It appears the manic safetyism the left has mandated for the past 15 years has begun to harm their ability to report issues that generate the demand for said safetyism.
A shame, really. Media overrun by guardrails protecting people against threats that were so fleeting and phantasmal they were forgotten long ago, everyone forced to pretend that terms like "unalive" replaced "dead" organically, or at least for reasons understandable to someone, somewhere, who is not completely insane.
I saw a thing the other day--one of the slimiest forms of clickbait where someone re-posts a piece of social media on a different platform, from a bigger account, presumably reaping ad revenue off someone else's content. It was one of them "Am I the Asshole" threads from Reddit. Don't remember its content at all--those are mostly fake, anyway--but it stood out to me because the word "Control" had been censored in the headline and throughout the piece. Apparently that's bad brand association, gives people the ick in regards to whatever Chinese boner pills or Keto supplements or knockoff contraceptive devices need to be sold to keep the internet functioning.
That got me thinking about all the times you'll see a video that contains naughty words that are spoken clearly in the audio but replaced with asterisks in the captioning. I had presumed this was a simple extension of trigger warnings, people wanting to avoid getting yelled at or having their accounts suspended. It's just "being a decent fucking person," after all. Any psychologist will tell you that the profound trauma survivors suffer upon seeing the word rape in print goes away entirely if the word is spelled r*pe. Words are violence, after all. They cause hurt to vulnerable folx. Do you want to be violent? Do you realize how many people you're killing every time you speak? Just do what what we tell you, obey our ever-increasing slew of incessantly weird and petty linguistic mandates or else I'll call your boss, tell your teachers, get you fired, put you in prison, etc etc.
But taking away ad revenue? Oh no, oh shit, that's a bridge too far! Won't someone think of the click merchants?!? Weep for all the important stories that shall no longer be profitably told--the trans influencers changing our perception about public architecture through dance poetry, the brave women exposing the inherent sexism within Behtesda, Maryland public sanitation department, the bold new Alf conspiracy theory that's drivin' fans insane, the development of 6 new cocktails inspired by the third season of HBO's Arli$... all gone, beaten, washed away like tears in the rain...

Identity V New Character Release
The Shadow (Ivy) Character Preview Video
The Shadow "Ivy"
Once the friend left,a that bizarre journal provided the perfect explanation for Ivy's symptoms, and the "gifts" of the Yithian brought her to a distant place.
~Wanted~ Mind transfer
> External Trait: Ancient Visage
When Survivors see "Ivy's" visage from within 15 meters,Corruption increases by 4 every second.
(Corruption)
Once Corruption reaches 100, Survivors will move involuntarily for 3 seconds. If Survivors are within "Ivy's" Terror Radius during this period, they will move slowly toward "Ivy" for 3 seconds. Once Survivors escape "Ivy's" Terror Radius for 3 seconds, Corruption decreases by 10 every second. Corruption grows 0.7 times faster within 20 meters of a Rocket Chair with a Survivor on it.
> Phantasm
The Yithian occupies the body known as "Ivy" and can merge and separate from it at will. All Survivors suffer from an obscure vision within "Ivy" or Yithian's Terror Radius.
(Yithian)
The Yithian can separate from "Ivy's" body and be controlled independently Survivors cannot see the Yithian before it emerges from "Ivy." Yithian's Terror Radius is 50% of "Ivy's" Terror Radius and does not trigger Heartbeat. The Yithian can move quickly and fly through pallets and windows but cannot perform normal attacks or interactions.
> Ability: Mind Transference
The Yithian separates from "Ivy" and becomes the new playable character. When the Yithian is separated from "Ivy," you may switch between the Yithian and "Ivy" at will. When controlling "Ivy," using an ability will make the Yithian return and merge with "Ivy."
> Revelation
When controlling "Ivy" or the Yithian that hasn't infected a Survivor, using an ability reveals the "Ancient Visage" briefly. When controlling the Yithian that has infected a Survivor, hold the ability button to select a locationand reveal the "Ancient Visage" to Survivors for a brief period. If Survivors see the "Ancient Visage" from within 15 meters, they will be interrupted and gain 40 Corruption.
