It's about Illya being relentless while going after them, it's about "You Can't Be Serious" when Napoleon realizes that this guy thing is chasing them on foot, it's about Illya being just as relentless when trying to save them, getting crushed by a whole motorcycle and still pulling himself up up and throwing it like a weapon to save them, and I BET that somewhere along the line, between getting chased by him and watching him go above and beyond to come to his rescue twice, Napoleon went from "You can't be serious (amused)" to "You can't be serious" (baffled, touched, and definitely scared about what it means).
