The urge to rip the skin off my body and scream sob into the only arms that have ever held me (mine)
#I have nothing to distract me from me feelings and I immediately go absolutely fucking bonkers#I get home from work and am suddenly shattered with the idea that I have to exist as this....#person for the next 5 days till I can work and forget about my sad sad life#😭😭#sometimes if I'm brutally unlucky I'm petrified with the memory that I'm related to my father at work and have to pretend I'm not literally#on the brink of losing my composure#like what do you even say. where's the compensation for people who just occasionally breakdown about their past#my****