> Psychic Intrusion
The Yithian can infect Survivors. Each Survivor has a cooldown of 40 seconds between each infection. When an infected Survivor is knocked down, the infection cooldown is cleared, and the Yithian is removed from the Survivor. Upon infecting a Survivor, the Yithian will attach to the Survivor, stealing all available information and quick messages from the Survivor and generating a mark below the Survivor. The mark will display the Survivor's camera direction. After a successful infection, the infected Survivor generates a Corrupted Ostracon. The Corrupted Ostracon cannot be destroyed within 40 seconds of its creation.
[Corrupted Ostracon]
Survivors within 10 meters of the Corrupted Ostracon are affected by it and gain 9 Corruption every second. There can be up to 6 Corrupted Ostracons at a time. When the limit is exceeded, the Corrupted Ostracons will be destroyed in the order they were generated. Corrupted Ostracons can exist for up to 150 seconds.
> Interdimensional Travel
"Ivy" can teleport to undamaged Corrupted Ostracons. Each Corrupted Ostracon has a teleportation cooldown of 45 seconds.
> Parasitic Desire
Survivor infection cooldown is reduced to 30 seconds.
> Corruption Transference
"Ivy" releases the "Ancient Visage's" effects in an area around the Corrupted Ostracon after teleporting, increasing the Corruption of nearby Survivors by 40.

Mater Cachinnarium
"Truce?" © deviantArt user damie-m, accessed at his gallery here
[People who have been following the Monster Girl Summer project may have noticed that there are a few plot threads being developed alongside the big Mormo vs. Lamashtu plot. This entry ties into the sample beldam NPC and Mad Maddy Maddison]
Mater Cachinnarum CR 12 CE Outsider (native) This woman is lean and ashen-skinned, with clawed hands and jagged, saw-like teeth. Her face seems perpetually fixed in a cruel smirk.
Mater Cachinnarum is the Mother of Sneers, a notorious bogey of eastern Garund. Her wicked braying laughter is heard everywhere from bustling cities to isolated oases, and always shortly after a mutilated body or two turns up. Even more destructive than her serial killing is her delight in framing others for her crimes. She is adept at stoking paranoia and hatred, and those that escape her attacks may become scapegoats for the next murder she commits. Rumor has it that anyone executed for a crime she committed hears her laughter as they die.
The Mother of Sneers was not born a bogeyman, nor even properly born at all. She is the brainchild of a wizard named Valinus Trent. Trent was the sole survivor of an Aspis Consortium expedition into the heart of the Mwangi Expanse, and while attempting to find safety found themselves in the clutches of the beldam Mancinia Spurge. Spurge played the good host for a time before tormenting Trent and eventually trapping their soul in a black sapphire. Mater Cachinnarum is essentially a projection of the darkest parts of Trent’s psyche, their disdain for less intelligent people and fear of being bullied magnified into a shadowy murderer.
Mater Cachinnarum both resents and kowtows to Spurge, as if the gem is broken, the Mother of Sneers will immediately cease to exist. Thus, between her personal projects, Cachinnarum serves Spurge as an assassin and recruiter. Mater Cachinnarum desires an apprentice; her previous apprentice was the dark dancer Mad Maddy Maddison, who escaped her about a year ago. Mater Cachinnarum occasionally torments Maddy with nightmares, but doesn’t want to kill her—she has something much crueler planned. The Mother of Sneers is waiting a few years for Maddy to become established and develop friendships, only to murder everyone Maddy cares about and frame her for those crimes.

