#martianbat#martian manhunter#j'onn j'onzz#bruce wayne#dcau#sorry i'm in one of those moods where i have to read every comic they've ever interacted in#me to myself once every three months: yes yes bruce's villains we get it. can we talk about martian manhunter now? i mean god#anyway obviously j'onn and bruce's trauma are several magnitudes away from each other#but they sure do both have 'I CAN'T LOSE THEM AGAIN!' as a severe emotional reaction to their ptsd being triggered#also: currently very amused by the fact that earlier today i posted panels of j'onn rejecting kal's attempts to empathize with his trauma#(kal literally being another alien who is the last of his kind after all life on his planet was destroyed)#but now i'm posting panels of bruce successfully empathizing with j'onn's trauma and making him feel better#sorry kal i guess bruce is just built different
