Interesting how Suzuka being abandoned as an infant led to her losing her real blood family and thus searching for the meaning of familial bond for very long while living a completely different life to that of Senhime. Yet fate lead her to form her own familial that transcends the meaning of inherited bonds and she came to cherish them dearly, even when she tragically lost the ones she loved repeatedly (her ‘father’ then her ‘brothers’ Otakemaru).

Her whole experience shaped her sense of justice and how she is desperate to protect everyone in need.

Consequently, being away from her real homeland and growing up in a completely different environment in a way helped her both her and Senhime grow in ways which would not happen if things in the sea of eternity were to remain as is.