Special Abilities Creator Link (Su): A tulpa has a special link with its creator or a creature that it treats as its creator. By concentrating for 1 minute, the tulpa can sense the direction and relative distance of its creator, as long as they are both on the same plane. Deepest Fear (Su) A bogeyman is cloaked in a 30-foot aura of fear. This aura manifests as a shifting haze of images that reflect the viewer's deepest fears. The first time it ends its turn within the aura, a creature must make a DC 28 Will save or become shaken for as long as it stays within the aura. If the creature succeeds at the saving throw, it cannot be affected again by the aura for another 24 hours. This is a fear effect. The DC is Charisma-based. Striking Fear (Su) If a bogeyman confirms a critical hit or a sneak attack with one of its claws on a target currently suffering a fear effect, that effect automatically becomes one step more severe (shaken creatures become frightened, frightened creatures become panicked, and panicked creatures cower in fear). A DC 28 Will save negates this increase. In addition, a critical hit from the bogeyman's claw forces any target that has successfully saved against the creature's fear aura to make another Will save against its effects, even if 24 hours have not yet passed. This is a fear effect. The DC is Charisma-based. Sustained by Thought (Su): Tulpas sustain themselves on and gain their power from the mental energy of living creatures concentrating on the tulpa itself. Tulpas do not heal or regain psychic energy naturally. Instead, whenever a living creature spends at least 10 minutes mentally picturing the tulpa, or interacting with it in some way, the tulpa heals 5 hit points and gains 1 point of psychic energy. A creature other than its creator can't provide more than 5 hit points and 1 PE to the tulpa per day with this activity, but its creator can feed its tulpa indefinitely, granting 5 hit points and 1 PE for every 10 minutes she spends in this way, up to the tulpa's maximum hit points and PE. A creature that regularly spends time mentally picturing or interacting with the tulpa may eventually forge a powerful link with the tulpa, and effectively be treated as though she is the tulpa's creator (though this does not supplant the original creator or other creatures treated as the creator by use of this ability). A creature other than the creator that focuses on the tulpa enough to provide it with psychic energy each day for 7 consecutive days must succeed at a DC 20 Will saving throw or forge such a link. Terrible Rejuvenation (Su) A bogeyman gains fast healing 5 while any creature within its deepest fear aura is suffering from a fear effect, including any fear effect created by the aura itself. Each round it gains this fast healing, it also recovers 1 PE. Variant Tulpa Mater Cachinnarum does not have a creator in the sense of a traditional tulpa. Her existence is tied to the gem in which Valinus Trent is trapped in. As long as this gem exists, she returns from death 1 month after slain, but if the gem is broken and Trent is freed, she is destroyed. Mater Cachinnarum does not gain the mental form special quality of a tulpa, and does not gain a racial bonus to skills. Her psychic magic can affect any creature, not just herself and a creator. Her terrible rejuvenation allows her to heal without being in the presence of a creator.

Round 1A, Match Seven: Tall Man (Phantasm) vs. Willy Wonka (Charlie and the Chocolate Factory)
NO PROPAGANDA WAS PROVIDED FOR THE TALL MAN. IF YOU WISH TO SUBMIT PROPAGANDA, THE ASK BOX SHOULD BE OPEN.
PROPAGANDA FOR WILLY:
"Now I know. It's a bit of a joke submission. But think about it.This man invites five children into his factory. Then he trims them down by gleefully putting them in danger, then blaming it on them when they fall prey to it. These are literal kids. Four of them suffer horrific fates (almost drowns on chocolate, inflated the size of a blueberry and implied to be stabbed multiple times to regain her initial form, deleted from the real world to become a digital file...) and basically offers to the last survivor to take his place as the owner and manager of a magical factory in which the rules are ever changing, and disobeying the rules means suffering (like the four other kids). Is it really an offer, not an order, when the offered has the choice between going to live in a cardboard box with his four ailing grandparents and his sick parents, or inheriting a flourishing business, though? And when the kid accepts, he freaking kidnaps him before yeeting them both in space. Anyway Willy Wonka as the primary villain of a psychological horror comedy -truther."

