Whoever could lift the most weights, plank the longest, do the most sit-ups, whatever the competition is that day, the winner gets to personally train you and the rest just have to sit there and watch.

Each woman specializes in a special type of exercise so they all have an equal chance of winning. It just depends on what the randomized competition is that day 😅
