My social media blew up after my comments on Virat Kohli: Pat Cummins
Tumblr media
Pat cummins: “You get relentlessly harassed by social media users if you use it for daily activities. Look out for the next few years and say anything about Virat Kohli. It was truly a praise that I seem to have said a few years back. When he earned a 100 after six months, Cummins’ social media went crazy. I had commented that he was a gun player and hoped he wouldn’t score a hundred. (Read More)
This is the footage that shows Cummins’ acceptance:

[ad_1] (PC: X.com) It’s official. The 2025 Champions Trophy will be played in a hybrid model, the International Cricket Council (ICC) has confirmed. In fact, as RevSportz reported on December 13, all the India-Pakistan matches in the ICC tournaments until 2027 will be played at a neutral venue. The schedule for next year’s Champions Trophy, with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) as the designated host, hasn’t been put out yet, but according to sources, the India versus Pakistan group league fixture is likely to be played on February 23. The tournament will be played in February-March. “The ICC Board has today approved that matches between India and Pakistan played at ICC Events during the current rights cycle from 2024 to 2027 (which are to be hosted in India or Pakistan) will be played at a neutral venue proposed by the tournament host,” said the ICC press release. “This will apply to the ICC Men’s Champions Trophy 2025 (Pakistan), ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025 (India) and the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 (India and Sri Lanka).” As regards the neutral venue for the Champions Trophy, Dubai is said to be the BCCI’s preferred choice, while it is learnt that the PCB wants Colombo. Unless there’s a consensus, the matter could be put to voting. For the next rights cycle, commencing from 2028, Pakistan will host the women’s T20 World Cup that year and once again, the India-Pakistan match will be played at a neutral venue. “In addition, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has been awarded hosting rights of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup in 2028, where neutral venue arrangements will also apply,” said the ICC release. “Cricket Australia has also been awarded hosting rights for one of the senior ICC women’s events during the period 2029 to 2031.” That India’s Champions Trophy matches will be played at a neutral venue was one of the worst-kept secrets in cricket. Once the BCCI didn’t get the approval from the Indian government to send the team across the border due to security reasons, it looked like an obvious decision. In fact, with the Indian team not travelling to Pakistan, the BCCI requested for a hybrid model. With millions of dollars at stake, cancelling the tournament wasn’t an option. Also, in that case, the PCB would have gone bankrupt. PCB chairman Mohsin Naqvi initially insisted on playing the entire Champions Trophy in Pakistan. It led to an impasse. But as his country became isolated in the ICC, he had to accept the reality. The PCB, according to sources, demanded a written guarantee that all the future India-Pakistan matches in the ICC tournaments until 2027 would be played in a hybrid model. That wasn’t met with. Nor will the PCB get an extra share of revenue in the current cycle. The ICC, however, is not averse to a T20I triangular series involving India, Pakistan and another Full Member nation, as the PCB pushed for it to offset the loss for not hosting India’s matches. However, it will solely be a matter between the BCCI and the PCB. With regards to the Champions Trophy’s schedule, the ICC said: “The match schedule for the ICC Men’s Champions Trophy 2025 will be confirmed in the coming days.” For more sports content follow : RevSportz    The post Champions Trophy to be played in hybrid model, ICC confirms appeared first on Sports News Portal | Latest Sports Articles | Revsports. Sure bet prediction today,
Sure bet prediction today,
If you're looking for a safe and strategic way to bet today, sure bet predictions offer a reliable guide. Sure betting, also known as arbing or arbitrage betting, involves placing bets on all possible outcomes of an event to guarantee a profit, no matter the result. It requires careful analysis of odds and a good understanding of the markets. Here’s a breakdown of today’s top sure bet predictions based on the latest matchups and market trends.
Key Matches for Sure Bet Prediction
Football: Manchester United vs. Chelsea (Premier League)
Prediction: Manchester United Win or Draw
Rationale: Both teams have had a strong start to the season, but Manchester United has shown more consistency at home. Chelsea has been a bit unpredictable, especially on the road, and with key injuries, it may struggle in this away match.
Football: Real Madrid vs. Girona (La Liga)
Prediction: Real Madrid to Win
Rationale: Real Madrid is in fantastic form and plays at home. Girona has been impressive this season, but Real Madrid has the depth and experience to secure a win in this fixture.
Tennis: Novak Djokovic vs. Daniil Medvedev (ATP Finals)
Prediction: Novak Djokovic to Win
Rationale: Djokovic's form on hard courts is exceptional, and he has the edge in head-to-head meetings against Medvedev. With the stakes high, Djokovic is expected to perform under pressure.
Basketball: Los Angeles Lakers vs. Golden State Warriors (NBA)
Prediction: Los Angeles Lakers to Win
Rationale: The Lakers have been solid this season, especially at home. With LeBron James leading the charge, they are the favorites against a Warriors team still trying to find their rhythm.
Cricket: India vs. Australia (T20 World Cup)
Prediction: India to Win
Rationale: India has been dominant in T20 cricket lately, especially in home conditions. Australia, although a strong side, will face a tough challenge in India’s strong lineup and supportive home crowd.
Betting Strategy Tips
Compare Odds: Ensure that the odds you are betting on are competitive. Small differences in odds across various betting platforms can make a big difference over time.
Betting on Multiple Outcomes: To increase your chances, place bets on different markets. For example, bet on both "Home Team Win" and "Over 2.5 Goals" for a football match.
Focus on Reliable Bookmakers: Always bet with reputable bookmakers who offer favorable odds and reliable payouts.
Stay Informed: Keep up with team news, injuries, and player form. This is key to making informed decisions.
By following these predictions and strategies, you increase your chances of making smarter and more profitable bets. However, always remember that while sure bet strategies help minimize risk, there are no guarantees in sports betting. Bet responsibly!

[ad_1] (PC: X.com) Finally, the Champions Trophy deadlock seems to have been broken. According to sources, a hybrid model – it might be rephrased as a fusion model – that was agreed upon, has been rubber-stamped by all parties. A formal announcement in this regard might come as early as Saturday, after a virtual meeting involving ICC chair Jay Shah, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chief Mohsin Naqvi and other Board members. Shah is currently in Brisbane.  The ICC, of course, will not comment until the arrangement is official. “Discussions ongoing,” said an ICC functionary. “Any announcement will be made through a media release.” However, according to sources in the know in Pakistan cricket, as per the hybrid/fusion model, 10 matches will be played in Pakistan, while India will play their three group league games in Dubai. A semi-final and the final will be played there as well. This is what RevSportz reported on December 5. Also, this is exactly what the BCCI wanted after the Indian team wasn’t given the go-ahead by the Indian government to travel to Pakistan due to security reasons. The PCB, the designated host for the tournament, scheduled in February-March next year, wanted a similar hybrid model for all the India-Pakistan matches in the ICC tournaments until 2027. Accordingly, the India-Pakistan group league match at the 2026 T20 World Cup is likely to be played in Colombo. The tournament, in any case, is co-hosted by India and Sri Lanka. As regards the 2025 women’s World Cup, to be played in India, it hasn’t been kept in the ambit at the moment. Pakistan are yet to qualify for the tournament. If they qualify, the India versus Pakistan fixture could be played at a neutral venue.  It is learnt that the PCB will not get any added revenue apart from the hosting fee. Also, its demand of a written guarantee for a hybrid model until 2027 hasn’t been met with. The arrangements have been agreed upon “in principle”.
