every time someone says scc are worthless characters in deltarune i feel my soul wither away more and more
#prince thoughts#i don't even know how to rationalize how people think that#of course . bias . but#like . i get maybe not finding interest in them that's fine i understand#but like . they're not worthless . yeah they're not vital to the story like jevil or spamton but . do they have to be ?#does every character have to be ? does every character have to further the plot ? be as deep as spamton and jevil are ?#cant there just be . guys who are silly and have fun ? guys who make tunes and run a junk shop ? who are just silly robot darkners ?#and yes . i know i've made my own backstories for them . but the idea is that . in the base game of deltarune ->#they're literally just fun loving dj robots . do they have to be deep . do they have to have a deeper meaning#once again . i get if they're not your kind of character . but labeling them as completely worthless as characters is . it hurts ok#toby loved them all so much to the point he had all 3 sample designs put into the game .#and instead of relegating them to a role like swatch or seam they got to be bosses . they got their own battle theme .#they get to be reoccurring throughout the game . nelnal loves to make comics and art of them . they are made out of love .#sorry i'm getting sentimental i love scc so much . nobody understands their significance like i do
