thank you, that is so thoughtful of you!!!! i'm actually doing super well, getting my asd diagnosis made it a lot easier for doctors to understand what was going on ☺️👍 apparently chronic tummy issues, POTS, MCAS, and hyper mobility are all very closely associated with neurodivergence, and they genuinely explain every health problem i've ever had. it's been super validating, and gives me a medical reason besides laziness to use a shower chair and limit my exercise to being in the pool
