There was a hot take in Twitter recently that Toku is already tainted by LGBT elements & a fan didn't like it. But majority of fans doesn't like the term "tainted" between Toku & the LGBT elements. Toku added up LGBT elements to raise awareness about characters with different personas which is beyond the typical straight boy or girl thing. Plus, BL & GL in Toku is really a thing. Everyone in the fandom are shipping 2 men or women of contrast personalities.
