One minute.
Five minutes.
Ten minutes.
Ten minutes had passed since he last uttered a word, ten minutes where the only sound filling the quiet of your Tower bedroom had been the distant roar of traffic in the streets of Manhattan below. The buzz of the city rose steadily to the 33rd floor, drifting beneath the heavy curtains that concealed your floor to ceiling windows and remained the only thing breaking the still quiet of the room.
It was unnerving, almost, and the continued silence had you itching to shift against the cool sheets. Such a thing was impossible, of course, when your movement had been limited by by a few wisps of emerald green seidr. Whispers of complaint and small noises of discontent were continually swallowed back when they attempted to force their way through your parted lips. Loki had ordered you to stay quiet under threat of punishment and you had no desire to feel the sting of his whip against your sensitive skin.
And so you lay still listening to the sound of your own heartbeat racing in your ears.
“My, my, pet,” Loki purred, the sudden break in the silence making you startle. “You’re practically squirming and I haven’t so much as laid a fingertip on you.”
Your eyes found him in the half light of the room, still reclined leisurely against the back of a chair with one slim ankle crossed over his knee. His half drank glass of whiskey was held loosely between slender fingers, the amber liquid glinting as it caught the light from the floor lamp. His attention was focused wholly on swirling the remnants of his drink in his glass, or perhaps it was nothing but a pretense not to notice the silent pleading in your eyes as they rested on him.
You needed him to touch you.
You needed him to allow you to touch yourself.
You needed something, anything, to help alleviate the ache that had only grown between your thighs since he had ordered you to strip and lie back against the pillows.
“Which is worse, pet, hmm?” Loki said quietly, still avoiding your pleading gaze. “The absence of my touch or not knowing what I have planned for you?”
The silken tone of his voice and the silent promise of torment that it contained only fanned the flames of need that licked tauntingly at your core. You wanted nothing more than to feel his cool fingers fill you or his warm tongue lap at your cunt until you were drowning in a tidal wave of pleasure, but he hadn’t touched you since you had laid back on the bed, hadn’t so much as ghosted a fingertip along the bare skin of your thigh.
“Both!” you whined, attempting once again to writhe against the sheets, though the heavy force of his seidr kept you pinned helpless and vulnerable to the mattress.
Green eyes finally flickered to you, blazing so intently with lust that your stomach twisted pleasantly. “My poor dove,” Loki cooed, though a taunting smirk was pulling at his lips. “Have I kept you waiting long enough?”
“Yes!” you cried, feeling your heart begin to thunder in your chest with anticipation. Were you finally going to be granted the bliss of his touch?
“As you wish,” he replied, draining the remainder of his drink and setting it to the side with a quiet clink against wood. “Spread your legs for me.”
Obediently, almost eagerly, you spread your knees apart, granting him an unobstructed view of your core. Even in the half light of the room, you swore you saw his eyes darken with desire.
Desire for you.
“Stunning,” he murmured quietly and shifted against the soft fabric of your bedroom chair. You felt the heavy weight of his seidr leave your limbs, though you knew better than to move even an inch without his permission. “You’re going to follow my every command without complaint, no matter how frustrated you become. Do you understand?” he purred, the tone of his voice leaving no room for you to argue.
You clenched around the cool air hitting your cunt. “Yes, Loki.”
“My good girl,” he praised you, laughing low in his chest when you tilted your hips towards the ceiling. “I want you to place a hand around your throat. Nothing else.”
Your left hand drifted quickly to your throat, settling easily around your flushed skin and applying gentle pressure against the sides as Loki often did, the sensation making you release a tiny hum of pleasure.
“Good girl,” Loki mumurred his praise once again, praise that had arousal rippling through your every vein. “Now place two fingers in your mouth, get them nice and wet for me,” he ordered, the firm tone of his voice making you squirm against the sheets with anticipation. You could already feel the relief from being allowed to touch yourself. “Circle a nipple. Slowly and lightly.”
A whine bubbled in the back of your throat, born out of the expectation that he would have allowed you to touch your clit.
“Something wrong, dove?” he asked, daring you to defy him.
“No!” you breathed out quickly, lest he restrain you to the bed again.
“Then do as I tell you.”
Without another word, you slipped two fingers into your mouth until they were coated in your saliva and let them float down to circle an already erect nipple. The warm wetness that you pictured as Loki’s tongue, coupled with the pressure against your throat, had a low groan rumble in your chest.
“And the other,” Loki instructed after a moment.
You followed his instructions without thought, leaving a thin sheen of saliva around each nipple until his firm voice ordered you to stop. In spite of the lightness of your touch, you whimpered are the sudden loss of sensation.
“Twist a nipple for me, dove. Hard,” he continued, voice smooth as silk and deep with desire.
Your thumb and forefinger easily wrapped around the erect peak, pulling and twisting and making you inhale deeply with the sharp pinch of pain. Almost reflexively, your hand squeezed around your throat.
Three times he had you repeat the motion on each breast until a pleasant sting hummed through you. Between your thighs, a warm slickness continued to grow with each minute that ticked by.
“Norns, darling, I can see how soaked you are from here,” Loki taunted when he again commanded you to be still. Lost to how good your own touch was making you feel, you had temporarily forgotten that, sat where he was at the foot of the bed, he could see every clench and pulse of your aching cunt. Instinctively, you attempted to shut your legs, but the sharp shooting warmth of Loki’s seidr forced them back open. “Ah, ah. I’m not finished playing with you yet,” he chided.
“Sorry,” you huffed out quickly, not wishing to turn the teasing torment into a torturous punishment.
“There’s nothing to apologise for,” he replied kindly, filling your every fibre with warmth. “I want you to drag your hand slowly down your stomach until I tell you to stop. Can you do that?” he asked.
A tiny smile grew on your lips. “Yes, Loki.”
“Good girl. Continue.”
Your right hand trailed down your stomach, the lightness of your touch making your muscles jump and ripple in response. You were so close to soothing the burning flame at your core, so close to easing the torment of the ceaseless ache.
So close.
“Stop,” Loki commanded when your fingers were only millimetres away from your swollen clit. A pitiful little whine tumbled from your lips alongside a desperate roll of your hips against the mattress in search of friction. “I know, dove,” he taunted, the mocking smirk he no doubt wore seeping into his words. “It would feel so good to touch yourself, wouldn’t it?”
You gave another roll of your hips against the soft cotton of the sheets. “Please, Loki…”
“Not yet,” he purred softly. “Circle your clit, but do not touch it.”
A small groan floated from your lips while your head hit the mess of pillows propping you up. Slowly, you circled your clit with your middle finger, the tiniest sparks of pleasure shooting through your core as it ran through your soaked folds. It was so much and not nearly enough at the same time.
“Need more, Loki. Please!” you begged him breathlessly.
He ignored you.
“Stop touching and stroke your thighs,” he said when your hips were arching off the bed in search of more, his own arousal at watching you touch yourself becoming more and more evident with each word he spoke.
You huffed and begrudgingly let your fingers slip from your soaked cunt to run along your inner thighs, your hips rolling and bucking for attention and the hand around your throat squeezing at steady intervals.
It was torture, delicious torture, to have your own fingers trace along your skin, gliding so close to where you needed them only for Loki to tell you to stop before you could get close enough. Your clit cried out for attention, and when he finally ordered you to remove your hands from your thighs, your heart was racing along with your short, sharp breaths of frustration.
“Frustrated, darling?” Loki taunted.
“Yes!” you snapped back, more bite in your voice than you really intended. How desperately you wished to tend to the ache between your thighs.
In front of you, Loki hummed in response. “Why don’t you touch yourself for me?” he said, his voice thick and raspy. A quiet breath hitched in your throat, making it jump beneath your hand. Was he really granting you permission, or was this another trick? “Go ahead, dove. Let me watch as you make yourself feel good.”
Swift, eager fingers raced to find your clit, settling immediately into the quick pace you favoured that had a contented moan float from your lips and rise into the air.
“No,” Loki chided again, and you felt the familiar warmth of his seidr curl around your wrist. “Like this,” he said, slowing your hand down until your fingers were running back and forth through your cunt at a torturously slow pace.
“Loki!” you whined, powerless to do anything other than be his puppet with the force of his magic wrapped around you.
Your own hands continued to taunt you, providing enough friction to feel something but not enough to send you hurtling towards release. Desperate hips continued to roll and buck against the sheets until the heavy force of his seidr left your fingers. Experimentally, you moved your fingers faster, expecting to feel the warm ribbons of magic curl around you again.
To your surprise, they didn’t.
In their absence, you continued to stroke yourself faster, feeling the coil within your core twist tighter and tighter, ready to snap taut and drown you in pleasure. Your toes curled against the mattress as the first waves of your orgasm began to roll through your lower stomach, bliss was only moments away…
“Stop. Hands by your side,” Loki ordered firmly, and you audibly cried with the frustration of having your pleasure ripped from your grasp. You had been right on the cusp of release. “You’re clenching, darling. Were you close?” he asked, feigning ignorance.
“So close!” you cried, a single tear tracking down your flushed cheeks.
Loki gave a quiet tut. “Such a pity,” he taunted.
He made you lie for a further five minutes until your orgasm had firmly faded into nothing but a dull ache between your legs. You hated him. You loved him.
“Fingers back in your mouth, dove. We’re going to do that all over again,” he instructed you once five minutes had passed. “Let’s see how long it takes you to fall apart for me.”

Young Gods: Loki x Fem!Reader  Part One: Call It What You Want To
Scenario: Not only did Loki survive to help with the creation of New Asgard, he is also the primary advisor to the king and oversees the rebuilding of their culture. When he meets Y/N, a healer demigoddess from another culture who left everything behind to help the Asgardians, he isn't sure what to make of her. What he does feel is a magnetic pull towards her and a desire to show her what a trickster truly is like. Notes/Context: So this is set in late 2023, after the Snap is undone. All the events still occurred, just Loki was alive due to his seidr saving him. Thor still told Brunnhilde that she should be King of Asgard, which Loki supported as he no longer wanted a throne and finally feels he’s Thor’s equal as they’re both Brunnhilde’s advisors. He’s worked to make amends for what happened in NYC in 2012 due to his being brainwashed and under the influence of the scepter, but is still not a fan of Midgardians as forgiveness takes time. Beta’ing by and brainstorming done with singeart. Shout out to her for being an amazing writer and super helpful ❤️ Go read her stuff! High quality stuff! I haven’t written fanfiction since 2016 (six years ago), so please take it easy on me please. TW/CW: MCU typical violence; references to Loki’s neck being snapped by Thanos; the Snap, spoilers for Avengers Infinity War, Avengers Endgame, the Loki TV show and What If on Disney+; teasing, sensuality (chapter 2).

