Realizing the fic I wrote of Falon'Din being beaten almost to death and then reverting to his childhood name and wearing Dirthamen's cloaks is almost a "came back wrong" story. Except this was just al trauma

#personal;#i was thinking about how i want to maybe write a came back wrong story where the person who came back #is just convinced dying again will fix everything #except everyone in their life is doing their damnedest to prevent it #suicide attempts averted dangerous recklessness yanked out of and they're just more and more convinced #rhat if they do this and come back everyone will have the right person this time #just another factory reset #and everyone around desperate to make sure they never get the chance #idk what the end of the story would be and idk what in my life this is a metaphor for bc it feels like /something/#but i've not actually consumed many (if any) came back wrong stories bc it's a trope i like but don't trust people to do the way i want #i suppose The Hiding Place is a came back wrong book but that's not the real focus of it
