i haven't finished episode 24 yet so idk how frieren will do against her doppelgänger, but it'd be hilarious if she defeated her other self by either:

luring it to a mimic;

using the promise of grimoires to lower its guard;

saying himmel's name to catch its attention;

getting fern to scold/hug it like she does with the real frieren