I haven’t written fanfiction since 2016 (six years ago), so please take it easy on me please.
I researched Norse/Germanic myths to an extent, and they will be referenced throughout the fic. An example of a change I'll be making is "Frigga" is "Frigg", as "Frigga" is a merging of two Norse goddesses but Frigg is the goddess that is closer to what the MCU portrays as Loki's mother.
I've also never posted to this site, so if my tags suck, I apologize for that.
The sensual scene / ending will be in chapter two as to allow people who don't want to read that to avoid it. Chapter 3 will be post fade to black / the morning after
Along with that, this was originally Loki x my OC, but I edited it to be Loki x Reader. Any errors that are specific about the reader are from the original version with the OC and I apologize for missing it. Feel free to comment an error and I'll fix it  ❤️
I was going to include King Brunnhilde and her queen Carol Danvers, but that deserves its own development and fic so I left it out for now. The same with the reader's reaction to Loki's Jotun form (going with What If's version of Jotun!Loki).
Diverges from the movies when Thanos "kills" Loki on the Asgardian ship. See the summary & author's notes for more
Gif credit to google search. Sorry I can't be more specific. I'm not sure what it is from unfortunately, I just googled "Tom Hiddleston kiss"
Your gaze was focused on the book you were reading, scanning the paragraphs quickly as you took notes. It was tricky, translating the runes and then making coherent notes from what you understood. The book covered a variety of topics on Asgardian culture, and you were working to learn as much as you could in order to help preserve it.
The book was a mixed bag, both detailing the colonization efforts of Asgard and Odin in particular, and the grand adventures the Asgardians would have on a regular basis. You found yourself focusing on a certain chapter in the second half of the book that spoke of Asgardian festivals. Interestingly enough, they actually did line up with those of Norse Midgardians.
It wasn’t your job to help with festivities, but you wished to better understand what exactly was being celebrated. The Spring Equinox-or to them Ostara, after the goddess- was soon approaching and you wanted to be prepared.
After a moment of just listening to the ambient sounds of the library around you, you nearly jumped when you suddenly registered next to you the presence of the Prince of New Asgard, Loki. He’d been the bane of your existence since you’d arrived in New Asgard - criticizing your work despite your success rate at healing those injured in the battle with Hela, mocking you for not knowing all of Asgardian custom…the list went on. He simply seemed to have something against you for reasons you couldn’t figure out.
“You know, I’m sure my brother would be happy to regale you with stories of how he celebrated the Spring Equinox on Asgard before becoming a ‘righteous’ Avenger,” Loki teased, sitting down beside you, much to your dismay. He didn’t seem to have as much respect for personal space as you did, but you had a feeling he specifically invaded yours knowing it would get a rise out of you.
“It is a fertility celebration, so who am I to judge what my brother would do back in the day?” Loki added with a laugh, aiming to taunt you. you scowled up at him, just wanting to get back to your research.
Loki was under the assumption that you had an interest in his brother, particularly due to the fact you would spend an hour with him every week just talking. He, due to your respecting Thor’s privacy, wasn’t aware that you were actually attempting to be a therapist for Thor. After over half his people were killed by either Hela or the Snap, the blond Asgardian needed emotional support to cope with his grief and guilt.
Your compassion towards him made Thor wish to spend his free time with you, and he often did, monopolizing yours. What Loki didn’t realize was that the situation was entirely platonic, and you had no interest in Thor in the way Loki was teasing you about.
“I doubt you skipped the festivities,” you retorted, turning the page in your notebook so that Loki couldn’t see what you’d written down. That particular section of the book was on how to honor Ostara, Freyja, and other deities associated with the Spring Equinox.  It wasn’t that you were embarrassed about it, but you didn’t want Loki to know how much you cared about his adoptive culture and people.
Noticing your attempt to hide your notes, the trickster snatched the notebook out of your hands, much to your distress and dismay. He kept it out of your reach, using your height difference to his advantage.
“Return that!” you demanded, despite knowing you were out of place ordering around a prince.
“You seem to be focusing on the fertility aspect a good deal. Are you looking to bear a half Asgardian child?” Loki taunted as your face flushed a deep crimson, your hands balling into fists. You’d been focusing on that aspect due to its importance and the fact it overlapped with your mother’s domain in her pantheon.
“No, I am trying to better grasp your culture so I can be respectful of it,” you snapped, nearly getting the notebook away from Loki.
This statement made him stop and return the notes, a slightly puzzled look on his face.
“You’re not Asgardian, or even Jotun. You’re a Midgardian who happens to have a deity for a mother. Why do you care about preserving our culture?” His question was demanding, as if he were suspicious of your intentions. Aside from returning the notebook, Loki had also closed the space between you two even more as he awaited his answer.
“I plan on staying here in New Asgard as long as I’m helpful, so I thought I should better understand the people I’m helping so I can fit in better,” you explained, unsure as to why you were giving Loki an honest answer. Granted, the silver tongued deity would know if you were lying, so it wasn’t worth coming up with something.
Loki watched you for a moment before abruptly standing up and leaving the library.
Later that day, you found yourself with more free time after you'd taken care of some injured Asgardians. It turned out they’re not as invulnerable as believed. There were also the long term cases of course, where the Asgardians had barely survived making it onto the ship to escape.
For some reason, thinking about how Loki had brought the ship that saved the Asgardians from being exterminated made you flustered. He may have been a hero in that moment, but the rest of the time he was simply a thorn in your side. Yet…part of you hoped the rebirth aspect of the Spring Equinox would allow you to start over with Loki.
However, your earlier encounter made you question your plans. Loki just seemed so driven to annoy you, you weren't sure it was worth even trying. You’d always be civil, of course, but you wouldn’t try turning over a new leaf with him if he continued to show you his aggravating trickster side.
As you found yourself at the docks, you looked out on the relatively calm water. Sitting down after finding a dry spot of wood and wrapping your shawl tighter around your shoulders, you found yourself almost entranced by the gentle waves.
This was interrupted when that same mischievous presence made itself known again.
“To what do I owe the pleasure?” you asked dryly, turning away from the water to face Loki. Much to your surprise, you found him holding out a literal olive branch.
“I heard olive branches are ways of asking for peace on Midgard,” Loki explained as you took it from him cautiously in case it was a prank of some sort.
“They are,” you confirmed, looking it over before speaking again. It appeared safe, and you didn’t sense seidr on it, so you accepted it completely. “You want peace with me? No more hassling me at every turn?” you asked, raising a brow.
Loki gave you a smile, a real one, and nodded.
“You’ve become less fun to play with now that I know you’re practically becoming like the Norse peoples that used to worship us,” he said and shrugged, waving his hands to makemore olives appear as the branch glowed his trademark green.
You balked at the trickster deity, aghast by him implying you were worshiping him or any other high ranking Asgardian.
“I want to learn about your culture to be more sensitive to your people, not to…to worship anyone!” you stammered, your cheeks flush from irritation. “You’re off your rocker if you think I’m going to kneel and be subservient to anyone.”
Unfortunately, this just made Loki’s smile turn to a mischievous smile. The trickster deity stepped closer, eyeing the olive branch in your hands that you hadn’t outright rejected yet.
“Be honest, you were thrilled that I came to you to make amends,” Loki taunted, reaching and putting one of his hands over yours that was holding the olive branch. “You enjoy my tormenting you, since it makes you feel like you’re a part of New Asgard. The healing gives you purpose, but the attention from me -a god- is what makes your day.”
Your lips pursed as you glared up at Loki. The gentle physical gesture didn’t match his words, so you were unsure as to what to make of the situation. However, you didn’t pull away from him out of curiosity as to why he’d sink so low as to touch you. Suddenly, you had an idea and knew how to respond to Loki’s teasing.
“It isn’t that I enjoy you tormenting me, it is that you enjoy tormenting me. You’re intrigued by someone who doesn’t see you as either a monster for what you did over a decade ago or as some grand deity worthy of kneeling to. I confuse you, and it makes you obsessed with me,” you countered, using your free hand to pull his large hand from your smaller one. “Not to forget that I’m not solely mortal or divine, so I’m an oddity- something I think you can relate to.”
Apparently this struck a nerve, as Loki folded his arms over his chest and refused to meet your gaze, verifying what you said was right.  You doubted he was intentionally revealing his feelings, but he was still doing so with his body language. Yet, for reasons you couldn’t yet place, you didn’t feel triumphant or as if you’d one-upped Loki. Instead, you found yourself lingering on the last thing you told him; that there was a commonality between the two of you.
“So what if you’re right?” Loki scoffed, now on the defensive, but unable to deny what you accused him of. “It won’t change that I will torment you, and that you will get flustered- either from enjoying the attention, or irritation. I care not,” he told you dismissively.
His tone put you over the edge, and you threw the olive branch into the water surrounding the docks. After standing back up, you turned your back to him and began walking back to your house.
You didn’t see the disappointment on Loki’s face but even if you had, you would have written it off as him being disappointed that you wouldn’t play his games rather than the actual reason. Loki had provoked you in hopes that you would confess that you did enjoy his attention, as he enjoyed giving it to you. It all simply came out in a way that he now understood you didn’t enjoy.
Loki was accustomed to having to act out in order to get noticed, but it didn’t seem to work with you, which did indeed confuse him. How else was he to get your attention if taunting you didn’t work? He’d write his confusion off as you being a mortal, but you were as divine as he was.
He watched you walk away, your gait and tense shoulders initially revealing your frustration but soon going back to your usual, calm energy. Like ships passing in the night, Loki also missed a sign from you, not picking up on your momentary hesitation, your almost turning around before deciding against it.
~A few hours later, at the docks~
You’d returned to the docks after cooling off, doubting that Loki had remained there. As predicted, you had been alone except for those who lived on houseboats tied to the docks. Much to your surprise, you’d found the olive branch alive and still floating in the water when you returned.
Bending down and hiking up your skirts, you reached into the water and retrieved the olive branch. It had meant something when Loki first gave it to you, but his words had soured the moment.
“I was hoping you’d come back for it,” a voice said, causing you to whip around so quickly you nearly fell into the water. Seeing that it was Loki, you just stared at him, waiting for the taunting and teasing to begin. Much to your surprise, Loki’s expression was a kind one and his next words were far from taunting or teasing.
“I meant it -mean it- in the way mortals do. A peace offering… ” Loki began, his body language showing that he felt…nervous. He was not accustomed to a person making him nervous in such a way. Fear for his safety? That he knew. But nervousness about a woman was foreign to the silver tongued deity.
You were taken aback and tilted your head at Loki.
“Then why did you say what you said?” you asked. “If you had been genuine with your words, it would have made your actions more believable.”
Loki reached a hand up to rub the back of his neck, looking down to the side. You had a point. Rather than acknowledge it, though, Loki looked at the setting sun before finally looking at you again.
“Let me walk you to your house,” Loki offered, “we can talk on the way there. It’s getting dark and even in New Asgard, no one should walk alone at night.”
You nearly rolled your eyes at what seemed to be an attempt at chivalry, but instead nodded and accepted Loki’s offer.
“Thank you,” you told Loki quietly, taking the elbow he offered to link with yours. You were surprised by how warm Loki was, even through his layers of clothing and leather jacket.
“You were right,” Loki sighed, walking with you at a slower pace than he usually did, your height difference causing a variance in gait. “You interest me because we are alike,” he continued, stopping there much to your dismay. You wanted him to elaborate on what he meant- both by interest and by what he thought your similarities were. You looked up at Loki, tilting your head slightly as you were curious as to where he was going with this confession.
“Elaborate please,” you requested, unlinking your arms so you could turn to face him. Your slight head tilt remained as you waited for the Asgardian prince to spill his guts to you or continue to play games. It seemed like there was a fifty/fifty chance of either happening.
Sighing, Loki reached out and held his hand near your shoulder, awaiting consent to touch you. You gave a small nod, still waiting for him to say what he meant by the two of you being alike.
“You’re far kinder than I am. However, you have a compassion for the Asgardian people that I share,” he began, earning a slightly confused look from you.
Of course they both cared for the Asgardian people. That couldn’t be the only reason.
“We care for them despite not being truly like them. I’m a frost giant and you’re a demigoddess,” he added, having a point. You were starting to guess what Loki would say as he continued to dig himself into a bit of a hole. “You weren’t raised with them, yet you wear yourself out on a daily basis making sure the Asgardians are healthy and acclimating to Midgard,” Loki continued.
Your cheeks warmed at this compliment- you could tell by Loki’s tone that it was meant to be one.
“You know, I only ever wanted to be equal to Thor, and now I’m content being King Brunnhilde’s advisor. Being listened to, finally, feels incredible,” Loki told you, going a bit off track from his explaining how you were alike. “You seem content being a healer, despite the fact you have so much potential. I know what your domain is- I figured it out when you tended to my lingering neck pain from Thanos’s attempt on my life,” the god explained, causing you to feel a bit unnerved. You kept your domain a secret because some people considered it dark and evil. You had dominion over pain, both relieving and giving it.
“You don’t judge me for it?” It just slipped out. You couldn’t help but wonder.
“No. How could I when you’re the first non-Asgardian to accept me and be willing to help me? The few novice Asgardian healers around here still hold a grudge against me and refused to help me with the pain of my neck being broken. Not to mention we’re both outsiders when it comes down to it,” Loki responded. “Yet we’re both desperate to be accepted. It’s probably why you don’t truly hate me tormenting you.”
You searched Loki’s face, wondering what he’d say next as it didn’t feel right for you to respond yet. He was right, much to your chagrin.
“I enjoy tormenting you because I enjoy your company, and truthfully you leave me baffled as to how to give you attention in a manner you’d genuinely enjoy. To show you that at least I accept you in New Asgard.”
You blinked at the tall deity in shock, genuinely wondering how you could be confusing to a deity who had a good thousand years of lifetime to learn how to make friends.
“I’d love to claim that I’m some complex being, but really I’m like most others when it comes to how to befriend me,” you told Loki. “Smiles, small talk, discussing Asgardian culture… that’d be a start.”
Much to your surprise, Loki laughed at the suggestions, giving you a small smile.
“You don’t seem to realize what kind of attention I wish to give you,” Loki explained once he stopped laughing. He closed the space between the two of you, his hand going down your arm and stopping once it reached yours. The deity lifted your hand to his mouth, kissing the top of it.
Your eyes widened, but you didn’t retract your hand. Instead, you allowed Loki to give you the show of, well, affection.
“I admit to being clueless as to how to court a Midgardian, but I hope that made my intentions clear,” Loki said with a chuckle.
The red hues of the sunset didn’t help to hide the flush of your cheeks at Loki’s words. He noticed, reaching his free hand up to poke your nose. A smile was tugging at his lips, realizing that you weren't rejecting him. He truthfully had expected a slap across the face and for the resident demigoddess to avoid any and all interactions with him.
The two of you were not at your house yet, despite it being close to the docks, yet he still closed the gap between you as he said: “So you don’t seem to hate me…”
Loki trailed off, his tone teasing in a playful manner, not dropping your kissed hand but letting it hang next to his at your sides.
You hadn’t pulled away from him still, seeming outwardly unphased by Loki’s closeness. In truth, your heart was racing. All that teasing and taunting had been Loki’s childish form of courting you this entire time, or most of the time you’d been in New Asgard.
You were still a bit confused about how a deity over a thousand years old couldn’t figure out how to properly flirt, but the shift in Loki’s behavior made you think he’d intentionally been playing games to test your tolerance. You could tell Loki craved validation and attention, but he didn’t know how to get it in positive ways due to the abuse he’d suffered, so he acted out.
In the hand that wasn’t brushing against his, you still held the olive branch. “I’m guessing you can tell I accept this…accept you,” you commented quietly, grasping his hand and giving it a gentle squeeze.
Waving his free hand, an emerald glow covered the two of you, and you realized Loki had teleported with you to your house.
“I thought I’d guarded against anyone being able to do that,” you muttered, not too upset at the moment though, and Loki seemed to not hear -or didn’t want to get into it- and ignored your comment.
“I figured we should have privacy to discuss…” He trailed off, uncertain as to what word to use.
“Us?” you completed his sentence, gesturing  between the two of you with the hand holding the olive branch. You set it down on the coffee table in the living room, waiting for Loki to say more. He was the one wanting privacy after all, so he should be the one to speak first.
“Yes, us. Whatever you want us to be,” Loki nodded, earning a glare from you.
“Don’t make me define us. I only just found out you don’t despise me,” you pointed out.
Loki sighed, realizing you were right and that you needed to have a proper discussion.
“Well, you know I wish to court you. It is a matter as to if you accept that or not,” he explained. “I do not know about Midgard, but in New Asgard, women have a say in their courtship.”
You couldn’t help but find Loki’s lack of knowledge of Earth women a bit amusing, and held back a chuckle at his comment.
“It depends on the culture and country’s laws, but I come from a country where women usually have a say,” you explained, trying to ignore the lack of distance between you.
Loki simply nodded, taking in the new information.
“So I am free to court you if you consent to it?” Loki inquired, raising a brow as he looked down at you. The flush of your cheeks hadn’t faded- if anything it had worsened.
You raised a hand to put on Loki’s chest, feeling his heartbeat through his leather jacket.
Loki prepared to step back from you, assuming you were going to push him away, but you kept your hand there.
“Does your heart racing mean you actually want to, and this isn’t still some game of yours?” you asked, copying the raised brow Loki had given you a moment ago.
Loki couldn’t help his playful look at your question.
“You’re the expert on anatomy, you tell me,” he retorted, causing your eyes to widen at the suggestiveness of Loki’s words.
You had to glance away, covering your face with the hand that had been on Loki’s chest as you were too embarrassed to meet his gaze. That is, until you realized you were in control at the moment.
“You do want to court me,” you began as an observation. “But even with asking for my consent, you’re scared to because I could leave at any time. New Asgard isn’t my home, or you think I’ve yet to see it as such. It’s fair to fear losing someone when you finally get close.”
Loki blinked at you, a bit taken aback by the astute analysis of his position. You were right, which threw him. He didn’t know how to respond, unable to deny what you said, but he didn’t want to admit that you were right either.
Rather than respond with words, Loki decided the best course of action was to take advantage of the consent you had given him and leaned into you. He was closing your height gap, reaching a hand up to cup your cheek chastely. His green eyes met yours, waiting to get a sign of approval to kiss you. His intention was obvious, and you gave a small nod along with your eyes showing that your answer was a definite yes.

Blushing in His Colours, Chapter 30
TITLE: Blushing in His Colours CHAPTER NO./ONE SHOT: Chapter 30 AUTHOR: fanficshiddles ORIGINAL IMAGINE: Imagine Loki being a Daddy Dom, his adores and loves his little, worships the ground she walks on. She has vaginismus, but he couldn’t be more supportive with her. RATING: M
Mia rushed into the car and breathed out in relief when the doors locked.
Reporters were rushing at the car, trying to get her to talk. Asking what it was like dating Loki, since speculation that the drone footage was of Loki saving his girlfriend had spread like wildfire.
She had just gone out for a bit of shopping, but had to cut it short when she was recognised and started getting hounded.
When she got back home, she flopped down onto the bed face down with a groan.
‘Are you alright, sweetling?’ Loki asked with a chuckle as he sat down on the edge of the bed and rubbed her back.
‘Blooming reporters. Again!’ She huffed and turned her head to the side to look at him.
‘I’m sorry, love.’ Loki sighed, frowning.
‘Not your fault. They’re just annoying.’ Mia laughed and moved over closer to him. He was just out of the shower, so was butt naked. Not that Mia was complaining, not at all.
‘They are indeed. Perhaps you should consider what Maria suggested.’ Loki said, stroking her hair.
Mia humphed as she moved closer to his thigh, and she bit him playfully. But still hard enough to leave teeth marks.
Loki gasped in surprise and his mouth opened wide in mock shock. ‘Did you just bite me?’
Mia started giggling and she attempted to roll away, but Loki grabbed her and started tickling her.
After fooling around for a while, Mia spoke to Loki at length about what Maria had suggested. She decided it was probably best, to get it out of the way and hope that it would calm the reporters down when she was out and about…
So that afternoon she found herself in one of the interview rooms at the base, a reporter from one of the biggest news outlets was there to interview her.
She was so nervous, she didn’t want to do it. But she knew she had to, or she would be dealing with reporters continuously.
Loki picked her hand up and kissed the back of it softly. ‘Ill be right outside if you need me, love. You’ll do great.’ He assured her.
‘Thank you.’ She smiled up at him.
Loki glanced at the reporter, narrowing his eyes at her briefly before heading out. A silent warning to be good to his girl.
The interview started off ok, Mia was asked a few questions about herself and her position with the team. And how she met Loki, when they first got together.
‘Have you ever been scared of Loki? Knowing how strong he is?’
‘No, not at all.’ Mia answered confidently.
‘What about during the big fight, it must’ve come as a surprise seeing him like that?’
‘Well, yeah. It did. But he wouldn’t ever hurt me, I know that.’ Mia smiled.
The reporter nodded and smiled too. ‘What is it like, dating one of the most powerful beings in the world?’
‘It’s… well, just dating him is incredible. Whether he is super powerful or not. I love him and he treats me so well, like a princess.’ Mia said honestly.
There was a few more questions along the same lines.
‘And to finish off… Aren’t you ever worried that he might find someone else now he is getting so much more recognition? He has a huge fanbase, which working in social media I am sure you know, many women trying to gain his attention and steal him from you. Are you worried that one might catch his attention?’
Mia was slightly stunned at that question. She was amazed at the balls of the reporter.
Loki was of course listening in through the door, he was about to burst into the room, but then he heard Mia’s response. Making him freeze.
‘No. I’m not worried in the slightest. Because he’s mine.’
It took all of Loki’s strength not to barge into the room and bend her over the table and do unspeakable things to her. But he waited, not so patiently, for the reporter to thank Mia and pack up her recording equipment. The reporter was impressed with Mia and really liked her, even with her questions she threw at her.
As soon as she left, Mia was about to leave the room but Loki rushed in and slammed the door shut, locking it with his Seidr.
‘Loki!’ Mia squeaked when he pounced on her, turning her around and bending her over the table.
‘I heard everything, my little sweetling.’ He said as he smoothed her hair out of the way and started sucking on the back of her neck, making her whimper.
Sliding a hand into her hair, he held her tightly down on the table. He nipped on earlobe as he spoke so sinfully, she almost came straight away. ‘Getting possessive over me, hmm?’
He flipped her dress up and shoved his hand inside her knickers, slowly starting to stroke her.
‘I like that.’ He growled. ‘You did so well. I am so proud… But don’t forget, Daddy is the one in charge, little sweetling.’
Mia moaned loudly as his fingers glided over her clit, he teased her for a while, then surprised her by spanking her a few times. That riled her up completely.
He had her favourite dildo appear in his hand, he took his time to prepare her with his fingers first and make sure she was properly aroused, then he slid the dildo into her and used his Seidr to take control of it. Meaning he could thrust his cock between her ass cheeks, in tune with how he made the dildo move within her. His fingers dug into her hips as he rutted against her.
Mia was first to cum, the urgency and rather animalistic way of it all had cumming in no time. Loki was next to follow, spilling all over her ass as he growled hotly in her ear. ‘Mine. Forever.’
-
After the interview that Mia did, she found that reporters did back off. Luckily. She discovered that some fans were quite ruthless, yet most of them were kind about Loki’s girlfriend. Which she was glad to see.
In the following week, Mia managed to use the final dilator. She was so excited, Loki was so pleased too, especially with how excited she was about it.
‘I told you we’d get there, sweetling.’ Loki kissed her softly. She was sitting on his lap, with the dilator in for ten minutes, just to get used to.
‘You were right.’ Mia grinned.
‘As always.’ Loki winked at her.
‘Well… sometimes.’ She teased, making Loki chuckle and squeeze her sides playfully.
‘I uhm… I am still a little worried. I mean, you are so much bigger than this dilator. What’s the next stage?’ She asked, a little bit worried.
Loki smiled and stroked her cheek. ‘We use this dilator for a while, keep your body used to it. We keep playing and exploring, maybe try out some other toys. Then when the time is right, we take it very slow. Spend a whole day doing foreplay, then try penetration.’
Mia put her arms around his neck and hugged into him. She was so excited that there was a plan, that Loki had been thinking about it and knew what to do. That he was guiding her through it all.
But he had certainly been right back at the beginning, it would happen in time and there was always ways to make it work. Ways to make her fantasies come true in the meantime.

