Caminova is the planet setting, and Caminovians are the inhabitants. The planet was created by “The Primordial” which are just an unknown bunch of aliens who destroy and create for their own research, and once they've gotten their desired answers, they leave their creation by itself to eventually rot away into the empty void of space. They created Caminovia off of the planet earth, taking a piece of it and merging it with an entirely different planet–taking the general build of humans to start off Caminovians. 

Caminova and Earth are linked. and “The Primordial” are seen as gods to Caminovians while humans have generally mixed feelings. some feel as if its a religious sign of the world ending, some are excited that aliens have now been explicitly discovered, and some are just generally scared/hateful of the change entirely, and all up to now things really haven't changed much. (the time setting is way in the future, a good estimate for now would be 3027. very original.)

During Caminova’s earlier days of creation (this would be in the past, 2019–2023. again, very original.) “The Primordial” made their first settlers, or just the “first ones” to start their mark. Due to the fact that they knew they weren't going to be generally active in this and were just observers they decided to create dolls, smaller husks of what they were to stay up in their idea of a celestial expanse to perform the jobs they were made for. These dolls weren't supposed to have any identity as “The Primordial” generally didn’t have an identity. No personality, nothing that made them different from their counterparts. anytime there was such an incident they would be put out of service immediately.

Both planets were open for the other inhabitants to come and visit or stay permanently if they wished to, but this law was put up and taken down a few times due to few humans who destroyed what little they could, spreading their hateful message before being arrested for it. this gave caminovians a rather horrible view on humans early on, yet some were still focusing on their positives more than their negatives.

Considering Caminovians being based off human's things like height, structure, shapes and sizes, etc, will all generally be the same. features that really differ them apart is the region they spawn from. there are four regions in total separate from Caminova's hubrise (the big apple but not really) hydrus, shimane, hittori, pyraxx. Caminovians can be born in either of these regions, and their appearance will usually be the factor.

EX: anybody from hydrus would normally have more fish/marine-like features due to its abundance of water. people from pyraxx would have more bodily fur/fluff to keep themselves warm in the cold, even sometimes a tail but it's not as common. anybody from hittori is known for aggressive nature, along with stubbier antennae. and anybody from shimane are the opposite of anybody from hittori, known for being soft spoken, with much longer antennae. nobody is born in the hubrise, people just travel there.

Caminova did go to war with Earth for a few years, yet when no actual Caminovian wanted to fight they decided to build puppets that resembled Caminovians, using them as replacements. however, this war did not last very long due to earth quickly running out of resources to continue, leaving them both to sign a treaty that would agree to shut off all entry points for earth to come in contact with Caminova completely. essentially, humans were strictly banned from living on that planet and anyone who did not follow that rule were terminated publicly.

the only thing was humans weren't informed of this until later, leaving any that were in the wrong place at the wrong time extremely vulnerable. they did this purely out of spite. now some could only be so lucky they didn't get caught.
