😽💕I headCannon that when those two summon their horses together, they get really affectionate. The sheriff's horse is more like a big old golden retriever, playful and mischievous, and rarely ever listens to its owner. While over here, Mac's is more well-behaved and obedient, and they can get quite sassy sometimes. I'm not sure what to call it. It's hard to separate those two, so they try not to summon them at the same time.

They're also very affectionate to the monkeys especially the opposite ones.🐶🐎✨💕

😄I want a scenario where they let the horses stay instead of just poofing them out of existence so MK/MEI can play with the horses just a bit longer since they were begging them by giving them the puppy dog eyes (especially on Mei's side; she's a horse girl fan), and after a long while, the sheriff notices that his horse Nimbus was acting a little more strange and protective over the Smokey horse, letting them eat first, and just never leaving their side. All sorts of strange behavior on the Nimbus side. All he ever notices from the shadow horse is that they were a little sluggish, but he doesn't think too much of it.😗🤠🐵

As we seen with Silver and the kids durning the bunny event, Silver is trying his best to be the best brother and Prince Charming figure to his little sister. He’s going to take her and his animal friends to the meadows nearby. They’ll make flower crowns and talk about what’s for dinner as they forage for ingredients. I can see Silver teaching her to dance as Malleus taught him and Lilia.

She’ll sit on his shoulders and pick from apple trees. He’ll teach her how to pick berries. He’ll teach her about animal tracksand hunting. Of course, for now, she’s too young. But no one is too young to learn survival skills right? ✨✨

She can even train with him and he’ll carry her back when she’s tired. All tucked into him, safe in his arms.

As for Malleus? What meeting? His only meeting is this tea party that he’s been invited to. Don’t you see this messy yet glitter filled invite? How dare you try and stop him? Jkjk but at the same time I’m not. 😆

Big Brother Malleus is not going to miss out. He was late once, stupid councilmen, and the sad look he saw then had him almost burning the castle down. Lolol jkjk …maybe.

I can see Malleus getting busy with work at times, maybe so busy he late to dinner. Next thing he knows, there’s a tiny person peeking over his paperwork, giving him a look that can rival Lilia’s cute pout. (It’s even better than his in fact, no one tell Lilia but I doubt he’d mind. He’ll gladly give that mantle to his baby girl)

His baby sister asks him when he’s coming for dinner and it’s late, won’t he take a break? The way this Fae King folds? It would astound the masses. 💞

On the days where Malleus says he can’t join, oh my dear king, this baby girl is as stubbornness as her papa and brothers. She will pout and sit there, threatening not to eat until her big brother does. How can you deny that?

You know that phase that all little girls go through? The one where they want to marry the ones they really love? Watch these three just try their best to get her to choose them. 😂🤣

Back with some very random Astro observations 😁

⚫ Saturn aspecting the 7th house actually can dislike 9 to 5 jobs or corporate office jobs. They are better with freelancing. Its coz they can't take orders. Sorry not sorry. 💀(Ig that's a Saturn 7H thing 😆)

⚫ An interesting thing I observed: Among two siblings, the elder one has Leo rising which means Scorpio 4H and the younger one has Scorpio moon. And their Mom is a Scorpio moon too. She's a nice lady though but is such a control freak. (I know I am one too, but like when I met her the second time that "controlling" vibe just hit me like a big yellow school bus 🚌😭😭). That was so funny lol😂. -All the more her birthdate is a single digit 1.(these people are the alpha type, always lead and never follow and hence are dominating, one to have the last say) which is cherry on top. -She is fiercely protective of her kids. Can't emphasize enough on "fierce" part. Very strict. Rules are to be followed very religiously. {She can't stand any one of them doing anything without her knowledge. She even monitors whom they interact with what they do on their mobiles etc.(from what I suspect)} (obv Scorpio moon mom traits) (sometimes Leo moon moms too){nothing unhealthy here, just Mom's way of showing they care 😂}

The bell above the dinner rang out. It was getting close to midnight so ot was a loud sound in the small diner. You looked up from the counter you were cleaning to see a tall man come into the diner. He looked around for a second to take in the scene.