Pairing: Loki x Reader
Warnings: yandere, obsession, stalking, death of minor character.
Words: 1953.
Summary: Meeting a cosplayer in Berlin isn’t a big deal, really. You don’t actually know why you are drawn to this guy in his stunning horned helmet, standing on the train with a seidr in his hand.
P.S. I own the plot of this story to amazing @caffiend-queen and my determination to write it to lovely @kinathewolf <3 Although I changed the story a little (this post made us discuss the idea), I hope you will like it!
_____________________
Waking up when it was barely six, you kept yawning and rubbing your eyes while sitting on the train. You worked for one of the thousands of start-ups in Berlin, and your boss always liked to start pretty early. Well, despite waking up when it was still dark, you didn’t mind, really – the U-Bahn was much less busy now than thirty minutes later, and you didn’t have to stand the whole way to your station.
Today was a bit different, though. Not that there were too many people, but that one guy with his horned helmet looked so fantastic you simply couldn’t take your eyes off him. He had entered on the Bismarckstraße station, and since then you had been staring at him shamelessly. He was the spitting image of Loki, that god from Asgard, the one who had been released by Avengers not so long ago for his aid in protection of Earth from an invading alien force. Now Loki had his own fan club, and this guy was probably one of the squad. Seeing him in a full suit wasn’t surprising either – tomorrow was the first day of Comic Con, so he was probably going for a cosplay catwalk rehearsal before the event.
No one was really paying attention to him as he stood silently near the door with his seidr, but you just couldn’t help yourself. Come on, he was probably the most handsome guy you had seen in years, not even mentioning his gorgeous costume. Although you had never been Loki’s fan – for God’s sake, you still remembered that day in Stuttgart – this guy’s passion for cosplay was admirable.
When you reached Wittenbergplatz, a group of cheerful tourists entered the train, and the guy had to move further, taking a place close to yours. Of course, you still stared at him in awe, and he quickly noticed you. His piercing gaze finally made you realize it was unacceptable to gawk at someone like this, and you averted your eyes, feeling your cheeks growing hot. The cosplayer chuckled at your reaction.
“I’m so sorry!” You muttered, clenching the fabric of your jacket. “I just- ugh, I mean, your cosplay is stunning!” Now that you said it, you were just too humiliated to add anything. Why couldn’t you be like all other people who didn’t harass the poor guy with them staring? Of course, no one would be comfortable with some creepy girl watching over them.
But the guy didn’t look worried or embarrassed even the slightest bit. When you saw his face, you realized he was amused as he looked at you with a grin on his face. Now you even felt a little scared because there was something animalistic in his gaze.
“Thank you. I was spending day and night crafting this costume.” He was smiling, and you realized he was probably playing the role of Loki now.
Oh damn, of course. Being a cosplayer meant not only wearing a costume of your character but being this character, behaving like them, speaking like them, sometimes even moving like them. This guy was doing exactly this, and, to be honest, he was really good at acting since for a minute you believed he wasn’t just a mere human.
“I’m sure you will be the winner of the contest this year.” You smiled shyly at him, still embarrassed at your behaviour earlier, and the guy laughed at you a little. God, you felt so terribly awkward.
“Thank you. If my brother won’t show up, I’m sure I’ll have a chance.” For a second you thought there was something bittersweet in his eyes, but then it was gone, and the cosplay rose to his feet, shining in the electric light of the subway. “This is my stop. Have a good day, my lady.”
Of course, you barely nodded at him, felling like you’re gonna explode from the way he called you and how the guy bowed his head a bit at you as if you truly were some Asgardian goddess. Minutes later you would curse yourself for being so stupid to not even ask his cosplayer’s nickname – how on Earth were you going to find his profile on Facebook now? Since you were in the middle of a new marketing campaign, your boss would never let you leave tomorrow to visit Comic Con, and that was your only chance to ever see that amazing guy again.
Ugh, living with that useless brain of yours was quite a challenge.
You had already bid farewell to the cosplayer since you knew meeting him by chance again in a city as big as Berlin was impossible – especially if without his costume and wig and makeup the guy would be unrecognizable. The next evening you were sitting in the train just like all other evenings when you were coming late from work, a bag with a chicken sub in your hands along with an already cold cup of tea. You sighed, thinking of Comic Con and all the fun people were having there. Damn, next year you would definitely take a short vacation to finally visit the convention. Maybe you would have a chance to meet that mysterious guy again.
“It smells nice.”
You immediately raised your head, staring at the cold blue eyes of the guy you met yesterday’s morning. He was still wearing his horned helmet and shining golden armor, the Scepter in his hand. He sat close to you again, and you suddenly found the courage to smile at him widely. God, it was happening. He was really here, with you.
Was he coming back from Comic Con? You thought they finished way later, but maybe he was just tired to spend the whole day in this outfit – you could imagine how heavy it was – and left earlier. You couldn’t blame him, thinking of how many people probably wanted to take a photo of him during the day, too, and it was definitely tiresome as hell to pose in front of tons of people for hours.
“Would you like some?” You handed him your paper bag. “It’s a sub with chicken. I haven’t opened it yet.”
“Ah, it’s a very generous offer. It would be rude of me to decline it.” His smile sent chills down your spine, but you reminded yourself he was still playing his role. Anyway, what could he do? Follow you to your apartment in this outfit? Seriously? He would be stuck in the hallway with those horns of his.
You watched like the Loki-guy took a half of your sub and returned the other half to you, then taking a bite and chewing slowly. To your delight, he nodded, telling you he liked it without words, and you chuckled at him. Now he looked almost cute with his puffed cheeks as he kept biting more and more. Apparently, the sub wasn’t bad, and you dug in it enthusiastically, caring little for a few other passengers. No one was looking at you two, anyway.
Halfway through finishing his part, the guy stared questioningly at your paper cup of tea, and you smiled at him with confusion.
“You can have it, too, but it’s already cold, sorry.”
Now he was grinning like a Cheshire cat. Did he think it was funny? Was it because he thought real Loki would find it funny? You were too confused but decided not to ask. You looked silly enough yesterday when you were gaping at him with wide eyes. No more of this today! You couldn’t blow it if you wanted to ever see the guy again.
“It’s quite alright. Let me help you.” He carefully lowered his seidr so it touched your cup, and in the next moment you saw a soft blue glowing surrounding it. It was coming directly from the Scepter, and you literally opened your mouth while staring at it wide-eyed. Wait, did this guy put something inside the seidr? Like, a light bulb or something? God, it was beyond your imagination!
But before you started throwing questions at him, you suddenly saw a wisp of steam coming from your tea and felt how the cup grew hot in your hand. Oh shoot, it definitely wasn’t just some light bulb! His Scepter was a real machine!
You probably looked like a little kid, your eyes shining and jaw dropped at the sight of something that looked like a miracle to you, and Loki-guy chuckled softly. He was seemingly content with your reaction as you even sniffed your tea a little bit to feel it really was hot again. But when you brought the cup to him, thinking he wanted to drink, he gently refused it.
“Thank you, but you have already given me enough.” His smile was much softer, and your cheeks grew hot again at his kindness, though it was you who shared your food with him. Strangely, it was like this stranger had some effect on you, and you smiled back at him, lowering your head to have a sip of tea.
However, the next moment the guy furrowed his brows, looking somewhere behind you, and you saw him lifting his seidr again, pointing at something behind your back. You missed his concerned gaze, but not noticing the blinding light coming from the Scepter was absolutely impossible – for a second you almost lost your eyesight, squeezing your eyes shut and clenching the paper cup in your hand. What was that?! But before you got truly scared, the light had disappeared, and all you saw was that Loki-guy sitting close to you with a piece of chicken sub wrapped in a napkin in his hand. His Scepter looked the same as before, no blue glowing coming from it. Wait, you didn’t imagine this blinding light, did you? It was here just a second ago!
As you tried to turn back to see what was happening, the stranger suddenly stopped you, his warm hand on your shoulder as he leaned closer to you, smiling, “Your tea is going to be cold again.”
“Yes, b-but-“ You gawked at him and then stared at his seidr, unsure what to say. “I-I mean, have you seen that light? Did it come from this thing?”
You heard someone behind you letting out a sudden scream and smelled metal and plastic melting. It was disturbing enough as it was, but then you realized you smelled the burning flesh searing from someone’s bones.
The Scepter. The guy’s resemblance to the Asgardian God of mischief. Shit.
Before you tried turning again to see what was left of the seats behind you, Loki’s grip on your shoulder became painfully strong. You watched him leaning even closer to you in slow motion, the world around you slowing down as the man whispered to you in a dangerously low voice, “Don’t look back. You don’t want to see what is left of that creepy man who was staring at you all the time, do you, dear?”
Frozen on the spot, you barely nodded, your eyes not leaving Loki’s pale face as he smiled, letting go of your shoulder and touching your arm surprisingly gently instead. You heard the sounds of crying and whining, people around you scattering to the different part of the car to be as far as possible from a man in the horned helmet. But you just couldn’t move from your place, glued to your seat, an Asgardian God looming over you.
“I am grateful for you sharing your meal with me. I’d like to thank you properly,” he said softly, and you swallowed your tongue instead of letting out a loud scream. “Let’s leave on the next station. I know a few nice places in Mitte.”

Kinktober Masterlist
Pairing: Loki Laufeyson X OFC
Warnings: Angry sex, dub-conish?
Summary: Loki catches his pet trying to leave without his permission or company.
A/N: This is an angel/demon AU
Words:+1,200
————
The sound of rustling feathers were what made her turn to look toward the entrance of the alley only for a steel grip to wrap tight around her torso, pinning her arms to her side.
"My, my, looks as if I have captured an angel," came a smooth echo next to her ear, sending a shiver along her spine.
Shutting her eyes as lithe, warm fingers wrapped her jaw, sharp nails digging at the flesh while the arm still wrapped her torso squeezed even tighter to keep her pulled to taught chest. Slowly black feathered wings enveloped her, shutting out any light as the one who had her pressed his nose into her heated cheek to take in her scent.
"So innocent my little treasure, it's soaked into your very pores," he murmured, keeping her close as he pulled back to look into her dazzling eyes, her shaky breath fanning over clothed forearm. "I've searched forever for you dove; you slipped your bonds didn't you."
That was in fact not a question, an angry statement he growled, but he managed to keep it bottled up. She seen the sparkle of his emerald orbs before they were swallowed up in black mist. In moments he was releasing her to allow her to fall into the large round bed of pillows with a huff, unfurling her snowy wings as she flopped to her back.
"I was worried! You have any idea what could have happened if they found you before me," he snarled, glaring at the quiet creature that remained still as he fumed next to the slightly raised nest like bed.
Slowly she sat up to watch him as he continued to rage before halting to glare at her. Being a demon, the very king of hell, Loki could physically watch her golden aura waiver, it was beginning to tinge smoky gray at the edges.
Ever so slighly his gaze softened but didn't stop him from taking their clothes in a rage of seidr and stalk across the soft surface to fall between her legs. "I'm still furious pet," he echoed darkly, raven black wings wrapping around her slightly smaller snow-white ones.
Without warning her hands wrapped around his neck to force lips to clash and flood keen senses with copper. Loki's hand moved quick to wrap around the nape of her neck to jerk her away, noting the light smear of blood on her lips due to the clash with his slighly sharper fangs.
"I'm not forgiving you, not yet," he spoke darkly, pulling back from her as she tried to kiss him again.
"I'm sorry," she finally spoke, it wasn’t the quiet meek sound that came from angels, she had always been sure to speak up. Tugging at his neck, she dared to scoot further under him, opening herself to him, noting the look of exasperation as he moved himself, pressing hard flesh between wet folds.
"Not yet," he breathed, effortlessly moving his hips to prod at slick hole before slamming balls deep and watch as she fell back to the pillows.
Harshly the hand wrapped around her neck moved to her shoulder while the other grabbed plump hip to keep her still while he pounded her sore.
"Beg for my forgiveness," Loki growled down to the wreck of flesh she had become in mere moments. The angels hands clawing at his sides as he pounded harder to make her cry out, the head of his member slamming into her cervix.
"No," she panted, apparent that wasn't what he wanted to hear as he jerked her to sit up on his thighs so he could pound up into her.
Instantly her hands braced on his shoulders as his own gripped ugly bruises into the plump hips and talons bringing blood. His lips fell between her breast, nipping the soft flesh, leaving marks but not drawing blood, unlike the nails digging into his shoulders.
"Beg for me to forgive you," he ordered, lifting her hips this time to make each thrust harder and make her cry out, head thrown back.
"No," she screamed, orgasm washing over her due to the harshness he was taking her, hitting every spot deep within her perfectly. The angel’s body shook as he fell with her to the mattress a panting wreck over top of her.
Looking her flushed neck over, he seen his marks littering her body and felt blood oozing along his spine. He was in no way done with her as he stretched his wings out while hers were limp like the rest of her, flipping her to plump belly. Anchoring on either side of her head, Loki bowed over her, noting the beautiful sheen of sweat covering her flushed skin.
Looping an arm under her plump middle, he lifted the jittering angel to her knees, kissing up her spine as he straightened. With a dark smirk, Loki pressed the head of still erect manhood at her tight ring of muscles.
"Appears we will be at this for a while treasure," Loki panted, calloused palm pressing to the base of her spine to keep her in place while he teased slowly into furrowed hole. "I'm still upset."
"So am I," she moaned as he slowly pressed past the ring of muscle to slide silky smooth into warm hole. Weakly she pressed back to seat him herself, an arm moving to pull her flush to his chest while her arms looped around his neck.
Lips fell to her soft neck, fangs racking over it to raise angry marks as he glided teasingly in and out of furrowed hole. One of Loki’s hands going to tease over a breast while the other trailed to tease delicate nerve. Though in moments the pace quickened, and she felt him swell.
"Beg me," he snarled, nipping at the flesh under her ear to make jolt in his arms.
"No," she whimpered.
"So be it," he growled, harshly throwing her to the pillows as he grabbed her hips to keep her from getting a way.
Mercilessly he done her ass the same as her throbbing core, but it was pure pleasure. Her panting moans for more having him spilling all too soon to collapse over her, a wreck of flesh himself.
"You are not leave without me little angel. Is that understood," he echoed in her ear, carefully pushing off of the mattress to slip from furrowed hole and collapse beside her. Delicately he brushed her hair out of her eyes and caressed over heated cheek as she turned to meet his gaze. He gave a worried smile as she lifted a snowy wing to place it over him.
"Understood," she panted, rolling to her side, inviting him to lay against her, to which he did.
Bowing down he carefully took her lips this time, a nip of her smaller fangs made him chuckle as he pulled back.
"Coming into your fangs I see," he hummed across her lips, hand caressing along her side.
"I am," she smiled to show them off. "Are we both still angry?"
"Not exactly, we will discuss it more after we rest," he admitted darkly, sharp nails scratching over her plump hip as he gave it a squeeze.

