animals. I enjoy handling difficult animals, be it spicy cats or reactive dogs, and I love seeing how animals' behaviors change over time with trust and patience. Even though I ironically don't really enjoy playing with animals that much, I enjoy surrounding myself with them and just co-existing with them, y'know?

My maturity. Took me a bit to really think of a something else to compliment myself on that wasn't just a reiteration of the above. But I've been told a lot that I'm always "so mature for my age" (not in a creepy way, but in a surprised, "wait you're X years old?!" way lol). I always thought it was a little silly, because isn't everyone "my age" mature? To my surprise, no. And those older than me aren't either. Which is okay because everyone's different! But it is frustrating sometimes lol

OMMGG HEYYY I've been rewatching catscratch too !!! It's so underrated imo I love the humor!!

I have yet to finish the eps but my fav character is definitely mr blik, tho I love Gordon and waffle too !!

Hi hi!!! Omg omg holy crap how is it that we've both decided to rewatch this masterpiece of a show at the same time??

It's usually crazy to me that people other than me remember this xD

Honestly it's such a great and underrated show. I think it actually shaped me as a person dhjsdj like I think I ended up like this because of this freaking show dude xD

I finally finished all the eps today and it's just as good as I remember it. I seem to have a type when it comes to favorite characters and yeah

Waffle is the best I love him so much xD I love the others too, but yeah Waffle is just 👌👌👌

And I didn't realize how amazing and hilarious Hovis is?? He's so good!! I found myself laughing a lot of his remarks and his attitude towards the cats. And the fact that he's voiced by Mo and Gordan by Rob makes me just like wow these guys have actually been a part of my life for longer than i thought. Maurice delivers some very good lines for not just Hovis but other characters as well in this show. He screams so much??? xD

The zombie episode was the one I was "dreading" (not actually) because that ep was the one that scared me so much as a kid that I could not look at the screen and had nightmares for days jghghv like I kept watching the show because I loved it but I was so terrified xD it was a very good episode as an adult though

Now... onto the negatives because there are some...

I'm not sure how old the cats are supposed to be but Gordan's obsession and crush on Human Kimberly is just so disturbing to me. I mean... maybe since they're cats they're technically around the same age as her?? In cat years?? Idk. But the fact that his voice sounds like a full ass grown man and hers sounds you know... like a child because she's a child ...is just so strange. I don't think that was a good decision for the makers of the show tbh.

Another thing that I didn't really care for is how gendered everything is, but I guess that is to be expected for a show at that time. But like Mr. Blik laughing at Gordan for wearing something frilly and calling him a "pony boy" just.. no.

And then there's the series creator who is.... a bit problematic, especially to the lgbtqia+ community.

I also just don't like Katilda's design but that's just a personal opinion

But other than that I adore this show and I would love if they did something with it again (excluding Doug Tennapel)

Favorite Scent:The simple smell of things just being clean works damn well for me.

Coffee, tea, or hot chocolate:I have to say coffee. It's the only one I actually drink, and only on the weekends. Never really liked hot chocolate much, and tea just tastes like dirty water to me.

Average hours of sleep:I lay in bed for about 7-8 hours per night, but only sleep for a total of 5-6 hours (If I'm lucky)

Cats or Dogs:I like them both, but dogs will always be superior.

The Number of Blankets you sleep with:I never sleep with more than just one simple sheet covering me.

Favorite Dead Celebrity:I don't get this question. Am I celebrating the fact that they're dead? Or am I supposed to be choosing which celebrity I'd like resurrected to lead the zombie apocalypse?

Dream Trip:Anywhere far, far from here with much less stress and worries and responsibilities; where everything I need and want is provided completely free of charge!