You walked over to the pot of fresh coffee and bring him a mug and poured his coffee out for him.

“So what brings you in here this late?”

You sat for a minute for him to continue but he didn't. You walked back over behind the counter and started sorting the silverware. The young couple walked over to the register and you met them there. You rang up their total before the woman gasped.

“Darling is that who I think it is?”

The man handed you the cash before following her pointed finger. He scoffed as he shook his head.

“Sure is baby. That's Cooper Howard.”

You glanced over your shoulder to said man they were talking about. He was just staring out the window with his mug between his hands. You turned back to hand the man his change and added in polite conversation.

“The movie star?”

The man scoffed again, “Yeah that washup. He sold himself out to vault-tec and ruined his career. Then his wife divorced him and took everything. He's nothing at this point.”

The couple walked as the lady on his arm giggled at his explanation. But you just didn't understand why they judged him. Yeah he's a movestar but that doesn't mean we know everything about his life. You walked by the display of sweets and stopped. You pulled out a piece of cherry pie and placed a dollop of whipped cream on top. You then grabbed the pot of coffee and the pie.

Walking over to the man, now you know as Cooper Howard, and placed the plate in front of him. As you set the plate down it startled him out of whatever thought he was in. He stared at the pie before looking up at you.

You felt most of the air leave your lungs as the diner light caught the color in his eyes. They were pretty like a dark forest. He pointed at the pie.

“I didn't order this.”

“I know.” You looked down as you filled his cup again. If anything, to catch your breath as his eyes stayed on you the whole time. You smiled and took a step back, catching his eyes again. “But everyone deserves a little sweetness.”

You then turned and walked back into the kitchen. Walking over to the walk-in fridge and standing in there for a while. You waited until the heat went away from your cheeks and walked back out. Harvey was cleaning the grill as you walked past.

“You good kid?”

“Yep all good Harv.” You grabbed a wet rag and walked back out into the dining room before walking over to the empty table that the couple left.

Cleaning it off was a quick process but you felt hot from someone staring. Knowing its Cooper Howard and you try your best to ignore it but can feel your cheeks get warm again. You turned to take the plates back and catch his eyes again. He smiled as you walked past and you smiled back. When you came back out he was standing by the register.

“Was that all for you tonight?”

“Yes miss. That pie was delicious thank you for that.”

You smiled as you rang him up for the coffee.

“Alright that will be thirty-two cents.”

He stopped and was confused, “what about the pie?”

“On the house tonight.”

He looked down before pulling out the money and handing it to you. You smiled and realized he was blushing. You hummed as you handed him his change and a receipt.

“I hope you have a wonderful night sir.”

“You too miss.”

You walked over to clean up his table and smiled at the empty plate.

It seems to also suffer from a lot of Americanized butchering of cultures.

I cricitize LO for its lack of Greek culture because its non-Greek creator claims she's a folklorist and that her knowledge of Greek myth is more advanced than everyone else's.

I myself am also a non-Greek person who is currently creating LO fanfiction with the intent of honoring the original themes of the its source material (especially The Hymn to Demeter) but that requires the additional layer of keeping it within the original restrictions of LO as it was first established back in 2017/2018 (i.e. I can only make so many creative differences without it going against the nature of it being an LO-retelling, so that often means some of the flaws of LO still have to stick around in Rekindled for it to still be an LO rewrite, if that makes sense).

Therein lies the difference, at least in my own humble opinion 💀😆 By all means, I'm not opposed to criticism of Rekindled for not being 1:1 with Greek myth either, but Rekindled wasn't created to be 1:1 with Greek myth, it was created to re-interpret what LO attempted to be while cleaning up the story, making the character designs more consistent, and actually tackling the plotlines that were dropped back in S1. If I wanted to do my own built-from-the-ground-up retelling of Greek myth, I would have, but my goal was more so to retell Lore Olympus in and of itself because that's where my interest lies. And that means working in the same context as LO, keeping what I like and reworking what I didn't like.