The Black Knight is a nightmare figure haunting all Faerun, a story to terrify the children and cruel reality to cow the grown alike. Survivors and witnesses are conflicted as to the exact nature of the knight, with rumours ranging from a damned warlock and wicked mercenary to a foul agent of the Hells unleashed from Avernus to bring low all Faerun, and none have been able to positively identify the knight beneath the dark helm. No matter the identity, the Black Knight has been a despised figure for over a decade, with no indication its terror will cease. Only in recent years have a scattered handful of whispers spread of a new ploy by the knight, that it now appears to offer aid to those most desperate, to fell only creatures with a brutal and monstrous efficiency. Despite this, none perceive the knight to be a force for good, simply waiting for the ruse to drop and the familiar monster to once more surge forth.
Overview.
Born on the Sword Coast to a minor noble family, Dane was unaware his uncle was the detested Black Knight until he received a summons to his dying uncle's bedside. There, his uncle revealed the truth to him and begged for Dane to redeem the Black Knight name. Dane inherited the mantle of the Black Knight, as well as Castle Garrett and the Ebony Blade, after his uncle's passing.
He is an Oath of Vengeance paladin, though it is heavily rumoured he is also both a barbarian and a warlock, on account of the Ebony Blade.
Following his first forays as the Black Knight, some notable figureheads are aware Dane is not the same Black Knight as his uncle. However, the greater populace of Faerun remains unaware the person behind the Black Knight has changed.
Dane is first encountered en route to Creche Y'llek in the fight with the Death Shepherds and Ghouls, and can be recruited following the fight.
He was tadpoled and taken from just outside Baldur's Gate. His initial tadpole connection shares an initial deep bloodthirst and rage, underpinned with determination and a will for betterment, along with images of a castle, desperately grabbing for a black blade, and winged horses.
The Ebony Blade.
It is Dane's intentions to rehabilitate the Black Knight's image as a force for good. However, he was unaware before beginning this venture that the Ebony Blade is cursed and manipulates its wielders into displaying their worst qualities in a search for blood and violence. He has since become aware that the sword is dangerous and evil in itself, though he cannot bring himself to give it up.
The Ebony Blade is a magical item and can be used by Dane to induce a rage-like state in battle, though whether it is the sword or Dane choosing to induce this is unclear. Dane is able to induce this himself on some occasions, although he must relive the worst moments of his life in order to achieve the emotional state necessary for this.
The sword amplifies rage and darker personality traits, inciting the wielder to main and kill. Those of weaker constitutions can be overwhelmed by the sword, often within days of continued wielding. Given the tying of the blade to the Whitman family line, it is only Dane who can relatively safely wield the blade, though he is not immune to the effects of the blade.
When first touching the sword, the amplification begins immediately, images of the past, present, and future actions of the blade flooding the mind, accompanied by phantasmal whispers, often to overwhelming effect. Owing to this, as well as the overprotection engendered by addiction to the blade, Dane is reticent to allow anyone touch the sword.
Personal quest.
His personal quest is set around breaking the curse on the Ebony Blade, as he understands it has a blood curse upon it that causes madness in his bloodline the more the sword is used to draw blood. Ultimately, it's revealed that there is no active blood curse at all and Merlin, the wizard who forged the Ebony Blade, Shield, Staff, and Chalice, wilfully made the sword that way as the dark partner of Excalibur, so that its wielder may carry out the rough and unpleasant work and Excalibur's wielder remain noble and exalted.
Throughout his personal quest, Dane also reveals that a previous partner turned his heart to stone as a means of stopping him feeling anything, including the rage and bloodthirst induced by the sword. If pursued romantically, he will also disclose at a later stage that the same partner forced him into a soulmate bond known as a Gann Josin. This bond allowed both to feel the other's emotions, and also allowed his partner an element of mental control over Dane and his actions.
His dream guardian takes the form of this partner and he is inclined to believe the guardian is correct, though he does concede that him taking more power may not be the most advisable idea, given the sword's hold on him.
The Gann Josin was broken once he was abducted onto the nautiloid and the nautiloid then smashed through realms. The stoneheart curse can be broken, although Dane doubts his willpower to resist the sword without it.