Chapter 5 Control
Loki allowed you to cry into his chest until you were calm.
"I must confess something to you my little flame." He spoke in hushed tones as he petted your hair.
"I think I have fallen for a fire giant...and I wish to worship you if you will allow me to." You felt elated but your heart was throbbing in a strange combination of joy and worry. Your hands and wrists were black and swirled with wisps of smoke as Loki gently undressed you and kissed every inch of your flesh making sure to spend lengthy amounts of time caressing and kissing your most intimate parts. He smirked as you panted, you were being very careful not to grab his hair nearing close to releasing.
"My darling, may I take your innocence away for me to keep forever?" You moaned gently and arched your back as he flicked his tongue against you. He was teasing you close to the edge.
"Yes, oh God Loki, please..." you whimpered out and he was within you. The pain and fullness sent your head reeling as you two pushed each other over the edge. He was so tender and gentle with you making sure you were okay every few moments. After a while he quickened his pace and groaned your name. Your own waves of euphoria crashing down over your body. You could feel him filling you with his seed. A sadness sank into your stomach. You would never be able to truly give yourself to him...not as a fire giant and he as an ice giant. You wouldn't be able to touch him while making love if you couldn't control the flames. He spent the rest of the day cuddling you in his arms until it was time to go. Loki dressed you again and held onto you bridal style as he teleported. You squeezed your eyes shut and swallowed down the bile. The journey making you feel nauseous.
"Darling? We are here." He spoke gently placing you down on a soft bed. You peeked through your lashes to find he had brought you to some form of hotel room.
"Where are we?" You whispered still feeling incredibly sick.
"Brussles. I am so sorry little flame but I have to keep moving you. To keep you safe." Loki pushed some hair from your face and gently caressed your cheek.
"I need you to get stronger before we can leave this realm. If teleporting makes you ill, then the bifrost will surely incapacitate you." You held your stomach and groaned. It felt like you would gag any moment.
"Loki- trashcan!" You whimpered out as he quickly obliged. He held your hair and rubbed your back while you heaved all of the broth you had ate.
"I knew it was too soon....I'm so sorry my darling." He waited till you were done vomiting then presented you with a cool washcloth to wipe your face.
You say back against the headboard and painted trying to get the dizziness to stop.
"Loki where will we go? Once we are off of earth?" You weren't accustomed to his realms and didn't know hardly anything about them.
"Well...Asgard was destroyed by ragnarok...your father did that. You should be proud." He laughed but you didn't see the humor.
"Muspelhiem was destroyed by Thor...so that leaves Vanaheim, which is the land of Seidr and snobs." He smirks at his own joke.
"Alfheim, land of light elves, Nidvellir, land of the dwarves, Niflheim, land of ice mist and fog, Helheim, land of the dead and damned, and finally Jotunheim, land of the ice giants...where I originated from." Loki counted them out while you listened.
"Loki...can I even flourish in your world? I'm a fire giant...I'm the last fire giant...Thor and Surtur made sure of that." You felt sadness wash over you. Your species will extinguish with you, and you dont even know anything about them.
Loki put his arm around you and brought you close to his chest shushing you gently.
"Shhh I know its overwhelming. I was the same when I discovered my heritage...We will go anywhere you want. And if you do not want it after a while we will keep going until you feel at home." His kind words were enough to hurt your heart. He was so kind to you all of the sudden. So gentle and caring, when before he never treated you so fragile, he would yell and scream and be snarky...did he see you in another way? Perhaps he did really love you in some way, but this nagging feeling in your mind made you wonder if you could truely stay with him. After all...ice giants and fire giants were enemies and together could cause so much chaos.
Loki pulled your chin upwards so his deep green eyes could scan yours.
"Tell me what's wrong darling?" His breath fanning your face.
"...tell me the truth...you would never trick me right?" Your voice was soft and trembling slightly. His eyes turned dark.
"Who has said this to you? Who has planted this hurtful idea in your mind?" He pushed back from you to stand and pace before the bed. His reaction worrying you more, he never denied it. He never said no.
"Why in all the realms would you think I am against you? I am hiding you from shield!" He tried to keep his temper in check but it was breaking through as his voice rose.
"I swore on my mother to you! On Frigga herself that I would protect you and keep you from them."
You felt the queasiness again as you tried to stand.
"Loki- what if shield is right? What if I am too dangerous, I mean...there is a reason Thor destroyed surtur and Muspelhiem...I'm the last of them...me..maybe I need to d-" he pushed a finger to your mouth forcefully.
" Don't you dare utter that word. I swear to the gods of old I will never forgive you if you say you should perish. I don't care if you are the last woman on any realm you deserve to live and be happy as anyone else." His eyes were wide and dilated in anger. He was visibly shaking.
"Yes, but what if they come for me and I can't control myself again...what if I hurt innocent people...I would deserve to be thrown in a tank for eternity. I-I dont want to hurt anyone."
"Listen to me. You just need control. People die every day! Catastrophic events happen every single day darling. It's just something that happens to no ones fault. If I could just get you strong enough we can take on shield and get you out of here!"
Your eyes widdened. Did he just say take on shield? Does he want you to fight them? Horrifying images of your once teammates mangled and lifeless at your feet flashed before your eyes. You backed up away from Loki with your hands up.
"I-I can't. Loki I can't fight them.. I can't be a pawn in this game..."
You felt the door behind your back as he stepped closer to you. Tears pricked your eyes.
"No, please stop...don't do this. I need you to be level headed. Please let's talk. You are too weak and they will never let me near you again. Please. Little flame. Don't. Dont go." A single tear slid down his cheek as he reached out with a trembling hand.
"I'm sorry Loki...I- I can't cause the destruction of the avengers or earth... please...don't try to come for me...I- I deserve this." And before he could chase, you had slammed the door and ran.
You ran down the street like a psychotic woman until you found an obviously abandoned building and screamed letting the tears flow. Your body erupting into huge catastrophic flashes of fire. Cracks of light broke through your ebony flesh as you pushed as hard as you could. The building was in flames within seconds. You fell to your knees and sobbed, your clothes burnt off, your hair hanging around your face in small dirty clumps.
A hand gently held your shoulder as your head slumped down. Your fire becoming extinguished as you realized how tired you were.
"Lady Embers...I need you to come with me..please...try to control yourself." Thor spoke softly.
"I wont fight you Thor....I'm done fighting...just...throw me back in the tank." You stood and let your head hang. You felt utterly defeated.
"I-I have to put these on you as a safety measure...I'm so sorry..." your tears dripped onto the floor as smoke rolled off your skin. Thor held out the shackles and you held your trembling arms out. Allowing him to shackle you. You felt the energy draining away as you became utterly exhausted. You stumbled and fell. The now cold ash floor smacking your face, cutting your eyebrow. Thor scooped your shaking body up and held you close. Walking you out of the building before passing you to Natasha who wrapped a black blanket around you to hide your nakedness.
"I am so glad we found you safe. We were so worried Loki had brainwashed you. That we would have to fight you." Natasha gently wiped your face and tucked your hair behind your ear.
"Let's get you home." She smiled gently and walked you into the jet that was waiting nearby. Laying you down on a bench in the back. Tony behind the controls smirked as he could see Loki watching from a near by window. He held up a suited hand and waved at the God. Loki snarled and turned, but not before Tony saw the glint of tears on his cheeks.
"Did he hurt you?" Bruce asked looking over your body.
"N-no...quite the contrary...I think I broke his heart." You mumbled feeling the numbness in your chest. You just wanted to disappear. To be swallowed up into the ground.
Bruce frowned and began an assessment. Gently pushing and poking various places on your body before taking a small flashlight and looking into your eyes and throat.
"Tony she needs to go straight to the lab. She is-"
"Yeah yeah we will get her there." Tony cut him off as he jerked the jet up and hightailed it out of there.
Thor moved beside the bench and held your hand. You stared upwards into the light feeling incredibly numb. Almost as if the flame within your chest was finally nothing but embers.
"Bruce..she is what?" Thor urged him on.
"Thor...I think she's dying." Bruce whispered. You closed your eyes as a tear slipped down your face.
"Are you happy? It's consuming me." You whisper aloud.

An alarm blared overhead and I covered my ears with my hands trying to shut out the triggering, obnoxious noise.
Well, this was something new, maybe S.H.I.E.L.D. was running some type of test on their facilities? One of those benign siren test that annoyed everyone and was a general nuisance because of the loud interruption to the day.
From my favorite corner in my cage I looked out. Two guards dressed in uniforms barreled past my cell, their guns in their hands, their booted feet making solid thuds on the floor as they ran past.
My curiosity peaked and I got up, my chains rattling as I walked towards the wall of my cage.
Clink, clack, clink.
My bruises and cuts were healing from the abuse I received from Richard; stretching still hurt. I rolled my shoulders, my ribs stretching, and winced from the sharp, shooting pain.
I placed my palm on the cool glass, leaving a mark, and peered out to what lay beyond my confinement.
Another guard ran past in a streak of black.
“Hey! Hey! Tell me what’s going on!” I shouted out, my hand rapping on the glass walls of my cage.
He ignored me, and I pulled again on my restraints, testing them as they bit into my skin.
If something really was wrong, if the place was on fire or they were under attack, I wouldn’t get out. I would die here trapped in this cage, naked, scared, bruised and battered. I would never smell fresh air again, never feel the wind playing with my hair or kissing my skin, never step out in a forest to hear what life sounded like as it hummed all around me. This cage would be my crypt.
While I didn’t know what was happening, I knew one thing for certain; I needed to get out of here. Now!
“Hey! Hey! Someone let me outta here!” I banged my hands on the glass, yanking and straining against my chains as they groaned and creaked in protest, rubbing my skin raw and bloody.
A sudden gunfire erupted and a loud thud could be heard down the hallway.
This couldn’t be good. I continued calling out, trying to get someone to help me, but it was clear no one was coming for me.
Wait… There, yes!  A presence that seemed so familiar, so distinct. It was something I had felt before in the silent solitude of this cell; something with devastatingly powerful strength tether around my own consciousness with a familiarity that echoed my own. The last time I felt it was....When Richard was hitting me and I lost consciousness. Loki?
Some small, scared part of me didn’t want him to find me and I slowly retreated to the back corner of the cage. I knelt down, clinging my legs to my chest, letting my hair fall down around my shoulders to shroud me, covering my arms, and trailing in loose spirals down my back.
If you asked me then I wouldn’t have been able to explain why suddenly, upon feeling his presence, I decided to hide. I wouldn’t have known. Instinct I guess, but something about him felt too familiar to me-- deadly and dangerous, catastrophic even. I felt that he was my reflection, a mirror of a beast struggling to be free; something that simmered bubbling beneath the serene, beautiful and captivating exterior.
Loki could easily lure you, tempt you and coerce you with his charm, his dashingly good looks, and his silver-tongue. And as sure as I knew this, I also knew he couldn’t be trusted. He was a predator. The dream I had recently confirmed this? Didn’t it?
I stopped my introspection and looked down the hallway. There he was! My heart leapt frantically in my chest as if it wanted to join him - a thrall leaping against its prison of flesh and bone to join its master and maker.
He didn’t look so sinister after all. His shoulders were rolled forward and he was staggering slightly as if he had been wounded.
I lifted my head, so I could get a better view. His chest piece was tattered and torn, little holes covering his leathers as if shrapnel had torn it apart. Through the holes I could clearly see his smooth, pale skin underneath. If there had been any wounds at all, it had healed quickly. He looked tired and so weary, and underneath that something else...Worried, like something was plaguing his thoughts, leaving him without sleep--some inescapable thought. What could someone like that ever possibly have to fear?
Loki spotted me and his shoulders immediately straightened. The air around him shimmered green and gold with his Seidr, making him look impeccable again, his clothes in perfect order.
I looked away, my eyes darting to my chains, my hands twisting imperceptibly to try to get out of my thick, metal restraints.
Look at you, #140278…” Loki crooned. His voice was so enticing, it hypnotized me. “What a lovely name, your parents were so... innovative.
“You’re wondering why I am here, aren’t you?” His steps slowed the closer her got, his arms went behind his back, seemingly a natural pose for him. One that always irked me - it was a pose that reeked of tricks and distrust.
“I’m here for you, of course, #140278,” His eyes glimmered maddeningly and he smirked at me as if he had his own private little joke.
“No, you’re here because Fury’s men brought you here.” I stood to my feet, my limbs uncurling as I reached my full height, my long locks covering my breast and trailing down towards my hips in soft waves.
“Look at you,” his eyes squinted as he focused on me. He looked at me without shame or fear, without a modicum of modesty. “What an exquisite piece for his collection, and quite peculiar. Even your voice, like a siren could drive most men mad with longing and lust for you. Why are you here, #140278?” He turned towards a large stand with many buttons on it, pressing them, his finger gliding over them. He seemed to know exactly what he was doing.
“Don’t want to let me in on any secrets, too soon I see?” he chuckled. “Well, soon enough then.”
The glass door to my cage slid open, luckily I was able to control my surprise otherwise my jaw would have dropped to the floor.
“Well, are you just going to stand there gaping at me waiting for Fury or his little worker ants to come around for you?”
I scowled and gestured to my chains, tugging on them.
“Ah, yes, yes… Should be….” He turned around, his hands darting in his many pockets, he patted himself down, reaching into one on his chest, pulling out a shiny silver key.
“Ta-da!”
He strode towards me, “Allow me, milady,” he bowed tauntingly and began to unlock my restraints as they fell clattering loudly to the floor.
My hands went to my breasts, hoping to cover them.
Loki watched me, his gaze traveling up and down my body, his mouth hanging loosely.
I cleared my throat.
His eyes returned quickly to my face. “Ah, yes, and I suppose you will want something to wear then?”
“Uhm, yeah, that would be preferred, don’t wanna prance around like this.” I waved my hand, indicating my nakedness.
“Very well, come along, your belongings should be over here against the wall.” He led the way, his long coat trailing and fanning out behind him.
I grabbed at my clothes, my hands turning to claws and threw them on. They all felt so foreign to me. I felt every glide of the fabric, making my skin itch. How long had I been here?
Loki looked at me, his eyes resting between my hips. He looked disappointed and unsatisfied.
“Come along now, the jet is waiting at the twelfth bay.” He walked away, not looking to see if I was following. I had to trot to keep up with his large stride.
“Wait, what’s happening? Why should I follow you?” I asked, still running after him, panting slightly.
“You know why,” he retorted in a grumble, not looking back.
“Where are we going?” I caught up to him.
“Out.”
I had grown tired of his clipped manner, his entitled attitude, his inappropriate humor. I pushed him against the wall and he let me.
He hit the wall with a huff, exhaustion coloring his features. He looked so tired, I caught a glimpse of him underneath all of it-- the carefree charade gave way to the viscous, yet worried man before me.
“Tell me.” I gritted my teeth, my eyes boring into him fiercely.
He quickly recovered, “What?” he grunted, pushing me off him and forcing me backwards against the opposite wall, his hand came up and his slender fingers wrapped themselves lightly around my throat.
He laughed mockingly. “Look at you, pet, you want to play?” he spat through his deranged laughter, his sides heaving as he tried to control himself, but his eyes gave him away and showed the war raging in his mind.
His voice shook. “You’re afraid.” He let go of my throat. “I can see it in your eyes, and the set of those beautiful, blood red lips of yours,” he paused. “Good, you should be.”
My eyes shifted away from his face, down the tunnel towards the twelfth bay, the small jet sitting there ready for take off.
“We are leaving. You don’t belong here and I feel the need to bring you with me,” he declared, exasperatedly. “Anymore questions and you stay here. I didn’t come for a child.” He resumed walking but suddenly stopped, rocking back on his heels as he looked over his shoulder. “Anymore questions, kitten?”
I shook my head, realizing he probably couldn’t see my action well through his periphery. “N-no” I rasped.
“Come on then.” He strode forward, and we reached the jet together.
As the jet prepared to leave the bay out of the of the shadows from the tunnel that Loki and I had just come from, Fury appeared, his long trench coat one with the darkness. All that could be seen of him was his rage-stricken face and his hand holding a gleaming gun. Something that looked like a toy from here-- nothing that I was afraid of.
Yet, even as he stepped from the shadows I retreated back into the darkest corner of the jet.
Loki showed no fear and strode forward, smiling menacingly with pride and triumph at Fury’s apparent defeat.
“Loki!” Fury yelled, his neck veins bulging. “You have no damn clue what you’re dealing with!” His gun swung as he spoke and if the bullet would have been released it would have struck me dead center in the chest. I lifted my hand up to cover where it would hit, palm up.
“You are dealing with someone extremely dangerous! You are releasing something uncontrollable onto the people of New York-- the people of the earth!”
Loki’s brow furrowed. He was taken aback and he clearly didn’t know what Fury was referring to.
He recovered quickly. “Farewell Fury,” he smirked, and the door of the jet closed as it took off into the air. Pings from Fury’s gun could be heard hitting the side of the jet and there was a loud groan from the plane. It seemed Fury had gotten lucky enough to strike something important. The jet shook, and Loki moved towards the wall of the jet, standing flush against me-- his arm acting as a restraint across my chest, as if I was some fragile cargo and not some ticking time bomb with a warning sign.
One of the pilots informed Loki that the plane was falling from the sky-- something obvious, and Loki rolled his eyes, looking at me with disbelief, his face speaking volumes, Can you believe this idiot?
The impact from the small jet striking the ground jostled us, but because we had taken off from S.H.I.E.L.D.’s low-hanging aircraft the impact wasn’t deadly.
Loki and I exited immediately to find that agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. close on foot. Fury must have alerted them of our descent.
Loki seemed to enjoy the challenge and pursuit and strode confidently forward, while I remained on the hill the jet had landed on.
More agents continued to appear. From the looks of it, it was approximately thirty against the small handful of Loki’s cohorts on the jet and the two of us-- not that the logistics mattered much.
I stood just outside the doors of the jet, watching curiously to see what would take place.
Without hesitation Loki began to take down agent after agent. The thirty went down to twenty-five, then to twenty, and Loki continued hurling daggers aggressively through the air, showing no sign of fatigue.
The beauty and grace with which he moved made him look like a dancer, the pain and rage fueling it turning him into a deadly weapon.
He cut through the air-- a blade himself.
Sensing my thoughts on him he turned, glancing at me, but when he did this his concentration was broken and the agents were able to swarm around him giving them a break from the storm that was his shining daggers.
Interestingly, he didn’t fight them and just watched me  as if they were nothing to him-- nothing more than a patter of rain or leaves falling onto him. His eyes burned into me and as if he commanded me I walked forward, my long limbs exuding power and grace, the wind blowing my hair as it painted the wind.
My pace increased until I was cutting through the air myself, my feet parting the grass. I stood studying Loki from my place on the hill, watching him as he cut the agents down, rendering them lifeless.
I jumped towards what would be anyone’s death off the hill towards the group of remaining agents. My body was grabbed by the wind and a growl arose from my throat, battling through my teeth to get out.
As my feet left solid ground, I was consumed in black and orange smoke that looked like ash and toxic poison, colored with angered and agitated sparks. It swirled around me until no one could see me, but I could see everything.
The animalistic growl in my throat finally won its battle with my teeth and escaped in a screech so intense and shrill that it pumped blood throughout my ears and my eyes until all that was left to be seen was a world in red; a world covered in blood.
As my feet touched the ground again the smoke poured from me, moving down and resting over my hips and legs. My hands shot out and the corruptive smoke spread from my fingertips and between the spaces of my finger falling to the ground, heavily like a waterfall of death.
As the corruption spread like the disease it was, the agents around Loki fell, blood pouring profusely from their ears, their eyes, every orifice on their bodies. Loki remained untouched in his own way. His mouth was hanging open with wonder, his eyes wide with astonishment and surprise.
I was shaking, consumed with rage and chaos. The smoke continued to roll from me in waves, any soldiers or agents left standing could no longer withstand my brilliance. Another shrill screech peeled from my tongue, my head threw back up towards the sky as I opened up my throat, the air parting from the sound waves that flew out in a high, musical howl. My hair danced, mystically around my head, a crown of daggers or a halo of poison ivy.
When I looked back towards the agents, a smile of menace on my blood red lips as they all lay dead, not one soul left alive. I hadn’t spared a single life save Loki’s.
Loki looked at me, cackling. “Extraordinary,” he breathed. His head tilted, a deranged look on his face as he approached me.
I could see questions floating in his eyes and words wanting to escape his lips, but he held them back. When he reached me his hand came out to grab my chin so he could stare into my eyes for an inspection, but upon the touch from his fingertips my world when dark. The red in my eyes vanished and I fell into a black pit. It felt as if I was floating in space, screaming with no one to hear me and no one to save me.
Thank you all so much for taking the time to read something that is very dear to me. Please, if you are able take the time to leave me some feedback. I love it!

