Imagining Auron, but VAMPIRE!
Like those stupid stories where a town gives up a person to be wedded to a vampire to keep him from killing them but Auron let's them work for him. Basically help him keep up his mansion bc this mf is LARGE.
But for the first time he falls for a mortal. And can't help but want to get to know them better. After when they do fall in love he comes to the realization he's going to outlive them.
And being the man he is dosent want to turn then bc that would put a burden on then and he dosent want that. But Rook either dose or dosent want it tells him like it's okay. I'll just find you in my next life so wait for me.
And guess what? Rook dosenf find him again and again. Each life time they write a book to the reincarnation of them telling them memories and stories of Auron and them. Rook can't help but fall in love every single time.