Additional information.
If he is recruited before the goblin camp, he will remark that the situation seems awfully familiar to him and that he has previously saved a grotto of elves from an orc and goblin invasion, where it was ultimately revealed the orcs and goblins were being controlled by a dark god purporting itself to be the lord of the slain -- but that couldn't possibly be happening again. He will also reference being friends with Ser Brian Braddock, a famed hero and Oath of the Crown paladin. He can be doubted on both counts, but he won't approve of either.
He also breeds and magically engineers winged horses, but won't disclose this without a small increase to his approval. He stays markedly quiet during Shadowheart's request for pack mules on the way to the Creche, but will be reunited with his steed Valinor before leaving the area. Well-read characters, such as Gale, can question him on his horses' names, as they are all named after fantasy novel characters.
Dane's approval is generally gained through acts of heroism, helping those in need, and being supportive of his actions to redeem the Black Knight mantle. He does not generally approve of acts of self-interest or attempting to take the Ebony Blade from him. He also does not approve of encouraging endings such as Karlach burning out, Gale ascending to godhood, or Shadowheart becoming a Dark Justiciar.
Prior to his approval level being increased, Dane continues to wear his armour's helmet while in camp in a bid to protect his identity and to continue the narrative that it is the previous, villainous, Black Knight making amends for his previous actions. Only when his approval rating is raised does he remove it and later explain that he is not the previous Black Knight.
His ideal ending is giving up the Ebony Blade for good, although it can be revealed in the epilogue that he is still trying to fix the Black Knight's reputation across Faerun and has since taken up the sword again.
#( h. ) dane.#( ver. | dane. ) the wide and welcoming water.#[ the way all of this is comic canon just delicately reframed into a bg3 setting ]

A merciless killer that strikes from darkness, a Jack of Blades exists like a slasher villain. It picks out a group of targets and hunts them down one by one, making use of magical darkness to cloak its attacks and magical fear to scatter any attempt at a unified defense. They're quite intelligent and eloquent for manifested dreams, often first approaching their victims to speak with them with their bladed hands hidden inside their cloak sleeves. Sometimes to give a warning that, if heeded, might save the targets, sometimes to mislead and direct them into positions of greater vulnerability. A Jack of Blades usually works alone, taking advantage of other distractions and manipulating multiple forces into fighting each other, sometimes joining one side or another before picking off the survivors of its "allies." Never do two Jack of Blades work together, and in fact if multiple wind up in the same area by some means they will actively sabotage each other's hunts and even assist another Jack of Blades' targets. They never fight directly, working through proxies and subterfuge, but once only one remains it typically turns on those who helped it eliminate its rival, hunting them as normal.
Outside of Dreamblade the Jack of Blades is probably a very murdery fey. Maybe a fiend, but I like the idea of it being a punisher that appears to slaughter those who commit grievous social sins (as judged by the unusual social expectations of a fey). Originally from the Dreamblade base set. This post came out a week ago on my Patreon. If you want to get access to all my monster conversions early, as well as access to my premade adventures and other material I’m working on, consider backing me there!

Astolfo Fun Facts! ✨
Any Servant (such as a Ruler-class) who can see the statistics of other Servants will notice that Astolfo's profile has been heavily edited. He has access to powerful magic through his Noble Phantasm "Casseur de Logistille: Destruction Declaration," which allows him to perform feats of magecraft. Rather than using this to his tactical advantage, he instead graffitied his statblock with rambling remarks and doodles. He also covered his gender, preferring to let people guess for themselves on that matter.
Astolfo has great respect for King Charlemagne and considers himself a knight in "Charlie's" service above all else, even his existence as a Heroic Spirit. Nevertheless, they have a uniquely terrible sort of chemistry wherein they bring out the worst in each other: If left unsupervised, they will undoubtedly get up to mischief. Although Charlemagne considers Astolfo an idiot (in the gentlest and most affectionate usage of the term), Astolfo is shockingly adept at convincing his King to do stupid, dangerous, and otherwise fool-hardly things, purely for his own amusement. It's for the best that eleven other paladins were present to dilute their chaotic behavior.