Since we're closing in on the end of the current book pretty soon, any thoughts about what direction FEH might go next? Or even thoughts on this book overall now that we're nearly completing it?
OHH..... when it comes to FEH's plotlines I am very much just along for the ride LMFAO. I know a lot of it is based in mythology (or at very least is inspired by it!), so I bet you Could piece together Something. Or even if you keep track of the teasers (BUT ALSO. THEY HAVEN'T EVEN DONE ANYTHING YET....... with that one teaser where Lif, Triandra and Plumeria are joining forces, the girls' objective to revive Freyja... I think Loki was there too? It's been a while!) (Actually. Now that I think about it. Where even DID that teaser go. Both Lif's and the fairies TT stories are fairly separate from each other. 🤔)
I do always get a little anxious near the end of a Book LMFAO, to the point where I don't look at it for a while (I think I'm one chapter behind rn). It's like... I generally don't have a lot of faith in the writers bc while they CAN hit really well, sometimes. They miss SO hard. And then there is So Much happening at the climax.... I'm so worried about how everything is gonna be tied up and resolved..... how are they gonna pull it all together? CAN they???? So scared.....
I've def said it before but I do think being a long time Sonic fan has primed me for this sort of thing LMFAO, even broadly across the franchise. Always approaching stories in good faith, always down to have fun even if it's absurd or corny or Odd Decisions Were Made or they had a REALLY GOOD CONCEPT but they dropped the ball somewhere along the way. I DEEEF approach FEH stories this way. And sometimes you are really pleasantly surprised!!!!
I think that's the relationship I ended up having with Book 7!! It can be tough for me when Yoshiku is the artist on board, since I am really not a fan of their work (sorry...). But I absolutely loved the designs of the FEH ocs this Book. Major test of faith was the "Please have a child with me" moment LMFAOOO NEARLY IRRECOVERABLE if I wasn't naturally inclined to Get Silly about it (What Is The Funniest Direction I Can Take With This In My Mind LMFAO).
BUT ALSO.... I JUST? Ended up REALLY loving Seidr as a character. I'm ABSOLUTELY in love with how each self of her's, while some bare a resemblance, none of them look like copies of each other (just sized up or down). Like even beyond my personal pet peeve of that, being trans/having A Lot of different looks in dif periods of my life. I ESPP appreciate the fact that Gullveig looks SO different from Seidr, esp as a trans person actually... cause even if you aren't trans, sometimes a new personal development will occur within you, maybe good, maybe bad, and it changes you. Which may also change how you present yourself! ALSO, the fact that Heidr had a completely different hairstyle, a slightly different body type (actually. Looking at her art I think I just hallucinated that LMFAOO but in my mind's eye I like to imagine Seidr's body shape changes/puts on more weight over time 🫡). Like they look similar enough that, yeah, they're sisters! But to me, Different Enough that the plot twist with Heidr ABSOLUTELY got me. I did NOT fucking see that coming and it absolutely shook me up 😨 (BUT ALSO. MAYBE IT WAS OBVIOUS. I DON'T KNOW ACTUALLY. BECAUSE I CAN BE SUUUCH A GULLIBLE AUDIENCE MEMBER TOO LMFAOOOO)
LIKE. I did NOT make the connection that Lif was Alfonse until like halfway into the fuckinh plot like RIGHT before it was revealed. LIKE. I am SO TRUSTING and SO HEAD EMPTY sometimes for fucking real I thought "Oh...! He Does kind of look like Alfonse... that's really cute, considering he's his ancestor and all! :)" HSKSHKSHSJ........ my man........ 🧍
At very least. I knew from the start that Bruno was Zacharias. At very fucking least I had that going for me 🫡

Blushing in His Colours, Chapter 4
TITLE: Blushing in His Colours CHAPTER NO./ONE SHOT: Chapter 4 AUTHOR: fanficshiddles ORIGINAL IMAGINE: Imagine Loki being a Daddy Dom, his adores and loves his little, worships the ground she walks on. She has vaginismus, but he couldn’t be more supportive with her. RATING: M
It had been a few days since Loki’s discovery.
And he had a plan.
He’d tried a few different tactics over the last few days. The one that got him best results was when he asked Mia to hand him something in the lab, she did it instantly without question. He then let Good girl slip instead of a thank you. It had the desired effect, he thought her entire face was going to go up in flames. She was very giddy and flustered.
So she definitely has a praise kink. That he was certain of. She was a pleaser.
But his plan, he was putting into motion tonight. He’d asked her to another date night, but to wear her comfiest pyjamas. She was highly confused, but was pretty excited none the less.
He went to her room and knocked, smiling when he heard her rushing over to the door.
When she opened it, Loki was pleased to see she was in pyjamas already. They were Minnie Mouse pyjamas. She sheepishly looked down at herself. ‘Sorry… I don’t really have, uhm, sexy kind of Pyjamas.’
Loki smiled and picked up her hand, bringing it up to his lips he kissed the back of it. ‘You look beautiful, darling. Never apologise for wearing whatever you want to.’
There was that delightful blush that graced her cheeks, that he loved so much on her.
‘Are you ready?’ He asked with a grin.
She nodded. ‘I’m really intrigued to see what you’ve got planned.’
Loki was wearing comfortable clothing too. Leather trousers with a green Asgardian tunic type of top. But Mia always thought he looked amazing, he could probably wear a bin bag and still look handsome.
First stop was the kitchen, Loki had a mini buffet type of set up going on. But it was bowls of popcorn, nachos and chocolate. He grabbed a tray and put it all on, then motioned for Mia to follow him as he headed to the lifts.
Mia raised an eyebrow as she followed him. ‘Where are we going?’ She asked, getting into the lift with him.
He didn’t say anything, just grinned. They stopped a few floors down, Loki then led the way to the library. It all made sense when they entered.
Loki had borrowed Tony’s projector and had set up a film to play on the empty wall near the back of the library. He’d also taken lots of cushions and blankets for them to sit or lie down on and keep cosy. Some candles were lit, giving the room a lovely calming and romantic vibe.
‘Oh wow. Loki, this is amazing.’ Mia said excitedly.
‘I’m glad you think so. It took a lot of persuading to make sure the others would stay out of the way for the night.’ Loki said with a frown.
‘What kind of persuading?’ Mia asked, curious.
‘I had to say please to Stark.’ Loki cringed, making Mia burst out laughing.
‘Well, it certainly seems worth it.’ Mia grinned.
Loki and Mia got comfortable on the cushions, Loki used his Seidr to make them all into a bed type of shape with a bit at the back for them to lean against comfortably. He pulled a big blanket over the both them, he was absolutely delighted when she snuggled right in against his side.
‘What film are we watching?’ She asked when Loki used his Seidr to have the tray of food hover just on front of them, but not blocking the view, to save having to get a table over.
Loki didn’t reply, just grinned as he grabbed the remote and started the movie up. Mia was shocked when Frozen Two started.
‘Really? I didn’t think you would be a Disney fan? We can watch something you like.’ Mia suggested as she turned to face him more.
‘Not at all. I remember over hearing you speaking to Wanda about wanting to see it when it’s out.’ Loki smiled.
Mia then frowned. ‘It’s not even out in cinemas here yet. How did you… Wait, did you get Bruce to get it for you?’ She asked knowingly.
Loki’s grin grew even larger and he wiggled his eyebrows. ‘Perhaps… I have my ways. Now shhh, it’s starting.’ Loki put his arm around her and pulled her into him again.
She was secretly so delighted that he’d managed to get the film. She had been desperate to see it. And what could be better, snuggled up comfortably with Loki? Nothing could be better, that was for sure.
Mia was totally engrossed in the film, she almost missed her mouth a few times while eating. Eyes glued to the screen.
Loki couldn’t resist stroking her hair, letting his fingers slide through her locks. It was soothing for both of them. Perhaps too soothing for Mia, she could feel herself slipping into little space. Something she didn’t really want to do on front of Loki, not wanting to freak him out.
But it was difficult, he was pressing all the right buttons.
It became even worse for Mia when he ended up gently pulling her onto his lap. She blushed hard, but kept her eyes on the movie, leaning back against him as she curled up comfortably.
Loki slid his hand under her pyjama top and started stroking her back softly, she squirmed and giggled when he went too far round to her sides, making him smirk. ‘Ticklish?’ He grinned, pressing his lips to the top of her head.
She didn’t reply, just whined a little and shuffled slightly on his lap.
His touch against her back felt so heavenly, she was slipping hard. Loki noticed her take the tips of a bit of her hair into her mouth and he smiled. He hadn’t seen her do that before, but he had a feeling it was something she did in little space…
Once the film was finished, Loki didn’t let go of her. He never wanted to let go of her, actually. He kept stroking her back and nuzzling into her hair.
But Mia suddenly snapped out of it, realising how she was acting. She struggled to get off his lap, Loki reluctantly let her go.
‘I’m sorry… I…’
‘Whatever for?’ Loki frowned as she moved away from him and sat up on her knees, looking scared.
But she didn’t answer, just looked really scared still. So Loki decided to take a chance.
‘You’re a little, aren’t you?’
Her eyes widened at that, but he noticed her shoulders relax a tiny bit. ‘You… what? How did you…’
‘I will be completely honest here… I came across a Daddy Dom and little relationship online, after having… suspicions. And I felt that you just seemed to fit being a little. So I may have been trying to coax it out of you.’ He said a little sheepishly.
‘Wha… What? Why though? I mean… Are you…’
‘A Daddy?’ Loki finished for her.
She nodded, still keeping a little distance.
Loki smiled. ‘I had never thought about it before, but when I read up on it, I found myself really wanting to be your Daddy.’ He admitted. ‘I seem to fit some of the personality traits and it was very appealing, I must say. Even though I had never thought about it before.’
Mia put her face into her hands and rubbed her face a few times before looking at him again.
‘Are you serious? I mean… I didn’t expect… This.’
Loki reached out and took hold of her hands, so she couldn’t hide her face again.
‘All I am asking, is that you think about it. You are safe with me, Mia. If you want to go into little space with me, you can. And I would love to be able to look after and spoil you.’ He smiled and rubbed the back of her hands.
He was slightly confused as to why she still looked so worried.
‘Have I got this all wrong?’ He asked, frowning. It was his turn to be looking genuinely worried.
‘No… not at all… I… I want this more than anything. From the moment I met you I found you to be… Daddy material.’ She said quietly.
Loki let go of her hands and stroked her cheek gently.
‘So what’s got you so scared, pet?’ He asked quietly.
She looked down and started fiddling with the bottom of her pyjama top. ‘I uhm… There’s something else you should know before you decide if you do want to… Be with me. It wouldn’t be fair not telling you…’
‘What is it?’ He asked, tipping her chin up.
She took a deep breath before answering. ‘I’ve got vaginismus.’
Mia felt like time was stood still as she waited for Loki’s reaction. Expecting him to get up and walk out.
But to her surprise, there was no change in his facial expressions.
‘Why would that make me not want to be with you?’ Loki asked, confused as he took her hands again.
Now it was Mia’s turn to look confused. ‘Do… Do you know what it is?’
‘I do.’ Loki nodded. ‘It doesn’t change who you are, darling.’
Mia couldn’t help but let out a small sob, surprising Loki. ‘Hey, shhh. It’s ok, come here.’ He pulled her back onto his lap, so she was straddling him with her legs at either side of his thighs, into his embrace. He rocked her back and fore as she buried her face into his neck.
‘I’m sorry… I just… The last guy I dated couldn’t get away fast enough, thinking it was some kind of disease he could catch. And the guy before him who I had been seeing for a while, got fed up that he couldn’t… penetrate me. No matter how much we tried, it was like there was a literal road block down there.’ She said openly, leaning back slightly as Loki cradled the back of her head.
‘Well in that case they don’t deserve you. There is so much more to relationships than penetrative sex. SO much more.’ He wiped her tears off her cheeks with his thumbs and then cupped her face as he leaned in to press his forehead against hers.
‘Not that we would be jumping into anything sexually so soon, but if I may ask, have you been to the doctors about it?’
‘Yeah. It seems to be more psychological than anything else we’ve decided… I uhm, can get one finger in but it took a long time… and I have a small dildo that I try with but it takes a long time to use and I’ve only ever managed twice, often by the time I get to the stage where I might be able to take it, I’m too tired and just give up. It’s like I just can’t relax down there enough, even though I know it doesn’t hurt as such if I am properly ready. But I think I freaked myself out a bit last time I got it in, when I started moving it, it was a little sore and uncomfortable then I struggled getting the damn thing out and really panicked.’ She was blushing hard while explaining to Loki, but she wanted him to know exactly what he was getting into. Or more… what he wouldn’t be getting into, so to say.
‘Well that’s good you’ve made progress yourself, though. You can do it, it can happen, it just takes time… Mia, even if we could never have penetrative sex, that doesn’t change the way I feel about you. I don’t know in this early stage if anything will blossom between us, although I certainly hope it does, but I really want to try, darling.’
Mia felt like crying again in utter relief and happiness. But Loki could tell there was still something niggling.
‘Speak to me, sweetling.’ He whispered, smoothing a hand through her hair.
‘I just… I’ve never had a Daddy before. I’ve always dreamed and fantasised of having one and having kinky fun with him. Being able to just be taken against a wall or bent over the sofa and taken that way. But that can’t happen for me, I don’t even know if normal sex will ever be able to happen for me!’
‘Shhh, calm down. It’s ok.’ Loki soothed. ‘Well, there are ways to help your body accustom to penetration. And even once that happens, while you may never be able to have sudden-little-warning-sex, not many can without some foreplay, there are still ways to make fantasies come true.’ He purred, winking at her.
‘Really?’
‘Of course there is. But you know, there are millions of ways to have kinky fun, for the both of us, without the normal cock into vagina scenario, you know.’ He smirked, making her giggle.
‘Just don’t over think it, don’t worry about something that doesn’t necessarily even need to happen.’
‘But I do want it to happen!’ Mia said quickly.
Loki smiled and trailed his fingers down the side of her face. ‘I know you do. But it will take time, trust and a lot of patience. It won’t be something that can just happen overnight. But if you want that to be your end goal, we can work towards it. Slowly. But just have some fun, is the main thing.’
‘I have done sexual stuff before. And I do enjoy it all, so it’s not like I just don’t want to do anything like that. Because I do. So much.’ She was blushing again.
Loki chuckled and kissed her forehead. ‘Just because you have vaginismus doesn’t mean you can’t love other things to do with sex. Stop worrying.’
She leaned into him again and hid her face against his neck. He slid his hand up and down her back soothingly. ‘I get the feeling rule number one will be not to overthink this.’ He rumbled.
Mia shot back a bit, looking at him with wide eyes. ‘Rules?’ She squeaked.
‘Of course. Why, you didn’t think just because I am new to this you would get out of not having rules, did you?’ He smirked.
Mia’s mouth parted but nothing came out, making Loki chuckle.
‘You did!’ He smirked, sliding his hands under her top and tickling over her back.
She squealed and tried to move away from the tickling but that just made her move closer into Loki’s body, thus trapping her as his fingers tickled down her sides, making her laugh as she squirmed to try and get away.
He stopped and just held her against him, his chin on top of her head. ‘There will be consequences if you break a rule, sweetheart. But we can go over rules another day, once you’ve had time to think it all through.’ He kissed the top of her head as he felt her relaxing into him completely.
Loki had a feeling she wasn’t going to need time to think anything through.
Or he certainly hoped not anyway.