There are loads of creators who also do their own Greek myth re-imaginings that aren't 100% accurate to the myths but the works themselves are still incredibly entertaining and worth reading (and even the ones I'm not a diehard fan of I still don't have strong criticisms for). None of those creators claim to be an authority on Greek myth which is what I (and many others) specifically criticize Rachel for.

If LO had remained a fluffy office drama with low stakes, I probably wouldn't have had so many bones to pick with it in the end. It's the fact that its creator has built an audience around herself that treats her as the authority on the subject - which she has even gone out of her way to declare herself as - but then in practice can't even write a coherent story, let alone a coherent retelling based on the myths she claims to be so educated on. That's what made her work so subject to criticism and analysis more so than any other Greek myth retelling on the platform. That's what makes people such as myself expect better of her.

Anon, my babe, my darling, I was DOWN BAD for both men!! I had 99 scenarios going for them. We're talking separate fics, poly fics, a million different scenarios, and all the AUs you can imagine. I needed both of them SO BAD. Trust me when I say I DREAMED of being sandwiched between. 😫😫

I was also a very proud "Qimir is the Sith" denier. I was convinced he was the "real" acolyte. But (and this further proves my obsession) I had a whole bunch of AUs planned just in case Qimir ended up being just some guy.

One Au was that the master eventually (for lack of better options) ends up taking Qimir as his apprentice and both of them have a "good cop, bad cop" relationship with the reader. W/ Qimir being the sweet goofball puppy dog lover who will kill for the reader if she just asks. The Master would be the big scary lover who has the reader TERRIFIED but also has her feeling things.

Sorry, I'm getting off-topic! You're 100% right about the euphoric high I got during ep 6 with the reveal. I was foaming at the mouth, squealing my head off, and rolling around in bed!! I just couldn't believe that puppy dog Qimir was THE Sith (despite everyone else having already guessed😆😆). All I was thinking during the chase scene (and choke scene) was I WANT TO BE MAE SO BAD!!

I will admit one thing (albeit I deny it intensely) there was a tiny part of me that was a little bit disappointed that they were the same guy. Since that meant my dreams of cuddling TWO fearsome Sith lords were crushed. But it's okay, Qimir more than makes up for it. And I love him so much 🥰🥰 Plus there is always hope that maybe he'll have a hot master we'll meet in season 2.

the cold is also something he'd protect you from. always makes sure you have a warm coat, scarf, gloves, and everything. i think inumaki really likes earmuffs too, because then he can whisper about how much he loves you and you wouldn't hear a thing

the two of you could lay around for hours, and he'd just listen to you talk as you both cuddle. when you're both into a particular show or series, snuggling in bed when you're both supposed to be sleeping hits different

if you're on public transport or aimlessly walking around, he'll hold your hand, but it's more like he's holding it from behind rather than actual handholding.

silence with him is always comfortable, and you completely tune out from the rest of the world whenever you're with him

he gifts you snacks a lot. even better if he specifically gets ones with pink packaging

not the best with fashion but he tries for you. he would buy you a turtleneck just like his but a different colour and patterned

his energy immediately springs up whenever he gets to hang out with you. he can go from 0 to 100 in a split second, and that needs to be studied

he really doesn't mind how much you talk, since he likes to listen

it's hard to see his face when his mouth and eyebrows are both covered, so you're only depending on the eyes. or if he tells you himself

if he wants to get out of a situation to feel more at ease, he'll tug on your sleeve or fingers

that's literally all he sends you over text or shows you on notes, and when you look over at him, it's really obvious that he's upset. (to you, at least)

will have a whole debate with you on why, how and what he's jealous about. small or big, it doesn't matter

when he gets the most jealous is if you're paying too much attention to something else in general

like, if you're sitting a bit too far to each other and you're on your phone, he'd pull you closer so you'd be right by his side, silently asking for you to talk to him a bit