Speaking of other paladins, Astolfo is biologically related to two of them: Bradamante and Roland. His hippogriff originally belonged to Bradamante, one of his cousins. He found himself in need of flight during his journey, so they traded with one another; Bradamante received Rabicano, his magical horse made of hurricane and flame, and his enchanted lance, Argalia. Because his most famous adventure involved flying to the moon while hitched to the aforementioned hippogriff, the Throne of Heroes recorded it as his possession, and determined his class to be Rider. Bradamante, in turn, was recorded as a Lancer. She does not seem overly thrilled about this. If Bradamante were to be summoned as a Rider, she would also have ownership of the hippogriff, but Astolfo seems incompatible with the Lancer class (though his primary weapon is indeed a lance).
Astolfo's relationship with his cousin Roland is unusual. Though he proudly wears the ribbons Roland gave to him in life, he also accuses his fellow paladin of being an out-of-control pervert with a number of alarming fetishes. He seems almost in awe of Roland's degeneracy. Roland, in turn, speaks to Astolfo like he's a child. One could say they're more like brothers engaged in sibling rivalry than cousins.
In Fate/Grand Order, Astolfo is classified as a genderless Servant. He is immune to skills, Charm spells, and Noble Phantasms that target men and/or women specifically. He does, however, have the "Appears Feminine" trait, so Blackbeard's Gentlemen's Love skill will restore his HP. This is the only skill in the game that impacts Servants with the "Appears Feminine" trait.
Astolfo's first major story appearance in Fate/Grand Order is during Subsingularity II: Agartha. He and D'eon are guest Servants during this chapter; however, they leyshifted into the singularity by bribing a certain staff member and are not rogue Servants confined to the singularity. In short, this means that both Astolfo and D'eon are canonically present within Chaldea during Fate/Grand Order.
[FATE/APOCRYPHA SPOILERS] Though Astolfo and his Master did not win the war for the Greater Grail in Fate/Apocrypha, they both survived the conflict. Sieg's transformation into Fafnir also turned him into a limitless font of mana. Despite being separated by different planes of reality, Sieg's mana still reached Astolfo through the veil, making him effectively immortal. He chose to take advantage of this for a time and went on a plethora of adventures, just as he did in life. Some of his journeys are recorded in the short story Fate/Apocrypha: Story of Survivor (which has not been translated into English). During this time, he visited with some of the other surviving Masters, tried and failed to reach Sieg on the Reverse Side of the World, and researched how Ruler Amakusa was able to summon Assassin Semiramis. Once he was satisfied with what he'd learned, he released himself from his Contract with Sieg to await another summoning.

@cptnbatel asked: you don't need to.
" I do, " La'an pressed, regardless.
In the wake of the Cayuga's decimation by the Gorn, a single unit comprised of their hunters, hell - bent on wiping out an entire populace to brutally further their own, the number of survivors — whether they'd avoided being slain by the untamed younglings themselves or the remnants of the ship they'd once served on burning up on entry into Parnassus Beta — had sunk, heart - achingly, into the single digits.
Where those left behind enumerated few, those lost, gone before they'd even reckoned with the shock of invasion and mass slaughter, still made themselves known in the vast, deathly - silent spaces left behind. Spaces that, soon, would be filled with green crew, transferred in from other ships, distant starbases: places untouched by the phantasmal, dried, years - old blood La'an could still sometimes make out under her own fingernails, or the smell of it, fresh and spilled in nauseating abundance, on too - newly set concrete.