You were saying, little mortal?
Title :You were saying, little mortal?
CHAPTER NO.: 2/?
AUTHOR: Solaramoonset
ORIGINAL IMAGINE: Imagine being a passive superhero fan. You’ve read a few comics, you’ve seen most of Marvel’s movies. One day on your way to work, you get pulled over and arrested. The police don’t explain why, only demanding you keep quiet. You’re taken to an abandon looking warehouse. Roughly you’re tossed into a makeshift cell. Really its just an office someone empty and replaced the normal door with a metal one. You don’t expect the voice behind you.
“So kid what are you in for?”
Its Robert Downey jr, sort of. Something is off and he seems confused to be called by that name. You hear a scuffle outside your shared cell. The door bursts open and in walks Tom Hiddleston as Loki. Although something is off about him too. You soon find all the “Avengers” actors there. You don’t know whats going on but the longer you are around them the more crazy you feel. They don’t seem to know their actor names, and you can’t find any cameras around. Its like for them this is real.
They decide to take you back with them (clearly thinking something is wrong with you). You find yourself sitting next to Loki. Having enough of this craziness you go on a rant, expecting you are ranting to Tom Hiddleston. Loki lets you say your bit, seemingly amused by you, before holding up his hand and bringing forth just enough seidr to glow and flow around his hand. “You were saying, little mortal?”

Enid woke to gentle sway and the feel of being in someone’s arms. She groaned and looked up at a chiseled jaw, bright blue eyes and cropped blond hair. “You name isn’t Chris Evans, is it?” she muttered.
“Sorry Ma'am, I’m Steve Rogers.” he gave her a gentle smile.
“Please tell me buried under that boy scout and apple pie – ness there’s a troll hiding.” she pleaded as she looked round.
“Oh he’s hiding a troll alright but its hell to get him to show it. You know all that proper 40s manners and what not.” Gregory popped his head up.
“I have no idea what you two are saying.” there was a slight pink tint to Steve’s cheeks.
“Where are we going, by the way and why are you carrying me?” Enid smirked at Steve’s redden cheeks.
“Medical, you were in no state to walk Ma'am.”
“Spangles is right. You were out for fourteen hours give or take. You kinda gave me a scare, E. I told them everything. And maybe it’s time I tell you as well.” Gregory rubbed the back of his neck.
“Everything? What don’t I know? And as nice as this is, I think you can put me down … And don’t call me Ma'am, Steve. I’m Enid.” Gently Steve set her down. Enid took one step before her leg buckled under her. She was swept up in Steve’s arms again before she could hit the floor.
“E, you just traveled through the multi-verse. No one from your world has ever done that before, and for some odd reason, humans from that earth have a gene not present on any other Earth. I’m not entirely sure what bringing you here is going to do to you. Please, my lovely office empress, do this humble engine a favor and let spangles carry you to medical.” Gregory hovered near-by. A Snort sounded at Gregory’s ‘humble’ comment.
“Multi-verse?” Enid rubbed her temple, she could feel a head-ache coming on.
“Yep. Welcome to the MCU… well, one of the off shoots at any rate.”Steve had begun waking again.
“You don;t mind if I get a second opinion on that do you?” Enid asked softly.
“By all means do your own investigating but I think I’ve won our little bet.” Gregory smirked at her.
“Bet?” Steve asked as they turned into medical. A nurse rushed over.
“We used to discuss the marvel movies. Particularly the ones that got remade or rebooted. We debated the multi-verse theory so many times we decided to make a little bet. Gregory’s bet was that all the movies were true, just different Earths. My bet was lazy writing and trying to win back fan interest. If he won, Gregory wanted a kiss. If I won, he’d buy lunch for a week.”
“Wouldn’t that be considered cheating, since he already knew the answer?”
“Maybe, but I’ll allow it in our wager. You see Steve, the thing he failed to add was the who, where, and when. IT was implied that f he won I would be the one to kiss him, but it was never stated.” Enid smiled over a nurse’s shoulder.
“Dammit! How could I forget how easily you find loop holes? You should have been a bloody lawyer!” Gregory threw himself in a chair close to Enid. She laughed, as Steve looked back and forth between them.
XOXOXOX
Thor and Loki discreetly followed Steve, Gregory and the woman from the other Earth. Enid, Loki corrected himself. Thor snickered at the loop hole comment. He leaned close to Loki.
“Looks like there’s someone who likes to play your games brother. She is something special, after all it isn’t every day you choose to sit with someone new. Or follow them.” While Thor’s normal voice boomed, when he wanted he could whisper. Loki knew this whisper was meant as a tease.
“Perhaps brother, I simply wanted to see such blind adoration in her eyes again. When we met, it was like all her dreams had come true and were standing right before her. She did not fear me, or distrust me. I don’t think any one has ever been that happy just to meet me.” His last comment was muttered under his breath. He doubted Thor would have heard it.
“Be careful Loki, she may not have been seeing you, but this Thom Hiddstone instead. Gregory seems particularly attached to her. He will not make it easy for you to get close to her. If you have need of me, call.” Thor clapped Loki’s shoulder, exiting before they were discovered. Loki stood in the doorway until a nurse shooed him, Steve, and Gregory away.
XOXOXOX
“Am I to understand, you had Gregory Stark, alone on another world, a world I might add that didn’t have enhanced, mutants, or even super heroes, and you still lost him?” Sin’s voice was low and calm, echoing through the room. The demeanor of the men around the room changed drastically at the lack of tone. Nerves tics, began appearing.
“Sir, the avengers found us-”
“Not because you had Gregory but because you had capture Tony Stark and they had come to free him, If this report is true. Had you taken the elder Stark to another location, Gregory would be in our hands. Tell me gentlemen, do you have anything of value after this monumental disaster?” Her voice grew cold. The men knew they were about to die. Sin had a reputation that rivaled Red Skull’s.
“There was a girl with Gregory when we captured him. When the Avengers took Gregory back to their Earth, they took the girl too. She may be his weakness.”
“You are grasping at straws. I gave you a simple task, and you have failed me, failed HYDRA. My father, would not have tolerated failure, and neither will I.” Faster than anyone could register, Sin had a gun up. Six shots went into the leaders of the failed mission. One eyebrow rose and she looked around at the remaining men.
“Hail HYDRA!” Echoed around the room. Sin smirked. Her father, Red Skull, had been a merciless taskmaster and teacher. She had learned much from him.

A wicked idea, One shot
Thank you for the prompt! I really hope you like it. :-)
xmischief-ladyx said:
Hi Ok so I had an idea and why not submit it to you as a prompt maybe you will try it (I am sorry for my bad English) Loki wants to trick his brother who’s in love with a girl but is too shy to admit his feelings with a spell. He makes a sort of potion that will give her the ability to hear Thor’s thoughts and spill it into a drink. But something went wrong and when she drinks the potion she can hear Loki’s really naughty thoughts about her during all the party and the night that follow thanks
Loki scoffed as he watched Thor stumbling over his own words while he tried to speak to a girl that he was in love with. It was ridiculous, the bumbling idiot couldn’t even say his own name in her presence.
It didn’t help that Loki also had a crush on the same girl. Not that he would ever admit it to anyone, not like Thor admitted to his friends one night while drinking, and Loki had overheard.
But seeing him making a fool of himself on front of the girl, gave Loki an idea.
A wicked idea.
There was a big party a few days later. Loki busied himself up until the party, putting his plan into action. He went over the ingredients for the potion repeatedly, making sure it was right. He couldn’t afford to mess up, after all.
Adding the last of the ingredients he needed, and seeping some of his Seidr into the potion, he then made his way to the Grand hall. He disguised himself as a waiter, so he was able to sneak into the kitchen without looking odd.
He slipped the potion into a glass of wine and put a spell over it, making sure that the girl, Adeline, would be drawn to that glass. And only her lips could touch it.
Then he slinked out of the kitchens and turned back into himself, in all of his glory.
The party started and went well, as all Asgardian parties did. Adeline was enjoying it with her friends, already slightly tipsy from the wine they’d been drinking.
Her friends all giggled when Thor came over to try and ask for her hand to dance. But he couldn’t get the words out and instead made a fool of himself by tripping up over his cape. He turned and ducked away as quickly as possible, mortified.
‘I think he likes you.’ He friend whispered.
‘Maybe. But I don’t have eyes for him.’ She shrugged, glancing around the room her eyes landed upon Loki. Now him, she did have eyes for.
He happened to be looking at her, their eyes clicked for a moment and then he gave her a curt nod. She smiled shyly back at him then went to get another drink.
Yes. That’s it. Loki thought as he watched her pick up the tainted wine.
To his surprise, she drank it rather quickly so she could dance with her friends again. Loki forgot momentarily about his plan, his eyes drawn to her body while she moved.
By Odin’s beard, I would love to see what’s under that dress.
Adeline paused, confused she looked around, wondering what the voice she heard was. It sounded like Loki, but he was across the hall from her.
She shrugged it off and started dancing again, gracefully twirling around.
I bet those hips move delightful in the bedroom. I’m sure I could have her dancing beautifully on the tip of my tongue.
This time, Adeline knew it was Loki. There was no mistaking that voice. She looked over and saw him staring at her intently. Like he wanted to devour her. But she didn’t understand why she was hearing his thoughts. Did he know that she could?
Ohh what I would do to her given half the chance. I could show her a good night, unlike my idiot brother. I bet he wouldn’t even know what to do with a woman as beautiful as her. Loki licked his lips, unknowing that she could hear his every thought.
She blushed hard at what he was thinking. She had to avert her eyes, unable to look at him for any longer. She suddenly felt very flushed, but her friends kept her dancing.
Those luscious lips would look wonderful wrapped around my cock. While on her knees, where she belongs.
Adeline gasped at that and stumbled to the side, almost falling into someone. She quickly apologised. They just tutted at her, thinking she had too much to drink.
The girl fanned herself and excused herself from her friends. But as she crossed the dancefloor, a male Asgardian caught her elbow.
‘May I have this dance?’ He asked politely with a bow.
‘Oh… Uhm, sure.’ She nodded, knowing it was rude to decline.
When the man took her hand onto the dancefloor and slipped a hand around her back, all Adeline could hear was a deep, sultry growl in her mind that made her tremble and squeeze her thighs together. Loki was jealous.
‘I’m so sorry… I feel ill, suddenly. Please, excuse me.’ She said quickly to the man, then she moved as fast as possible away and out onto the balcony.
The fresh air helped cool her burning cheeks down. She thought she was alone, and she would have thought that for longer if it wasn’t for her being able to hear a certain mischievous Gods, thoughts.
Mmm, the little doe is all alone. Time for the snake to strike.
She let out a gasp and turned around, faced with Loki. He was a little stunned that she turned around so soon, but he didn’t let that affect him. He moved closer to her, until her back was pressed firmly against that bannister, the only thing stopping her from tumbling over the edge.
‘P… Prince… Prince Loki.’ She stuttered out, curtseying to him.
‘Good evening, Adeline. Enjoying the party?’ He purred, his voice so sinful.
‘Yes. Thank you.’ She said quickly, nodding.
‘You seem awfully flushed. Is everything alright, dear?’ He asked, half genuinely concerned, half just wanting to seduce her.
‘I… Yes, thanks. I’m fine.’ She nervously ran her hands down her dress, trying to straighten it out more. But she couldn’t hide from his gaze that flitted down and back up her body.
I wish I could just bury my face into those delightful boosoms.
Loki wasn’t sure what to think of her sudden intake of breath, or the way she put her hand over her chest that suddenly flushed just as red as her cheeks were.
‘May I have a dance?’ Loki asked, bowing politely and holding his hand out.
Adeline knew there was no way she could deny a Prince. So saying nothing, she nodded and took his hand.
But Loki didn’t take her back inside, oh no. He slipped a hand around her back on the balcony, the door open enough for the music still to be heard. He had a constant grin on his lips as he led the way into the dance and she followed gracefully.
She moves so wonderfully. Thor would most definitely not be a good match for something so graceful. She’s so delicate too, he would break the poor thing. No, she needs to be treated delicately… at first.
Loki thought nothing of her trembling body, thinking it was just being in his presence. He hadn’t failed to notice the odd glances in his direction she gave.
Shy little thing she is. But the shy ones are always the most fun. I wonder if she would enjoy being tied up and spanked…
That thought had Adeline backing away suddenly like she had been electrocuted. ‘Oh my!’ She gasped out, and put her hand over her mouth.
Loki raised an eyebrow at her, confused. ‘What’s the matter, dear?’
‘I…’ She gulped and decided the best direction would be just to tell him the truth. He would know if she was lying, after all. ‘I can hear your thoughts.’ She said quickly, hand covering her mouth again.
Loki opened his mouth as if to speak, then closed it again.
You can hear me right now?
She nodded, eyes wide.
‘Ah. I perhaps did slip you a potion that was supposed to reveal my oaf of a brother’s thoughts to you, I thought it would be a light bit of humour. Make an even bigger of a fool of him. But it seems, I must have put in my own hair instead.’ He said, but his confidence still did not falter. In fact, he then took a few large, intimidating, steps towards her until her back was against the wall, near the door.
He slipped an arm around her and pulled her flush against his front. Her hands flew to his metal and leather clad chest as she gazed up at him, her eyes full of wonder and uncertainty.
Loki leaned down slightly, his lips just brushed lightly across hers. ‘And what does the little doe think of my thoughts? Hmm? Do they excite you?’
She could feel his breath across her lips, that excited her just as much as what he’d been thinking all night.
After swallowing, she nodded. Not trusting her voice to work.
Loki chuckled darkly and purred, he skipped past her lips and pressed a kiss upon her neck, his tongue flicking out to taste her. At the same time, he pulled her firmly against him as he moved his hips forward, grinding his very large and noticeable bulge against her front, that made her whimper.
Yes, that is for you, darling. But the question is… Do you want it? Can you take it? She loved the sound of his voice right in her mind, it made everything feel more intimate, arousing her greatly.
Instead of answering him with words, she did one simple thing.
She sank down to her knees.

