#tbh i'm not a huge fan of Emerald City Scarecrow he's one of the most boring characters in it imho

If I had a dollar for every time the Tin Woodsman character in a fucked up OZ reimagining got trapped in a toxic relationship with a female ruler who "owns" them in some way and just inherited the throne after her dad's sudden death, had a hand in him becoming the Tin Man, and then died, while the Scarecrow character used to be Glinda's boyfriend and a soldier,I'd have two dollars, which is not much but still weird that it happened twice.

They're each fucked up in their own fascinating and unique ways however.
