#taylor swift blink twice if you've read fourth wing

willow by Taylor Swift has to be my new favorite song for Violet and Xaden because it's just so on the nose.

a lot of the lyrics apply, but "the more that you say, the less I know" and "they count me out time and time again [...] but I come back stronger than a 90's trend" and "show me the places where the others gave you scars" really stand out to me.

(and Xaden really did take Violet's hand and wreck her plans, and he is her man!)