I’m still breathing, Chapter 45
Over the months, Loki became really fond of their new companion. He loved her as much as Sophie did.
Sophie often found Serenity on Loki’s shoulder while he was doing day to day things, such as working in the lab or cooking food. The sight always melted her heart.
Loki wasn’t the only one who was very fond of her. She became The Avengers mascot. Appearing with them at a few press releases, usually draped around Sophie or Loki’s shoulder. She became very popular with the public, like a good luck charm. People always asked to pet her, which was obliged because she was a very friendly cat.
At the last press conference after a mission, Loki felt that bad shiver down his spine again like the time at the cinema. His eyes roamed over the crowd and he spotted four hooded figures at the back of the crowd. But being spotted, they quickly darted away.
‘Are you alright, Loks? You seem edgy.’ Clint asked when the team all returned with an Indian buffet for dinner.
‘I can’t shake a bad feeling I have… At the cinema a few months ago, and today at the press conference, I’ve seen four hooded figures. Can’t make out their faces, and both times they’ve rushed away.’ He said while opening the Indian containers and placing them out in the middle of the table.
‘Maybe they’re fans but not wanting to be seen.’ Bruce suggested.
‘Perhaps.’ Loki sighed.
Sophie sat down next to him and put her hand on his thigh. ‘This is really getting to you, isn’t it?’ She asked quietly while everyone else started loading food onto their plate.
‘Don’t worry, love. I am probably just being over paranoid.’ He smiled, covering her hand with his he gave her a squeeze.
‘Sometimes you need to trust your instinct. If you feel there’s something not right, maybe we should speak to Fury.’ Sophie didn’t want Loki to think that she wouldn’t take him seriously. But that was twice now he’d felt something wasn’t right.
‘Maybe.’ Loki hummed.
After dinner, Sophie took Loki aside to speak to him privately.
‘Do you want to go speak to Fury?’
‘I don’t know. Maybe I am being over paranoid.’ Loki sighed and slid his arms around her waist.
‘If it’s bothering you though, you should do something about it. You always tell me to go with my instincts.’
‘I know… I’ll speak to him in the morning, see if we can go over the footage from the press conference. Maybe the cameras caught something.’ Loki leaned down and kissed her softly.
In the middle of the night, Loki woke up with a cry from a nightmare. He was sweaty, shaking and terrified. Sophie turned on the lamp quickly and put her arms around him.
‘Loki! It’s ok, it’s ok! It was a nightmare, you’re safe.’ She said and pulled his head against her chest.
He put his arms around her, his breathing heavy and shaky while he tried to calm down. Sophie could feel his entire body shaking so badly.
‘Shhh, shhh.’ Sophie stroked his hair, to try and help soothe him. Once he had calmed down, she went to get something to drink from the kitchen, on her return they both sat up against the headboard to talk.
‘What was it?’
‘Thanos.’ Loki whispered.
Sophie frowned. ‘He can’t hurt you anymore, Loki. He’s dead.’
‘I know… but there are others.’ He whispered, looking Sophie in the eye.
She could see how terrified he was again. Between the nightmare and the hooded figures he saw, he was certainly on edge.
‘Is this because of the hooded group?’ Sophie rubbed his arm.
He nodded.
Serenity jumped up onto the bed using her mini stairs that Loki made for her, since she wasn’t quite fully grown yet she struggled to jump up from the floor, but she was getting there. She started purring as she walked up between the two and rubbed against them both in turn, then she crawled onto Loki’s lap and curled up while still purring away happily.
Loki let out a breath and petted her softly. She was always comforting, just like Sophie was.
‘Thanos has many followers. But the ones I am… concerned, about… are known as The Black Order. Four of his closest followers. Corvus Glaive, Proxima Midnight, Black Dwarf and Ebony Maw.’ Loki’s jaw clenched as he thought back to when he had met them.
‘What stupid names.’ Sophie scoffed, making Loki smirk. ‘Well, if it is them that are stalking us, we will kick their ass. They can’t be more powerful than Thanos, surely?’
Loki loved her optimism, he reached out to stroke her hair behind her ear. ‘Not singularly. But together they are a rather formidable force. I hope it is just my mind playing tricks on me, but I shall speak to Fury first thing in the morning.’
‘It’ll be ok.’ Sophie smiled.
‘I certainly hope so.’
The next morning, Loki and Sophie were up early. They grabbed something to eat for breakfast then went to see Fury.
‘Pinch me I must be dreaming.’ The director said when the two entered the room. ‘Never thought you two would be coming to me.’
Loki rolled his eyes. ‘That, and much more, can be arranged.’ He growled. He still wasn’t entirely keen on the man.
‘What can I do for you?’ Fury perched on the table in the middle of the room.
Sophie and Loki shared a look with one another. Then Loki spoke. ‘We’d like to go over all footage, including security cameras from the press conference yesterday.’
‘Why?’
‘I have reason to believe that some of Thanos’ minions are stalking me.’ He said, squeezing Sophie’s hand.
Fury’s eye narrowed. ‘What makes you believe that? Who are these minions?’
‘The Black Order. Four powerful beings. A month or so ago, I saw four suspicious hooded figures at the cinema. The same again yesterday at the conference. I am… gravely concerned.’
Fury sighed. ‘I can’t do anything for you just feeling edgy around some punk ass kids. No doubt fans that don’t want to show their face!’ Fury said, pissed off. He stood up and stormed to the door.
‘Director, come on. You said yourself, it’s unlikely we would come to you for help. Loki wouldn’t just make up something like this if he wasn’t genuinely worried. Can’t we at least go over the footage?’ Sophie begged.
‘What good would it do?’ He folded his arms over his chest.
‘It would make me feel better to view it all.’ Loki snarled, trying to keep his cool.
‘Loki has helped you out so fucking much. The least you can do is help us out!’ Sophie snapped.
Fury pinched the bridge of his nose. ‘Alright. Fine. I will send the tapes through to Starks computer for you to view.’ He grumbled.
‘Thanks.’ Loki muttered as he and Sophie passed by him to leave.
On returning to base, they went straight to find Stark. He was in the lab with everyone else huddled around the computer.
‘Come on kids. We have the footage over from Fury. What is it we are looking for, exactly?’ Tony asked as he pressed play.
‘Anything suspicious. Hooded figures.’ Loki muttered, barging through the group with Sophie so they had the best view.
The footage played through the whole conference and there was no sign of any hooded figures or suspicious people.
‘This can’t be right. They were right there!’ Loki rewound the footage over and over, looking directly at where he’d seen them but there was nothing there.
‘Loks, maybe you need to take a break. Perhaps your mind is just playing tricks on you.’ Steve said, patting his shoulder.
Loki shrugged him off with a glare. ‘Do not patronise me, I am not going crazy. I know what I saw.’ He hissed.
‘No one has had access to these, there is no way it has been fiddled with.’ Said Bruce, feeling slightly sorry for the God. Even though he didn’t entirely believe him.
Loki was furious. He stormed off in a rage, blasting a hole in the wall with his Seidr instead of using the door.
‘FUCK SAKE, LOKI! YOU’RE PAYING FOR THAT!’ Stark shouted after him angrily. He then looked at Sophie. ‘Keep your boyfriend under control before he does something stupid!’
‘Maybe you lot should treat him like a proper team member instead of taking the piss! Why would he lie about something like this? You can be such assholes!’ She spat angrily at Stark especially, then she rushed off after Loki.
Sophie found him in the library after searching high and low, he was sulking on the chair by the window. She went over and plopped herself on his lap and slipped her arms around his neck. She leaned in and kissed his jaw.
‘I believe you, love. We will get to the bottom of it. I promise.’
Loki smiled half-heartedly. ‘Thank you, darling. You’re the only one who does believe me by the looks of it.’ He sighed.
‘Not the only one.’ Said a voice.
The couple looked up to see Clint, Natasha and Wanda walking in, with Clint’s iPad.
‘I stole the footage onto here, to take a better look. It looked slightly, distorted here.’ Clint leaned down by them and pointed directly at the place where Loki saw the figures.
‘That is where I saw them.’ Loki frowned. ‘Someone has tampered with this!’
‘I don’t think so.’ Wanda said. ‘Clint came to me with it. I’ve seen it before with certain magic or energy. It can be used to shroud ones view from cameras or certain people if the wielder of said magic is strong enough.’
‘Of course. I’ve been so stupid. They will be wanting only me to see them. They wouldn’t expose themselves to the cameras.’ Loki’s face lit up, he was relieved that he wasn’t alone in this.
‘So… What do we do to find them?’ Clint asked.
‘You want to help?’ Loki looked at them, slightly shocked.
‘Of course. We’re all a team. One person’s troubles is all of our troubles.’ Natasha said, putting her hand on Loki’s shoulder.
He looked to Sophie and smiled, then back up at the three. ‘Thank you. I appreciate it. But there won’t be an easy way to lure them out. They are obviously plotting something, but what, I am not sure… I think we need to up security and train harder.’
‘Well, let’s get started then.’ Said Clint, rolling his shoulders with a grin.

I'm still breathing, Chapter 45
TITLE: I’m still breathing CHAPTER NO./ONE SHOT: Chapter 45 AUTHOR: fanficshiddles ORIGINAL IMAGINE: Imagine a mutant has been living on the streets for years, until she is picked up by the Avengers. She’s taken to live with them so they can help her to discover what her powers are. Loki especially, takes an interest in her. The two become very fond of one another as they discover what her power is. RATING: M