" I have... experience with surviving the Gorn, " she offered, like the shrill of their snarls didn't run her blood cold, or simultaneously flint a deep - seated spark of contempt in her. In all technicality, that rang true on more than three discordant occasions. But the very first, when she'd still been young, helpless to save her family or herself, helpless to do much more than accept her impending demise in the name of her capturer's archaic ritual beliefs — that had been a living hell that almost nothing, for a time, could have expunged from her, mark of Cain and all. " I want to be where I can help. "
#cptnbatel#ltnsingh ; asks#; there are times when men in good conscience cannot blindly follow orders. / la'an & batel

@lxdyvenxm asked : “I know that voice. You were the one who was talking to me right before I ended up in this place. What…are you? And where am I?!”
" no need to fret nor shout. my apologies for the... confusion. plucking you from your world can be quite disorienting, i fear. your resilience, however, is perfect. " the entity all but purred with a biting and low undulating tone, similar to her spectre form swaying before her new addition to the roster of killers -- the overseer.
the tips of her shadowy foot grazed the cement floor attached to the realm of underground laboratory of sejm island before it finally planted firmly on the ground. as soon as her foot made contact, threads of pale flesh stitched along the expanse of her legs as bone and muscle materialized in a macabre display. the way her body developed further upwards to define into a more feminine silhouette was akin observing a master tapestry artisan in action of creating their finest needlework.
soon a woman stood in the place of the phantasmal form, adorned in a simple black dress that ended at her knees with fine mesh for long sleeves. a faint smile pulled at her nude coloured lips as she tucked a strand of dark rouge hair behind her ear. " it is a pleasure to meet your acquaintance, alex wesker. you are in my realm. however, i had gifted you a sub-realm of your own. surely this laboratory is familiar to you. " despite briefly touching up the topic of her realm, amelia never once answered her question as to what she was. that was for a another time.
shoeless feet splayed against the ground as the entity prowled forward, regarding the woman with a smile, unveiling unnatural white ivories. it looked as though she wanted nothing more than to sample her killer's flesh. " you are a scientist, correct? consider your role here as such for your pleasure and for mine. you will be conducting series of trials where you will hunt survivors while i observe. "

for a few days now I’ve gone down the rabbit hole of the ships associated with Titanic and Titanic herself. then my mind thought, “hey what would these ships be like as Servants.”
here we are with ideas for Titanic, Olympic and Carpathia.
all three would be Riders, with Olympic being able to be Avenger.
Titanic would have two Reality Marbles; one of her sinking (Iceberg Right Ahead, Moonless Night in the Ice Field) and one of her grave (13,000 Feet Deep, Watery Grave of The Unsinkable Ship). they would probably be two parts of a single one. Titanic would have a obvious scar on the right side of her face and neck, with a line scar on her midsection. she would play it off in her first ascension but acknowledge it in second and third. her weapon is a staff with her whistles on it (recovered in 1993). in the first ascension it sounds happy like it did on that morning before setting sail, in her third it would become ghostly and mournful.
Olympic would be a no-nonsense figure that isn’t afraid to sink someone. In her words, “I’ve done it three times, I’m not afraid of doing it again.” but under all the harshness is someone who is still grieving. wondering why she survived when her sisters didn’t. she would be found gazing out at the sea or staring at her weapon, a staff with her propellers at the end, on the handle is the number 401. which she can be found staring at.
Carpathia would be a support servant, famous for saving the survivors of Titanic. willing to explode her own broilers to save her. One Noble Phantasm would be; Push Forward, Save the Titanic. a NP that makes her stronger at the risk of damaging her own Saint Graph.
both Titanic and Carpathia in their final Ascensions would have no color at all and resemble their wrecks. while Olympic appears as a combination of her war camouflage and her civilian colors. Titanic would be more terrifying in third as she is more ghostly, with shadows clinging to her and a necklace of plaques around her neck. her eyes no longer bright but hollow.
I’ll post their summoning lines later but I’ll leave their wishes for the grail here:
Titanic
“I want to finally bring someone to their destination. I want to be a good ship.”
Olympic
“...I want to say goodbye to Titanic. I want to comfort her in her final hours, or maybe even save her...maybe even take her place and be the one that sank instead of her.”
Carpathia
“The Grail? maybe try to have come faster and saved more of Titanic’s Passengers.”
