Damn those are great points. I was also taken aback by how much the fandom disliked Jayce. I couldn't call him my favorite in a series where Caitlyn, Vi, and Mel exist, but ppl rly read malice into his every action

I didn't rly put together how restrained Jayce tried to be, that Viktor had to push him past that safety limit. But that is totally in keeping with the Good Boy Councilor on his first day, fighting corruption, then having to be taught how the world goes round. The Aspiring Savior Hammer boy trying to tear down poisonous factories, then coming face to face with the cost