Soulbonds and Fairy Dust
TITLE: Soulbonds and Fairy Dust CHAPTER NO./ONE SHOT: 5/? AUTHOR: nekoamamori ORIGINAL IMAGINE: Imagine one of the fae has been helping the Avengers, jumping in to help them on missions and vanishing before Shield can bring her in.  Loki joins the team and convinces her to come talk to the team and consider joining before Shield takes more drastic measures. RATING: T (so far)  NOTES/WARNINGS: Also on AO3 here
Loki’s scarlet eyes widened in shock and horror as he tried and failed to bring his Asgardian form back.  He couldn’t while you had him in your control, even just this tiny piece of control, this tiny semblance of what you could do with his truename. His expression turned hard when he realized that he couldn’t bring his illusion back. “Sigyn, enough!” He snapped at you, snarling in rage at what you’d done.
You snapped your mouth shut and looked down, cringing from his anger.  You’d been expecting it, but were still frightened by the angry male.  “I’m sorry,” you said softly, talking to your lap, refusing to look up at him.  “I release you,” you added to be safe.  “Your illusion will be back in a minute…” you added softly and hated that you could hear the fear in your voice.
He turned away from you, turning his back to try to hide his true form until the illusion reappeared.
As if he were ashamed of his beautiful sapphire skin and the raised runic markings, of his beautiful scarlet eyes.
This was Loki just as much as his Asgardian illusion was.
“There’s no need to hide,” you told him just as softly, daring to look up at him while he focused on getting his illusion back.
He turned back to you as soon as he was looking Asgardian again.  He was still glaring and you shrank back from him. “There is a reason I hide behind illusions, Lady,” he told you firmly, anger in his voice and tone.  The way he said it, you knew that was all he was going to say on the matter.
You nodded and looked back down at your lap.  “Sorry,” you said again.  “You needed to understand the power of names and this was the easiest way to show you…” your voice was soft and afraid.  And you hated how fearful your words were.
He sighed and properly looked at you and realized he didn’t want to lose his best friend again, especially when he’d just gotten you back again. He took a deep breath, another, before he spoke again. “It’s alright.  I was just surprised.  I did not expect anyone to be able to break my illusion…” he gave you an expectant look to explain yourself.
You nodded and relaxed slightly, looking up at him again. “It’s part of the power of true-naming.  If a fae with sufficient power knows a being’s true name they can control at least aspects of that being, or completely control them.  Names are dangerous.  True-naming is a rare skill among the fae, so you don’t have to worry, I’m one of the very few who can do it, and none can do it like I can. But that is only a touch of what a fae can do with a being’s real name, ergo why real names aren’t used,” you explained, thought you weren’t sure your explanation was clear.  You were still speaking softly, cautiously, bordering on afraid.  You may have known this man when you were both children, but that was centuries ago and you only barely remembered pieces of it. You really needed to take the time to undo the blocks on your memories.
Loki nodded along in understanding.  “Then I can live with a nickname. I actually like Lokes,” he gave you a reassuring smile.
“You can pick a different one if you’d like,” you told him quickly.  “I just needed one quickly for the outing. I know how it feels to be stuck with a term of address you don’t care for…”
Loki gave you a real smile and shook his head.  “Lokes is fine.  Like I said, I actually like it, especially coming from my old friend.  I’m just not used to having a…kind… nickname.  Thor’s moronic friends weren’t kind with their nicknames and Stark is… well Stark. You nodded. You’d gotten the impression already that Loki and Stark hated each other.  And that was enough to make you wary of Stark. “Is there anything else you wish to share?” Loki asked you gently, wanting more information, but not wanting to pressure you.
You hesitated, unsure what else he would want or need to know.  “Sorry, I’m not used to anyone taking an interest. Anything else you wanted to know in particular?” You asked in reply.
“How long have you been fae?” He asked and you saw the curiosity in his eyes.  He was always desperate to be able to find out answers to any mystery that he came across.  Some things never changed.
You had to think that over.  “Well, I’m not entirely fae, but I’ve been like this,” you indicated your pointed ears, tri-colored eyes, and sidhe red hair “Since shortly after they took me.  800 or so years ago?  You seem to remember when that was better than I do at the moment…” You’d had the physical appearance of a 6 year old by Midgardian standards when you’d been taken.  And Loki was older than you by fifty years, you remembered.  Aging among the Asgardians happened in spikes of aging followed by long plateaus. You’d been around 200 when you were taken.
Loki nodded, thinking over your words.  “The whole kingdom was in an uproar when you vanished. Since you were so close to the princes of Asgard, Mother and the Allfather sent out the palace guards to search for you. They searched for at least a decade with no leads. I’m sorry, Sigyn…” he said softly, his eyes and and tone full of centuries of old sorrow.
“They wanted you,” you told him softly, your eyes haunted with old memories “or Hammer-brain, but you were more fae like,”
His eyebrows furrowed in confusion. “Why me? What could I have possibly offered them?” He asked you.  “I was only a child too…”
“An alliance between the fae and Asgard?” You suggested with a shrug.  “They didn’t tell me much of their dastardly plans. They were so angry when they realized I wasn’t a princess…” you told him, remembering.  Those memories you hadn’t been able to block out.
“You were basically royalty, just not officially. I doubt that Mother or the Allfather would have given into the fae even if they had taken me. Especially the Allfather,” you noted that he didn’t call Odin ‘father’ anymore and you wondered what happened to cause the rift.
“They didn’t think Hammer-brain would take to the magic or transition.  We already had magic, since your mother was teaching us. Like I said, they didn’t exactly share their plans with me;  I’ve only put together a few bits and pieces over the years…” you explained as best you could.
He nodded, accepting your story.  “I’ll have to let mother know. It could be important. Do you know why the fae wish for an alliance with Asgard?”
“The Asgardians are one of the long-lived races.  And the seidr is compatible with fae magic.  The fae aren’t… dying out necessarily, but they aren’t having children and the children they are having are with the Midgardians, since the Allfather won’t let them into his realm and it’s hard for them to get into the realms with the other long-lived races as well. The children with the Midgardians aren’t immortal and their magic is weak at best. They think the chances will be better to strengthen both the fae and the Asgardians with an alliance,” you spoke quickly, trying to get all the ideas you’d been able to gather out of your mouth in a coherent thought.
Somehow, Loki kept up, nodding along in understanding.  “I’m so sorry about what happened to you. It should not have.  I wish…I wish we had done a better job protecting you.  You were ours to defend, and we failed you,”
“Lokes, we were children!  It wasn’t your fault. We were just kids. And I’ve made it out of Underhill now…” you tried to reassure him.  All you wanted to do was cross the distance between you and pull him into a hug, but you knew instinctively that he wouldn’t appreciate it.
“I know. I just wish I could have done more to help you. Or at least let them take me over you!” He sounded so frustrated and helpless and you knew he’d been chewing himself out over it for centuries.
“No, Loki,” you had a slight hesitation over using his name, but customs were different here and you’d seen how he didn’t care for nicknames.  “You would have fared worse there than I did, and I would not have wished that on anyone,”
“What exactly happened to you in Underhill?” His voice was full of heartbreak.
“A lot of awful things. The fae are not kind to those who aren’t fae.  It’s only possible to gain power there by having powerful friends or being strong enough or beautiful enough to gain power other ways.  So even though I was part of the seelie court, it wasn’t safe. I told you that no one goes by their real names, everyone has monickers.  Mine was ‘mongrel’.  So believe me when I say that you would have fared worse, Prince,” you told him.  His title also counted as a nickname in your book and wouldn’t offend him.
His expression still looked haunted, but he nodded. “My brother and I, along with this team, will do all we can to keep you safe. You have my word, Sigyn,” he told you firmly. He sounded determined to keep you safe this time.
You gave him a small, warm smile.  “I’m not exactly helpless,” you reminded him with a smirk.
He grinned back at you.  “I’m aware. You were trained by my mother. It would be an insult to her if I said you did not have the power to defend yourself,”
You giggled.  It was a sound you hadn’t heard yourself make in centuries and was wonderful and melodic.  “And no one would dare insult Mama Frigga,” you agreed, her old form of address falling off your tongue automatically and it sounded perfect and like it was still correct.
His smile widened to a true smile, a smile you remembered on a much younger Loki.  “Very true,” he agreed warmly and you recognized the expression he wore when he thought of his beloved Mama.
You couldn’t help jumping with Jarvis announced that dinner was ready.  You glared up in the direction that the voice seemed to be coming from while Loki chuckled.  “I am not much of a fan of the computer myself. Primitive technology,” he scoffed.
You raised and eyebrow at him.  “You haven’t upgraded it yet?” You asked as you stood from your bed.  Dinner sounded like an excellent idea.  You had also come up with at least three different upgrades to do on the stupid primitive technology without even seeing it.
Loki shook his head.  “Stark is very protective of his technology. I tried upgrading it when I first arrived but Stark seemed to be prepared for that and has banned me from his lab,” Loki whined.
You giggled and gave him a mischievous smirk.  “Maybe I’ll do it instead,“
He returned your smirk and it felt like old times.  “Be my guest,”
“We should probably get to dinner before Hammer-brain eats everything,” you reminded Loki. Your magic shimmered purple around you for a moment and you were in a forest green floor length gown with a golden belt that looked gorgeous with your coloring.  Loki gave you a look you couldn’t quite identify.  “What? do people not dress for dinner around here or something?” You asked at his expression.  It seemed almost longing?  Delighted?  Impressed by your looks maybe?
“Not usually. People are much more casual nowadays.  Well, at least on Midgard. Asgard still has their feasts every evening,” he clarified.
You sighed, missing the court dinners you were used to and let your clothes shimmer back to the baggy second hand clothes you’d been wearing earlier. "Shall we, then?” You asked him softly and started to leave your room to head back to the main floor where you assumed dinner lived.
Loki held out his arm for you to take.  “Will you allow me to escort you to dinner, old friend?” He asked with a kind smile.  He was so relieved to have you back in his life after so long.
You smiled and took his arm, placing your hand lightly on his sleeve and gave him a warm smile.  “The honor is mine, prince,” you replied just as kindly. It seemed so comfortable with Loki and you were finally starting to feel like this could be home.
Until you stepped out of your room.  “Brother! You cannot monopolize the affections of our old friend!” Thor boomed in his usual jovial way.  Your hand tightened on Loki’s arm and you sidled closer automatically. You were getting comfortable with Loki, but you were still shy and skittish around the others and Thor surprised you with how loud he was.
Loki glared at his brother. “Quiet, you oaf. You don’t need to yell when I’m standing right here,” he grumbled and rolled his eyes.
Thor ignored Loki’s glare as per usual.  “My point remains that you cannot monopolize our Lady Sigyn’s affections,” he said and took your free hand to kiss your knuckled.
You saw Loki’s glare hardened and he tensed up at Thor’s teasing.  You squeezed Loki’s arm reassuringly and huffed in annoyance at Thor.  “Can’t you stop antagonizing your brother for five minutes, hammer-brain?” You asked, rolling your eyes.  He huffed at the nickname.  "Healing stab wounds is such a pain,” you whined at Loki, easing his tension with your joking and teasing.  Just like old times indeed.
Loki chuckled.  “Very true,” he agreed, the threat to his brother clear.
“Some things have not changed it seems,” Thor told you warmly and walked down to dinner with you.  The rest of the team was already sitting around the dining room table and your hand tightened on Loki’s arm again, shy and skittish of all the people.
Loki shifted his position slightly, drawing you slower reassuringly. /I’m right by your side, Little Sigyn.  You’re safe/ he reminded you telepathically.
/They don’t like you either/ you reminded him as Loki pulled out your chair for you and seated you at the table.  You smiled at him, acknowledging his courtesy.
The team went around the table giving introductions.  When they were finished, they looked at you expectantly.  You hesitated and thought over what to tell them, unsure how far to trust these people.  Just because Thor liked them didn’t mean anything.  Thor liked everyone.  Finally you settled on the truth.  “I’m Sigyn, lady of Asgard and lady of the seelie court of the fae,” you told them softly.  They all seemed surprised to learn you were of Asgard and Thor told them how he and Loki knew you as children before the fae stole you.
/Darling, are you there?/ Frigga asked her son while you were all eating dinner.
His eyes unfocused as he concentrated on answering her. /I’m here, Mother. Is something wrong?/
/I’ve been trying to find Sigyn’s family…/ she started, sorrow in her tone. Loki dreaded the information, but waited for her to continue. /Her father died in the battle on Alfheim shortly after she went missing.  Freya… Freya died of the heartbreak of losing her daughter and husband in such a short time.  I’m sorry, darling, but we’re the closest thing to family she has left…/ Frigga was clearly upset at the news and at having to tell Loki.
Loki’s eyebrows furrowed as he thought over what she said, his heart breaking for you and knowing he would have to tell you before you returned to Asgard. /What does this mean for her?/
/What do you mean, darling?/
/I mean, does this make her a princess of Asgard? Should we return home? What does the Allfather think?/
/No, she is not a princess. I simply meant that we are probably the only ones she has a chance to remember as her parents are lost to us and she was their firstborn.  She retains her title as a duchess. There is no need for you to return home until you are ready to do so/ she paused, wondering why her son was always so suspicious of his father.  /Your father is grateful she has finally been found, of course, and would like to see her when she is up to coming here, but has not said anything about her/  she paused for a long minute before she asked.  /By the way, darling, is her hair an unnatural red color now?/
Loki’s expression hardened even more at that question. /It is. Why?/ he demanded, instantly jumping to try to protect you, though he didn’t know from what or why.
/That simply explains a vision I had many, many centuries ago is all/ she explained, and her tone made it clear that she wasn’t going to tell him more.
His curiosity could be felt through the link, but he was smart enough not to pry into things Frigga wasn’t prepared to tell him.  She knew he was curious, but she equally wasn’t going to give him more of an answer right now.  Some visions would not come true if the subjects knew about the vision. /Alright. I will be sure to let her know that she is welcome to return to Asgard whenever she wishes. What should I tell her about her family?/
/I would suggest telling the truth for once, darling/ she teased him and she could feel Loki’s smirk and laughter across the link. /However, if you do not wish to tell her, I will when you inevitably come to visit/
/I can tell her. I just might wait until she is more comfortable here. She was already forced to uproot her life to move into the tower. I don’t wish to spring this news on her as well, not so soon with everything else/ He hadn’t done well with sudden revelations in his own life and he didn’t want the same to happen to you.
/Of course, darling.  I just thought you should know sooner rather than later.  I love you, my son/ Frigga told him warmly and ended the connection. It wasn’t the easiest thing to maintain across the realms.
While they were talking, the team had been asking you questions, mostly things you’d already told Loki.  However, you’d gotten tired after one too many snarky remarks from Stark and even more tired of being talked over.  “Hey! Listen to the fae when you ask her questions!” You snarled at him.
Stark stared at you for a moment before he burst into laughter, nearly falling out of his chair he was laughing to hard. “Whatever you say, Navi,” he teased.
You sighed heavily and glared at him.  “Of course I get nicknamed after the most annoying fairy in history…”
Loki blinked a couple of times, pulling himself out of his daze.  He looked concerned at your glare.  “What?” He asked dumbly, trying to catch back up.
“Nope, you said the line.  You’re officially Navi!” Stark replied gleefully, grinning and ignoring Loki.
You huffed in reply. “Stupid shellhead,” you growled in his direction. Loki chuckled at your name for Stark, a small smile forming on his face and you gave him a conspiratorial smile at his chuckle.
The team told stories for the rest of the meal, giving you a break from answering questions.  Though at the end of dinner, before the dessert was brought out to appease the Loki, Nat turned to you.  “I’m taking you shopping tomorrow,” she told you firmly, but her voice was kind.  “You need clothes and Stark’s buying, so no complaints,” she added, leaving no room for arguments in her tone.
Loki raised an eyebrow at that and turned to you. /Do you wish for me to accompany you? I know you don’t feel very comfortable around many people/
/It’ll be ok/ you reassured him quickly.  You knew you needed Midgardians clothes.  And you knew men on every realm hated shopping, especially for clothes and you didn’t imaging Loki, even your genderfluid Loki, would be any exception. /Nat’s nice enough/
Loki nodded, accepting your decision.  /If you need anything, you only have to call for me. I will be there/ he promised.  You were going to have to teach him about making promises in your presence, but that was a lesson for another day.
/That’s appreciated/ you replied warmly.  You had a thing about names, but there was also the thing about directly thanking someone.
You were all distracted when Clint brought over the giant chocolate cake he’d made to go with dinner and he gave Loki a tentative smile.  It seemed he may have been blatantly bribing Loki to like him by giving Loki desserts.  It was an effective strategy.  Loki’s eyes lit up in delight.
Your eyes lit up too.  “That looks delicious,” you oohed over it.  Nat cut the cake into slices and made sure Loki got the biggest one.  She shared a conspiratorial smile with him and was clearly also not above bribing the god with food to be friends
“Kid, you up to showing us what you can do?” Stark asked you once you had all devoured your cake.
You glared at him down the table.  This group someone was already feeling like a dysfunctional family.  “I'm not a kid.  Just because I look like the youngest person at this table doesn’t mean I am,” you told him firmly.
Loki glared at Stark too.  “She is not a test subject for you, Stark,”
“Why don’t we let her get settled in before we start assessing her skills for the team?” Cap suggests placatingly.  It seemed he was the peacekeeper of the group.
“How about movie night?” Nat suggested kindly instead.  It was clear the group wanted to get to know you, but you were peopled out by that point and could see that Loki was too.
“Maybe another night,” you said softly, tired of dealing with so many people bothering you for information. The second the dishes were cleared, you left to head back to your room and solitude.  You changed into pajamas and unpacked your things before you got bored and decided to explore the tower and get to know your new home.
Loki was in his room, enjoying his own solitude and privacy and he heard your bedroom door open and close, since he lived across the hall from you. /Where are you off to, little fae?/
You stiffened a little at being spied on, tension running through you as you fought not to draw your blades. /Checking out my new home/ you replied curtly, defensively.  You weren’t supposed to be a prisoner here. They shouldn’t have sicked Loki on you as a babysitter.
Loki felt the tension in the link. /Don’t fret, I’m not spying on you. I just heard your door open and was curious. Do you wish for company?/
You followed the link to the door across the hall and padded silently on bare feet.  Loki hadn’t told you he was across the hall from you, but someone you weren’t surprised.  That did explain Stark’s behavior when he told Loki where you’d be living.  You cracked his bedroom door open with only a tap of a knock as warning.  “Only if you want company.  You like your solitude, right?” You asked softly from the doorway.  You’d also been working on unlocking your memories before you went wandering.
He gave you a bright warm smile.  “I do, but you are the exception to that rule, old friend,”
You gave him a warm smile in return. “I know it’s probably a lot to ask, but is there anything actually worth reading in this place?”  These people all seemed like the active Thor-types who wouldn’t know a good book if they were hit in the head with it.
“I’m actually not sure. I haven’t taken the time to look, since I brought my own reading material,” he paused and summoned a book, offering it to you.  You took the invitation and entered his room properly to take the book from him.  “This is one of my favorites.  I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve read it,” he told you warmly.
You took the book from him and couldn’t help the bright smile on your face.  “Hiccup! I haven’t seen a copy of this in-” you trailed off, settling comfortably next to him on his bed and diving straight into the rune-written tale, revisiting characters you hadn’t read about in centuries.  His smile widened at your familiar behavior and he returned to the book he’d been reading himself.
It was hours and hours later when you finally broke your gaze from the book and realized it was the early hours of the morning “Odin’s beard!  Sorry! I shouldn’t have infringed on your solitude so long.  You should’ve kicked me out hours ago.  I blame the book!” You told him nearly frantically at the impropriety of your actions.  You scrambled off of his bed to go find your own and let him get some sleep.
He chuckled. “Believe me, Sigyn. I very much enjoy your company,” he told you warmly.
You gave him a bright smile in return. “And I yours, Loki.  However, the hour is late and I should find my own bed,”
Loki nodded and stood as well to open the door for you and see you out safely. “Goodnight, little fae,” he told you warmly with a kind smile. You returned the smile, cradling the book to your chest. You weren’t giving the book back until you finished reading it.
“Goodnight, prince,” you replied before you left his room.

Nat woke you early to take you shopping and it was a whirlwind of an adventure, but by the time you returned to the tower, you’d become friends with her and had an entire new wardrobe.  Nat made you change out of your grungy old clothes into something new before you returned.  Nat had caught both of the Asgardian’s interest in you and had a feeling they’d appreciate you being dressed in flattering clothes for once.  So you were wearing an adorable purple sweater dress, black leggings, and boots when you reentered the common room just after lunch.
Thor jumped to his feet when you entered the common room and smiled appreciatively at you wearing something flattering instead of baggy second hand clothes. He took your hand to bow over it and kiss you knuckles, the actions of a polite gentlemanly prince and something you’d more expect his brother to do.  Which is when you realized he was teasing Loki by doing it before his brother could.  “You look lovely, Lady Sigyn,” he told you warmly.
Loki glared at Thor before unfolding himself from his couch and joining the pair of you, maneuvering Thor aside. Thor stepped aside with a smirk, enjoying teasing his brother.
Loki took your bare hand in his and bowed elegantly over it, placing his cool lips against your knuckles. “Resplendent, lady fae, as always,” he told you.
The second Loki took your hand in his, the first time your bare skin actually touched, a flare of magic passed between you, etching lines of power in beautiful swirls from the backs of your hands left hands up your arms to their elbows. Purple on his arm and green on yours.
